What a great experience in this place. I walked in for a pre-employment testing and the staff in the front desk (didn’t get her name but she’s seated near the wall) went beyond to accommodate me. Shout out to Ellia, who helped me patiently in order to accomplish what I had to do. This place is highly recommended for their awesome staff.
Ellia and Tasha are awesome and I really felt welcomed. They are both hilarious and they helped me out twice so far. First time I actually enjoyed going to a docs office
Everyone, including doctors are young, efficient and professional at the place. An excellent team work! The young doctor who saw me is wonderful and had a good judgement call! Job well done!
Dr. Paige Ferrise as well asMy medical assistant (did not get her name) with blonde curly hair was very professional and very sweet. Im so glad my son recommended MedRite Urgent Care.
Horrible experience. Staff unprofessional, wait times extremely long, several staff members walking around socializing, even witnessed one employee bullying another employee at front desk with room full of patients. Was visiting for pre employment appointment was told by employer to make an appointment however, was told by Med rite that it was fine to walk in. Never go there , staff very rude. Walk passed you and not say anything, not even excuse me. They do not have proper equipment to perform takes , Nina very rude.
Ive never been in and out of an urgent care so fast and been treated so well at the same time. The staff here is so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Cant recommend enough.
Went for a PCR test just yesterday. I just wanted to say that all the positive reviews are absolutely true. The procedure & time I received the result was as promised. And the service was superb! I could see all employees were very friendly but special shoutout to Ellia & Melissa!! Credit to MedRite & keep up the good work :)
I was in and out. Which was great, but I also was 1st in line. I would get there as early as possible. It does get busy. The staffs really nice and respectful.
Extremely friendly personnel from the reception through to the medical team. It was very smooth and pretty easy actually. My wife and I went for a regular COVID-19 test and we loved the service. Their results were so responsive we couldn’t believe how fast and professional it was delivered.
Awesome friendly very clean accommodated me. They attended to me in a very professional manner the person that tended to me was super nice and she smell good. The young lady that’s the office manager was amazing. I believe I heard them call her by the name of Natalie. I watched how she had full control of staff and all working to serve us the public. Highly recommend MedRite to anyone that ask me where to go.
The staff here were fantastic. I was rushed in and immediately tended to by multiple people and seen by the doctor. Daniel was exceptional in treating me and making sure I was comfortable and getting the right care.Urgent Care is never a fun experience, but the staff were exceptional and made it as seamless as possible.
I had to enter all my information online before arriving but it is still first come first serve when you get in the line, so could be just as efficient to fill that out in the line. Overall the staff was very friendly and got the line moving fast, didn’t have to wait very long. Sasha was particularly friendly and made my experience positive. She was able to get me all the documentation I needed for my insurance.
I needed a drug test and was in a rush to get to work I wish I got the girls name to give thanks she had glasses not sure how helpful that is but yeah. I told her I was in a rush and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I came really early luckily they let you register inside a few minutes early, I had done the pre registry the day before so I was just happy to be out of the cold. 😅😁
Waited 4 hours for pcr test , but best part was the nurse Glenn, made my day, fast and nice service, I was nervous about the pcr and he made it so easy , highly recommend the place if you are going to travel they will get results in 24 hours, please give them more time and don’t might the wait , because the cases are crazy high, they are just trying to help all!
The experience was rather painless. The sign-in process was easy and Covid friendly , and the staff was great. Glen helped ease my anxiety and created a great environment for the things I had to have done. Great experience and great staff!
After several visits there, believe it or not, I love going to MedRite Mid-Town, 919 2nd Ave!The staff is really nice and professional. The receptionists can totally handle multi-tasking while taking care of you with a smile and getting you a glass of water... never showing you they have other things to do! Love the can do attitude!The medical staff is great at establishing report and truly cares about you. Oh, and the doctor who gave me the vaccine volunteered info about the Excelsior pass wallet and how it works, always a service above and beyond there! At each visit, I always had a great advice for my health, I put them all in practice!At one occasion, I met manager Natalie at this location. Shes fabulous! Very quickly, I got she is very committed to customer service and as a patient, you will feel it at every step of the way! Its a tough job to make a medical center a place where you want to go. MedRite Urgent Care does it! So much so it deserves I take the time for this testimonial!
I’m truly pleased and impressed with the professionalism and prompt service I received at MedRite. From the receptionist Janine who processed us quickly to Michelle who took really great care of us once we were called in, the experience was exceptional. I have been there a few times and each time I’ve been more then happy with this Urgent care. I most say that the staff was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful each and every time. Keep up the amazing work!
My experience at was amazing the staff is outstandingly amazing everybody followed safety protocols i just went to get a basic CO VID test and the results came back fast and thankgod I was covid free. I recommend anybody n everybody go there and keep it professional ms Leslie beautiful and respectable staff .
I visited this location today to do my DOT physical and I got worried because of all the people I saw there , I thought my wait would be long but the staff there was very friendly, quick and efficient. The girls at the reception desk was so friendly and fast . I love it when I go places and I’m greeted with beautiful smiles like that, even though they were very busy they were very polite and patient. The doctor’s assistant Denise was the best I have even met in that line of work . She got me in and out, completed all my paper work in no time , I must say friendly, courteous, polite, quick and efficient staff like Denise and her coworkers is what I would love to see everywhere I go. Not to forget those smiles , even though they had on mask the grin on their cheeks tells a lot lol 😁.thank you guys so much for that wonderful experience and hospitality. Needed an X-ray. The site says they have it. But NO technician. Fine, they send me uptown but do they bother to call. No. No tech there either. They send me to a different location, confirmed they have a tech there until 5 pm. When I arrive at the third location? Tech JUST went on a 45 min break. And I have to be back at work. THE WORST.

