Horrible Job! I paid over $700 for converter and muffler...To find out later they installed a used old converter (Not new!) I came back twice to have them fix it again...And they kept denying it had nothing to do with their work! FURIOUS! You can obvious see it was junk they installed! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!
I called in advance to make an appointment for a car inspection. They told me it would be $10 over the phone. I got there and, after making me wait over 45 minutes, I was told it would be an additional $10 just to put my license plates on for me and my car would be ready in 20 minutes. I swallowed it and said ok. When I went to be rung up, the lady charged me $40!!!! $20 for the inspection and $20 for the license plate. I was ripped off, lied to and stolen from. Not the way to do business. Go somewhere else away from these thieves.
Rude customer service girl and shty service , they will fail your inspection for any tiny reason and will charge it offering expensive solutions like changing bulbs on license plate, after done with my car I needed to wait extra 15 minutes because 4 employees were having breakfast together
I’ve been here before and it was quick and easy, this time I went, it just felt off. I went in for the state inspection and it took 1 hour for them to tell me I needed $1700 worth of work AFTER I just got my car serviced at a BMW service center last week. I said I was going to think about it and took my car to another mechanic and they said there was nothing wrong with the car. It’s very unprofessional and dishonest to try and make quick money like that in my opinion. Support your local mechanics and auto shops people!
Avoid. I brought my car in for routine service and left with an 8 inch crack in my windshield. Brian denied that the damage occurred in their care, suggesting that maybe I “didn’t see it,” despite the fact that there was also a scratch on the adjacent body panel, clearly from a tool or dropped part that hit the windshield while they were working on the car. The damaged that occurred in the care of Meineke Car Care Center at 1741 Coney Island Avenue should be repaired at no cost, however Brian and this business clearly do not see any benefit in retaining customers, honesty, or taking responsibility for their mistake. Avoid.Edit: I emailed customer support at the address below and have not received any response.
I go for my NY State inspection every year and they continue to provide great service in a timely fashion. I had an early morning appointment and they were prompt and I was in and out. I like that they were well versed on the latest recalls for my car and provided info on what needed to me done. I highly recommend.
Everyone, please avoid this place like a plague and all the other Meineke locations. Came to check the exhaust system and fix a muffler and one day past the 90 day workmanship warranty all the welds failed. Asked the staff to fix the poor quality work only to get another quote to fix it again. I am not paying the same people twice to fix the same work.Edit: Post Costumer Care ConversationAfter wasting 20 more minutes with customer care to find out the possible resolution to poor quality repair. Meineke reconfirmed that they do not guarantee workmanship past whatever warranty. Lesson learned, to never go to Meineke ever again and make sure nobody else does that I know.
I only needed an oil change, which was done promptly, but after I picked up my vehicle and started driving on a highway, smoke started coming out from under the hood. I had to stop and investigate. The lid was not properly closed and the oil must have been overfilled and spilled everywhere. I’m not sure if it’s safe for me to drive this car now. Besides, the guy at the reception was unfriendly.
Very honest business practices. Went in for a quick oil change and a multi point inspection after I was recommended an alignment and other services from Plaza Toyota dealership. The manager Brian told me these things werent necessary yet which I had the feeling was the case. Ive been here before and will come here again, its nice to have a place you can trust!
I made an appointment on line for 8:00am and by 8:10 my car was being worked on. I asked for the front brakes to be check. After a few minutes Brian told me I had a couple thousand miles left. Two days before that my Toyota dealership told me I needed front brakes right away. Since I was there already I said if the work could be finished by 10:00 to do it and Brian said, no problem. My Highlander was finished about 9:30, new front brake pads and rotors for HALF the price quoted by the dealership.
I brought my car in knowing I needed brake pads already had them priced at Auto parts store. Brian told me if I brought my own parts and they were the wrong parts which he said often happens that he would charge me $200 for every hour my car is on the lift on top of how long it takes to order parts if they dont have them. Were talking brake pade that cost $35 a pair. He tried charginging me that for 1. I wound up paying $550 for just front pads that took 45 minutes. He was a straight @$$! Money hungry. BEWARE!!!! Dont go here.
1) Told me a cheaper price over the phone, but charged more when I arrived.2) Lied about performing a tire rotation! Not the first time! Despite multiple reminders from me and promises from them, they DID NOT perform the rotation! They lied about having it done!Later in the day I discovered their lie, because I knew I had older tires in the front and newer tires in the back, and it was still had them the same way now! When I called them back about it, they kept up their lies and said that tires were rotated. Eventually, after I persisted, they checked their cameras and saw that I was right, and that they did not do the service!Now I am suspicious that they also did not change the oil (or maybe used non-synthetic oil) and/or did not change the oil filter at all. Im thinking that I should go somewhere else now to get my oil changed properly, because how can one trust these people anymore?!!
