I got my first Benz from Mercedes Benz of Orange County and it was a painless and very smooth experience with the help of Eric Makofsky and Thomas Tzimoulis who were so patient with answering all my questions.I love the car and it even came earlier than expected. I would recommend the dealership to friends and family.Very nice doing business with you guys.
I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Orange County; we had the greatest experience. This was our introduction into the luxury car space, and it did not disappoint. My husband and I definitely received a top-of-the-line service experience. We identified the car we wanted, test drove on a Saturday, and took it home that Monday. The process was seamless, quick, and straightforward. Eric Makofsky was exceptional! He took the time to detail many of the car features with us, making us feel extremely comfortable in our new car! Additionally, he was genuinely personable, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I’m so glad we were paired with him. Thomas was also super awesome when going over the financials. All of our other interactions with the staff were also very pleasant. I cannot say enough good things about our overall experience at MBOC. Surely, we’ll be back!
I am so grateful that I met Dave Krueger & that he was the one who sold me my car. Dave took the time out of his day to review every single detail with me from the car to the fine print, he truly had my best interest in mind during this whole process. Even after my purchase, Dave reached out to me to make sure I was happy, you dont find many car salesmen like Dave I am glad I had such a great car purchasing experience all because of Dave.

Had a great experience with Mercedes Benz of Orange County! I just bought my first Mercedes and took it in for the first time to get serviced as well as connect to the Mercedes Me app. The service team completed the service fairly quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very kind and courteous. Dave, my salesman, helped to connect me with my new car. He was thorough, personable, and very pleasant. I highly recommend him and this dealership.