The men and women at 919 2nd ave have worked tirelessly in taking care of our turtle bay community. Working endless hours. My recent visit required a few stitches on my finger and Mr. Quami did a wonderful and skillful job Medina my wound. The only criticism would be calling the medrite phone number and waiting forever for a reply and to be transferred to the proper person. Thank you for the great Team Effort and stay safe!!! Jeff

This location was in and out offering quick and reliable service. I was offered both the PCR and rapid Covid test by Michelle and given results as soon as they were available. The waiting area was comfortable and the staff were welcoming. Staff showed great concern when there was a smoke scent coming from outside the urgent care and ensured everyone that there was no need to worry. Going above and beyond to make sure the community was safe and comfortable at a time like this is what health care is all about. I definitely plan on going back again and again where people care about your well being. Medrite Urgent Care Midtown is the most reliable urgent care I’ve been to so far.
My overall experience today was amazing. I went in today for a rapid test and PCR. The young lady name Mariam was extremely helpful and friendly. She was very welcoming. I rate MedRite a 5 star.

Absolutely horrific experience - I would have to caution anyone from going there except for the most rudimentary of procedures - maybe a nasal swab - but that’s about it

Biggest asset of this clinic is the staff…. Sadly I didn’t ask any of their names to mention here.Very organized, simple website to register, very helpful and calm staff despite the hectic nature of the clinic and most patients being foreigners who barely speak English!Hopefully I’ll receive my results earlier than expected.Thank you guys
I came here for my Covid booster shot thinking they did walk in vaccinations but they informed me I needed an appointment and that the NYC call center was misinformed. Luckily Sasha at the front desk was super helpful and amazing and was able to squeeze me in to get my booster. This location has always been wonderful and I am happy to always have had a good experience here.
The line was very long but overall the experience was very pleasant. I was there to get Covid tested. Previously, I had gone to other sites to get Covid testing and my experience was not so pleasant they were rough and shoved the test so far up my nose there was blood. But at MedRite Urgent care the lady I didn’t get her name at the front desk was quick and efficient. TheYoung gentleman who called me back and did the testing I didn’t get his name but he was very patient with me and made it painless. He made my experience a pleasant one.

