I just recently purchased a new vehicle from The Rockville Centre location. This is my 2nd vehicle purchased from this location (21years ago). The Sales representative, Elenita was very professional and stood by her word on the delivery date of my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle from the service center. The pick up area for new vehicles is in a separate area housed with brand new vehicles. I was escorted into the area and to my surprise my name was displayed on a billboard in the bay area where my new car was sitting. To top it off, it had a big bright red bow on the roof. I felt like a celebrity. The customer support individual was professional and helped me sign my documents expeditiously and walked me through all the new features of my vehicle with grace and patience.I highly recommended the Rockville Centre location for all your sales needs.
Im truly grateful for Richard Hayat in sales, Shaun Weissman in management,Kathy in finance and Justin and Manny in service. Truly knowledgable people of the business and made me feel comfortable with my decision. Im so happy with my new lease as I was so very tempted to turn the old lease in and go with another brand of car, but Richard Hayat truly changed my mind and im happy to continue with the MBRVC family and great service. I will always recommend MBRVC as the go-to Mercedes dealer.
There are several Mercedes dealerships on Long Island. If you are truely intent on purchasing a new Mercedes, do yourself a favor and use any other dealership. I went to MBRVC to order a new 550 G wagon. The dealership explained they are built to order by hand and it would take around 9 months to a year and could not quote me an exact price. Almost a year later I received a call saying the vehicle had arrived and I should come in immediately to pick it up. I was on a business trip, and having no prior communication about the arrival time, could not get back for 10 days.When I finally was able to get to the dealership, they curtly informed me they had sold the vehicle out from under me. The sales manager could not have been more dismissive of me or my situation, and actually turned his back on me and walked away. I endured nearly a year of no communication under the impression the dealership would look out after my interests as a customer, only to have these predators take the first opportunity they could to make a quick buck over sticker. Life is too short to be entangled with people who are unethical and untrustworthy.
I had great experience at MBRVC. We custom built a GLS 450 2022 which took 3 months. Hank Woloz was always friendly, very helpful, patient, and was never pushy. He helped me create my dream car. I am very thankful for all his helps throughout this process. He explained everything and answered all my questions. We had a great experience.
In my experience, if given a score of 1 to 5, I would most certainly rate it at a 2.5. Many of my concerns were a combination of the new electronic system, sales, and the back office finance team. There were great employee incentives through my current employer that enticed my husband and me to explore getting a new vehicle. I went onto the website and fell in love with the GLB 250, accommodating seven seats.I contacted the Sales Team and was paired with Jerone. He was terrific at getting all the details I needed about the vehicle. I arranged to stop by the dealership with my husband to test drive the car on a Saturday. Upon my arrival, Jerone was busy with another customer, so we waited for about thirty minutes before paired with another sales representative John.John was knowledgeable and provided all the details regarding the vehicle, such as financing and lease payment. I was under the impression the deals were tied to all Mercedes dealerships but learned it was the Smithtown location. When requested to test drive the car, I was advised that I would need to make a $1,000 deposit which was the first red flag.We took all the information and requested Jerone to call us when he became free. Unfortunately, I contacted Sales Manager Jonathan on several occasions and did not receive a callback about the policy regarding the test drive deposit.Jerone returned our call, and I told him we wanted to move forward with the test drive. But unfortunately, he also started a $1,000 deposit, which is ridiculous.We planned the test drive after the snowstorm back in late Jan and showed up at the dealership only to be told the car was not there and then had to drive across town to Hempstead, which was the second red flag. I was told there was a mix-up with the new system they began using over the weekend.We started moving forward with the vehicle, which was a five-seater. I was contacted by Kathy in which she explained the payment terms for the car. I was scheduled for the pickup; however, I quickly changed my mind right before as I could locate on their website the same model, which had a lighter interior and my desired seven seats.I was rescheduled for pickup and received a call from Kathy the night before pickup that the car was out with another customer. Once again, the new system was blamed for this mistake.After the car came back to the dealership and was detailed, we were scheduled a third time for pickup. I showed up for the signing with my husband and discovered a few scratches quickly fixed by the service team.As we started to sign the paperwork, I noticed several inaccuracies with the payment/miles that were again blamed on the system. Thank God I had the original sales slip that I signed, which had all the details of the payment terms and miles.We had to stop the process so the back office (Kathy) could correct their error. We wanted to have a great experience, but it was just one careless mistake after another. Then to add insult to injury, the wheel locks were never placed on the car, so within one week, I had to bring the car back.The service manager was able to get us in immediately are remediate that issue. I must commend my sales rep Jerone as he did go over and beyond to keep us happy despite those many mistakes and we LOVE our new vehicle.