I was told about the dealership by my sister at night, and I was so intrigued that I went the next morning. I got there half hour into opening and was greeted by a young lady who than got me the exact person who helped my sister without knowing. Wow what are the chances. Chris Taccetta was extremely kind and honest. Finally felt I wasn’t being swindled when a buying a car at dealership. Hats off to management who made sure we left happy even after buying the car. Now I’m in a 2021 Glb with no second thoughts.
I went to browse at Mercedes because my lease was up in a few months with Audi. I was not expecting to walk out of the Showroom with anything. I looked at a few vehicles on the lot and was looking at a black Cabriolet Convertible and I was contemplating it, but to be honest I was going to settle! Mike Paccione, my salesman, came over to my husband and I, I said I like this but I just wish it was White. Well it was like I rubbed the lamp, because like a Genie Mike said youre not going to believe this, but one just rolled into the showroom. I couldnt believe it! He said follow me I followed him and it was like a dream there it was, we had just walked through there from the lot and that space was wide open and empty. Without hesitation I said thats my car! I was so excited. Mike really shared my excitement and disbelief at what just happened. Most importantly, he made sure my wish became a reality, with some help from the Finance Genie Tom and Walter who helped take my Audi off my hands. I walked into the dealership on a Saturday shortly before closing and was called on Monday and given the good news that I could pick my new 2021 C300 4Matic Cabriolet Convertible up the very next day!! I was so excited and in disbelief, yet on cloud 9. If you are in a wishing kind of mood... I know that Mike Paccione, Walter and Tom are the people to see at Mercedes of Orange County in Harriman NY they can grant your wish, with a smile. Definitely 5 Star Service at Mercedes of Orange County.
What a disappointing dealership. First they refused to honor a warranty for our transmission, under 100,000 miles, because we didnt get our service done at their dealership. We complained, they said tough, it cost us $10,000.Now they insist we pay cash or certified check up front to perform any service. Granted were not fancy, were farmers, who paid $70,000 hard earned money for a new sprinter from them. I dont wear a suit. And we are a family of color. Do they treat everyone like this? Cash up front?
The easiest car buying process Ive ever had. David was courteous, professional and very helpful. He answered all of my questions, returned every text and all of my phone calls. There was no stress or pressure from him like I have experienced from other salesman in the past. He made me feel like my business was truly appreciated. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would highly recommend you ask for David, Great guy.
I am over 60 years old and have purchased and leased many cars from many different dealerships. By far, this dealership is the best! Roger in sales and Tom in finance are the most honest and accommodating, the easiest to deal with, the most efficient and astonishingly they also offered the best deal on to different cars that I purchased years apart. I am moving to Florida but will never use any other dealership ever again and if I can help it, neither will any of my children.
Adenike who responded very quickly to my email was patient and very knowledgeable throughout this process. I explained what I was looking for and without giving her an exact model was able to get me into the perfect vehicle Ive always dreamed of. He was straightforward, extremely professional and informative. This dealership really knows how to service their customers...we walked in looking for a pre-owned but walked out rolling away with a brand new 2021 Mercedes Benz GLB 250 4MATIC - Fully loaded, all within our budget. This was literally the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had!! We drove over an hour from our home in Connecticut to the Mercedes-Benz of Orange County dealership in Harriman, NY, solely because of the initial inquiry phone conversation my husband had with an account representative named Chris Taccetta. My husband quickly recognized how knowledgeable and incredibly helpful Chis was to a stranger over the phone and he immediately knew he wanted to work with Chris. We have never met a nicer, more honest, trustworthy and sincere sales team, starting with Chris and ending with their wonderful finance guru Thomas Tzimoulis. We will never go anywhere else to buy a car again!!
Stay away from their service department. Always running late and not only charge for all services, but add in an extra service charges and forget to wash the vehicle! Dont even think theyll work with valued customers on parts discounts or a couple mile out of warranty. MB of Wappingers is a much better choice.
I drove quite a distance to see a car at this dealership and wasnt sure what to expect. A woman alone shopping for a car! I was so impressed with the exceptional professionalism and customer service I was extended by Account Representative, Eric Makofsky. He is knowledgeable, patient when answering a plethora of questions and cares that you make the right car buying decision based on your needs. His sales manager, Walter Pensa, added his professionalism and flexibility to my experience by making the elements of my buying decision easier. In the end, I was pleased I made the drive to NY. I was treated respectfully and as a valuable potential customer - a rarity in other car dealerships. Where to begin. This dealership is a gem filled with some of the most genuine people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting in your lifetime. First and foremost, my wife and I have never stepped foot in this dealership until yesterday (3/5/2022). My wife and I were traveling on route 6 heading towards the Palisades when our front tire blew out. we immediately pulled over and contacted roadside assistance. it was 2:45 when this took place, and roadside notified us that it may take a bit to find a tow service to come get us off the highway. At the same time, we called roadside we called Orange County because my wife was smart enough to see if there was a Mercedes dealership within a reasonable distance. We were hoping they had a tow service that they either had or used. They unfortunately did not, so my wife and I figured since the tire is a run flat and the dealership was only 2.2 miles from our current location, we gave it a shot. On the way we contacted, well begged Ron at Mercedes to please hang tight and we were on the way. At this point it was 3:40 3:45, so we were asking a lot of them. They did not know us from a hole in the wall and we did not purchase our vehicle there, so they had no obligation whatsoever to wait for 2 strangers and changed their car tire. Ron was like, bring it over, we will wait for you guys. Oh, we also had our two dogs with us, so when we got there my wife took them around to use the bathroom, Thats when we were greeted by Caiya and her first words to us were, oh, look at these two, we are dog friendly here. I thought she meant like hey, we like dogs here, no she meant our 4-legged children were allowed in their dealership. Then Ron came over and said, glad you guys made it here safely! Then we met the Service Manager Frankie, all three of these fine human beings were immediately welcoming, helpful, courteous, friendly, warm, and just some incredible people. They went on to treat my wife and I like family; all the employees were coming up and petting our babies. We thought it would have been the worst day we had in a while, and it ended up being an incredible day because we got to meet some amazing people. We will never step through the doors of another Mercedes dealership as long as we are alive, and this dealership exists! They waited and stayed to almost 5 oclock when they should have been home relaxing with their family and loved ones. instead, they made 2 new friends that appreciated every valuable second of their time! Thank you all! God Bless you and we will be returning to buy our cars from you soon!! =) Huge shout out to the tire technician that stayed late and to the valet personnel that stayed late as well! I saw a GLS that met our checklist and contacted the dealership via email (I luve over 1000 miles away). They responded soon after. We agreed on terms and conditions, and the deal was done remotely.My wife and I took delivery of the vehicle on Saturday, having flown in from our home city after allbthe paperwork had been prepared.Chris, Thomas and Walter (their General Manager) were excellent collaborators.
I would NEVER come back to Mercedez Orange County for service in the future. The service manager Frankie DeVita’s horrified response and attitude made me doubt Mercedez as luxury brand. They would ask you to sign a paperwork to charge you for the parking, administration, and other fees should you choose them to repair. THINK TWICE before you do that. Because the employee who followed up my repair case left the company, there was a few days delay of getting the repair started. My insurance doesn’t cover rental car and it’s not convenient to rent and return a car in my area, so I had to ask a friend to give me a ride to go there in person to fill out the paperwork on Saturday (03/19/2022). The person who helped me preparing the paperwork only asked me to sign my name and he would fill out the rest and take care of other things, and he didn’t mention to ask me to fill out a claim number. I waited for a few days, got no response from them and thought the repair should got started, so I called them to ensure the repair started. The service manager Frankie was very impatient; he was blaming me for not filling out the claim number and sounded like he was doing me a favor because one employee left the company and he had to take over her accounts. And he was bragging about he was the service manager here; sounded like he is the “boss of the shop” and you can’t complain about him. I followed a few time through phone calls; later on when I requested to talk to the service manager Frankie, he even didn’t pick up the phone or return the call even I requested. On the paperwork I signed, it clearly stated that Mercedez will represent me to negotiate with my insurance company about the repairs. However, I am doing all the work of asking for more claim credit and sending him the insurance report for repair. And when I called him again and he told me the repair didn’t start yet because they want to use Mercedez parts which are more expensive. I asked him yo lost out which parts are more expensive, he was very impatient and he said he would hand write the parts that will cost more. Is it really that hard for Mercedez body shop to identify what needs to be repaired and create a repair report? I am shocked. On his two initial email replies; he all replied in CAPITAL letters. I was surprised by this kind of reply, that sounds of yelling, and it is from Mercedez Service manager, a brand I used to love so much, but I may even consider buying other brands in the future. I trusted them in the past because I had my tires changed in year 2021 and the associate was very friendly and helpful, and explained every charge in detail before starting the work. After multiple calls and follow-ups, he replied on 04/02/2022 and said that he would get back to me and follow up with body shop manager, but he didn’t get back to me. It’s almost 3 weeks since I signed the paperwork. During this process, I felt hopeless and disappointed, Frankie was either blaming insurance or me not giving the information he need, or one employee left the company. Very poor customer service and follow-up.
I had the luck of having Dave Krueger answer the phone when inquiring about a used non-MB vehicle from out of state. I knew I was in the right hands when I found out he was a (former) US Marine. Dave was exceptional from start to finish, going above and beyond what I expected. He even drove my newly purchased vehicle to NJ to meet the vehicle transporter. We plan on using Dave when we purchase our next MB, even though we are in the southeast. I would give Dave six stars if it were possible.