Went in to have a flexpipe changed and welded and got my A/C serviced. Took maybe an hour or two. Service was good, facility is clean and they follow all COVID rules. Going back today because look like there was a leak in my A/C valve area hopefully to get it fixed. Will update
I called up yesterday to get a car inspection and oil change. Brian, who answered the phone said it can be done on the spot if it wasnt too busy. I got there an hour later. I was in and out. The receptionist was courteous. The people there took care of the oil change and inspection right away. It was a great experience. This was my first time using them, as my friend recommended them. I will ne using them again.

They gave straight forward recommendations regarding my inspection, made it very clear what I did and did not need and stuck by their word when it came to price even though the repairs took longer than they initially quoted. It was my first time stopping in and I plan to use their services going forward.
I went to the center after an accident to replace parts for my exaust ; sold me some garbage you can get for under hundred dollars online and upped the price to the point where the money i was given from insurance didnt cover it all. They didnt mention that my catalytic converter was also failing as well and I had to return the car less than 2 months after. I bought my own cat online for them to install for the next day and they took a whole work day to install and didnt even reset the check engine light; it takes only 2 hours to do all of this.... I had to be outside in the rain resetting my cars computer myself since they didnt want to bother with it. dont waste your time and money with this place; would rather get it done in queens or Bronx at this point even if its a little far.

Went there with my car. Had a engine code on. They told me to change a battery sensor. I told them let me go get it from the dealer, they told me no we will order it because it will get here in two days. Which took about a week. Which I didn’t even need.Finally when it came turns out they ordered the wrong part. Mean while my car won’t start without a jump start. Fine they re ordered it telling me it will arrive in two days. Guess what ? It didn’t. Every time I call the front desk girls they have no clue what’s going. All they say is “I don’t know” or my boss is not here he knows. They can’t even track the part. The part finally came which was over priced. ( which supposed to be a dealer part but it wasn’t, I verified with my dealer ). Fine they put it on. Took about 10 minutes but charged me for half hour labor. Also charged me for diagnostic where they couldn’t even find out what was wrong. After putting the part the car didn’t get fixed. Then they told me ok we think it’s the alternator which will cost me 650. I told them let me bring my own alternator. They said if you bring ur own alternator we won’t be able to Guarantee that the issue will be fixed. I asked, so why did you charge me for diagnostic when you can’t even say what’s the issue with the car ? No answer obviously. Anyways I went to a local mechanic and put the alternator for 400.Honestly if you got a old car go there . They are good at changing your oil only. Useless
My intentions were good but unfortunately the outcome was not what I intended. I decided to take the little ones to Coney island since I had seen on the news the amusement park had recently reopened. What I found was that it was not open on the week day. With a car full I started my return back and went up a street being repaved and thats when my muffler broke. There were many fix it shops and mechanics in the area but something told me to check for the closes Meineke since they specialize in mufflers and guarantee their work. I called and explained the situation including the make and model of my car. The guy assured me he had the part. While driving at a snails pace to get from Coney island to this Meineke I was thinking when I pull up dragging a muffler they are going to gouge me due to Id really wouldnt have no other alternative but to pay. To my surprise the guy assessed what I needed and it was reasonable. not cheap! and not out of this world expressive. Reasonable! I was and am pleased. I got a new muffler and a years warrantee. Over all I had a good expierence. 5 stars
I went in for an oil change after checking prices and yelp of some places in the area. Seems good so far. Was a little hard to get into garage from street with other cars going in & out in front of me. Once I got in though was helped in a timely manner and my $10 off coupon was accepted. While cashing out I did see that a tire rotation was supposed to be part of the service and I did not receive that, but I didn’t think it was vital at this time. I checked to make sure the oil cap was on when I left, as one place forgot one time, and it was all good.
I was having front end issues with my car and took it to meineke. I told them there was rattling noise and shaking. They supposedly checked the car and told me it was the sway bar links. After waiting 2 and 1/2 hours and being charged $400, I was told my jssue was fixed. When driving away I realized I still have the same issue.