The front desk staff and the nursing assistant who took me into the room were wonderful but I had a very negative experience with the doctor I was seen by. Yes, its a long wait to be seen. But thats to be expected. What bothered me was when the doctor finally came into the room to check me out, he was in and out in 30 seconds, wouldnt listen to me, gave me no explanation as to why he was prescribing me what he was prescribing me and brushed whatever I have off as the common cold. Which I would be fine with if he had slowed down to listen to me and fully understand my symptoms. It felt isolating, like he didnt care about what I had to say or how I was feeling and that ultimately he was more concerned with moving people through than my health and wellbeing. Wouldnt come back here and if I did, Id request to be seen by another doctor.
Both office receptionists and medical staff were extremely polite, efficient and very fast at their job. Clean and tight premises! I also really liked the digital self registration. All in all it was a pleasant experience (PCR, antibody testing, flu shot)
They’re the best. Staff is so courteous and considerate. I couldn’t access my covid test results on their site so I called them and they sent me my results immediately. Overall everything is so great. The way they guide you and talk to you. They have the best staff and service! I’d give them ten stars! ⭐️
I went here recently as I wasn’t feeling well. As always the service was quick. Overall good service, clean facility and great friendly staff. They diagnosed my issue quickly and gave me the right medicine
They answer their phones; they do what they promise to do; they try to accommodate everyone. They are cheerful about it. All this, even on a Sunday afternoon. I was thoroughly pleased.I went again this month, and the experience was just as perfect.
The entire staff was friendly and helpful but I wanted to specifically acknowledge Jonnathan Q. He was extremely professional, informative, thorough, and efficient. As a nurse myself, I can say that this is exactly the type of service one would hope for when going to an urgent care center for any reason.
Myself and 7 coworkers needed to get tested to return to work after another coworker reported he had tested positive.We walked 8 blocks from the officeto MedRite on a Saturday and all 8 of us got both the rapid test and the pcr test done in 45 minutes leaving having received our negative rapid test results approximately 15 minutes after the test and getting the pcr results via text the next morning.The staff were professional, very pleasant and helpful. So let me start off by saying I have the worst anxiety!I have crippling GAD and I had to call actually twice just to go because I was so scared this is my first time ever getting vaccinated since the Covid outbreak and I just need to have the most comfort going into this because I am anti-VAX. I spoke With SASHA At this location and she was very kind and patient with me and didnt laugh and understood me as person. I went there just after work there was a little bit of a line I got my paperwork once I was in filled out everything waited and was eventually was brought into the room by Glen, it was nice clean and he was so nice made me laugh. Helped me stay calm until my shot was administrated from another doctor (I cant spell his name) sorryGLEN gave me my card after (I did the J&J so no need to go back) told me to sit and relax for 10 minutes and I was fine... just sore. I even got a cover sleeve for my card.Thank you so much for your kindness, patience in dealing with my questions and I couldnt actually imagine the service or experience being any better !Now im ready to travel again 2022 goals!