It was just the beginning of 2022. There is a microchip shortage which unfortunately translates into a car shortage. We were recommended to Adenike, sales consultant at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County from a great friend who have purchased multiple Mercedes from her previously. There was just one… you read that right, one GLE model on the lot which had multiple scheduled appointments later on in the day to be seen and test driven, yet Adenike fought her way through a sea of salesmen to locate the key which was neatly tucked in the pocket of a determined older car salesman. We drove it and immediately fell in love, and then immediately began the process of securing the vehicle for us.
I just bought a new car from here and I’m sooo in love. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly especially Eric and Thomas. Eric was so nice and helpful when it came to looking for a car. He was even the one who found the car that I ended up getting. I didn’t even notice it until he showed it to me. Now because of him I have a 2019 Toyota Corolla and I couldn’t be happier. If you need to find a nice and reliable car, this is the place to go. Ask for Eric and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
Buying a car with Davids help could not have been easier and more pleasant. I was actually traveling in Europe and asked David to help me find a new car while I was away. He found a beautiful ML 350 which Im very happy with now. He also arranged the trade in for my old car which had some issues but he was able to obtain a very fair price for the car. Finally he arranged the financing for my new car. When I returned home I went straight to MB of Orange County to pick up my new car. It was a completely effortless process and saved me a great deal of time. I highly recommend with David and M-B of Orange County.

First time buying a car from a dealership, and it was such a stress free experience. Roger helped me through the entire process and explained everything extremely thoroughly. Absolutely recommend, especially for those who are new to the car buying process. Thomas also helped a tremendous amount by helping me get approved for an auto loan. Huge thanks to the both of you!-Update: had a couple of issues with the car (these issues were found days after, and could really only be found if you were driving the car a decent amount.)I brought it in and Roxanne and the techs did an absolutely amazing job getting everything fixed free of charge. I recently had an issue with a part in my car that went bad under the manufacturers warranty and the vehicle required towing on a Friday. We had the car towed to the closest dealership, Mercedes of Orange County. I received a call from Frankie, my customer care manager, on Friday evening. When I asked when the car would be looked at, I was told that he did not know. I asked if I would be added to the service schedule, and again he could not give a time frame. I also asked if I could get a loaner as we did not know when the car would be looked at or how long the process would take. Again, I was told no...no cars available for loan. I called Frankie every other day for over a week, and my car was not looked at, not even a quick peek to see what was wrong. After day 11 of my car sitting without a look, I decided to call Mercedes USA and was told there was nothing they could do and to transfer the car (at my expense) if I was unhappy where it was. So, I called a different dealer who said they would look at the car within 48 hours (which seemed like a more reasonable time frame.) At the same time, I was initiating that transfer, I got a message from Frankie that they were looking at the car now, but it wouldnt be fully assessed until the next day. It took 12 DAYS to just look at the car...12 DAYS. I do understand that there is a supply chain issue and that we then had to wait for the appropriate parts to come in, not a problem as far as that was concerned. It took a total of 1 month for Mercedes of Orange County to return the car to me. If they had done the diagnostic on the car within a normal timeframe, I would have been without the car for only a couple of weeks rather than an entire month. I am utterly DISAPPOINTED in the service that was provided at the beginning of my experience. In addition, whenever I have had my Mercedes worked on at any other dealership location, I have received a customer care survey from the dealer and also one from Mercedes- Benz. This leads me to believe that Mercedes of Orange County picks and chooses who they ask for reviews and feedback in order to inflate their ratings. Shame on you Mercedes of Orange County for taking my car in and not evaluating it for 12 days and leaving me carless for a month!
I just purchased my GLB from here and they were amazing. I’m from out of state, which complicates the process a bit but they made it seamless. Chris was super communicative throughout the whole purchase process. He spent tons of time going over some of the new, unfamiliar technology with me to make sure I was comfortable prior to leaving. This does not feel like a “pushy” car dealership. They were totally honest and upfront and made sure I was fully informed. I would absolutely purchase from here again

This place try to rob me . The guy to watch out for is in service is Frankie DeVita. He does not like black people. Every time I come to the dealership I spend over 1k plus. I needed a brake line done to my car. 10 thousand dollar don’t make since. Got it done at another dealership for 250 wow.

