My service advisor Tom Palmero communicated with me in a very effective and professional manner. He listened to my inquiries and concerns, analyzed the situations with factual information and gave me options . We discussed the resolutions and made decisions. He is understanding, not pushy. So I feel I can trust him and the store again ( I have had bad experiences in the past for some service personnel pretended that they knew what they were doing but they didn’t . ) Worry value is also cost of a customer . With Tom, I feel my worry value was significantly decreased. So I am confidently doing business with the store again .
From reviews I’ve seen online, I knew that this is where I had to go. The process from beginning to end was pleasant and welcoming. Everyone approaches you with the intent to give you the best experience and that is absolutely what Tamer and Wahid did for me. I purchased and traded my previous car at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington. My experience with all of the personals there was amazing, especially my sales person, Jason Yang. Christine went out of her way to get us a car to test drive when I told her I dont feel comfortable buying a car without test driving it first. She sincerely cares about the customer. I worked with Brian Haney. I had nothing but a pleasant experience from day one when I. I went to other dealers, but the relationship and experience with Brian were by far the best. I had no clue what I wanted walking in. Brian showed me several different cars and models wasn’t happy with any of them but were persistent in finding something that I would enjoy. After I spent some time on the website and built out the car I wanted. Brian worked endlessly to find something very similar and within the week he had it delivered. Wahid the finance manager worked through every financial scenario with me as well till we found one I was happy with. I can’t thank both of them enough for the patience they displayed. This is my familys third vehicle from this dealership within the two years. I have to say every delivery is a smooth and flawless transaction. Jordan is an amazing, outstanding, and professional client advisor. I personally worked at another high end dealership and client advisors like Jordan are rare. I was the client that was somewhat difficult when it came to the vehicle, the packaging and the price BUT Jordan and Mike made magic happen. They have a client for life. I will definitely be back to purchase my G Wagon in a few years. I have already referred friends and family to this dealership.
It was such a fabulous experience. Carlos was such a gentleman and very knowledgeable. Wahid was gracious and made the finance part of my purchase effortless. Connie went over the car with me, she was so sweet, and showed me features I never used on my other EClass. Overall, They make you feel like family.
I went with my brother to purchase his car and were assisted by Carlos and Waheed. They were both efficient and broke everything down for us to understand. They had everything ready by the time we arrived, so the process was quick and easy. The concierge sat in the car and explainable all the bells and whistles. Excellent experience.
I was very pleased with the Service i received at Huntington MB. I had purchased my vehicle at Rallye and because of that had it serviced there initially. I have only had the vehicle for 2 months. I had the vehicle back to Rallye twice and each time i did not feel comfortable with the explanations i was given. They did not seem sure of themselves and did not leave me with confidence that they addressed the issue.This time i called Huntington, because long term i live closer to Huntington. From the beginning the feel at Huntington was different. Even speaking with the receptionist to set up the appointment was better. Upon arriving to the dealership i was greeted by a person who asked me what issues i was having. It was not just a valet like at Rallye. This person was able to explain why my keys were not working properly.The other issue i was having was that the app keep saying my battery was partially charged. The technician at Rallye did not know why, but the Sales Manager at Rallye told me that that was just the app and not to worry about it. I did not trusty that answer because the Sale manager at Rallye had lied to me before and i thought he was just trying to get rid of me.The technician at Huntington knew right away. He said confidently that it was the app and as long as the car was not displaying that that the battery in the car was fine. He said to put me at ease that they would check the battery which they did and it was fine. Again, the technician at Huntington knew this right from the beginning where the technician at Rallye did not even know this. It seems like the techs at Rallye have no idea how the app works. I feel much more comfortable at Huntington and will be servicing my car here going forward.
I purchased a 2020 G-wagon from MB of Huntington and after few months started having issues with the transmission. After numerous explanations to technicians and test drives by the technicians, the problem was not fixed. The service managers claimed that their hands are tied since the diagnostic computer showed no problems with the transmission and MB would not replace the transmission even though the truck was under warranty. I reached out to the MB headquarters and was basically told by the representative, Roman, in extremely rude manner that he will not authorize any repairs and I should stop complaining.Since I love driving the G-wagon, I decided to order a new one in October of 2020. I was told by the sales representative, Jordan, that the wait to place an order would be 8 months. I was “first” on the waitlist for 4 to 5 months after the 8-month period. They claimed that there were no allocations all this time. At that period there were no problems with supply chains. I’m still waiting.I also offered this dealership to purchase my truck. The price they offered was almost $40,000 less than another dealer paid for my G-wagon.When you walk into MB of Huntington, you will be greeted by very nice staff from sales people to service advisors. However, don’t expect them to help you when any serious issues arise with your car.I would suggest either purchasing your car at another dealership or just choosing another brand. Your warranty will not be fully honored.I’m am extremely disappointed in the service and the brand that claims to be luxury.This is the first and the last MB purchase. I sold my G-wagon, canceled the order for a new one and moved on to a different brand.I have never had any issues with brands like Porsche or Lexus. They stand behind their cars and know how to treat their clients.Mercedes Benz of Huntington does not deserve your patronage!!!
These Guys Went over and Above to help my wife get the Car of her dreamsand unfortunately she has Vertigo. She Loved the Idea of having a BeatifulClk 43 Amg Cabriolet unfortunately didnt like her and even with all the Anxiety trying to please her we all failed. they dont make the car she can drive without pain. we brought the car back 2 days later grieving and being in pain the Geoffrey and Mike Could of did any better to try and please us.gave us a full refund and without difficulty pleasure doing business or none still they handled themselves professionally and helpful
My E350 had a intermittent screeching and grinding coming from the left rear tire. Without an appointment, I was at M-B Huntington at 7:30 this morning, Vincent Sorrentino immediately connected me with a Service Advisor, Joe Sansivero, They prioritized my service and had a mechanic test-driving my car within 30 minutes. He found the issue and by 8:45, I was on the way home. This is why I love Mercedes-Benz of Huntington.
I stopped at the dealership on Monday afternoon to have air put my tires since the TPMS indicated all 4 tires were low, thanks to the L.I.E. My service advisor was off, but that shouldnt matter, and didnt. Air was added and I drove to East Farmingdale, the indicator light didnt go out. Apparently my free air was light on air. Disappointing, but not something to give up great service on a regular basis at Mercedes Benz of Huntington.
Was looking to buy a new car for my daughter. Jonathan was helpful, very easy to work with and very honest. I told him what I wanted, he found it and we made a deal in 10 min. There was no back and forth. His manager was very fair. We took delivery yesterday. My daughter loves the car. Thank you guys for a great experience!
I checked out every dealership near me and settled on Huntington. I couldnt be more pleased with my decision to choose this dealership. I find everyone there to be helpful and interactive. My questions were answered and I really feel they try to go above and beyond when they can. Carlos in sales and Eric in service are both friendly and knowledgeable. I cant say that my car has been perfect (thats a whole different kind of review 😕), but Carlos and Eric and largely the entire dealership, have had my back.
It would be difficult to impossible to find fault with the exceptional service we have received as eighteen year/nine vehicle customers. Over the years we have had three or four sales reps, all of whom knew their product lines and worked hard to find ways to get us the very best deal. But, of course, thats what theyre supposed to do.The level of customer focus from our Service Adviser, Eric, (and the team of technicians and helpers) has always (and thats eighteen years worth of always) been more customer focused than any other public-facing individual with whom weve dealt in ANY business. And, while one could say: Thats the way it should be, we all know that its rare to find it and, perhaps, even more rare to find that warmth, smile and focus for such a long term relationship; they represent the Gold Standard and deserve this recognition. I was pleased with my experience buying a new car here. I was not pressured and the sales person found exactly what we wanted. I was told that the car would be ready in 7-10 days and that is exactly what happened. The finance person was very helpful. All in all I found this to be one of the easiest car dealerships to work with.

