I had a wonderful experience! I had a nail in my tire and the service associates were able to help me right away; even though I did not schedule an appointment. I was back on the road within an hour. My service advisor, Mateo Calderon, was kind enough to check my warranty and offer additional services that my vehicle needs. The service I received today definitely made me smile!
From beginning to end the experience was amazing. Josh our sales representative beyong amazing without the hassle or dealing of a typical car salesman which I as most detest dealing with. Walked into Mercedes of Massapequa right when they opened to check out their wide selection of preowned cars with two specific cars in mind. I was quickly helped by Amanda Viera who had a pleasant personality and tried her best make me happy . We went to test drive one of the cars that I was interested in and she showed me around. When it came down to finalizing the deal , she again tried her best make me happy and to meet me at the price I had in mind. Amanda introduced me to the sales manager , Nick Guadagno who went over the price with me and confirmed the best possible deal. Lastly the finance manager , Edvin Bilali reviewed the paperwork and warranties with me and answered any questions I had regarding the sale. Noone was ever pushy or rude , everyone tries their best to make the customer feel welcomed and to walk out with their perfect car and at a great price. Amanda got me in and out in about 4 hours with the car. If you see something you like at Mercedes of Massapequa , stop by and say hello to her and you might just be driving out with something new.

William West was amazing, made the whole process seamless. During COVID times when there is a scarcity of supply, many dealers have forgotten the basics of customer service. William is definitely an exception to that, which makes him one of the best in the industry and makes me a customer for life.
Ok wear do I start. As I walked in I was welcomed by who I now consider the most Awesome Car Salesman in the world! We just clicked from the start. I already knew I wanted the truck advertised and with no hesitation Erick said no problem he will go get the key and I can check it out. Unfortunately the car was so new to the dealership that it was being repaired and cleaned up. I told him I still wanted it to his surprise I was serious. Erick and me worked out a solid no nonsense deal within minutes. We hit another bump in the road bec something else had to be repaired but again Erick kept me informed every step of the way, even sent me Picts. He went way above the call of duty. I just want to say thanks and I wish there were more honest and straight forward Reps out there like him!! Make sure you ask for him when you go there!!

This review is for the service department. The attendees are extremely friendly and respectful. I have been to almost all the service centers in the greater New York area. That includes Silver Star, MB of BK, MB of Rockville, Helms Bros, MB of Manhattan. None of them have come close to this service center. Especially because of Vivian Keshtgar. She is the crown jewel of that location. If you need someone who actually cares about your needs she is the one. Very determined to find the problem and solution. She has a lot of experience and I got really lucky to have the opportunity to coordinate all my repairs through her. I live in Brooklyn and drive all the way to Massapequa to take my car to her and her team. She should be a manager not the position she’s currently in now. They have great availability and are able to get to your car sooner than other service centers. Thank you for everything Vivian.

I would of appreciate my truck to be properly cleaned during my service appointment.After all Mercedes is not that cheap to be paying for and its part of my package. My truck was not even vacuumed and properly washed. I was so disappointed and upset at the point where I payed at a car wash to get it clean.
I am thrilled at finally purchasing one of my dream automobiles. This 2018 S560 Coupe is special. Owning a R350 and having it serviced at the Massapequa dealership is always a pleasure. Its been a journey. John McGuire in the service department (whom I consider a friend) years ago got me started looking for my next vehicle. His encouragement brought me to this purchasing decision. I have to also give Fred in the service department a special thanks for his polite conversations. We old guys have to stick together.I initially strolled in the showroom looking for a SUV for my sister in law. Salesman Vishnu DasVish came over and gave me some information. I casually asked about the two white convertible S560 Coupe on display. He said How about this black hardtop S560 near his office. The rest was history. Vish is easy going and made it easy for me to realize purchasing my dream car. I brought my wife with me and she gave me the green light. IT WAS ON!!! We had Vish laughing. He seemed like a family member instead of a salesman. I brought my sister in law to meet Vish. We laughed so hard that she will be placing an order for a GLB 35 AMG from Vish next week.When I came to take delivery of my S560 Coupe, Mercedes Benz of Massapequa detailed my vehicle and staged it with a VERY LARGE RED BOW on the hood. They also had a stand with my name on it congratulating me on my purchase. Vish took pictures along with my wife. Delores Russell came over along with other staff members congratulating me. It seemed like Christmas 🎄. Very moving moment.I have to thank Eric Walker. I told my wife if we had a son, it would be Eric. Kept us laughing and he was patient. I bought a S550 Cabriolet from Massapequa Mercedes and was thoroughly satisfied with the entire buying experience. The initial sale was handled by Amanda Viera who was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. Delivery and financial aspect was taken care of by Oliver Barreno who also was outstanding at his job. The final part of the buying process was handled by Paul Napper who sat with me and explained all the options of the car and showed he how to use them.