I brought my car in for a service and my service advisor was incredible ! Frankie Devita helped me with all my needs and got me into a loaner car right away, I had such a great experience at this location that I even came back and bought a new car a couple days later. This location is one of the best experiences I’ve had at Mercedes.
The service we received from Mercedes-Benz of Orange County was exceptional. Carlos was always available for any questions we had and was the most professional out of all the dealerships we visited. We received a review in our email and unfortunately filled out the incorrect review thinking it was for a local dealership. We wish to retract that review and defer Mercedes-Benz of Orange County to this review. It would be 10 out of 10 stars for all questions. Please extend our thanks to Carlos and the team for assisting us in our 2021 GLB lease. We hope this review replaces the original review as we were dealing with multiple dealerships, but none have been as awesome as Carlos and the Mercedes-Benz of Orange County Team.
I had an absolutely amazing experience while working with a woman, I believe her name was Caiya. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and service I was looking for. She was very timely and able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I would definitely reccommend Mercedes of Orange County to anyone I know, your service team is amazing!
Avoid at all costs!-Sent my Benz GL450 to this dealer due to loud humming and knocking noise at speed of 40-60mph. After paying $300 diagnosis, dealer told me the Right Side wheel bearing was bad and need replacement.I asked if that is correct as most of the noise clearly from the LEFT side.Dealer confirmed that they are certain it is the Right side wheel bearing as they did acoustic test (see picture)-Spent $3000 on all recommended fix and took the car. To my horror and shock, the noise did not change a single bit, still the loud humming and knocking noise at speed of 40-60 mph.See the video attached and hear the level of noise AFTER MY $3000 Repair!-Called back with dissatisfaction and took the car back for a more thorough diagnosis. This time, dealer said they confirmed the LEFT SIDE wheel bearing is bad and need replacement, just as I suspected!-The report I get for 2nd diagnosis is another $3000, including replacing the LEFT Side wheel bearing, plus my Airmatic suspension on left side is low and needs be fixed, plus the driving belt needs be fixed. Total adds up to another $3000.I checked Airmatic by measuring wheel to wheel cover distance and they are all the same!In 20 days, they came up with another $3000 fix, which they did the wrong diagnosis in first time, and now driving belt comes up which nothing was mentioned in their first diagnosis-I asked for any credit or discount for replacing the LEFT SIDE wheel bearing? Answer is NO. They advised me to to an unnecessary replacement of my RIGHT SIDE wheel bearing, and made wrong diagnosis despite I told them the noise was from left, but NO, no discount no refund whatso ever-I wrote to the dealers head of customer service twice. there was absolutely no response from the guy.-Now I have submitted formal complaint at BBB (Better Business Burea), as well as other Consumer Protection Agency. Also I will bring this to small claim court.-What was horrifying about this dealer:1. made a wrong diagnosis - incapable technician2. did not do any road test when I pick up the car and paid them $3000. I drove on to I-87 and the big noise immediately coming out. They did not check if they fixed it at all!3. They admit the wrong diagnosis but no discount. customer is their ATM4. They came up with another $3000 repair with nothing wrong to the AIRMATIC suspension.Who would pay $169/hour for their service???Avoid at all costs!!
I approached MB of OC with a specialist project, bringing my modern classic benz back from the dead after several years of sitting-- a bad idea for any, car let alone a V12.Unfortunately we quickly found the deterioration was worse than expected, but thankfully this project was being overseen by Frank Devita, who worked closely with me to ensure that my beloved set of wheels had a new lease on life. He is a class act through and through, very knowledgeable, and understands the importance of good customer service. Id certainly recommend MB of OC.