Huntington office finally has a person who is an amazing sales rep- Oz. So pleasant and efficient to work with. Our 4 other visits over the yrs were futile and we ended up buying else where. We always come into that location for service as it is the closest and also to take a quick look to see what is available in the market. So glad we walked in knowing we might not get a suitable rep And then we met Oz, So thankful for u. Believe it or not we had gone to our preferred location on LI where we bought one of our cars and via my recommendation my friend bought 2 cars and my cousins sis bought another car all GLS from there. Plus this time the sales person was from same ethnicity as us. But we still chose to go with Oz because he sounded so genuine and his gentle yet confidant assurance that he will get us the best deal possible and took time to mock build a car and giving us fair estimate of the car build was all very impressive , specially with pandemic restriction and shortage of build staff. And understood that every detail is important to us. And steered us to make the right option choices. Really appreciated his input and help. a minor detail was left out and he is already working to get that done no questions asked. We highly recommend Huntington location and ask for OZ.* The finance dept - Mr.Wahid had everything in order and took us 10 mins flat to get the SUV keys. All the details were hashed out ahead of time on the phone. Sooo efficient.*Connie who showed us how to navigate (no pun intended) all the electronics and highlighted all the special features and was so enthusiastic about us getting the car. She must have done this scores of times but she was the cutest and showed such joy explaining everything.Great teamThanks again OZ.
I had a wonderful experience at Mercedes of Huntington. Carlos (sales) and Mike (financing) were both super informative and helpful during my used car experience. I went in to the dealership looking at one of their trade-ins (a 2017 Toyota Corolla). I thought that they may be less interested in selling a non-Mercedes or a used car, but this was not the case. Carlos and Mike made me feel super comfortable during the entire process. They answered and explained everything I was confused about, and took the time to explain what was appropriate and useful for my vehicle purchase. I ended up purchasing the car the same day I test drove it due to my interactions with them. I would absolutely buy another car from these guys! Thanks!!!
Purchased an S-class vehicle. Broke down first day .Took a week to fix with poor communication throughout.They promised a replacement trim piece as a condition of the sale.Ive been calling for 2 months now they say another month for small trim part from the manufacture . Suggest you buy from another dealer or Brand ! This is my 3 S-class & quality and service hasnt gotten better.
I have been going to MB of Huntington for service ever since I bought my C55. The service advisor Ron Kraham and now Eric Grobert are the best service advisors I have worked with. I trusted them when making decisions on whats needed for my car.Overall, the service center is clean and entire staff are friendly. I get my car serviced quick and always updated with the status. Its so good, I make the drive from Queens to Suffolk to just get my C55 serviced so that really shows how I like going to MB Huntington!

