The absolute best massage Ive ever had hands down. Krystal is amazing!!! Very easy to book, close to pub transport and excellent customer service.
Such an amazing massage experience. I had first been here for a postnatal massage which melt excels in. However, Ive continued to be a patron over 2 years now because of the relaxing and really deep tissue massages. Im sure everyone is great here, but I have experience with Pamela and Nicole and theyre amazing. I come back extremely relaxed every time.
Best massage I have ever had. I highly recommend Cynthia for a prenatal massage! She is amazing. She really listened to what my problem areas were and was also very intuitive. She has the perfect mix of being strong yet gentle.
I have been to many spas in the past to get a massage but Ynez was by far the best masseuse I’ve even been to! She is very knowledgeable and hit all the right spots. She exceeded all my expectations and I will absolutely be returning. Melt was very clean and smelled amazing! I had a phenomenal experience!
Cant recommend Kate enough! Kind, perfectly communicative, and STRONG! She really listens to what you need. Walked out feeling like a new person. Not to mention, the COVID precautions in place made me feel safe to completely relax.

I come here every few months and Im never disappointed. The therapists are all so knowledgeable and also provide a relaxing experience. Ive had a different therapist every time and each is better than the last. Highly recommend.
This was my first time going and the man who did my massage ruined it all! I paid for a hour and didn’t receive a hour than he started pressing me about giving him a tip but I refused and he literally started to get loud and started yelling at me saying “I need to tip him” and threw a pen cause I said no.
A confident, strong massage that left me feeling relaxed and energized. The environment is quiet, tasteful and all the people exude warmth and clients, therapists and desk people all seemed happy to be there. An added pleasure was The Den, a lovely little room to be alone on after a massage, offering music, meditation, tea and more.
SUCH a great place. Im a serious athlete (well, I was when I was 18....which was LONG ago), and they do a great job of massaging and stretching out all my issues (of which there are many). Professional.... no robes, no finger bowls, no Turkish toothless carp or calm chamomile tea. Melt rocks.
Ok, so do not come here expecting a conventional Swedish massage. The massage therapists are skilled, but it is more of a Thai style massage. The tables are really wide, and there is a whole in them for your face, not a conventional face cradle. The massage therapist uses her entire body and weight, at times standing on your legs/back. The massage therapist may also incorporate hot stone/oil and stretches. Overall, it is a great experience that consumes your entire focus. Come open minded and ready to relax!
The Melt classes kick my ass. I consider myself pretty in shape but the classes are the perfect balance of challenge meets kindness. The teachers encourage and instruct but theyre never obnoxious or over demanding. I leave giving everything Ive physically got and I always feel like a million bucks after I walk out that door. Or like 15 mins after walking out that door. The owners always have smiles on their faces and the vibe is relaxing and chill. Ive gotten some massages there too. They know what theyre doing. They will even explain stretches and exercises for you to self treat at home. I dont go nearly as much as I could with it being in my neighborhood but theres no excuse. Place is solid.

Mari did an excellent job on my pregnant body. She definitely took her time and asked about my comfort level along the way. I would totally recommend for a prenatal massage.
Visited this place 2 years ago and had a great experience. Decided to go again with my wife and traveled from UES/Second visit was a complete disappointment for both of us. We had the same person back to back and we both felt she had limited interest to work that day with no true effort. Melt will probably be a victim of their early success and I’m afraid we will never visit again
Ive come to melt a number of times for massages. Each one was wonderful.Im a professional dancer, fitness instructor and yoga instructor. When I say that I want a deep tissue massage, I want a deep tissue massage. Melt is one of the few and far between bodywork businesses that actually deliver a good and consistent deep tissue massage. Cant recommend Melt enough!My fiancé and I typically give each other gift cards to here for our birthdays and anniversarys. yeah theyre that good haha.
$30/hr. Amazing!!! I usually go the one newr my house because Im so used to going there but i just happened to find this place. Definitely check out Melt Massage & Bodywork if you need a good massage.
Kip! Thats all really. I came in with so much prolonged tension and left feeling like a different woman. He is very professional and has the touch. He even showed me how I can do self care between sessions to help relieve my knots.

2022-01-17Melt is amazing! When I had to reschedule my appointment, and their staff were very understanding, helpful, and kind on the phone. I had the best massage of my life here with Krystal. We talked through my needs, and executed them in a way that was thorough and with the perfect amount of pressure. I look forward to returning for another massage from her in the future!

2022-03-26This is a lovely clean and professional place. I chose Krystal based on other people reviews and they were accurate. She is awesome. I was feeling so much discomfort when I got there and by the time she was done I was loosy goosy. She is now my permanent massager. I originally signed up for 60 minutes but going forward I have extended it to 75 it is definitely worth it. She is very professional and listened and helped me with all my concerns. This is my new favorite place.

2022-02-12Aside from my asphyxia, the massage was ok I guess. As an fitness enthusiast, I should probably stick to sport massages. This joint definitely caters to the older, less active crowd. That’s definitely not my vibe.

2021-02-14I cant say enough good things about Melt. Ive been going there for 2 years. The environment is always relaxing and comfortable. The massage therapists are amazing. Not only do they listen to what you verbally tell them you need but they also have an amazing ability to hear your body and its needs. Their Covid policies are excellent and I feel safe going to get a massage. Thank you Melt for always helping me feel better.

2020-08-25Were in the midst of a pandemic. And I was super thrilled to find a massage place open in my neighbourhood, especially after months of crouching over my laptop in my ill-equipped makeshift office at home. I am someone who, prior to the lockdown, got weekly massages during my lunch break. So you can imagine my happiness at finding a new replacement near my current office.Little did I know, this was going to be the best experience Id had in ages.It was easy to set up an appointment and get myself sorted, the place was clean, offered lots of hand sanitiser, they took my temperature, etc. My massage therapist, Krystal, was INCREDIBLE. We had a conversation about my areas of concern, and she was able to work on those, and surrounding knots easily. While previously I had gone to a massage place on the regular, this was a completely different (and much better) experience that left me feeling, relaxed, relieved and rested. That night, when I got home, I finally had the first decent nights sleep in a very very long time.Oh, they also have venmo codes up on the wall for your LMT - dont forget to tip well. Definitely worth every penny.

2020-12-05Their Covid-19 precautions are phenomenal -- powerful air filter, fresh air, heated table, super CLEAN place. The massage was truly healing. I went for chronic lower back/leg pain, and not only did Kate intuitively find to right muscles and apply ideal pressure, but she fixed things in my neck that I didnt know were an issue. I actually felt taller when I walked out of there! I will certainly return, what a wonderful and restorative experience.

2020-03-01Had one of the best massages I’ve ever had from Danielle yesterday! She really listened to my concerns and I left feeling so much better than when I came in. I will absolutely be back! I do think there is some room for improvement with the booking system and new client visitors forms, but it didn’t take away from my fantastic massage.

2020-08-08Writing this review 1 year late. Cynthia was THAT good. Best prenatal massage I’ve ever had. She told me I wasn’t sleeping, she was 100% right & recommended some pillows for me to buy. Improved the quality of my pregnancy sleep by 1000%!! I’m so grateful for her!!

2021-01-13Melt is the perfect name for this place because that’s exactly what happened when I was on the table. The staff are all gracious, knowledgeable and HIGHLY skilled. I’ve had many massages in my life and this was by far one of the BEST. Melt also takes extra precautions around sanitization, clear signage, and COVID safety. I highly recommend!