I came in after 3:40 for state inspection. I was informed that they were backed up, and I would have to wait awhile. The wait was reasonable. I was told what parts were needed and given a choice on wiper blades. Staff was professional and friendly. Would recommend and intend to return next year or sooner as needed,
You guys charge the $1700 to do front and work on our 02 Chevy Astro van we did not use the vanSince you guys did the work we just use the van only to find out we could’ve been killed you guys left all the Lugnuts loose on the front right tire and you did not perform the wheel alignment shame on you guys you guys are thieves I wonder what else you charged us for and did not do scammers beware stay away never again
Few months back went go get muffler delete and overcharged by a lot know that I’ve checked in with other places. Total came out $220 but when they were taking the car of the lift, the mechanic oversteered and car came of lift hitting the rail on the side. Didn’t see any visible damage therefore didn’t mind it as much. Anyway few months later I come back to put muffler back on they gave me some attitude. Waited there for about 30 min meanwhile they were taking other cars that were coming and i was still waiting to get serviced. I was truly unhappy with the service done thankfully I found a mechanic on Stillwell that got the job for a 3rd of the price. With that said, you have been warned!
Front end was smoking and I feared the worst - I happened to be driving by and the manager (Brian?) quickly diagnosed seized up brakes and told me I could drive it the short distance to my home neighborhood, which I did. No charge. Shop seems to know its business - if I lived closer Id be using this shop. Honest with no pressure..
Made an appointment a week in advanced to do a muffler delete. Asked for a price quote over the phone, they told me that they need to see the car in order to give me a price. Showed up 15 minutes early and the lady at the front desk told me that there is a 2 hour wait. I told her that i made an appointment and she stated that it doesnt matter because the wait time is 2 hours. I asked her if she could give me a quote so i dot have to wait 2 hours just to get a quote, and she stated that they need to lift the car. I informed her that this was not my first time doing a muffler delete and i know what has to be done, and i just want a quote. She stated that i had to wait. I asked her whats the point of waiting 2 hours and then they are going to lift up the car and tell me a price that is too high? She stated that its protocol. I asked her why did they let me make an appointment if i still have to wait 2 hours? She told me to come next week at an earlier time. How can you run a business this way?
Very confusing trying to figure out how to drop car off, as there were special provisions in place due to changes caused by pandemic - rude employees who are not helpful - reception staff were lovely however. I will most likely not return due to treatment when trying to drop my car off and receiving rude remarks and looks when asking employees for help after following the instructions that were posted on office windows which said to drive car up to the right of the building with window down.
Paid $69.99 for a synthetic oil change. Took 40 minutes which is average. Well, the mechanic doing the servicing decided to take it upon himself to start changing the settings to my onboard dash settings, radio station, and a bunch of other settings to the onboard computer. Thats unprofessional. Guess this is the first and last time I will be coming here.
This is my first time doing business with any Meineke, but Im glad I gave this location a try after my car wouldnt start about (2) days following my emissions inspection. Had my vehicle towed to Meineke -- Coney Island Ave adjacent to AutoZone) and called to notify the shop that I was having my car delivered. I spoke to Brian in advance and he was very polite.After my issue was checked, Brian explained the problem as a missing battery terminal. After I expressed some additional concerns he assured me the alternator had been checked and the problem was the terminal, then offered to perform an overall check for which theres no charge. I was given an estimate on the following: transmission flush and tune-up (belts were dried out). I knew those things were needed, so I wasnt surprised and opted to have everything done. Dont like to spend to much on a tune-up, but Im pleased with the completed work. I recommend this location. FYI: They are observing the NYS rules regarding Coronavirus - Wear a mask, Physical Distancing is required and be prepared to wait outside while you wait.
Came with an appointment, that themselvea even confirmed by phone 15 minutes earlier, and they refused service because theyd rather close early then do their jobs. Ive filed a complaint with corporate. I bet they still wont clock out til closing time to get their whole paycheck workfree though.
I have used this Meinieke shop for more than a year now. The manager Brian is awesome. I just met Ashleigh today and her customer service was very good they took my vehicle in today for inspection and oil change. This place is very well-kept it’s very convenient close to my office and they’re always punctual with work. The prices are fair and I would strongly recommend the shop to anyone needing Car care in this area.
I came here for a State Inspection and I am going back for a few other things this week. I was able to book an appointment online, which is underrated, one of the best things a company can offer. The inspection was efficient, professional and I was out of there in the time it took me to finish my cup of coffee. Would highly recommend!
Today I had a phenomenal experience at meineke on Coney Island, Kim at the front desk was very kind and made everything simple and seamless experience. There was a nice man named Brian who answers all my questions with high intelligence and smile, I was very happy with the service everything was very quick and I highly recommend any work on your car be done at meineke just ask for Brian and hell take care of you.