I had the best experience at this dealership! I spoke with Oz and from the beginning he was very patient and transparent which made the buying experience much more comfortable. I had gone to a few other luxury brand dealerships where after test driving cars, I would see hidden fees or changes in price from what was posted online but at Mercedes it was nothing but honesty and straight-forward conversations as well as clear direction of what to expect with each step of the financing process. I would definitely recommend them.

Michael Glosque (Business Manager) is the best. He took time to go over every detail , and got me a great financing deal. He pointed out the advantages of a M-B extended warranty, and didnt try to push things I didnt need. in 3 words - friendly, competent & efficient. . Would recommend to all.
I scheduled an appointment to have my 2018 S450 serviced. Scheduling online wasn’t the only problem, after receiving 2 notifications that my appointment was booked, the next day I received a text message from a rep named Gabby telling me there was no availability and that the online scheduling was incorrect and they couldn’t not fix it either. I found this funny because I scheduled 2 appointments, one with a service fee and the other was covered under my manufactures warranty and guess which one got canceled, that’s right the free one.So I went to the dealership anyway only to find the service department representatives all at their desks and hardly any customers waiting and I was able to make an appointment on the spot. After they looked at my vehicle I noticed they had washed it which I did not need nor ask for because I just left the car wash and not only that, they never dried my vehicle off as water was all over my car, to top it off it looked as if they drove it through puddle as my white S-Class had a big mud stain on it. After cleaning my own car off I drove away only to receive a call from a rep named Karen who told me that my appointment for two days out was now being canceled, I chuckled and told her that I just left the dealership and already got my car serviced and that they were giving out incorrect information.They clearly had no desire to work today and from what I was told by a friend that works there they do this all the time to people that they won’t make any money off of due to the vehicles being covered under warranty.TERRIBLE SERVICE for my $90,000 car I would expect this from type of service from a Toyota dealership but not a Benz Dealership.
My father leased a GLC, through MB of Huntington, and everyone involved in the sales process was extremely courteous and truly went above and beyond. We would particularly like to thank our sales consultant Mr. Osman Siddiqi who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind and respectful throughout the process and was able to get us a great deal and took great care to make sure everything was perfect. We would also like to thank the finance manager Mr. Wahid, who helped us select a maintenance plan, and the gentlemen (Mr. Rey and Mr. Joe) who helped my father learn how to operate the car and the phone app as they were also very helpful. My father looks forward to coming back here for his next car when his lease expires, and I look forward to ordering or purchasing my car from here in the coming months. We are completely satisfied with our experience and would recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you very much for everything!