Mercedes-Benz Of Rockville Centre is top notch, aside from the vast inventories of cars and models to choose from , Im impressed with their customer sales and quality of service . Elenita has provided me excellent service from the very start all the way to picking up the car from the service center. During the sales process and up to delivery , I especially appreciate the follow ups and notification from her , informing me about the status of my order.
I bought a GLS 450 and was very fortunate to have Elenita Talusan as my sales rep. She was heaven-sent; very professional, caring and accommodating. She kept me updated about the status of my order every step of the way. What a very pleasant car-buying experience (for a change)!
Called ahead to schedule an appointment for a test drive of the GLA250 with Ruben. He confirmed the car is available for test drive. When I got there, they had no car for test drive. He isnt even at that location. Wasted 45 minutes and gas. Ended up going to Mercedes of Huntington. Christine went out of her way to get us a car to test drive. Needless to say which dealer is more reputable. One that scams you to come in or one that actually cares about the customer. You can buy your car at any dealer, the car is the same. Choose a dealer thats reputable and sincerely cares about the customer!!! On a positive note, the vanilla coffee from the machine was the best I ever had at any dealer and the receptionist was pleasant to talk to while they went looking hopelessly for the GLA.
Fella in the parts department did not know how to complete a transaction on his computer. He did not seek out help from his colleagues on how to complete the transaction. It was not until 30 minutes of me/him tying up his station with his conundrum that the more experienced staff members helped him. Employees should not be afraid to ask their associates or superiors for help. A 5 minute transaction took 35 minutes. There was no concern for wasting the customers time, no apology, no thank for the purchase. I have purchased 4 vehicles over the years from RVC dating back to the days when Mr. Meyer still owned the dealership.
My father in law bought his first car and Elenita help him to complete the purchase. She provided excellent customer service and she has very pleasing personality and knowledgeable. If you are trying to get luxury car, this place would be the best for you and remember to look for Elenita Talusan!!!! She is very recommended. My dad has been eyeing for a specific Mercedes-Benz car because it was his dream car. We went from one dealership to another and we were not satisfied with how they handle their clients. My wife and I were in time sensitive situation and we were so lucky to be introduced to Craig Antonucci. After my wife was involved in an accident we only had about a week to find a new car and we were having issues due to the market. Once introduced to Craig he turned around our request in about 48 hrs and had us in the exact care my wife wanted. Never for a second did it seem like we were being sold or taken advantage of. RUN AWAY!!!!!I am a previous client here, weve leased 2 vehicles previously. Everyone understands this car market is unusual, however you hope that dealerships can operate honestly through this time.On 2/14/22 I emailed my past sales rep Alan Stricoff and he said in writing were getting 6k over sticker now but for past customers only 2k and i thought that was fair. and tha payment was $833 over 36 months with 5,700 down. He unfortunately didnt have the car at that time so we didnt do a deal. Just 30 days later, looking at the same truck............here is the convo. were currently getting 6k over, your new price is now $1,104.00 monthly and #6,700 down (almost 12k more in 30 days) Now keep in mind......and his reasoning is..............well thats the market!Doing business is tough enough as it is, as a consumer its unfortunate that were made to feel taken advantage of, and that is who this dealership is. Paying a bit over is fine, its how much you pay over that means something today and when someone has this kind of moving target on overages my advice is to run far away.