I went here mid February and had a wonderful experience. The oil change was done very quickly and the guy even checked the car to make sure everything was ok, it was. They also have wonderful coupons for the budget conscious, which I used. Go no where else for all your automobile needs.
I do only oil change in there because it’s the only work I would trust them but I need to watch them doing so to make sure they put new oil. They were going to charge me $1200 for a rack and pinion assembly (including wheel alignment) putting $550 on a part for 05 Camry. While the part cost from $150-350 (Amazon-dealer) but they didn’t gone any options on parts price ranges. Also, they give $25 discount on oil change when you leave a review. So, I would assume the some of the reviews are made up for $25 off.When the manager turn the ignition on to see the mileage, he left all lights being on and walked away. If that’s how they treat the cars, I would do a serious repair in there. My battery is not brand new and the least I’m expecting is to be drain in that shop.
The lady at the front disk is the only great thing about that whole place.1_They are very expensive.2_ tried to get me into doing unessecesary repairs and gave me a false diagnosis.3_ everybody else there has attitude like your asking for charity.After I left there I went to my mechanic and he told me thats the wrong part that needs to be changed and charged me like 1/3 of what they were trying to charge me.I do not recommend this branch Dont go there youll regret it.
First negative experience occurred when I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change. Upon advising them what make and model I had I asked if they had the oil filter in stock to which they assured me they did. After bringing my car in, they realized they did not have the oil filter in stock after all and I was forced to come in again just so they can complete the oil change!! At the second visit to this location, they rotated my tires. Apparently they weren’t aware that I had 2 different size tires (front and back) for my Rear Wheel Drive Car and so they put the BIGGER tires to the front! I drove like this for a few weeks not realizing why my car kept getting stuck in the snow and overall felt awkward while steering. Well suffice to say, this IMPROPER tire rotation has caused damage to my rear tires which are low profile and cost hundreds to replace! I went back to them and spoke to Brian Stein, the owner. Not only did he not take responsibility for my damaged tires but refused to offer an apology or an offer to rectify the situation other than simply rotating the tires back to how they were!! DONT go there, total incompetence. Theyve been reported to Better Business Bureau.
Great Repair Service - Don’t go anywhere else!Was referred by my car repair shop and couldn’t be happier with this Meineke. Fixed the problem right away when others could not! Great job and professional service. Went back for a different car issue and that too was fixed right away - extremely satisfied with the service and price.
Work was done well on 2003 ford E150. New springs, shocks were installed,all brake lines were replaced. Upper and lower ball joints Installed new front pads and rotors also adjusted rear brakes,oil change and lube. Rotated tires and mounted and balanced 2 newRides and stops like newThanks Brian
ABSOLUTELY AVOID. unless you want to experience for yourself why mechanics have the reputation they do. Terribly slow, went in for oil change and inspection. First off right off the bat we dont do basic oil change so they charge you more. Go figure... Then you get your the inspection, they basically have you hostage so they give you a list of 15 mandatory and recommended repairs otherwise you fail. I just wanted to get out of there, but still not over... I found out 45 minutes later after needing to put pressure of why an old change takes so long that they didnt have my filter.Forget about keeping a customer informed and the 5 other times I asked for an update, I was finally out of there and first thing Im doing is warning everyone do not step foot in there. Even if you have a coupon like I did.
The Staff there is very professional. The mechanics are very skilled.No one tries to rip you off there.The prices are fair.I have been going to Meineke for yearsI am honestly very satisfied with having my car serviced there for any work ,that needed to be done on my car
I was very nervous about a couple items that came up to cause issues with my car. I went and got a relevant diagnostic report done... they found the problem and corrected it. 👌 What I liked in particular was how accommodating they were when it came time for pick-up. I left the car longer than normal, then pre-paid before arrival so I could quickly come in and grab keys and leave... my 3 and 5 year old boys were superb grateful for that part 👌 😎
HORRIBLE!! IF IT WERE POSSIBLE FOR ZERO STARS THAT WOULD BE MY RATING. DONT EVER COME HERE. I chugged into this shop the afternoon before Thanksgiving with an ailing car I didnt think was going to make the 200 miles to Grandmas house. Owner operator Brian Stein and his crew stayed after hours to whip the car into shape at several hundred dollars less than the original quote! So I had three strokes of good luck on this usually accursed car. First, I didnt pay a lot for this muffler! Second, Brian is a five star mechanic who LOVES cars! Third, honesty and integrity on a last minute job that wound up running as smooth as silk! Thanks guys and watch out Grandma - here I come!