Working with Anthony Mastroianni was an absolute pleasure. He made himself available to me via cell phone and responded promptly via text message or physical call during my financial arrangements. The transaction was handled timely and I was driving my new Mercedes in a day. Before I drove off, Anthony introduced me to a service coordinator, Klint, for future maintainence and another sales coordinator, Connie, who walked me through the technology of my new CLA-45. I have been speaking with Tom from sales For about 3 weeks before I finally decided on a car I wanted that was in the price range I was looking to spend. I know for sure I was super annoying and difficult to satisfy. Tom never once made me feel uncomfortable for passing on many decent deals he was finding me. I actually felt like he was trying to get me something that fit my criteria in every way, not just showing me different cars to push a sale. I finally decided on a C300 to buy. Tom was out for the time being that I was purchasing the car and he referred me to Christine who was nothing but great as well. She helped me work through the payments and we got to a price that I was happy with. She stayed in tough and made it so easy to send in my insurance information and everything needed. She came out to help me learn the car and just was a nice person all around. I feel badly saying that I don’t remember the name of the concierge who helped me further set up the car but she was wonderful as well. She helped me hook up my phone, went through all the different functions of the car, setting up the seats to remember me when I get in, everything you would need to know as a first time Mercedes owner. The gentleman I sat with on finance was fantastic as well. He got through the paperwork with me nice and quickly as I had 2 young children with me, I didn’t feel pressured into adding on a warrantee (my husband is in the automotive field and we can purchase through him) or anything else, no “surprise” money, everything easy to understand, and painless. My experience through my many trips and conversations with anyone I encounters there was great. The girl at the front desk was helping me keep the kids busy, talking to them and making sure I had anything I needed.
Service deserves zero stars. Brought car in to fix tire. Would not honor tire insurance.Made us purchase an inferior tire. Left the rim dented and would not fix even though it was all covered. No one at Mercedes returns a call. Sam Exantus is a crook and a liar. Totally unprofessional left me to now fight it out with insurance and credit card company. Took total advantage of the situation.
I went to Mercedes-Benz of Huntington and with the help of Brian Haney, I was able to drive off with my dream car! Brian is so patient and helpful, he really sits down and listens to exactly what you want and need and he makes it happen. He is professional and his personality makes him such a pleasure to work with! His customer service and how he has a gift to match the car to the person is impressive. First class service all the way when I dropped off my Mercedes 350 CLE for a re-call service. They assigned an agent to me right away and had my car taken care of within an hour. I had to get back to my home while service was being done and they had a very nice gentleman drop me off. I would recommend this dealership with a 5 star rating.
We went to Mercedes Benz at Huntington and met with Thomas Aveni who clearly told us that the vehicle we were interested in was available. He told us he will add our names to the vehicle and we should have it in couple of days. Because of a discount voucher that I have the entire story changes. First, he refuses to respond to my emails, calls etc. We happen to return to the store unannounced and was first told that they cannot give the discount. Then, he told us that the inventory is limited and we will need to wait three months to get the car built. I asked to speak with his manager and Jeff was off no help. They told me that the car is at another dealership and when I asked for the information, the story changes again. Now, the car that was promised for couple days will be build and ready in June. This is absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a business. The dishonesty, lies and deceptions all because they dont want to give the discount. I do not recommend this location! After having terrible car buying experiences in the past I can hands down say I will ONLY buy my future cars from Brian Haney at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington for the rest of my life. It was the easiest most stress free, and painless process EVER. Brian was such a pleasure and made buying a car so much fun! He answered every one of my questions and did everything to make sure I was 100% satisfied while finding the perfect car for me that fit all my wants and needs. I truly can’t thank him enough.
I had the pleasure of working with Oz Siddiqi and Michael from Finance on the purchase of my new vehicle this past Monday, April 5 2021.I was traveling all the way from New Jersey and upon my arrival I was greeted with a very warm welcome from Oz. His level of respect and professionalism was bar none. In addition, he was very accommodating and their thoroughness throughout the process made the transaction extremely smooth.Yes, I certainly wanted the vehicle I sought to purchase, but working with these two gentlemen made the experience all the better.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I went into buy a new CLA or GLA my daughter. They didn’t have either... apparently they only have c300’s right now. When we tried to negotiate pricing for a c300 I was met by the manager Denis. You would think a manager of a dealership wants to sell cars but this knuckle head didn’t even want to negotiate a penny on the car. He told us if we didn’t like the sticker price on the car we could go look around other dealerships. What kind of dealership manager says that to a paying customer. He was so nasty and rude we left immediately and went to a different local Mercedes Benz dealership. Avoid Huntington Benz at all cost. The manager of the new cars sales is the most nasty and rude person ever. He’ll laugh in your face and tell u to go to BMW.
I always wanted a Mercedes Benz as my first car and as soon as me and my family walked in to Mercedes Benz of Huntington we were greeted by very courteous and kind staff. Then we were set up with Oz, Oz is absolutely the best he was very kind and very professional and helped me find exactly what I needed and was never pushy. He found me the vehicle I wanted which was a GLS 450 and was able to come up on a very decent price. Then we worked with Wahid the finance manager, very nice guy and very professional, was never pushy on anything and helped me and my family out. From the first time I stepped foot into the dealership, every experience has been top notch. I’m now on my second lease with them and can’t be happier.Jordan was awesome in taking me out to test drive a few different models, so I could figure out exactly what I was looking for. He was patient, attentive, and detail oriented. He was quick to respond to emails, and didn’t pressure at all like many car salesman do. We were able to work out an unbelievable price for an unbelievable car.Eric is the ultimate service advisor. I can’t say enough positive things about him. He is there to help with any issue, general maintenance, or whatever else may come up. He is the definition of what Mercedes Service is supposed to be.