This is my 2nd time purchasing a car from Elenita at Mercedes Rockville and I love it here. Elenita is so professional and such a great help with purchasing the perfect vehicle. The entire process went smoothly. She found me the perfect C300, I filled out the online application and a day later I went to pick up my car and within a hour or two I was driving off the lot. Tj Stevens at MB Rockville center has out done himself yet again. He found the perfect cars for me and my dad we have never had nice treatment like this and it felt like we really matter as customers versus going to other dealerships or as I would say stealer-ships he has completely changed my mind. Going in to this dealership we had set prices in our minds and what we were willing to pay and Tj found the best bang for our money. Honestly the cars are beautiful and we feel really comfortable. I asked my advisor Neal a question on a certain vehicle operation, and he explained it to my satisfaction. Also, the valet service added air to my spare tire to my satisfaction. The service included checking all tire pressures, but I wanted the spare to be at its maximum rating of 60 pounds.
We picked up a cream puff Cadillac Escalade from Bobby Yep. What a tremendous experience. He was absolutely amazing, responsive and forthright. The delivery experience was completely amazing. When the delivery coordinator, Manny, took over and got me on the road I was stunned at the superiority of this experience compared to a recent Tesla delivery. Personal, caring and professional to the max.. Totally satisfied and a 5 star class operation. Wish my wife would like the GLS 450’s but she still wants the massive Escalade ESV. What a great car she got though, and Rockville Center Mercedes Benz went all out to make sure the car was both functionally perfect and aesthetically perfect as well. Thank you all very much.
Very unprofessional the sales rep Mr yep became very generic then started to try and talk in slang solely because my ethnic background.everything about him was very fake …and they are too greedy in prices I get that you hav to make your money but giving out unrealistic numbers let’s be real …Definitely take your business further away this place isn’t it try another Benz dealer
On 8/16/21 I showed interest in a vehicle that Mercedes of Rockville Centre had listed on their website. The vehicle had the price it was selling for listed. I called the dealership and expressed my desire to purchase it. They stated that delivery of the vehicle would be somewhere between 4 - 6 weeks. The sales person told me that I would need to put $1000 down to hold the car for me. I gave them my credit card number, drivers license, and signed and returned the sales contract. Later that day the salesman called me and said that the car was now $5000 over the MSRP price that I signed for and they would need to send over a new sales contract with the new pricing. I agreed to the new cost as I figured the market price was more and there is a shortage of new cars. The dealership charged my credit card the $1000 for the deposit (which was stated on their website as fully refundable). The very next day I received an email stating that the vehicle was sold to someone else. Out of frustration I informed them that I want my deposit back. Then I was told there was a miscommunication with the salesman and finance manager and the car is available again. I had no desire to do business with these people considering we are talking about a car that would have cost me around $100,000 and I was being jerked around. After several requests to have my deposit returned, I had been given excuses. They had no problem immediately taking the deposit but returning it takes days. It is now 8/25/21 and I still have no refund. They said it could take 3 days for my bank to process it. My bank processes refunds immediately. I may be listed in my account as “Pending” but it’s still listed on my account. Thankfully my bank does do chargebacks on credit card purchases. Piece of advice to those considering to put a deposit on a car from this dealership, never use a debit card. Always use a credit card. I’m shocked that Mercedes would allow this stuff to happen within their dealerships.
I had a very bad experience with the Benz of Rockville center. Three weeks ago, I had over heating sign light on my GLB 250 2020 leased car. I towed my car to Benz of Rockville center. After keeping my car for a week, they told me that there was nothing wrong with the car and the sign was properly a malfunction. After 10 days the car had engine sign. I took it back to the dealer. The dealer called me the next day and told me that the engine was blown. It’s a leased car so it should be covered under warranty. However, the dealer called me and told me that we don’t have any repair record with us. I told him that I always go to my local auto shop for oil change. The dealer told me to send the oil charge receipts which I did. After a few days the dealer told me that the receipt was denied since those receipts has no vin# on it and it’s not updated on the car fax. I told him that In New your small auto shops don’t upgrade on the car fax and my plate number is on the receipt. However, they are keep declining to repair my car and asking me to pay $18, 000 which I can’t not afford. This is my Fouth Mercedes Benz and the last one. I also called the Benz headquarter and unbelievably they told me that since it’s a leased car it is covered in the warranty but they can’t go see the dealership since it is owned independently. I and my family will never ever get Mercedes anymore and l will post on my Facebook/ Instagram about this also I will make complain with consumer affair. No one should go through this . It’s totally cheating. My contract clearly allows me to go to any auto shop.My question to the Benz of Rockville center is that how come they said my car was fine when I took it there and after few day my engine was blown?