I was looking to purchase a sprinter which is hard to find. I saw one on their lot and double checked their website to see the price and I actually spotted 2 sprinters but I wasn’t able to spot any numbers so I called Instead to see he said they don’t have any sprinters so I drove by the next day and it was still there and it’s been 2 weeks that sprinter is still there for sale but if you ask them they don’t have it. So make sure they have what you’re looking for before you go there because seems like,they don’t!!

Very unprofessional!!! Made an appointment for servicing for 0930 on 20220520 got there on time was inform that it would take 2.5 hours. At 5:30pm called for an update only to hear that car hasn’t been in shop they were waiting on a specific mechanic and the vehicle would be worked on in the morning. Ok where was the courtesy phone call to inform the customer of what was going on. So I could decide and why would u think I would be okay with that. Messing up my plans inconveniencing my family and I. It was a thunderstorm that evening and it took me over and hour to get there because I was no longer interested in them working on my car. Don’t even deserve a star

Recently purchased a 2021 AMG C 43. The process was smooth from seeing the car in the showroom to me driving off the lot within a few hours. Mike Lebhar was my salesperson. Very easy to talk to and he listened and understood what I was looking for within the product and finance. Edvin handled the financials and lease and is the coolest finance guy I’ve ever come across while purchasing a vehicle. Eric Walker introduced me to some cool features as he handed the keys over to me. Awesome, warm, and helpful staff. Highly recommend Massapequa over any other MB dealership on the island. I also had a nice conversation with another salesperson named, George Murdock, where we both had some mutual ties in another state. Great people!
My wife brought her car in for service and was given a loaner car. According to her the loaner had the distinct odor of cigarettes in it. She was immediately suspicious when they gave her the car with the all the windows down. It was 20 degrees out! Also it appeared there was a sticky substance on the dash and console buttons and knobs. Very disappointing!
I would just like to say that William Mecca of Mercedes of Massapequa did a great job explaining the car thoroughly of what the car can do the safety features inside and out. He gave me the better price of any other dealership. The process was very quick no haggling and gave me the bottom line price. They made the deal work quick, had the car prepped and showed me a great feature that Mercedes does with the Mercedes app auto starting the car locking the doors. I would recommend Mercedes of Massapequa with their staff great job!!
I was accompanying my mom in law thisnpast Saturday on her way to purchasing a Mercedes as a 60th birthday gift for herself. I know it’s easy to write a rave review when things work but I have to in this case. My wife hit an enormous pothole that took out three tires on car. She was shaking when it happened and called John a service manager that was still there that evening. He helped her with contacting tow…and basically went through everything to help the situation. He really kept my wife calm and got appt next day for us and stayed in touch next day. Thankfully I had tire insurance and it was covered. The one item I always take and this time needed. This is our 3rd lease and just signed for 4th. Very attentive now and always in the past. Thanks guys

I had a service appointment yesterday at 10am to have my car picked up and a loaner dropped off at my work address. No call, no show. I called in the afternoon to inquire about what happened - apparently all the managers were in a meeting and I was never contacted. This is the second consecutive occurrence.Previously when my vehicle was being serviced, they actually had another loaner crash into my driver side door at their facility as they were about to depart to make the return. They provided several loaner vehicles while they replaced/fixed the damages at no cost to me. It was the right thing to do. At the time, we were interested in purchasing a new vehicle but their sales dept was so far removed from what was going on in service that there was no special handling of out interests. I wanted to keep my services here in good faith that when I needed a new vehicle we would be well taken care of but based on my recent experiences it doesnt seem likely.When the car is actually there for service, they do a phenomenal job. Kuang is my service manager and he is really the best. No complaints at all but unfortunately everything else is sub par.