I purchased a 2021 gel 450 from mb of orange county which is by far the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. But of course that goes without saying. My salesperson Adenike made this the most pleasant experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. She was extremely professional, but very patient. I truly felt like she sincerely cared that I was satisfied throughout the entire process. I did not feel pressured, and yet felt she was always in my corner. I was searching over the internet for a 2019 Acura RDX and I saw that Mercedes-Benz of Orange County had one. The pictures were awesome and the SUV looked really nice. I called the dealership to confirm availability and spoke to Michael Paccione. We made an appointment for 2 days later.Michael kept in touch with me via text messages to let me know if the car was still available.The day of my appointment arrived and my dream car was still available. It was meant to be :-).I arrived to the dealership and the whole experience was spectacular. The atmosphere was perfect. Mike offered coffee, water and snacks.We agreed on a deal and I was out in 3 hours.I liked the staff, the place and the excellent treatment so much that I felt like 3 hours went by too fast.Thomas Tzimoulis gave me a great warranty deal and he even recommended a service contact person at my local Acura dealer.I also met one of the managers (Walter Pensa) who came to greet me and treated me super nice too.I was soo soo soo excited about my new baby that I left all my paperwork behind. I had picked up my C43 AMG a few weeks ago and it was a great experience! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with open arms. The sales manager had introduced me to David Krueger. David was nothing but great. He allowed me to test drive a few vehicles within minutes. David did not pressure me at all but instead gave me great advice and made me feel very comfortable. I actually walked out of a dealership a couple of days before coming to Mercedes-Benz of Orange County because I was not pleased with the interaction. I didnt plan on visiting another dealership in the near future but I saw the car on Car Gurus and decided to visit the dealership ... Im so happy I did. I LOVE MY CAR! My salesman Dave was patient, kind, professional just a pleasure to work with. My son accompanied me and opined on the good experience as well. I would definitely go back to this dealership. An error was made in the interest rate, they corrected it and made the purchase a little better because of the error, thats good customer service and buyer friendly. I didnt give them 5 stars because theres no such thing as perfection and itll give them something to work towards, LOL. Lastly, the 2nd set of keys was left at the dealership and Dave personally dropped them off at my home ... thats service.

I just had another fantastic experience at this Dealership, which has been giving me the top-class treatment for 1.5 yrs now. Unfortunately, I had to let my beautiful 2014 Benz go 😔... but Chris Taccetta gave me an excellent trade-in offer for her, which made the 2016 Honda Accord I was eyeing online on their website within my price range. Chris treated me like family: I was served with kindness, trust (he handed me the keys to the car I asked about for an unaccompanied test drive), and there was NO tacky sales pitch, pressure, or bull-. He gave me his offer via e-mail as I requested it, in writing, and honored it. The Accord was in pristine condition, drove smooth as silk, & my OBD2 sensor showed no codes, so I bought the car & drove home in it TODAY! Thats the kind of Luxury/VIP experience I bought Mercedes for in the first place! Chris told me he treats everyone the same way, whether they own a Honda or a Benz. Now THAT is CLASS! My cars traction control light and collision prevention light went on when I made a sharp right turn. I took my car to Mercedes-Benz of Orange county on 7-19-21 at 09:00 AM to find out why did this happen. I met with Roxana Onady a service consultant and I expressed my concern about my vehicle. She said that I was due for a service B if I was interested in doing it now. I said No but I received an email that my battery was due for replacement. She said ok we will get that done as well as servicing the light that is on in your vehicle, I left my vehicle and went to work. It was now 3:30 PM and I havent received a call so I called Roxana multiple times and left messages. At 5:00 PM I go to the dealership and speak to Roxanna. She goes on to say that she was sorry but that they have been backed up with so many cars and my car was just brought to the back to get serviced. I said that cant be its been here 8 hours, I would like to speak to a service manager she gave me an attitude but she got him. I spoke to Frank the service manager and asked him why was the traction control light and collision prevention light on in my vehicle what was the root-cause? Frank with a straight face tells me we changed the battery, I said with the collision prevention light not the battery. He made things worse by saying that my car had a serious issue and I would have to leave it there for further evaluation and testing, he added that it might not be covered by Mercedes Benz. I said that was impossible because my vehicle was a certified vehicle, I paid for the battery $366.23 and left. On 7-20-21 the next day I took my car to Mercedes Benz in Wappinger falls and they found the root-cause and corrected the problem in less than 2 hours it was the left radar sensor. I am posting this because customers should be aware the practices that are happening in Mercedes Benz in Harriman.
My experience at MB of Orange County was flawless. Their selection of cars is beautiful, and each of the staff members that I spoke with were outstanding. David Krueger was my salesperson, and my experience couldn’t have been better. Knowledgeable, respectful, and understanding. Although I live 2 hours away, I would make the drive when it comes time to purchase my next car just to have the MB of OC experience again. Five stars!

Just picked up a new GLE from MB Orange County. Made the deal over the phone with Jason Flores a couple of days ago. Jason not only got back to us very quickly and with a very good price, but he also answered all of our questions during the sale and trade negotiations(again over the phone) and when we picked up the car. We would definitely recommend him to our friends - Jason was truly excellent. Also, the Finance manager Tom T was great. He told us which additional warranties would truly help us and did not try to push us to buy anything and overall explained everything very well. That process was also extremely smooth and quick. Both Jason and Tom are very professional to say the least. We truly highly recommend this dealership and in the future if we have to buy another Benz, MB of Orange County will definitely be our first choice to contact. Our lease was up and we visited many car dealerships in and around Bergen County for a new SUV. When we walked into Mercedes Benz of Orange County we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Eric Makofsky. He was instrumental in our decision to lease a GLC and worked with us to plan the options and financing available for car ownership. The dealership is very spacious and everyone was considerate wearing masks and keeping comfortable distance. When we arrived to pick up the car, it was waiting for us indoors and many features were already programmed - truly white glove service. Eric spent considerable time with us going through the technology and features. We signed the paperwork and we were on our way... it was the easiest most convenient process for auto purchase. I highly recommend contacting Eric if you have interest in any of the Mercedes vehicles.