AVOID! Read negative reviews and you will have a sense about this place because all 5-stars are given for $25 discount on oil-change and do not actually have any meaning. I went there for regular inspection and everything was fine until they said that one of the license plate bulbs is off and to change it will cost me $20!!! Are you kidding me? To unscrew and change $1 bulb (takes 3 mins) should cost me $20? Since I already paid for inspection they gave me no choice but agree for switching (otherwise you fail). When I went inside to pay for this non-sense with my card (had no more cash), I was told that the price now is $27.22 for paying with card. What kind of fee is that??? I will make sure none of my friends go there. So disappointed...
I went to this place on 02/17/2021.I ask for a oil change . Also to check my car if there was another problem . I ask the mechanic if I could drive my car because I have to work and he said yes. I was driving to queens when all of the sudden my car broke. I was so pics with this guy. They take a long time working with my car. And sadly my car has to be towed.
Came in and spoke to the mechanic (Brian) to have my own brake pads installed. He briefly looked at my rotors and then opened the box with my new pads, then he stated they were incorrect for my car and I would need to have my rotors replaced as well, not just. Then he said he has both rotors and pads and everything would cost me around $400. I felt something fishy since my new pads were OEM. I paid a visit to another shop the next day where my pads magically went on like a glove and I only had to pay $50. What a rip off, Brian. No wonder people leave bad reviews here.
Bunch of lazy people. Arrived on time for early made appointment, awaited for NYS inspection and nobody even asked why I drove into the maintenance box.Just seen their responses here below in this thread to bad ratings. They want you to call their customer service. Seriously? ))
Been going to Brain since 1989. One of the few go to places in my life that I know Ill come away satisfied, and safe and sound. There has been many times over the years where Ive come in for routine maintenance (inspection, oil change) and Brian and his expert team have pointed out other issues that needed work, (worn disc brakes, car severely out of alignment, rotten exhaust pipes, etc). Ive always felt that Brian and the team are actually doing an inspection and not just going through the motions. The beauty has always been the no pressure atmosphere. Way Ive always looked at it is that no one wants to be told they need to have a cavity filled when they go to a dentist for a routine cleaning, but Id rather be safe than sorry and have the work done, honestly and correctly. Thank you for keeping me and my family save and sound on the road for almost 30 years now!!
Had brakes done they never test drove brakes failed while i was driving had a accident hit a car while entering belt pkwy...settled with lady $ they never ck brake lines and fluid was empty went in for simple muffler but m said i needed converter, brakes, shocks way over pric got me for $2000+ main beef is what happenedto the 21 point ck.up and i waited for car NO ONE DROVE CAR TO CK how do you replce all the things i mentioned and not see brake line were no good an leaking well it took all of 2days for br fluid to leak out and caused me a accident and way overpriced shame!Didnt even want to give it 1*+
Fix your schedule hours or respect your clients time.I wanted to do a state inspection and got off early from work in order to be in time before 6pm.Arrived at 5:25pm and was told by the front desk lady that they are closing soon and wouldnt be doing inspection for my car.
What a rip off! rhere is no oil change special for $19.99. Came in to do inspection, guy fails it and says my tires are too thin. We need at least kne to pass. I have changed one of the tires 8 month ago and it didnt run even 5k miles. He sais yes, i see that but its too thin?? Tires should be changed yearly and it hasnt been a year. So $150 per tire, plus balancing, plus labor, plus taxes and fees, plus new inspection. Im sure he will find somethjng else wrong with the car. Mind that my car is 2014 model and has under 24k milege. Overpriced, money hungry place! They dont want you to pay right away because they will find 100 things that need to be changed. Inspection, oil change, and 2 filters $167. Are u kidding???
For inspection they wanted to charge me 40$ for lightbulbs that were for license plates in the back. You guys are unbelievable, lightbulbs cost 6.52$ for 2 of them. Also you didnt give me a chance to fix it, even though the auto zone in across the street. You failed my inspection. But luckily its only 10$ for reinspection. Stay away from this place!!!! Robbers and dishonest!!!!
The work was ok. The owner was little out of line but I don’t care about that because I did not have to deal with him. My only complain about the place is the fact that after I got my car back the dirty and oil hand of the employees were all over the car. Pay more attention when seating in people car u are wearing dirty and oil clothes and shoes. You can mess people car interior as u did mine.