I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with the Service Department of Mercedes Benz of Massapequa. Starting with It being super easy to get an appointment. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up by two young men then in a Flash the Service Advisor, Ms. Victoria Thompson, was at my side to welcome me, check my car in and tell me what to expect from the servicing. The waiting area is very comfortable and after a not so bad wait, my car was done, washed and waiting for me. A++++
Went in for a windshield repair appt and basically sent home since no one contacted me for 2 weeks for insurance info and basically considered my fault. Waited for their call and even called in Friday to ask to see whats going on since i needed the loaner also, was told come in Monday as scheduled just bring in the info it should be good. WELL, not the case. Im figuring it was a higher up service rep who helped me since she was in one of the glass window offices in the back. Straight out told me cant do the windshield since they did not get the insurance approval and started to tell me to call the company who handles it and see how they can help me and come back but wanted to do other services on my car. Like seriously, the windshield is my main concern. Instead of going out her way and actually saying hey let me try to resolve this since there was misinformation on their end and let me call the windshield company and see if i can get it done sooner since we will have the car for other stuff, instead she easily lets me walk out the door. When i walk out immediately shes in the office next door chatting. Was actually going to drive back and just pay for the repair since i took the day off but then i figured nope dont want to give this dealership money. Second time this place has wasted my time. Really need to work on training their service employees and train them on customer satisfaction.
From dropping off the truck to picking it back up the service was excellent. My service agent Kwang stayed in touch with me letting me know what was happening by phone, email and text. When it was ready he advised me and gave me the options of different ways I could pay which was great I did pay by phone with him and pick up the car the next day all clean up and looking good. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I have been withthat dealership since 2007 and the service is always impeccable.

Went for service- wonderful- would give ten stars if I could. Our service writer, Mateo, was on top of our situation, kept in frequent communication, and could not be more professional. And Fred!! He helped us tremendously to understand the features (many features) of our GLS. He spent so much time, and really went above and beyond. This is the fourth MB Ive owned since 1995 (none were bought from MB Massapequa) and this is by far the best dealership experience I have had. Based on this service experience (my first time to this dealership) I definitely will be buying my future vehicles from MB Massapequa. Note this is an honest, real review- I do not work for them nor do any of my relatives of friends. Great place.
My service advisor was very nice but I felt some of the policies for a Mercedes dealership were poorly conceived. Specifically, I was charged $5.00+ on my credit card for gas AFTER I left when it was too late to fight it. I also only drive 20 miles, AND bought $5 in gas and returned the car at exactly the same amount as it was given me. I spent $50K on the car and $300+ on this service, and you add $5 for gas that wasnt accurate? The loaner car also had a sticker on the dashboard (of a Mercedes???) saying I would be charged $4/gallon. Everyone who rode in it commented they never saw a dealership do that, especially on a luxury car. The whole experience seemed cheap and a money-grab instead of what I am accustomed to at our Audi and Lexus dealerships we deal with. Oh, and although we paid $1,000 upfront for what was sold as two all-inclusive services, we were charged another $50 to rotate the tires because that wasnt included in the service plans. I never had a car where a tire rotation was an extra fee when paying for regular 10K and 20K services.
My service representative Victoria was phenomenal. She was very professional and efficient and made my experience absolutely awesome. My loaner car was ready promptly clean and one that was comparable to what I drive which made me very happy. She also kept me updated with text messages and phone calls. Just outstanding. I’ve had not so good experiences before in the 7 years I’ve been coming to Mercedes of Massapequa and I had vowed if this experience was like any of the prior this would be my last visit. Victoria has restored my faith and caused me to keep my service business with Mercedes of Massapequa.

I had an issue with something with my service and Robin the Service Manager was so incredibly helpful and efficient. He handled my problem with ease and professionalism, and I was very happy. Every time I’ve been inside a dealership, I’ve came across snotty sales people who try to BS you as much as possible just to get a sale. My experience at Mercedes of Massapequa was not like that at all. Albert has to be one of the most genuine and humble sales people I have ever met in my life. He is a great asset to this dealership. He made my buying experience a smooth and simple transaction. I was offered a great deal out the gate that I could not refuse.. unlike other dealerships, where one would have to haggle to get the deal they want. If your looking for a Mercedes, go to this dealership and ask for Albert, you wont regret it.
**Update** The next day after posting this review Jason the service director reached out to me and was very apologetic and offered to work with me to remedy the situation and make it right. I was very surprised at the sincereness and the fact that he followed up about my review. Changing my review to 4 stars.Extremely unhappy with John the service advisor. He took over a day to return my calls or get in touch with me on the status of my car. I attempted to reach him by phone and text and there was no communication till the next day and did not update me before he left and was not due back the next day. He proceeded to also take over a day to send me the link to pay for my vehicle. After having my goodwill repair he was extremely rude making it seem like its somehow my fault that Robin and I got the price of a part wrong and how I should be lucky he honored it. He also stated that Mercedes of Massapequa will not be waving the labor on the other seat handle as per what corporate and Robin agreed with therefore telling me this dealership does not honor or stand by its word or stand by corporates word. He also neglected to put my new registration sticker on and I had gotten about a mile away before noticing he neglected to put it on or call me that it was on his desk. Ive brought my car here for service since I got it and have previously had really good experiences especially with Julia. If your looking to get work done here id deeply reconsider and I have heard very good things about the Huntington dealership.