Was my first visit to the dealership. It was quick as I had the 10K mile service and I opted to wait. It was a courteous atmosphere. All the personnel were very polite and knew what they were doing. I was done at the time stated. Service consultant Marie Davi was extremely professional. Explained the whole service to me. I would go back again. My husband and I have always loved Mercedes Benz of Huntington, because of their friendly and professional service. Everyone is always polite. There are other Mercedes Benz dealers and service locations but, we choose to come from Staten Island everytime. Im so happy with my new certified SUV. Bridget and Wahim are amazing. I was very surprised to hear that Bridget has only been with the company for only two weeks. Her professionalism, knowledge of the business was breath taking. She was on top of everything and the communication was non stop. She made me feel comfortable in picking out the right vehicle. Wahim the finance guy was also amazing. I was surprised that he was fairly new as well. You really picked some intelligent , awesome and hard working individuals. They both make everything go smoothly. He secured a repair for me that was just outside of its warranty, and so I didnt have to pay out of pocket for it. The staff of Mercedes-Benz of Huntington made making my first Mercedes-Benz purchase a great experience. Lenny Anglin was my salesman and he was extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient with all of the questions I had. He is not your average pushy salesman, and he never pressured me into any purchase, which is a big plus for me when going into car dealerships. Jason Tinling helped with the delivery of my vehicle and he was highly hospitable and sweet! Hands down the best car buying experience Ive had to date (and this is my 6th car purchase). Go see my salesman Oz (like Dr. Oz). Courtesy, responsive, attentive and professional. Oz went above and beyond to make sure the deal happened and never left me hanging. I called another dealership before this one and Im still waiting for them to call me back... terrible.Walid took care of the financing and was top notch from the beginning. He explained my options without trying to sell me. I feel great about the purchase (funny since Im pretty cheap). Great team work and excellence in execution. Great job overall.

I posted one review based on immediate impressions. Im posting this one a few months after purchasing my car.I never looked under the hood before purchasing my car. The drive home was the first time I took the car over 45 MPH. I discovered once on the highway that the wheels were out of balance. When I checked the oil level, I found that there was an oil leak from the cam actuators on the left bank.M-B convertible tops tend to squeak where the seals meet the body. Mercedes recommends lubricating the seals with a special lubricant at every Service B. The top of my car was very squeaky when I test drove it, so between the test drive and delivery, I asked that they lube the seals as per Service B. When I returned for delivery, the top still squeaked. Whatever. Id have my dealer fix it.I took my car to my local M-B dealer a month or two ago. They fixed the oil leak and said all four wheels were out-of-round. That was odd, because two of the wheels were badly scored and were fixed by Huntington, but I guess they only did a cosmetic repair.My regular service consultant called after they inspected the car and said that two tires were not yet at the wear bars, but they were not really good. Then he said, Too bad you didnt buy a Certified Pre-Owned car. These things would have been fixed and youd also have new tires. These are too worn to pass CPO inspection.I replied, I did buy a CPO car. He asked how many miles I put on the car since purchase and after I told him, he he was surprised the tires were that worn. So I ended up buying $700 worth of tires on the car.My local dealer fixed a list of issues including the squeaky top. Its completely silent, now. The other things they fixed are also perfect, as one would expect of a Mercedes-Benz.Im happy with the car, but next time, Ill wait until my local dealer has a car in the color I want before I buy elsewhere. My local dealer is better organized and does the work required on their CPO cars.I bought our last Mercedes from my local dealer. At delivery MBRACE was working and a trial subscription to Sirius was active. They also walked though setting up the app on my iPhone and connecting it to my car. I had to go back inside at Huntington to have a trial started on the Sirius radio and had to call to get MBrace working correctly.
Mercedes-Benz of Huntington is great! This is our third vehicle from there and Jordan and Wahal made everything so simple it was a pleasure! I remember the days where youd go to buy a car and youd be there all day but here, we were done in maybe a total of 3 hours total and I bought an absolutely beautiful convertible E-class car.... Thank you guys!!!! You were fantastic and an absolute pleasure to work with!!!!

When I was purchasing out the lease of my E300, MB of Huntington was great. When I brought the car to be serviced, they called and said that the car was done. When we went to get the car, they had not completed a software update, so the service idiot reminder could not be reset, thirty minutes later, was told that the car had to stay there another day for the update. Why didnt they see this earlier? Also, I dont understand why they gave us the car with the idiot service reminder still on. Sloppy customer service and a total of an hour and ten minutes wasted for no reason.
I had the best experience in my life at a car dealership at MB of Huntington. If you are looking for MB, I would highly recommend this dealership. They are patient, they listen to you, and do not put pressure on you. I bought a CPO and worked with Tom A. He made the experience easy. He gave me a great price for my trade in and a great deal for my CPO, on top of that him and the dealership were efficient. I went in at 11 am and left by 2pm! I would highly recommend!

