They’re horrible at relaying information to their patients. If they ask you to come in early to do stuff, don’t even bother because they’ll make you wait an hour after your appointment was supposed to start anyways before they’ll call you in. Don’t know what the point is of asking people if they have covid symptoms when they just let some lady cough up a storm in the waiting area 5 feet from me. The majority of the nursing staff is extremely unpleasant to talk to and i have to ask them to speak up every time they talk because they all mumble incoherently…

I’m not one to write reviews but this is a MUST. They don’t even deserve a star honestly. I’ve never been to any kind of medical facility and felt so disrespected. I’m waiting for someone to check me in and no one is checked in and the one MA who comes out to call a patient back does NOT ask if I need help she just looks at me and walks back. Next I’m waiting for a total of 20ish min and no one has came up to the front still so I yell out hello a few times and finally someone comes out but she’s not walking out bcs she heard me. She walks out as if she’s getting ready to leave the office. She asks me if i need help and I let her know that I’ve been waiting to be checked in for the last 20 min. She tells me I have to check in downstairs and she takes us down and there’s 1 SMALL sign that says to check in down stairs. Mind you all the other signs mention behavioral health on the 1st floor or attention curbside testing. We walk into the lobby and let’s the ladies at the front know I’ve been waiting upstairs and one of them LAUGHS. I found that so disrespectful and that same lady had the audacity to tell me there’s several signs that states to check in on the first level. I’m sorry but NO there’s one small sign that’s to the left when you enter the building. They need a more visible sign for patients to see. Oh and they said that they don’t always have someone upstairs to check anyone in. WHAT?! I’m sorry but there should ALWAYS be someone to check someone in at every lobby. Then this lady tells me it’s up to the provider if she wants to see me. I cancelled my appt and my boyfriends appt. My first impression was terrible and I do not recommend.

They lost personal paper work once I believe her name was Dr.Brown. It was for a job and everytime I kept calling in to see if it was done they kept saying the Dr. Wasnt in. I finally had enough and went Im person and they said they dont see any of my paper work (which had a bunch if personal info including my social) not only did they lose it but the job was hounding me for the paper work. They dead looked at me and said youre going to have to fill the packet out again and bring it here so we could fill it out. I was livid. I then switched to Dr. Ivette Figaroa, she wasnt any better. Its almost like she didnt give a crapabout anything I would say. Im on my third Dr. Well see how it goes.

The worst part about Cornerstone is that they are constantly calling me the day before my appointments to cancel them or move then. Its like the appointments mean nothing when you make them. I take off work and arrange my schedule around them only to have 24 hours notice that I need to do it again. Throughout my pregnancy, they have done this no less than six appointments and once switched doctors on me after Id already arrived. In the course of a pregnancy you only see your OB maybe a dozen times, so to cancel half of those is outrageous to me. Find a private OBGYN.

This place was fine when it was Middletown community health center now that cornerstone took it over its nothing but constant run around no one knows who does what I had 3 instances with them and now Im looking for a new doctor. I had a follow up with my doctor and they changed my doctor without my knowledge and told me my doctor wasnt there when they were because I saw them! I had to see another doctor who I wasnt familiar with and gave me medicine that made me have severe side effects and when I called to say what was going on I got ignored. I thereatened to file a complaint and they alologized. Next I made yet another follow up to consult with my doctor and they had me down for an appointment with a doctor I never met after playing phone tag all day because no one would return my calls! Then I made an appointment with the person who is actually in charge of the clinic and the appointment wasnt even there on my patient portal! I never had the appointment! This place should just go out of business because they r going to kill someone I dont feel comfortable going back and refuse to and suggest people avoid this place at all costs.

Do not go here!!!! Dr Ivette Figueroa is the worst doctor I’ve ever had!!! She couldn’t prescribe anything for diarrhea and pain really?????? Place is wack and dirty too!!!

Nurses were very nice, and Dr. Lane is FANTASTIC. she tells you how it is dosent sugarcoat a thing. Shes one of the best in my books. Thank you!!

There is a doctor here that I dont know the name of (female) that reacted disgusted over my friends medical condition. She said the Doctor didnt even put in effort to give a proper diagnosis. Dont go here.