We bought a brand new Coachman Galleria a few months ago and have had nothing but problems with all aspects of the RV. When we were visiting Long Island we ran into another problem with the starting of the Coachman. After much effort we got the it going. It has a Sprinter chassis. We went to the Mercedes dealership on Sunrise Hwy. Amityville...with no appointment.We were treated extremely nicely with all whom we spoke to. We were directed to “Jay Lettiere”, the service manager. Even though we didn’t buy the RV from him, he still treated us with respect. He got us in quickly. He explained the problem to the foreman, “Frankie”. Frankie spent time helping us with the sliding door issue that we had. I only wish we had a Mercedes dealership near us like that. We come from Delaware and around us it is a big problem getting help like this. No Mercedes dealerships wants to take ownership to our problems. With Jay it was a pleasure meeting him and getting help from him.
Outstanding service from the sales team... Nelson is a gem and got me into a GLA250 without any obstacles. He coordinated to purchase my previous vehicle as well and I was in-and-out of the dealership within about an hour. He even invited my big dog to come inside - I declined but the team was very courteous, regardless.Ive previously had horrible experiences with dealerships and predatory practices but not at MB Massapequa. Michael king helped me out from the minute I walked in… didn’t rush me into anything took his time and put me in the rite car I told him my budget and situation he got me out my finance completely and into a lease that fitted my needs. Even pushed to get my mom from tier 2 to tier 1!! And also dealt with my patience cause I was very impatient and nervous lolThis place was recommend by friends and I see why , dealing with other dealers they run you’re credit with a million banks and treat you like dirt. I understand there is a shortage on cars these days, but came in based on inventory displayed on their website. Plus I wanted to test drive a car. Upon entering we were immediately approached by a sales person. My wife and I explained our intentions. He laughed, seriously laughed in our faces, and said there is only used cars and I should know this. Instead of trying to fit me in another suv or trying to talk to us about our needs he did nothing but award this business a one star review from us.
I do not know why this Guy Nick (Manager) still working here even though there are multiple reviews left by people that he is rude. This guy tells me that he is giving me a discount of 5k on a 62k car. A car that is new but was used for test drives and has 4000 miles on it. So I told him that the car is not new then. There is no $5k discount, it’s the depreciation of the car as it has 4000 miles on it. So if he wants me to buy this car give me the discount and bring the number to where I want. He couldn’t understand the basics of buying and selling a car, that the value of car depreciates the moment you take it out of the showroom and it has miles on it (in this case the car has 4000 miles on it). Not sure how he became a Manager. He kept on being rude that I do not understand the math. Worst possible customer service ever. They don’t treat their clients right. They behave like they are doing you a favor by letting you in the store. Nick is the worst of them all. Don’t bother going to this dealership. Rather go to Mercedez Benz Huntington. Staff is amazing and they respect you unlike sales people at Amityville.
I have to say this has been the best experience purchasing any car ever! Oliver was my salesman and he had gone above and beyond to help me get into my very 1st dream car the Mercedes GLE 350. I had a unique situation and he had helped my husband and I through the process very easily. Its nice to work with someone who actually stands by their word and the dealership as a whole. Everyone was amazing, polite and the show Room was clean. When they tell you this is what your going to be paying, this is your percentage rate.. that is exactly what your going to expect on the paperwork. I went to pick up my vehicle it was an easy transaction my car even had a big red bow on it which made me feel even more excited and special. Only dealership I would go to in all honesty.Bought my 2020 C63S from Marc Kimmel gave me the best deal possible. Very professional. The whole process was very professional, make me feel at home! A few days later realized in the center arm rest I had some type of factory defect. Looked like glue. Went into service and sat down with service advisor Victoria. Once again very professional and sympathetic about my situation, and replaced the defective part with no if ands or buts. I am a very happy customer. I brought my car to this dealer for a recall and was disappointed with the personal care. Other dealers, I always knew who was my service guy and they knew who I was as soon as I walked into the service area.I brought my car in at 8:30 for a 9 am appointment for a recall which I was told over the phone it would take approximately 2 hours. It was like a factory line which was no big deal. Not knowing what the proper procedure here was, I asked and was told to waiting in the waiting room. Then I asked someone else and was told someone would come to me when the car was done. Perfect. Questioning myself how do they know what car was mine and who I was? There were many people there. So far, there was no interaction besides someone asking my last name and leave the keys in the car and me reaching out asking about the procedure.People were leaving and by 12:30 I was one of 3 people still in the waiting room and by 1 oclock I asked someone and they immediately got someone to find out what was going on with my car. Needless to say the gentleman came over to me and said it was done and and pointed outside. Not knowing this dealership I asked outside where since it was a big lot and my first time here, only then he walked me out to show me where it was. Then another person came over and said he walked around saying my name. Well I didnt hear that, otherwise I would be out of there an hour ago. Maybe I was on the phone or on my computer, but mind you there was only 3 people in the waiting area. I got no receipt, only a text on the health report multi point inspection.
I always feel at home walking into Massapequa Mercedes facility. The staff always welcomes you and ask if they can do anything for you. The service department very comfortable and cozy. Dwayne McCrea has been my service agent. Very professional and explains details of what needs to be done on my car. I appreciate the loaner car for me to continue to get around with my daily life. I am looking to buy another car soon, This place is amazing.

