Go somewhere else if possible!! This facility is a joke! They screw up appointment times and the therapist that was assigned to me doesnt contact me back when I email or leave multiple messages when it comes to my daughters mental health. They have numerous excuses and all of them are unacceptable! Please save yourself the aggravation and find somewhere that actually cares!!

If youre in need of mental health help... this place will only make it worse. You have to go through months of speaking to nurses, a screening and a therapist to even get assigned a Psychologist let alone a Psychiatrist for medication. Things need to change because its not helping anyone! I missed ONE appointment and my case was closed even though I called to reschedule! Absolutely ridiculous!

This place has saved my life. Dr. Somorin is excellent. Dr. Kathpalia is also very good. The PROS program is beyond great. We do zoom video as well as in person groups and the people are amazing. I thank God everyday for this group of professionals. πŸ™

Over the course of a month they screwed up every opportunity they had to provide me with any services. I was set up with Danicia as a therapist. She is totally unreliable. She never calls back when she says she will. I will have to get my mental health services elsewhere. As far as I am concerned Danicia is a liar and manipulative.

WARNING ABOUT DR. PETER CALAFIURA! This doctor is INCREDIBLY unprofessional and has issues towards young women. On my first meeting with him for severe issues he told me I didnt SOUND depressed for a woman because I wasnt crying and screaming. I was ddesperate for help so I mistakingly stayed with him. Months later he has missed calling in my meds several times due to his sloppiness on note taking - he doesnt bother to read them. I felt so uncomfy as a woman alone with him. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the unethical practice of Dr Kamthen. We were 15 minutes late for one appointment and not only did she cancel my childs future appointments, she refused to refill medication. We went to the dirty clinic and sat and waited and she looked right at me, smiled, and still refused. She is putting my son in a position of medical instability and when I went to request future appointments, she refused as well. Horrible. She is well aware that there is a shortage of child psychiatrists in the area and uses this to her advantage.Do not take your children here. Horrible and treats patients like a factory.

Doesn’t even deserve a star I get there on time, make my appointments and sit there when the time comes for over 20min to 1 hour just to seeSomeone at 9 AM, calling to make appointments, reschedule is an extreme hassle, half the time or rather 99% of the time it’s a complete waste of effort to call in you might as well just make the trip because they promise to call you back and don’t. The facility is overcrowded with not enough staff to handle it. I’ve had more luck at crystal run health care and have been treated with way more respect there too as shocking as that is. This place is a complete and utter disappointment and it’s management needs a complete overhaul.

I have a guy who lives upstairs from me who should never be here. He has no respect for us who lives down stairs he runs like an elephant wakes up 2 3 in the morning always, no respect its not fair for us I get 2 hours sleep to do a 12 hour work day 5 times a week he does nothing n his rent is paid I think that is a crazy unfair thing.if u dont know how to live in society like a normal person n respect ur down stairs neighbor u should stay put.if u cant learn to be respectable of others u dont deserve to be on your own cause obviously u r not smart or qualified enough to prepare them to be normal. They are failures n so r u

I work in the mental health field. My moms insurance is only reason she comes here. There is always one person t the window and long lines. They dont take about the people in the field they offer to help. The desk workers are exetremely rude and most specialest dont listen or care to patient needs. My mom had surgrey so canceled her appointment and they told her the dr would call her. Only for her to call back and say they do not do that and to come in still sitting here for four hours for my moms meds she needs this place sucks

As a client I am very dissppointed with Access at Union St. Many changes going on at Pros as they are taking down walls and putting new walls up. They are making room for a pharmacy and Urgent Care but are neglecting the clients going to Pros. I feel my privacy and comfort has been traded in for other successes at this time. Also, I tend to find that therapists and doctors do not take feelings and thoughts of clients into consideration. There heads are more into books then they are considering their clients belief system. For example, the side effects of medications should be considered as not everybody has the same side effect. Being on meds , clients know when a side effect of a medication is. But these doctors and therapists have been educated not to see it this way. They tend to see it as a clients psychological issue instead.