I’ve been to many urgent cares but this Medrite by far has the best customer service. I was helped by Alexis and she made my experience here an amazing one. She was quick, efficient, professional and most of all you can tell she cares for her patients.
My family of 4 had COVID-19 PCR tests at MedRite Midtown East. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the process was very efficient. We did not receive our results within 24 hours and contacted the phone number provided for Empire Labs to follow up. The first gentleman was not helpful and told us we would have the results in 10 minutes which we did not but we called back half hour later, and spoke to Tom Kevin who was very helpful, released the results and stayed on the phone to make sure we could access all the results. Thanks to the MedRite team and to Tom at Empire Lab for your awesome service!
I had a great experience with Melissa and Duprak. I felt all my symptoms were explored and both the nurse and doctor took time to explain my condition. The wait-room staff is very efficient, which can come across as cold, but this is understandable given their volume; healthcare staffs attitude is more important.Slightly better in my experience than CityMD.
So, you make an appointment on line and you register, you make sure you arrive on time and then the fun begins.You will encounter a huge queue outside. They will make you scan the QR code and fill up a lengthy registration form all outside. Including taking pictures of ID and insurance card.Then you come inside and they make you fill the exact same info in paper and provide your physical ID and insurance card. Then if you are lucky they will Sat you down if not you wait outside until they call you.So I had my appointment at12 pm it took me 30 min to do their lengthy registration process, its almost 1 pm and they have still not called me in.Truly chose any other place to go...
Super impressed with this clinic. We needed a quick COVID test for a Broadway show. Pre-registration was quick and easy to complete on smart phone. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!
I visited this center for injections prior to bone stem cell donation. The employees were extremely kind and accommodating. I worked with several people over four days and didn’t get everyone’s name, but Luke and his colleagues were great!
Worst experience ever. Two times now. They take an hour to an hour and a half even if you have an appointment. I waited an hour the first time and an hour and a half the second time despite having an appointment. I also saw them let in walk-ins and people behind me for no apparent reason. This man two spots behind me got taken in before me and was in and out in 10 minutes whereas I had to wait an hour to even get inside. When I asked the nurse she very reluctantly admitted he was family members with one of the staff. This lady next to me on line also mentioned that when she tries to get her covid tests results it takes a week and when she attempts to call them no one ever picks up and eventually when they do she has to fight with the person on the phone to get her own information she waited on line for an hour for. The nurses also don’t even wear their masks properly. I will definitely be sticking to CityMD from now on and I recommend everyone else to do the same.
Sasha, Mia , Dymond and Mathew were amazing. They were very professional and very very helpful and should be in the talks for a promotion. Their wonderful, caring and Dymond was very very gentle while conducting my PCR cobid test. Excellent customer service skills. 5 stars 🌟 goes out to them.
Arrived 8:20am, seen at 11:20am – 3 hour wait (Rapid Antigen for travel back to UK).Website states 60-80 mins so make sure you double that timeframe, staff and security unhelpful & dont update people on timeframe.Queue wasnt even that long, which was the most infuriating part.When I was in, the test was quick & efficient, nursing staff were super friendly.Considering how quickly I was in & out the team here have no reason to have people wait 3 hours in the freezing cold. There was no sense of urgency.Results took an other 3.5 hours to come through but only because I had to fill out a late results form in order to hurry them up.If youre travelling from the UK, I highly recommend pre-booking through a video test provider.
I would recommend this efficient urgent care to any person who is from out of town and doesn’t know their way around the city. Huge shoutouts to the women at the front desk who took me in immediately. I want to personally thank GLENN!! Treated my ankle with the highest sense of urgency and was able to quickly get me out. I cannot express how thankful I am to have had Glenn assist me and get me walking again. Thank you for treating my sprained ankle and helping me get to my flight on time. You are an angel!!

This place is AMAZING!!!! Came here to get clearances for work that I needed before a big snow storm and they took me past their normal time. Diamond is a lifesaver and I am beyond grateful. Incredibly nice staff and I can’t thank them enough. I love you MedRite!!!!
The MedRite at 919 2nd Avenue in NYC gets my highest recommendation. I went there on Wednesday in extreme agony due to right knee pain. Literally almost exactly two hours later I was out the door with x-rays having been done, a brace, some prescriptions, and the beginnings of a diagnosis (I need further evaluation elsewhere). The whole staff was friendly and considerate from the desk people to those who specifically helped me - Michelle, Ashley, Stephanie, and Rosa. Particular shout to Stephanie, who dealt with a little pushy-ness from one of the people who was with me - they had their own medical appointment to get to on a frustrating day. The other ladies dealt with my whimpers as I tried to navigate the facility on one knee. To summarize: they were great. I obviously hope to never need to go to any Urgent Care facility for any reason...but Id *gladly* go back here again.