I was called and harassed by the “manager nick” and accused of leaving a negative review. - I did not but I should have at the time. THIS is in-fact MY Negative review- your employee took a cash deposit from us without having a vehicle that would be available, as promised- we explained our current lease was up and that time was of the essence. It happens, but your communication or lack thereof was and is disrespectful. Given the fact that you were unwilling to rectify the situation it looks like we’ll stick with BMW. Learn proper customer care. Have a wonderful day nick- you sure lived up to the stereotype of a “used car salesman” - unfortunate.
I love this place. Even though I didnt buy my car there, they treat me warmly and like family. They communicate and send you a text telling you and showing you your issue and possible other things you should address and advise if it is immediate or down the road. I had a recall on my Sprinter. Since I live on the Northshore I made an appointment with Smithtown. They made me wait months for an appointment and said it would take 3-4 days. I dropped it off and 9 days later it had still not made it into the shop. Being that I use it for work I picked it up and figured I would call another dealer. I called Massapequa and spoke with Jay, he said drop it off tomorrow and we will get it done immediately for you. And that they did! Jay was a pleasure to work with, he communicated throughout the process, my Sprinter runs great and I plan on telling every Sprinter owner I see to go to Massapegua and speak to Jay!
Sttay away from this dealership, would be my advise to all. It started that due to these times there is a shortage of cars due to manufacturing chips for cars. I understand that I also understand that due to limited cars there is a wait time for new ones to be delivered. As well, I understand that the dealers are selling vehicles above MSRP because of market rates.What I dont understand is when you are spending $70 k on a car and the sales person tells you that they didnt realize a co-worker sold it to someone else. Realistically, since I didnt put a deposit in it because it was not required yet, I can see it being sold to someone else. My loss! I go back and forth with Erik trying to find a vehicle that Im not just going to settle for and need much sooner than later. We come up with a car that is now almost $75k. Its not coming in for another 4-6 weeks but if I must wait, what can I do? I immediately gave a deposit of $1000. I never signed a sales order or anything. They had absolutely no problem immediately withdrawing the money from my account. I talked about possibly trading in my truck and I told the salesmen the KBB Instanf Cash Offer and after Erik talking to the guy who deals with used cars, he came back and said they wouldnt take it and I should grab the offer I got elsewhere with the truck. Fortunately I did and got $2000 above the KBB price. Since I was at the ‘other’ dealership I cane across a truck that I realized.this other truck was better for me. The very next morning I told Erik I wanted.out of our deal and I would like my refundable deposit back. That was Aug 18th and 19th. It is now the 30th and still no refund. Im not sure what the possible holdup is but in my business refunds are returned and posted the same day. I find it ridiculous that I have to fight for my money. Im done with excuses. Too bad I would never step foot in that dealership should I be looking for another vehicle in the future. 2nd advise to others. ALWAYS use a credit card, not cash, check or debit card. This way you can dispute the charge with the issuing bank.