Amazing staff, who were not just doing their job but really helping you out to pick your car. Very friendly and not pushy. They make you feel special and not just another customer. They accommodate us way past their closing time (doing formalities) with absolutely no rush, we felt bad but none of them had any attitude that could make us comfortable. Showroom was nice and clean as well.
They deserve 0 stars for customer service. Made an apt twice and dropped my car off both times the night before. First time, I had to call at 4 pm in the afternoon to be told they didn’t know who the car belonged to with my name on the plate with apt made in same name. Next apt, the car was there for its 8am apt and told I would be hearing from advisor by end of day. Never heard a word. Called following day to be told by receptionist Nadia that Franky my advisor was out the day before and would call shortly. I explained I was now upset because this is the second time. Why would an apt be made if nobody to communicate. Mid afternoon Franky calls yelling at me he left a VM, another lie when my VM is purposely full. I told him I will be picking up the car. Shortly after a head supervisor calls asking me why I cursed out his 19yr old Secratery or was she exaggerating? Definitely exaggerating when I had a witness I did not curse at all. He said come get your car! Well within two minutes the person I had on there way was there who was greeted very nasty Franky. They did not know who this person was in relation to me and just handed him my keys with no questions. When pick up person asked for paperwork, Franky said no paperwork just take the car out of here. 4:59 pm hours later I receive a text as to my repair done and what time would I be there so they could have my car washed. No repair done. No professionalism, rude, they don’t follow through with scheduled apt. I don’t recommend! Save yourself the time and hassle, drive 25 minutes to Nyak where they stand by there word and treat customers with respect. Formal complaint will be made with corporate.

4 loooooooooooong months I had been car shopping. To be honest, I was at my wits end. I found multiple dealerships would ask for my information and promise that a car they had online was available only for me to make drives over an hour to find out that there was an undisclosed issue.Each time I would call, speak to someone, have them SWEAR up and down that this time was different, and bam! It would happen again!!I started to feel like I was single and going on a series of terrible first dates, and I started to wonder if I was the problem? It seemed like other dealerships just didn’t even care if they sold a car.MB of OC is almost TWO hours from my house and had been my third dealership of the day. I was a sliver away from just not going, but talking to Mike P on the phone, he encouraged me to come in and the car I wanted would be parked out front.I made the long haul and guess what? It WAS parked out front. And then they let me drive it with no issues. Then we got down to business. And Mike and Thomas were incredibly professional and helpful and fair.Then they stayed almost 3 hours late to help get the deal done that night. They were quick and friendly and took care of all the steps!I went from a lady at the end of my rope to feeling like I was on top of the world!I got to experience what it means to be a Mercedes Benz customer and let me tell you - it is saweeeeet!Long story short - don’t settle for anything less and make the extra drive to get treated right! Great customer service, quick turn around time for basic maintenance and moderate-heavy repairs. Fair pricing in the Euro market compared to private specialty shops with far more experience, specialty tools and equipment.I specifically request the tech Erik Muller for all of my repairs, he is reliable, quotes the right repairs the first time. He has in debt knowledge of not only current European vehicles but also Japanese and domestic models as well along with years of hard earned experience.Easily one of the best Mechanics in the county.I couldn’t recommend the dealership, service advisors or Mechanics here more!
I have never experienced the first-class service at a dealership the way everyone MB of Orange County showed me! Liliam was my go-to woman who was on it like no other. She emailed, called, and touch-based with me every step of the way. She worked very hard to get the car that I wanted, she ROCKS! This dealer ship charged me $3000 to diagnose and fix noise from my GL450, but they fixed the wrong wheel, despite I told them the noise was from driver side. They insisted Passenger side wheel bearing was bad.Result:-The noise was horrible after spending $3000 on Aug 28, 2021-I brought back the car, this dealer admitted the Driver side wheel bearing was bad (like I suspected). They suggested me with another $3000 fix!-I brought the car to fix at a small local car shop, they fixed the noise for $500. The real fix was $500!-I filed BBB complaint, but the business NEVER RESPONDED TO THE COMPLAINT. They dont care about their BBB rating, which other dealers do.-I will file a small claim court for the gross negligence, wrong diagnosis and unnecessary repairs.Conclusion for my rating - predatory service and the business is NOT responsible for their mistakes and losses caused to a customer.
Great experience all around from Sales through Finance up to Service.SALESI worked with Jason Flores on this purchase. From the moment I arrived, whether by perception or experience, Jason understood what type of buyer I was; the kind that doesn’t like hovering but appreciates proximity. Jason provided space while I looked over the vehicle but was within line of sight in the event I had questions. No fluff guy which I appreciate.FINANCEMy bank was not able to get everything completed the same day as promised. I became frustrated as I wanted to take the car home the same day. Finance processed my request and within 15 min I received a competitive rate and was able to get my vehicle the same day.SERVICE DEPTMy service notice came on a couple days after purchase. I reached out to Jason and he immediately responded that MB of Orange would take care of it. Service reached out to me to schedule promptly. I arrived at my scheduled time and was met by Frank Devita who took me in quickly and got me out just as quick with a loaner so I could get to work. I was advised when my car was near completion and it was ready and washed when I arrived. Turnaround time was excellent.Excellent team here.
As a first time car buyer, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Jason Flores helped us & he couldn’t have been more professional. Even though I bought a used Jeep from their lot, Jason treated me like I was a top priority. After months of thinking and looking at cars online and on lots, I finally test drove and purchased my first Mercedes at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County. Lilliam Abril was very helpful, patient, informative and I never felt pressured. She helped the experience go very smooth. In fact, everyone I interacted with from the finance manager Thomas, to the other management and employees were professional and pleasant. I’m loving my car (GLA 250) and happy I finally made the move after 10 years with my old car.