Front desk girl extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never go back to this place because I dont want to deal with negative people like this. The owner must be losing a lot of money because of a rude employee like this. My advice is send a mystery shopper to see how much bad business this girl is creating for you.
Im going to Meineke muffler for years they have great mechanic they know what theyre doing I never have to go back for rework of the same problem they do all kinds of work here from oil changes inspection two major motor repair and transmission work its a one stop car care center for sure with great mechanic nice owner nice staff highly recommend this place.
I went in for a simple car inspection on my 2016 leased vehicle , after paying the 30 dollar charge ( non refundable ) i was informed that i wouldnt pass inspection unless i get new windshield wipers ( Cheapest wipers he sells are 15 dollars each ) , my current wipers were in perfect condition , feeling under pressure and after waiting for the long inspection rather than waste more time i payed for the wipers.
This place is overpriced, and the way they do job I could’ve done better myself, they cut 2 exhaust tips,which I ordered online in a half without my permission and welded it which I ordered that exhaust tips exact fit for my car, and they charged me $160 bunch of lazy people that unprofessional I wonder how they still in business, we need a new professional muffler shop in this area this guys suck
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!Very bad service. Did a horrible job on what I wanted to be done, then found out that I overpaid by 40 percent. I then came back and asked for help, to see about what I could do to get what I wanted the done, the guy told me sorry theres nothing I can do, and just shut me out, and pretty much kicked me out of there. DO NOT COME HERE.

I went against my better judgement because the last time I used this place for an oil change they did my yearly inspection which was not due for another four months. So I lost those months. Today, I went in for air condition service because it was blowing hot air. I explained what I needed, cold air. After a few hours I was contacted that the vehicle was ready. The guy turned over vehicle and said AC was now blowing cold air, which initially, upon first getting in, was. But when I drive a few minutes it was blowing hot air. I went back, explained to the mechanic and he asked for the key, opened the hood, then drove it back into the garage. Then I get an email, with an estimate for $400+ for fixing the AC. I had just paid $250. So I left there with no AC and estimates for something they didnt tell me about until after I returned. NEVER AGAIN.

2022-02-04My girlfriend made an appointment for 8am to get oil change and to balance the wheels on our car. She went in and first off they had her waiting until 9:30am for the oil change. Then told her they could not balance the wheels because they all needed to be replaced. I replaced one of them recently so I dont see why they ALL need to be replaced. On top they denied her the balance of the wheels because it wouldnt make sense for them to. They wasted half her morning of work and denied her the balance of wheels. Next time let us know we should have new tires in order to balance them when we make an appointment.

2022-05-09Where do I begin? I have been a few times mainly for an oil change where I had a scheduled appointment. They always take at least an hour each time for the oil change. Last time I came in, they said I needed new rotars and brake pads and that would fix the grinding noise I was hearing. I also got an oil change and they replaced the air filter. The problem is the new rotars and pads did not fix the grinding noise, they didnt replace my air filter as the new one was in the passenger seat when I went to pick it up, and they didnt top off all fluids as advertised. I would have made an issue of it at the time but I spent 4 hours waiting on my car and had other things to do that day. I am currently waiting for an oil change that was scheduled at 9 and I brought back the new air filter that they left in my car so they can install it since I paid for it the last time I was here....IT IS NOW 1051 and Im still waiting. DONT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, DONT GO HERE AS THEY DONT DO AS ADVERTISED. APPOINTMENTS obviously DONT MATTERTried them again and again they take much longer than they estimated.Do they know people have to make it to work to pay for their inflated prices?

2021-12-30I brought my car in for an inspection and ended up needing a front marker light bulb replaced. The woman in the office named Kim was very nice and the mechanic explained to me about the work he did. They were professional and efficient.

2022-03-26Too expensive. Spent close to $500 to just get a battery replaced and labor. The battery itself cost nearly $400. I should have just brought a battery and installed it myself. I would have just spent $200. Never again.

2022-03-05Went here for an oil change, service was immediate. Had a basic oil change coupon, but these are no longer accepted at this location as they don’t perform basic oil changes anymore and instead do a complete package deal. Overall very good experience, although I wish I knew they no longer accept basic oil change coupons.

2021-12-09It’s a muffler shop, and I expected a much less pleasant experience, but the lady in front was professional, friendly, and had answers to all my questions. The owner (?) was in and out running the shop at a hectic pace, and managed to get my car right in record time, despite being super busy. My car purrs like a happy cat now, I couldn’t be happier.