Horrible experience ever! The guy whose name is Michael has no idea what he was talking about. We were there planning to spend at least 80000 for our new suv, but we were treated as we were going to ask for a free car from him, how ridiculous! We asked him several questions about the model we are interested, the only answer we got from him is “ that model is very popular and I don’t have anything to show you until I don’t know when ..” Definitely, we will not recommend this dealer to any friends.

They took the time to get back to me based on the below and since then I have encountered extremely supportive and delightful sales managers and financial managers. Specifically I would highly recommend Amanda Marie Viera. She is so personable, kind, and really treats you like a friend. She took over our case, and made getting us into our new 2021 GLE 350 an absolutely seamless process. Peter Papadogiannis handled our negotiation and was able to get us down to exactly where we wanted to be! On June 29th we spoke to him about other options at 12:30 pm and he gave us numbers that we could work with. When my husband and I arrived around 4 pm he made us wait for an hour. Finally i was starting to get tired and so my husband went looking for him and he finally passed us to someone else…something he could have done an hour ago if he couldnt attend to us. The new sales rep was nice and gave us numbers that were so far off from our convo with Vishnu. She went to Vishnu who denied even speaking to us. We had to show proof that we had a 13 min conversation with him just a few hours ago. After 3 hours of being there and no deal we left so disappointed. Mercedes client services reached out to us and when i complained they said they would have a manager call us back. 4 days and no one called us. I called back and they put me through to Peter who was nice to work out other options and called me back with another deal still a bit far from our number. We called back a few hours later and spoke to Nick since Peter wasnt there and this man would NOT let us speak. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful!! My husband frustrated by his attitude asked “can you please let me finish my thought” and Nicks reply was “no you cannot because you are not understanding”! We were shocked!!!These people do not want to sell cars. They have more demand than supply so they treat their clients like absolute garbage!!! I would never recommend going to this dealership!!!!Being 9 months pregnant the run around they gave me and my husband and the stress they put me through is disgusting!!! They need to learn some humanity before they think about selling cars!!!

Same day Appointment made on the website, came in a little earlier, loaner car was arranged appropriately and in the timely fashion. Everything was done fast and perfect. Next day I picked up the car, it was all done the service and repairs, car was cleaned. Advisor was great as well as all other employees. Very satisfied with this dealership ( leases my car there as well). Had Mercedes for my last 5 cars, but this specific dealership is pleasure to deal with in all aspects!
I’m so happy with my new car! I walked in straight from the gym with a cut up jacket and sneakers on. I didn’t imagine walking out with a new car. I was just “looking” but knew I wanted a new luxury vehicle. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly. I thought maybe I’d be brushed off given my appearance but she was so nice and had a great demeanor. Soon after, Nelson walked over and the rest was history. I have owned a variety of cars in my life. I always dreaded going to the dealership. However, dealing with Mercedes Benz was an absolute pleasure. My service light came on and I brought my car in for service. I made an appointment for 10AM and requested a loaner. You have a concierge assigned to you (mine was Victoria) and she quickly met me outside asked for my license, credit card and insurance and within two minutes I parked my car and was driving a brand new nicely specked out 2020 Mercedes. Victoria gave me her cell and updated me on the car’s progress. The car was fixed with no fuss and was covered under the warranty. I received a text saying my car was ready to be picked up. I picked up my car everything was fixed and they even washed it for me. I was once again out the door within two minutes. It was the most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. They really went above and beyond. Kudos to Victoria and the people at Massapequa Mercedes Benz. This is my first Mercedes, but it won’t be my last!
Terrible experience. If you are not buying a brand new vehicle that is in their inventory right then and there they will treat you as though your money is some how less important. Representatives are very misleading. They make deals on loaner leases and mislead you about when the car will be available and try to tack on any extra charges they can. Stay far away. You are treated better at any other Mercedes dealer.
William was super friendly, helpful, and a very professional member at Massapequa Mercedes. He made my first car buying experience a breeze and I greatly appreciate him for that. The experience was basically perfect from start to finish. If you’re a first time car buyer or just a car buyer in general, he will take care of you.
I was due for a the one year service. Appointment was made quickly and when I came in the loaner car was waiting, the Service Manager Kwang was right with me and I was out fast. After acquiring 5 vehicles from the same MB dealer in the past 14 years. Ive relocated & on a recommendation from a friend , I decided to give this dealership a try.I was fortunate enough to meet & deal with Ty personally. He helped me build & order the car with all the specifications I wanted & managed to keep the price within my budget. Ty was professional, patient, friendly, knowledgeable & very fair. My car was also delivered earlier than expected.Oliver, who handled the paperwork & delivery was very courteous, friendly & knowledgeable.Johnathan who went over & explained the new features on this car was also very friendly & knowledgeable.A big Thank You to Ty & his wonderful staff for making this a pleasant, positive & seamless transaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership.Update: This review is for the service department.Ive had the pleasure of meeting my new service advisor Vivian. She provided excellent service for my new E class. She was professional, courteous & friendly. She kept me posted daily, & even made arrangements to switch out the loaner cars for me as I was not comfortable with the first one they gave me. In my opinion, Vivian is a true asset to the dealership.
I showed up without an appointment with a bad tire. Kwang,, my service person, greeted me with a smile and did not miss a beat to help me. I had an appointment to make and he did all he could to ensure I was out on time. He found me several times in the waiting area to give me updates about the car. Everything was taken care of. Never has buying a car gone so smoothly and easily! Albert Salib provided me with outstanding service. He listened to my needs and concerns and truly guided me in the right direction. Terrible Service Experience. My girlfriend made an appointment to have her tire change due to a nail. Was told it would be ready by end of day of day if brought in the morning. Brought it in and they waited until the end of the day to say they don’t have a tire in stock! Came to Mercedes and service advisor Qwang basically laughed at me when I said we need this car ready for our out of state trip by Wednesday. His solution was to drive to New Jersey with a nail in the tire. Thanks Qwang