George Glier provided the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. He’s kind, patient, honest, and motivating. Mercedes is lucky to have him. I was in the Bronx on an appointment and I got a flat on a run flat tire at 1PmI called Anthony and he said to bring it in at around 3Pm. I arrived at 3:15 PM and Anthony had my car brought to to have the tire replaced. He told me to relax in the lounge and he would let me know when the car would be ready.I was on my way at 4;15 and my car was ready. New tire and washed.This is my 3rd car that the service department has been servicing with direction from Anthony and I am accustom to the high quality service. However, I realize and appreciate the excellent care and service that your department gives to me.I am amazed how your team pulls it offThank you Anthony and all the guys and ladies.
Went car shopping yesterday. Stopped here to see my options. We walk in and lots of employees/sale representatives around doing nothing just chatting away with their coworkers, walking around drinking coffee..lol.. my friend and I walk the entire building check out all the cars even go to the back parking lot and get locked out the building and not one employee said hello or may I help you, nothing.. this place was a complete joke, horrible sales representatives, maybe we looked homeless thats why they ignored . Worse place to buy a car. We exit the building drove to Lexus, 30 seconds of walking in and we where greeted and had a sales person show us around. Cant wait for my New 2022 Lexus to arrive. LEXUS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...thats how you do it Mercedes Benz, learn to treat every customer as a potential buyer.. you lost a customer a sale for the day.
A few weeks ago, I visited the showroom and was matched with Steven Weintraub. I had what I thought was a really positive experience with a very knowledgeable and honest salesman. I sent a follow up email saying as much because previous car dealership experiences had left a very bad taste in my mouth. Before leaving the showroom, I had identified the vehicle that I was interested in and was ready to leave a deposit but was told that it was not yet available for sale but to keep in touch. I sent multiple emails reminding all who communicated with me (Jonathan Stahl and Keri Suarez) reconfirming the exact vehicle that I wanted. This past Thursday, I was elated to receive an email from Keri with pricing and payment options and immediately responded with a request to speak and finalize details over the weekend as I was dealing with a family emergency. When I contacted Keri on Saturday, imagine my dismay, disappointment, extreme heartbreak when She told me that my car had been sold two days before. I understand that they are in the business of selling cars not making friends, however, ANY company who regards customer service as a priority should have at the very least given me a call to say that the car had been sold. And here is a question to think on - if I was sent the quote on Thursday but she told me the car was sold two days before (which would be on Thursday), why did they even send me the pricing quote????
I always found the service staff to be friendly in Rockville, but management is a different story. I bought my car from this dealership but after years of them failing to fix an issue of noisy chattering wipers (inherently defective drivers side wiper mechanism ) I decided to take my 70k ⬆️ E-class To Mercedes of New York City where they are a lot more professional. At least they are trying everything to solve my issue although it originated from RockvilleIt is not just simply an issue of noisy wipers but can be quite Dangerous as it is very distracting. I have had other Luxury cars in the past and we currently own a Tesla in the USA as well as second Mercedes and another car in Europe and they have no issues with the wipers but yet I’m the one who is made out to be overly sensitive.I would encourage anyone who wishes to buy a car to test the wipers for at least ten minutes in driving rain as there are many internet postings of noisy mercedes wipers. I certainly will think twice before buying Mercedes in the future.Moreover the manager in Rockville, once addressed me as ‘hey pal’ on one occasion in a curt tone and this is certainly not how a luxury dealership should treat its customers.There are many reports of issues with Mercedes wipers in other countries, and Daimler AG Is aware of this. Hopefully they have fixed this issue or your car does not have this problem as it is most annoying and all Mercedes can do in general is charge you for arm replacements and wiper changes, and feeding you misrepresentations.Finally I am sure there will be a reply, saying they are sorry and would like to resolve this issue and I guess this looks good on the tail end of negative reviews. But for years they failed to do anything meaningful to rectify the issue and this is certainly not what you expect from Mercedes.Disappointing!!!