I spent $10.00 to get my first N.Y. State Inspection and was treated like a lifelong customer getting a new transmission installed on a Benz that was out of warranty. Probably one of my top (3) best customer service experiences ever experienced.I, like many others this year, bought a RV. My RV is built on the Benz Sprinter chassis. Though receiving temp tags/docs from my PA. based dealership, once my N.Y. tags came in...I had to get it officially N.Y. State inspected.Considered many places; RV dealerships, local service and thought perhaps Id give this Benz dealership/service center a try. Im very glad that I did.When you pull in, youre immediately met with staff who capture info, prep your vehicle (they place temporary coverings on areas that are touched by their staff during service) take your temperature and usher you into an inviting waiting area.This is where I met Frank DeVita, my Service Advisor. I had a couple of special requests for Frank and he personally saw to all of my requests being addressed.My RV was then taken from the reception area back into the Service bay where the top notch service continued. Though I never got his name, the actual Service Technician was professional, thorough and careful with his handling of both my requests and my new RV. What I like about their setup here is that you can have eyes into their Service bays and watch their Tech Pros take care of your possessions. Through decades of owning many other luxury car brands, it made an impression on me that nearly all other brands keep their service bays/tech hidden in separate buildings. Their Service Bays were meticulously clean, were in full well lit view and their Tech were well clean, tidy and busy.Upon completion of my $10.00 inspection, Frank apologized to me that they would ordinary wash my vehicle (they would actually wash my RV?) but since it was rainy last Wednesday, I told them that it wasnt a big deal..... the gesture meant a lot.So all I can say is that in my humble opinion the evaluation of true & authentic customer service and attention to detail should be paid to companies when their bill to you is small; again in this case $10.00. Sure you can say that they want my repeat business so they treated me extra special the first time...but I dont get a sense thats what these guys are about. The handling I received from Frank and the team on duty that day was second nature & was truly one of my best experiences ever....again for a $10.00 N.Y. State inspection sticker.I will be using these guys more in the future and will actually consider converting from another German luxury brand, to these guys.
I just picked up my MB yesterday from here. I started the process two weeks ago through email with Jason Flores. I was pretty sure I already knew what car I wanted. From start to finish the process went very Smoothly. I had many questions and Jason was able to answer them all. I haven’t bought a new car in 12 years and Jason Flores made this a very pleasant experience.

Great experience purchasing our GLE at the dealership. We enjoyed this dealership in particular as it was a bit quieter than one closer to our home. Jason Flores did a good job of taking care of us and communicating efficiently throughout the process. Although we had done our homework and knew just what we wanted walking in, introduction to the vehicle was efficient as was the negotiation process. Upon delivery Jason walked us through the details of the car to make sure we had a good idea of how to operate it well. I would definitely go back and look forward to returning for service.