I bought my car at the Massapequa dealership and was happy with the service department for this repair. It was a steering column recall/repair. I received a clean loaner car for the day which unexpectedly ended up being a two day repair. I had requested that the service representative look up my purchase information to verify my tire and wheel package purchase hoping to have some scratches removed from the wheels, but they were unable to find my records. That was a little disappointing. I was hoping not to have to look for them myself. Upon returning the loaner, I found some expensive Bose ear pods in a case on the floor in the rear seat and gave them to the return garage attendant; hopefully they were reunited with their owner. My car was repaired washed and vacuumed. The repair is fine but there was an issue with the passenger seat which was moved and left all the way forward; I assume to vacuum the car. When I reported the issue to my service representative I was informed that the repair was to the steering column and had nothing to do with the passenger seat....really! Not what I wanted to hear. He did however get the service manager right away. Robin, the manager, was respectful, he listened, and repaired the issue. Thank you, Robin. Stellar job and a satisfied customer. Refreshing these days.
The experience at this Mercedes dealership is really bad. I have owned seven Mercedes vehicles during the past fifteen years and it had been a great experience until last month at this dealer. Usually if you walked in a Mercedes dealer, people there are so nice and welcoming, but unfortunately not at this dealership. The first salesperson I encountered was Mr. Lebhar, who was extremely rude that you can hear he was arguing with someone in the background while on the phone with you. After conversation was over, you could still hear him cursing someone before the phone line was completely off. Usually if you go to Mercedes dealer for service or buying new or used Mercedes, the dealer would make sure your car is washed. You would feel so grateful when you pick up your car that is completely cleaned inside out, but unfortunately not with this dealer. It was a three-year-old car, but it still needed to cleaned before the dealer gets paid a ton of money. The car had been at dealer for over half month, no cleaning was done, instead it added 140 miles from 30800 mile to 30940 miles, long enough to go New Jersey back and forth a few times. After you paid for the car, you got the title, but that title contains wrong information that DMV does not accept. Then, you contact the second salesperson who handles the deal. His answer was “I am on vacation” without even telling you who can handle the title issue. The second salesperson was nice to you at beginning, once he gets paid, he is no longer helpful. This is my first-time bad experience with a Mercedes dealer. Never happened before. A few years ago, I purchased S-class from MB dealer of Nanuet, they assigned a manager to handle all after-sale issues. Unfortunately, at this dealer. Really bad experience.
I just want to thank so much to Oliver and financial lady Dolores to make our experience wonderful. I purchase the car for my mom and the Servise was amazing. We made an appointment to coming to pick up a car , and we were very surprised that everything was ready car clean and ready, all documents was prepared and we spend with finance lady 35 min. Thank you so much to make us very happy 😃.
Great experiences at the service department at this dealership. You are treated with VIP service by all. Vivian Keshtgar is the associate that my wife and I always request. She is professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. If you’re going to pay “Mercedes Benz” prices for service, this is the dealership to do it in and Vivian is the person to deal with.
Mercedes Benz of Massapequa was an absolutely amazing experience. I have to give a special thank you to Jason and Robin and of course the entire service department for the wonderful treatment. It could not have been any easier to drop my car off and have it repaired. The staff was amazing and professional, no time wasted, they made it convenient to my schedule to have the repairs done, they fixed everything I asked. When I received the car back it was clean and looking better then when I left it. I would never consider going anywhere else. Thank you all for being the best!