This dealership has gone down the tubes. I had an absolute terrible experience after dealing with this dealer for 20 years! Sam in the service department tried to rope me into spending money for nothing and then when I called him out on it he turned into a different person. I picked up my car from service with tires not inflated he correctly, service lights on and dirty! What a shame. No wonder the original people I dealt with in sales quit! Stay away from this dealer. Go somewhere else for service.
I have been using this dealership for the past 8 years and found them to be a cut above. Service writers are friendly and knowledgeable. Repairs and diagnostics are excellent. Loaners available with appointment. Comfortable and clean waiting area. There is another MB dealer closer to my home but these guys are worth the longer drive.
I had my scheduled annual maintanence, arrived a little late due to traffic but they were very receptive and understanding. I was in and out within the hour. Very professional and courteous! A big shout out to Ms. Marie Davi for her exceptional customer service. I have been very pleased with my vehicle since getting it with the amazing help and guidance from Mr. Jason Tinling. My buying experience with MB of Huntington was nothing short of excellent. Jerry was great from start to finish. Always friendly, never pushy and knowledgeable of the vehicle. I’ve done business in every Mercedes dealership in Queens but still opt to travel to Suffolk County to Huntington Mercedes. The staffs courteous (from the service area all the way to sales). They’re experienced, knowledgeable and ALWAYS make you feel valued as a customer. It’s very easy to get an appt and the wait time is always minimal. I feel like a rock star when I have my car serviced there.
Love the sales people here. It’s having to wait for people ahead of you to sit with their CPO manager and have him ask if you want an extended warranty and tint. He’s super-aggressive and it gets tiring after you’ve said no a few times. Can I please sign for my car and head home already? I’m tired and I have a headache. This is supposed to be an exciting time but I’m just not feeling it having to wait for a guy to upsell when I’m already paying an arm and a leg. Do better, please.

So I decided to purchase an almost new SL450. I found a 2018 with 7200 miles at MB Huntington. I worked with Tom Aveni. They were extremely straight forward. I drove from Southern NJ to pick it up. Delivery went flawless. When I got home it was evening. The next few days I was busy with work. Over the following weekend I found that the rear trim had been cracked. Had to have happened prior to delivery since I had only driven it home And never stopped. I called Thomas and within a few hours he replied.... No Problem we will cover the repair 100%. The repair was $1000 they paid the dealer in the area that I live in. I think They are straight up people and honorable to do business with. So in the end so far seems like I have a nice car and purchased from a fist rate company.
16 days of ownership but 5 days lost to snow, AND 526 miles later...Lets start with sales service !My sales consultant was Oz Siddiqi, very knowledgeable about the makes and models, as well as all the features and options.His patience with all of my questions was truly remarkable, since Im a former no-frills Jeep owner (think crank up windows ! ). His attention to all the paperwork and follow-up was very much appreciated.And Wahid Amani, the business manager, was equally helpful compiling all the forms necessary, answering my questions and going through all the financing options as well as the prepaid maintenance agreements.Now onto the vehicle....Well made, advanced technology, the kind of thing that Mercedes is known for. You can tell the detail and thought that goes into a car by the littlest of things, in this case the tabs to hold open the filler cap on the windshield washer reservoir and its positioning within the engine compartment.A pleasure to drive and a real pleasure to do business with an outstanding dealership.

I leased my car from Jordan over the summer, he is excellent! I ordered the car, and it is beautiful. I love it! Jordan was very patient, and explained everything. He’s didn’t rush you into getting the car immediately either, Jordan was great to deal with, the other staff is also very nice. Evan is also excellent. They were both very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Mercedes dealership over any other one! The price I got was also great, they definitely do not try and rip you off like most dealerships.
My friend and I went in there to shop for a new car, and was told to wait for a sales associate because they were all busy. Apparently not, this guy came and made eye with the receptionist and indicated he was NOT interested with helping us. Too bad for him. I guess hes doing so well he can turn away customers ready to buy with cash in pocket. Good for him. Well take our business elsewhere FOREVER. Thank you, Buy Buy (somewhere else).
I always buy my certified pre-owned cars here! They are the best. I have had to go back for electronic sensors failing, but they have so far been covered under warranty and so hassle free. I was surprised when I just picked up my car after a multi-point inspection that my washer fluid level was completely empty and indicating so; I had left it that was thinking it might be addressed. Also, I expressed that my 2 front tires seemed to be wearing out faster than the 2 rear tires, and that maybe a rotation was needed. But no one followed up with that at all. Service may be slipping.
It was beyond seamless, from the day I went in to see what my options were after my lease was up. Lenny showed me all my options and we proceeded to build the CLS AMG 53 together. In a months time the car was here and ready to be picked up the next day. This is my 3rd lease with Mercedes Benz of Huntington and I’ve only had great experiences, in the showroom and in service. Lenny is knowledgeable and great to work with.

I just placed a custom order with MB of Huntington and cant say enough good things about the dealership. I live 2h away (almost 4h round-trip) and it was still 100% worth it going out of my way to work with them. My sales representative, Christine, was always available and very professional and helpful. From the small things like calling to introduce herself after the first email, to answering emails on her day off. Christine and everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington went above and beyond to make it a 5* experience for me and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone shopping for a Mercedes - even those in New Jersey like me.
Two years ago, my employer, a 93 year old retired physician, told me, his personal assistant, that he wanted a red Mercedes before he died. I took him to the local dealer near his house and leased an E300. I became his driver that day. Never having owned a luxury car, I was easily steered to the wrong car. The dealer was hard to contact and wouldnt offer any help. The salesman never once called me back. I discovered that I could bring the car to any dealer for service, so I chose Mercedes Benz of Huntington which is more convenient for me. For the last two years I was treated like a king. The car needed a lot of TLC since I drive it from Suffolk County to Queens every day. The Service manager, Tom, is a real gentleman. I had the pleasure to meet with Carlos Evertsz a few weeks ago and now I am driving Doc in an S450. Carlos explained the advantages and worked out all the details. When he delivered the vehicle to us, the Dr was impressed with Carlos and gave his nod of approval. Thank you to the entire Huntington staff.