Their director called me in response to my first review and took care of the price part. That was good and he was professional.Since I have purchased new vehicle 3 year service program for both vehicles from them included into the lease deal, have no choice to visit them. I would say I am yet to explore their service end.Based on everything I will sincerely rate them this so far, comparing all the other MBenz dealership I have experienced so far, upgrading them from 1 to 3 star. Hopefully someday I can rate them better in future.3 weeks ago I wrote-Although this is the second new vehicle lease I configured with this dealership in less than a year; first deal was good they kept the promise and match the quoted price. Old salesman is gone and this new one came up with $40 higher a month at the time of when vehicle arrived the dealership from what was quoted at the time of configuration. I verified with other sources and found the original deal is still very much doable for them; they gladly honor the deal. I am driving the brand for over a decade and still many more to come every lease return however I dont think they will ever see me again. Not going back unless they can honor the quoted price.
I want to let everyone know that Samantha is extremely helpful, understanding and so very kind. I had the pleasure of working with her awhile ago and that experience was also wonderful.I cannot thank her enough for walking me thru the issue with my car and making me feel confident with my decision.I will not need to work with anyone else than Samantha. Aside from being extremely satisfied with her I would not take my car to anyone other than Mercedes RVC. They get the job done. No delays no nonsense I love them also the car always comes back clean. Customer service was excellent from start to finish at RVC Mercedes. Hank (our salesperson) was a pleasure to work with -- never pushy and so understanding, knowledgeable and professional. Nicole (product concierge) was extremely helpful and taught us everything we need to know about the interface of the car. On our way out of picking up our new car we also met the manager who was so kind and personable. I would definitely recommend them to friends & family and would be happy to lease again in the future.
All I have to say is that Jay, the commercial truck sales rep is one of a kind. We came in with the idea of purchasing a commercial truck, not knowing much about Mercedes and their brand. Jay made everything clear and answered all our questions. Moving from a Ford to Mercedes was def. the way to go, and I am so glad that Jay was able to assist us. His patience and knowledge were well needed. Thank you once again Jay, Daniel and I truly appreciate it :)
I came in May to test drive a particular car. Customer service was good. The salesman offered a great deal on a vehicle but the deal would only be valid if I left a deposit that day. I left a deposit of $1k. After financials were all set and ready for the car, I was told by the salesman I cannot get the offer that was promised because we are now in June and its expired even thought I left deposit just days before while in the promotional month. Great display of car salesmen lying. I changed my mind about the car and went with a different company. Now 2 months later and still no refund of my deposit.
Awesome experienced management. They will just act like peasants as we are acting like princes and princesses because they would do every inch of what your heart say. You say glc they give u a glc. I think they also had blended coffee and hot cocoa. They are very organized. From the luxurious SUV’s and sedans on the first floor, to the sporty AMG gt’s on the second floor. Mercedes Benz for the win!!!!!!

Bill Mehrkens greeted us with a friendly smile and offered to assist us in any way we needed. We had no appointment he explained all the advantages and features of the 2021 Gle350, which we were interested in. There was no pressure put upon us, we live in Roslyn and had visited our local dealer and were not satisfied with the attention, which we did not receive. While I do believe they need a new receptionist at this location...I had one of the best experience Ive had (top to bottom) at a dealership. I drove an hour to purchase a car I wanted. Im so glad that Audley (sales) was the representative who assisted me. He went above and beyond to make everything seamless. Not once did he present me with a, NO, and not once did he tell me what he couldnt do for me. I liked that he always brought me options or solutions for the vehicle I wanted most; not sell me on something else. Then he went to work on getting it done. Catherine (finance) is an absolute professional, and took on my needs with care and a genuine will to help me. They were both extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and stayed until after closing in attempt to meet my goals. Catherine followed up and did her very best for me. It was their due diligence that ultimately leveraged my car purchase. I highly recommend you see Audley and Catherine if youre looking for a sales rep that wont treat you as currency. Id drive two-hours if I knew theyd be there, to purchase my next car.
