Ive been playing football and baseball at this park most of my life. Now I just visit to watch or bring the kids to the park. Still a great place for everyone, just needs a little cleaning and people to take responsibility to clean their own messes up. Still had a blast with the family at the playground though.

I love the idea of the dog park and how its fenced in and the doors latch but there is nothing for them to really do, there should be more for them to do
Park with a dog park community disregards. Walks there dogs and leaves dog mess all over walkways and park. Unsafe, as old unsafe drivers drive all over grass and sidewalks like roads. Women sell massages and sex at gazebo. Not allowing community it to use gazebo. Illegal actively rampant. Lovely community garden, where neighbors come and steal members produce. They do cut the grass each Monday. During summer season. Take good basic care of park.Keep good care of

Two playgrounds, a swing set, a skate park, 2 baseball diamonds, 2 racquetball courts and a football field. What more could you want? Well maintained, even in the winter. Its a fantastic park.

They need to work on the walkway around the park, its a nice place to walk to get your exercise, but theres so many breaks in the tarmac somebody could trip and get hurt

Great park to bring the kids and relax there. Wish they took better care of the playground. The main swings are falling apart and the ground is so unleveled.
Large playground for children, open field for activities, skateboard park within, fenced in dog area, open public bathroom, picnic tables. Everything you can want in a park. There are also baseball diamonds and football field/soccer field for teams to play.
Such a nice place for every age , toddlers, Juniors, seniors, there is a park over there , baseball court, soccer field, and more ... Nice grounds ( a little old though), beautiful trees, you will definitely enjoy it....

I have always loved this park, lots of green space, there is a dog park, skate park, baseball field, soccer/football field. I do wish the would update the playground. Not that what they have is bad just starting to be outdated.
Take the kids here multiple times every summer, its clean and there are always other kids for them to play with. One of the best parks in town

Needs to be upgraded but its the only place in the city if I had a way Id rather go to cadyville or Peru as a lot of people do
Very nice park to bring the kids. The skate part is a nice addition to the park for those with roller blades, skate boards, etc.
My favorite park in Plattsburgh. Theres a community garden baseball field, skate boarding area, bathrooms, play grounds, dog park, and an unkept racket ball court.
A nice park with baseball fields, a quality playground with room to run, other open fields for soccer, frisbee, etc., and its where the North Stars semi professional football team plays
Very quite and alot if space. Only thing is theres were no garbage cans to put your trash in while there.

The swings always have a large amount of mud. Now the mud is covered by sticks. Not really safe.

They need to fix up their play gym for the kids, especially the swings. Ive seen better play areas in New York Citys worst areas.

2021-10-06Nice path that winds between ball fields. Sidewalks desperately need love unfortunately which is why its 3 stars. Cracks, crumbling concrete, VERY bumpy if youre riding a bike/board/scooter. Skatepark needs a face lift, but usable. Restrooms werent open and saw some kids have their time cut short at the park because of the lack of a bathroom. Theres a community garden which is awesome and is active. Love seeing people tending to it. Just needs some love and it could be a great park.

2022-05-23Great spot for family and friends with the basketball hoops, skate park, playground, baseball field, soccer and hockey field and my favorite part is the picnicking area with little grills and picnic tables but bring your sunscreen and bug spray it does tend to get a Little buggy some times. the only problem I had is that I wish they would touch up and reopen the bathrooms and water fountain.

2021-10-09Very nice park with lots of free parking. People enjoy walking their dogs there (and regularly clean up after them). Park is also free and has paved pathways to walk on. There is no working restroom there, though

2021-04-16Its a great beautiful park, but wont be bringing my kids there to often. Ill just say reason why I left first time ever bringing my daughter is because she almost got hit in the head by a car flying down the slide the kids were throwing their cars/toys down the slides and of course parental supervision, HAHAHA If you call lets bring them to the park not bother watching what theyre doing just so we can sit and BS parental supervision ok. I took my daughter and left before my mouth got me into trouble.

2021-04-24We brought my 4 yr old lil man here today and played on the playground all the way to the right if your looking at the road. Seeing how the other one was a little busyHe had a blast. It was very clean and well kept. I will def be bringing him back for sure.

2021-10-16Love this park. Has a walking trail, skate ramps, and playground equipment for all childrens ages. Been stopping by since I was a kid, it is kept up well.

2020-09-14This is my daughters favorite park because theres always kids to play with. The park has plenty of slides and swings for the kiddies, rarely has litter and also has a small skate park for older kids. The parking lot is full of traffic and hugs the playground so keeping an eye on your child at all times is a must. I was unable to locate a drinking fountain or restroom so I always come prepared for that.

2021-03-18Great place but today my wife fell and broke her leg. Her femur and her leg was twisted and she was in alot of pain. It was really bad. The ambulance came. There were some weirdos there the were filming us and trying to hide it at first. They staired at us with their young children and their phones out like a bunch of dopes. Instead of leading the kids away. Bad parents and just strange people to want to film a woman down in the mud and screaming in pain. But again the park is great.