Brought my wife’s 300 GLC in for NYS inspection. Klint, our service adviser was great! He told me that the vehicle would be ready within an hour and I chose to wait. I got a flat tire on my way to my sons Wedding rehearsal and the wedding was the next day at 1pm. I text Marie Davi at 8pm and she replied be here at 7:30am and we will get you out ASAP. I was on my way to get dresses with the groom at 8:30. Huntington MB never lets me down.
All my experiences with Mercedes Benz of Huntington have always been above my expectations. A large part of why I lease my cars (there have been 6 or 7 over the last 18 years) at this particular dealership is due to their great service department and my service advisor Eric Grobert. He is the nicest and most genuine person to deal with and is always accommodating and dependable.
I went in for service on my SL 550 and was completely satisfied with their service. It is always First class VIP service, and I would highly recommend for everyone to experience it. My service advisor is Eric Grobert, he always goes way beyond his expected duties. He is always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. My car was ready in minutes and is always cleaned to perfection when it comes out. I currently have 3 new benzs and always experience the same treatment. I look forward to a lasting relationship with Eric and the dealership for many more years.

I own and drive Merceds since 1984, needless to say I have favorable and unpleasant experiences with various dealerships and service department throughout the past 27 years. My brother did some research on cars and suggested we go to Mercedes Benz of Huntington. We spoke with Tom Aveni, a top salesman at the dealership. He was completely prepared when we went there the next morning. He was knowledgeable, friendly, low pressure but encouraging about the reasons to buy a Benz at that dealership. Anytime I have had to service my E and C class cars Mercedes Benz of Huntington was the absolute best. I never had anyone care so much. They are the most honest dealership I have ever dealt with. And...they have always been right on the money. No games were ever played. Not only do we service the cars there but we have gotten all of our cars from them over the past years and have been very pleased. We highly recommend you going to this dealership. Hands-down over Any other dealership!
Joe at the Service center was great! I had my car towed to their service shop and he communicated through text messages which was great ! I requested them to drop off the car as I couldnt go with two of my kids. My car was home in 40 mins after my request!!! it doesnt get better. Thank you to the entire team at MB Huntington.

I have had all my Mercedes cars serviced at Mercedes Benz of Huntington for over 15 years and the service has always been outstanding. Eric Grobert the Service Director I deal with is the best. He always goes out of his way to make sure I am happy with the service. He even rescued me last year when my 2007 CL550 broke down in a small town in Vermont. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and told us what parts to order to repair the problem. I have found that the service department has always been the best and plan to continue with MB of Huntington in the future .

Jonathan Jacobs was a pleasure to work with. He was honest and professional. He delivered the vehicle to me without any hidden costs or misunderstandings. I am a custom of MB for 20 years and expect excellent service. I got that and more from Jonathan. I got my last car from Massapequa and they could not match the price or the service I expected for being a long time devoted customer. Drove over to service the other day to get my passenger mirror fixed and had an amazing experience. Dont usually write reviews however, I wanted to express my gratitude towards Joe Goncalves the service advisor who was super helpful and went above and beyond for me in the process. I am on my 4th M-B product. This is the 3rd one from M-B of Huntington and I have to say, the only reason I keep coming back to M-B in general and Huntington specifically is the professional, honest and knowledgeable experience that I get from Anthony, and enjoy during my visits to the store. I am a spontaneous buyer, however, Anthony has taken the time to learn me as a client, and he knows what I like. With his direction, I have never been disappointed at M-B of Huntington either during a purchase or with service. And speaking of service, as service representative go, Eric Grobert is awesome. Excellent, fair and fast service. Tom Palermo was my service rep and he kept me in the loop and informed throughout the entire process. I didn’t require a loaner but they offered anyways which was a nice professional touch. The loaner was a brand new GLC in excellent condition minus the cigarette smell (not MB Huntington’s fault, but some pig who couldn’t help themselves and smoked in literally a brand new car - ew.)Overall 5 star experience and I will continue to use them for service and sales in the future!

Pretty good stuff. Their products seem just a touch pricey, and, though I know the quality used to be the best of the best, but, with competition, and accountants running businesses, it seems something has to give, though not horribly.All said though, their customer service and environment is definitely top notch.I needed a brake switch for my W210, and after a little mix up, I got it straight and good. And, for a bit less than a kings ransom, I ordered an extra key for my ride.Alls well that ends well, as they say.