The service department in Hempstead was a wonderful experience. I can’t praise them enough. They got me an appointment right away. My window would not go up and we were expecting more snow. Kevan McCabe service advisor, Tanya at the front desk and Manlo who drove me home and picked me up were outstanding. They were Courteous, helpful, and just so nice. You should be proud of these employees. From now on I’m only using the Hempstead service department. Thank you for putting me at ease and resolving my problem in a timely manner.
This has been the best experience for my family in purchasing a car! I have never met such kind, caring and knowledgeable sales people in my life. Bob truly made us feel comfortable in picking out a car and getting the best price! He went above and beyond for us about every question we had. I usually dont write reviews but this current service visit to M/B Rockville Centre is deserving of such. I recently returned to owning a M/B from BMW and was quickly reminded of the difference. My service advisor Samantha P. was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all honest. I brought my car in for service because a couple of issues I had and was immediately seen and given a loaner to go home. Later that day I was notified of what was going on and was given a timeline on when the issues would be resolved. I received my car back in a timely manner and immediately felt the results in the car. After dealing with other service centers with other brands, the seamlessness and quality of my service experience should not be understated and warranted a post. Long story short I was very satisfied and relieved with my experience. Their slogan The best or nothing wholeheartedly applies. 5 stars all the way.
This is the first time I purchased a Mercedes. I must say the staff was attentive and still call to check and make sure Im enjoying the experience of this car. The car handles beautifully and I am just grateful to God that I have been afforded the opportunity to own this vehicle. I want to thank the staff for making this experience great so far!

The Vehicle Exchange Program is excellent and Eddy Santos is wonderful to work with. Mr. Santos was able to find me a new 2020 vehicle with all of my very specific requirements and had the vehicle delivered to me with no disruptions or inconveniences to me. He also kept me fully informed during the entire process. TJ Stevens is also a great Delivery Manager. He explained everything in my new vehicle from the doors to all the cool technology. He had a lot of patience while I learned about all the new features. This dealership provides First Class Service to their customers and has for over ten years that I have been a customer at this location. George Jimenez has been my service representative and always takes care of all my service needs. He is truly an asset to the service team. I brought my car in for an ignition switch issue. I came in very early in the morning and the staff was upbeat and cheery. Everyone walked by and looked at me and said good morning. I’ve been here a few times and my advisor was George again. He’s always very professional and very personable. I appreciated the updates via text/ call as well! Firstly, let me start by saying, I do not write reviews however; I will make an exception for this experience, and will be writing a follow up. For me its not about the initial sale. Its how you treat the customer after the sale if I should need anything else, hence why I said I will be writing a follow up.My experience with this team at Rockville Centre is/ was exceptional. Long story short, the service team deemed my initial car unsafe and unable to drive at the time of a service appointment. I know what a nightmare, what was I going to do. Low on funds, dead smack in the middle of a pandemic, newly separated from my fiancee, kids to take care of, and a job to maintain, I was done.Well honey, this team was a godsend. Samantha in service was phenomenal! She was so kind enough to connect me with Bill Mehrkens. Bill is a well seasoned rep at Mercedes - Benz of Rockville Centre. He was patient, kind, and completely understanding to my needs and urgency to my problem. I needed a vehicle, but I was also tight on cash. Bill made himself easily accessible to answer any and all questions or concerns I had. I have to say sorry to Bill now because I know I was a wreck.Bill was extremely Professional from start to finish he calculated my numbers, and provided me with every best option available. Even with me being indecisive, Bill still maintained is professionalism and never made me feel discouraged or uncertain about my purchase. He made me feel like family. My favorite location to get my car service. Very very professional and assertive this week I came in for a service that was suppose to take 2 hours I knew prior they did not have loaners available after waiting my rep informed me a part would need to be ordered and I was put into a loaner immediately. The level of customer service is Always unmatched
I arrived exactly on time for my 1st service. Didn’t wait even a minute before I was greeted and given direction. I was introduced to Kevan (with an A) who was friendly and offered to have the inspection done while I was there. It was due next month. Great! He took me to a counter where I was given a buzzer and directed to a lovely waiting area.I was told 1.5 hours and that is exactly how long it took. Car was washed and ready to go.On the Covid side, I felt completely safe. There was ample space to wait. Everyone was wearing masks and there was plexiglass partitions in place. Ladies room was spotless.Great Job on all fronts!