Dwayne is by far on the best customer service rep. that I have the opportunity to service with at the Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa.He is extremely knowledgeable about his job. He is passionate and dedicated and knows how to treat and accommodate his clients. He has great leadership and good interactions with his guests based on my observations. I honestly didnt wanted to visit this dealership after reading few negative reviews but, my wife advised that I shouldnt be disengaged by the reviews. I listened to her and I picked up my phone to inquire about 2014 Toyota Highlander they advertised on cargurus. The front desk told me that the vehicle of my interest was on site and the price is as advertised. I reluctantly drove off to the dealership, the vehicle was there and the price was actually as advertised. No hidden fees, no wasting of time.I was helped by Ms. Amanda, she looks gorgeous and breath taking. She helped me all the way and i got the best deal ever crazy deal with low interest rate..Thank you Amanda! Youre the best of all.
Excellent dealership. Everyone was super nice especially our salesman, David. He was so kind and worked with us for weeks. He was did not put any pressure on us and kept guiding us until we found what we wanted. Looking forward to continuing doing business with them.
I entered the showroom & was greeted warmly, yet left alone to browse the cars on my own, which I appreciated. After about 5 - 10 minutes, a kind, polite, & welcoming man introduced himself as Albert & asked if he could help me look for anything specific. I felt an immediate connection. He was kind & genuine. Happy to say my instincts were right. We, (my boyfriend & I), purchased the C 300, and it was the most pleasant & simple experience. My experience with the Service Department was extremely enjoyable and satisfying. They explained exactly what was diagnosed and done to fix the issue on my vehicle And i was thrilled to know that it was still covered under the warranty . I’ve had nothing but a positive, pleasant experience with Josh (Salesman) and Mark Kimmel (Vehicle Exchange Manager). The buying process was fast, easy, and no games. I picked up the car within the same week and also traded a car to them.Josh has called me numerous times since to ensure I am enjoying the car. Their customer service at this place is on point and makes any customer want to return. My experience with MB of Massapequa was very smooth. My Sales Consultant, William West, was always professional and knowledgeable. He was also very responsive when I had questions or concerns - he always addressed my questions.I live in New Jersey and found an amazing, 2020 GLE 350 and just had to buy it. It’s fully loaded and has amazing interior. It has all the bells and whistles. So I took a chance that the vehicle would live up to the description and photos online and, when I saw it in person, I can say it was more beautiful in person than in the photos.The gentleman (I believe his name is Paul) that demonstrated the options in the vehicle was very thorough and professional. Brandy, the finance manager that I dealt with, did an amazing job with obtaining financing for me and explaining all the documents/processes. This was an amazing experience from start to finish! The entire team is awesome and the dealership is huge and beautiful.I am so happy to write this review and I highly recommend this dealership and would buy again from them. Even though they are over 90 minutes from home in New Jersey, it was more than worth the trip!Many, many thanks to the entire team!!

Great experience from start to finish. Noah was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Open and honest and not pushy. He was able to locate a car for me quickly considering how difficult it is to get a car these days. Great communication skills. Pick up day was just as smooth and they spent over an hour going through how to use everything in the car including setting the app up on my phone. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I love the car.

One the best experiences I had at a car dealership.I worked with Joe who did a very good job in meeting me very close to where I needed tobe price-wise with the vehicle I wanted. There were no tacky or drawn-out back and forth negotiations on the price or options which I greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend to consumers in the market for a Mercedes.