10 stars really. I’ve never purchased a car remotely, and in addition to distance there is also COVID. Nothing impaired the superior customer service I experienced by working with Jason Flores (yes, people call him the GOAT for a reason) and Thomas Tzimoulis. FaceTime vehicle demonstration with Jason, and an overall fantastic deal put together by Tom. The car is nothing short of stunning! And to top it of, the delivery driver Rocky, was another superstar in this exemplary experience, he stayed in touch during shipping, and even sent me pictures! When I leases my Mercedes in July 2019 I was told I had cruise and lane assist and full tire coverage. Guess what, I didn’t. After 10,000 miles I came in to the dealership to see if my tires were ok for an upcoming trip to NC. I was told I had a bubble in one of the tires. I said ok fix it. I was given a bill for $350. Guess what, the salesman lied to me. When I went to see the General Manager and ask if he could help with the costs of the tire. The answer was no. If you come to this dealership to buy it lease a car, buyer beware.
If I could give less than one star I would. They are totally unprofessional. I bought one car during the pandemic even though they weren’t supposed to be open for sales. I was told by the finance representative, Thomas Tzimoulis not to tell anyone about my purchase.About a week later I contacted Thomas because my husband wanted to trade in his 2018 Chevy Camaro for a 2020 GLE 350. He told me he had pull and could get any lease. We agreed on the price and he never returned my calls. After, about a week I decided to contact the sales manger, Joseph Herman from their other dealership located in Englewood, NJ. Mr. Herman asked me to give the dealership another chance. I agreed and spoke to Tim Reilly from Orange County who also promised to give me a car and he also never returned my calls. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my lawyer has also written them a letter with no response from either Tim Reily, Joseph Hernan, or Thomas Tzimoulis.
After trying multiple oil change franchises to get my car aligned properly and driving straight, Erik was able to get my car aligned to factory as if I just drove it off the lot! I’m at a loss for words as to how great my car feels again. We need more techs like Erik! Thank you so much!

Just came in a few day ago to get my car diagnosed and serviced. Service Advisor Denzell provided a pleasant experience and is very knowledgable about the issues I was having with my C240. Usually when I get my car serviced in other counties the quote time for when my car will be finished is usually off-base by a day or two. Denzell quoted me a matching date to the completed service, while also keeping me updated during the wait. Will definitely come back!

I had an absolutely fabulous experience at Mercedes Benz of OC. While all the staff were friendly and helpful, the receptionist, Caiya, was truly a gem. She answered all of my questions about the GLS450 and is incredibly knowledgeable. She also made it so easy to schedule an appointment around my crazy schedule. Caiya was kind, funny yet professional, and so very helpful. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this dealership. Mercedes Benz is truly lucky to have Caiya!!!

We recently purchased a CPO E Series from Jason Flores. Jason went above and beyond to take care of us. Our car had to be shipped to Nevada and Jason took care of everything. He was professional, returned messages promptly, kept every promise and answered his phone even on his day off. 5 stars for this dealership and Jason Flores.
Denzell provided me with excellent service when I came in and brought my e-class in for service. He didn’t give me the run around about what was needed to be done or upsell me on service. Great communication and was very friendly. A+ service and will gladly bring my car back to the Harriman location.
Buyer Beware!!!!! Chris the sales rep sold me a CPO car with an odometer blocker!!! Upon discovering the blocker they rejected my phone calls and emails then refused to speak to my wife and I. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I believe the manager Walter is covering for the previous lessor whom he told me he knows personally and was probably aware this chip was put in. Avoid at all cost, spare yourself and your hard earned money and go to BMW next door.

2022-07-02Eric was an absolute joy of working with. He assisted me with getting my first Mercedes Benz vehicle. He kept me up to date through the entire process and on the day of pickup, he spent over forty-five minutes with me showing all of the features of the car. I went to three other dealerships when I was looking to obtain a new car, however, I did not feel valued as a customer at those dealerships. Eric understood what I wanted and he got the car to my specifications. He is a good person and I would recommend Eric for your next car buying experience.

We worked with Dave Krueger at the Mercedes’ Benz of Orange County location and he made the process entirely different for us. It was easy, seamless, thorough and a positive experience. When I went to 3 other dealerships first and they said they couldn’t get me the car I wanted - Dave made it happen in the price range we were hoping for. 2022-01-04After viewing inventory on their website, I received a response call for my inquiry, from sales consultant Dave Krueger. Dave was pleasant, informative and willing to discuss my automotive interests at length. Although the dealership isn’t local for me, Dave invited me to visit in hopes he could assist with my vehicle search.Upon my arrival everyone at MB of Orange County was welcoming and helpful. Dave met me and had the vehicle I was interested in ready for me to take out on a road test drive. After discussing some of the car’s features I drove it. Upon my return he introduced me to some of the dealership staff, he further educated me about the vehicle. Dave and the pleasant staff there, were genuinely interested in my needs and interests. We negotiated an amicable purchase deal with no pressure. Dave is a very professional sales consultant and a pleasure to know and work with. He made the purchase experience easy for both my wife and myself. We picked up the car 2 days later and we are amazed and thrilled with it.

2022-01-20I just have to give a shout out to Dave the salesman and Thomas in financial services. These guys made buying my first Mercedes Benz a quick, easy experience. They worked with my needs and were so accommodating. They did all the work within hours over the phone all I had to do was provide my needs and information. We did most of the deal on the phone since I was from PA & I got to the dealership and everything was set up and ready for me to take the car back home. They both explained everything so thoroughly and truly know what they’re doing. I am so grateful they got me into my first MB so smoothly.I’m from PA and ended up buying this GLB at the Orange County MB. As long as Dave and Thomas are on my team I will be taking the two hour drive to purchase all of my MB at Orange County!