Unfortunately the service in New York is awful.We needed to pay for a RT/PCR test (not free), firstly we went on Jan 1st and made 2 hour line. As the store was closing, they asked us to return this morning at 8 am. We’ve been there punctually and after 2 hours and a half of line and with only 10 people ahead, they informed us that the RT/PCR test (cost USD 275) were out of stock even knowing that we needed it as soon as possible because our flight was this afternoon.Not recommendable at all, neither on this street or in 42nd, both are offering a very poor service.As the free tests are taking from 3 to 5 days, if you need the test to travel the best way but also the more expensive is to go directly to the airport JFK to the Adams COVID Centre (terminal 1) and pay USD 200 for a RT/PCR test with results in 1 hour guaranteed. Big line ahead, be there with high anticipation and patience.
Super nice staff who got us in on spot for emergency COVID test - rapid *AND* PCR!Fabulous and so fortunate to have found in stressful situation visiting nyc with potential COVID exposure. 1.5h total for three people. Highly recommend!
We’re family of 3 from Texas and needed a PCR test for our travel. This place is just six minutes walk from our hotel and when we got there it was busy but the line moved fast and so with the staff. Kudos to Dymond and Zuleika they are very professional and friendly.
Called and was put on hold for over 10 minutes after listening to 5 minutes of recorded information irrelevant to most patients, then the line was cut off. Multiple times. Not even an option to leave voicemail. If they cant handle the phones, I doubt they can maintain best practices in the midst of this pandemic, so go here if you want to risk getting sick.

2022-05-26I went to this MedRite this morning and had was quite pleased (and surprised) with the experience. I signed in on my phone while waiting in the queue - the wait was not bad at all and the sign in process was super easy without any of the usual problems. Once I got into the exam room, the care I received was form the the PA (Paige) was exceptional. I wish my visits to my primary care doctor were this good! 2022-02-08I visited MedRite today for a pre-employment physical. Margarita, the person greeting the customers, was very kind, professional, and followed up with everyone. She kept me informed of the process. The MA Tatiana was quick, swift, professional, spoke clearly and also consistently followed up with me about what she needed to complete the visit (which was a fair amount of paperwork). The PA (last name Park), was also very professional, swift, and thorough. They had me in and out with minimal wait time. The facility seems very well-run from today’s first experience there, and all of the staff appeared professional/respectful! Thank you all for a great and seamless experience!

2022-04-18Thanks for the awesome services! I went to see a doctor on Sunday, I had a strong pain (sciatica). All employees provided attention and amazing services. The doctor was really good! Price was very good, 125 $ for walk-in consultation.

The wait time was really quick and the process non dragging. A special shout out to Glenn TashaMia and Ellia, who were the staff that attended me. They were very polite and kind. Great working team.

2022-07-07I’m glad this place is getting good reviews. I went in for an employment physical after trying to get it done at a Brooklyn location the day before. It was busy and the staff was a bit frazzled but honestly it was a very pleasant experience. I did not think I would get right in and out as they were prioritizing some cases as they should. Now update this location! The Brooklyn Clinton Hill location was like a spa. I enjoyed the interactions with those tending to me. Granted I come from that world so you know what really goes on.No toilet paper or paper towels when sent for my urine sample but that was quickly rectified. Thanks!

2022-07-12With Short Staff the Whole Team at +MedRite was exceptionally welcoming and hard working. I was in and out in an hour and 10 mins expecting it being longer but I was pleased with the efficiency with the way they handled the testing and other screenings. The front desk was very helpful, they processed my checkin, in a very timely fashion. I would like Management to recognize the wonderful energetic staff employedJames, Tasha, Matthew, & the Provider.

2021-09-27Poor management! I had a 11:00 am appointment for my second dose ofCOVID vaccine, and I arrive at 10:45. Just as when I got my first shot, I lined up with other people, and no staff told me there is a separate line for vaccination. After I waited nearly 50 minutes, a staff came out to call the names of some people. And then i told her I’m here for the vaccination, and she said I should be in another line. What?! Are you kidding me? So at this moment, at 11:55, i’m still in the line outside to get vaccinated. And I will be late for work! This place is very poorly managed, and I won’t be here again!

2022-03-25Ellia was the one who tested me and 5 others. Was so gentle and kind even when the clinic was so busy. We walked in with no appointment and had no hassles. 2022-03-15An amazing place. I needed to get a COVID-19 PCR test before my international travel. I misunderstood its closing time but receptionists/nurses were flexible enough to accommodate me to conduct the test at last minute. The result came out ultra fast. I will recommend here to everyone who needs to get tested. Thank you.

2022-05-08I went to Medrite Urgent Care at their upper east side location. Dakota Chantel gave excellent customer service. They are very organized, accommodating and thorough. The place is also very clean and sanitized. I highly recommend.