I was having some pretty difficult problems with my car but everyone involved at Mercedes really went out of their way to help. From the tow to the loaner car all made it as easy as possible. I have been servicing my car at Mercedes of Huntington for the past year and a half, and the majority of my service interactions have been with Marie Davi. Ive been extremely satisfied and impressed with her responsiveness to calls/emails, knowledge about issues that occur with my car, and her overall professionalism, and I highly recommend her and the dealership as a whole.
Working with Marie Davi as my service coordinator is so easy and actually is fun. Shes knowledgeable, no nonsense, personable and funny. No complaint is ever ignored and no problem is too large or too small for her to give it the attention it needs. I cannot say enough good things about Marie or the dealership.
Over all the dealer is very good! However with that said, if a remote start is important to you as it was for me, DO NOT buy a MB! Go with an Audi or BMW. Do not take my word for it, go to the App Store and read all the reviews. This is a major issue MB is having and it’s very sad that my sons $14k Jeep remotely starts 100% of the time where my $75K MB about 20%, if even. Very disappointed, will be my last MB!Good evening to you and thank you for your response. As I said in the review above, overall your dealerships service has been very good and have gone out of their way to try to help! So 5 stars for that. In fact, I have brought my car in 3 times for this problem with no repair options My point being is I fully realize this is not a dealer issue, its that MB offers an option that for the most part just does not work. We both know that this is an on going issue, all you have to do is go on the App Store and see all the dissatisfied MB customers that are having the same issue. Have you done so? Have you read all the other reviews on the blogs about this- not good at all. I only wish when I was buying the car and I told the sales person how important this option is for me, he would have been up front and told me the issue with the remote start- simply because there is and no spin is going to change that.
Marie Davi was SO quick, efficient, organized, sweet and friendly. She made this service visit a wonderful, seamless experience and I really appreciated how quickly she organized my loaner car! Stephanie, who originally took my call for the appointment, was also AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I am never disappointed with the service, the timeliness of delivery, the customer accommodation and the quality of the mechanics work at MB Huntington. I have been a customer since 2004 and have always been treated like a valued guest. On my last visit I was assisted by Eric Grobert who kept tabs on the work being done on the car and even tracked me down after he discovered I had wandered off into the showroom to shop for my next car. Hes a real pro!And oh yeah, they also have great bagels in the lounge.Headed back to MB Huntington this past week to tend to the Takata Airbag Recall. It was a painless process for me (and likely for the car too) as Eric Grobert once again made sure everything, including my loaner car, got moved along efficiently. What can I say? Evan and Spence were phenominal from start to finish regarding leasing my vehicle and then purchasing it 3 years later. It is not easy to be a service staff in a top brand car station! I have met different service staffs in different Mercedes Benz service station!But the staffs in Huntington Station are really the best I have ever met! They are kind and responsible for whatever they promised.On May 24 2014, I checked out and picked up my car. But I found I needed paint for some minor repair. Mr Rich Werner tried to find some but there was no paint available in the color. Then he promised to order it for me. Today I found he had got them for me!I do appreciate it and I think any body going there for services at Huntington Station shall feel confident ........

Jason Tinling was the salesman that assisted me and he made things so comfortable and easy that I was pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased. As usual Eric Grobert Eric is always professional, through,very personable friendly patient and not afraid to suggest services that are necessary that i might have missed or not know. if their is a problem he is very accommodating . Eric Gobert is one of the main reasons i have kept coming back not only for service but purchasing/leasing my last six cars. In deed if not for Eric and my salesman David Bank i might have tried a different manufacturer for variety sake. Simply if Eric Grobert is not working that day I wait till he comes back.

Walked in to Mercedes-Benz of Huntington at 2 pm on a Sunday interested in buying a SUV but uncertain of exactly what I wanted. Had the good fortune to be greeted by and work with salesman Tom Aveni. By far the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had! Tom helped me figure out exactly what I wanted, and by 4 pm, I had found the SUV I wanted! Tom was great and had it ready for me to pick up by the next day! Thankful for such a smooth and easy transaction - and for Tom’s help and knowledge! Thanks to Connie, too, for showing me all the SUV’s details and how to work everything. Highly recommend this dealership!

2022-01-14Just had my car serviced with this dealer today. I drove an hour to get there because my local dealer was not only incompetent but exceptionally over priced in comparison for the same service I just received. My service advisor Sam was wonderful, the quoted time to service the car was exact and they took my car in on time and without issue. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely be using this dealership to service my car in the future.

He’s extremely knowledgeable and very patient, happy to answer any and all questions that I had. Many thanks to Connie who is the best how to operate all of the bells and whistles in your car while patiently reviewing every detail and nuance from the screens to seats. She happily did a repeat on anything. Jason T. was my salesperson and he did a stand out job. He was there for every step of the process from initial query to wrapping it up. Jason was instrumental in the install the Mercedes and me app. Seamless from start to finish. Great work from a great team at Huntington MB!!!