Initially made an oil change appointment on Dec. 1, 2018 with Jennifer Romano all went very well, I left pretty impressed with the level of service and knowledge. Based on that experience on Dec. 27, 2018 I made and drove from the Bronx for my second appointment again with Jennifer Romano for new tires. Upon arrival I quickly noticed it was a very busy day. However, Jennifer greeted me very professionally and promised a quick turnaround so I decided to wait. Im not sure how but Jennifer managed to get tires, wheel alignment, bulbs and my car washed in a surprisingly quick turnaround time. Highly recommend Jennifer Romano and her staff!
Horrible location, horrible service. My parents went in to see the GLA-class. The salesperson wasn’t even interested in helping them. After leaving, they called me every single day at 9am, left me voicemails and emailed me because they found my phone number in their system since I have a current lease with them. For someone who was so uninterested in selling a car when they were in the store, it was funny how all of a sudden they were so desperate to get my parents business. I actually have a lease with Mercedes Benz and went through the Massapequa location. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Massapequa over RVC considering the staff at Massapequa is so much more professional, attentive and helpful.
Was on hold for parts for 30 minutes with no answer very unprofessional will take the extra 15 minutes and purchase my parts from massapequaMBRVC has taken a tumble after loosing there best parts guy mike. The best car buying experience ever. Our salesperson (John Zikas)was extremely cordial... not pushy as most salespeople can sometimes be. We had excellent communication with him throughout the process and had awesome follow through. After our purchase, our rep (Vance) was the best. He was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Overall, such a fantastic experience!
I have to say that going into this dealership was such a different experience then Ive had at other dealerships. When I go to purchase a car I usually get nervous about the negotiation. I sat down with my salesman Carlos Vargas and he made me feel right at home. There was no high pressure that Ive felt at other places. I was at ease with the negotiation process and in the end I was very pleased with the deal we made. He is truly a nice guy to deal with. After I brought my S 550 home and safely parked it in the garage I opened up the trunk and it hit the garage ceiling and created a tiny scratch. I figured out now how to adjust the trunk so it only opens part way. I called Carlos and asked him to fed ex the paint to me. The very next day there he was hand delivering the paint to my house! You do not get better service then that. He really went above and beyond! Kudos to Carlos! I will def recommend this dealership and Carlos to anyone who is in the market for a pleasant experience when they go to purchase their Mercedes. Thanks so much Carlos and everyone at Mercedes. Oh and by the way the dealership is gorgeous!!!
Marianne was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable on MB’s products and extremely professional. Marianne never pressured us to close a sale. Rather, she spent quite a bit of time with us ensuring we were ultimately comfortable with our final purchase decision. Her continued follow up with us even after our purchase means very much to us. She has truly gained our trust and confidence and she is an extraordinary ambassador for MB. We normally do not refer others to friends and family, however, Marianne will be the exception. We feel very comfortable referring her and MB to our family and friends, as appropriate.

I purchased a CPO MB GLE350. Frank in Finance is absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough about his phenomenal service! He made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. My salesperson Anant got sick the day of my delivery and was not able to give me the white glove service that I expected. The service team, Vance and his service manager went above and beyond to step in and give me that service. Nice to see that when things dont go according to plan, everyone pitches in to make sure you have a great experience.
My experience at this Mercedes dealership was outstanding. I have purchased cars from 2 other dealerships and have never had such A1 service. My sales rep Hank was absolutely amazing. Hes a gem. There was no pressure and he is extremely professional. I was comfortable and felt that he did everything to help me get the car that I wanted. With only a week until I had to return my lease I was stressed and in a time crunch. I knew I wanted a Mercedes but I did not know whether I to get a truck or a sedan. I went to Mercedes of Rockville Center hoping to receive some guidance in choosing a new vehicle. I was greeted by Debbie Schneider and knew I was in great hands. Debbie was extremely friendly, caring, professional and efficient. She guided me in selecting the perfect car, the GLA. She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle every step of the way and made sure that I received it in time before I had to return my lease. When it was time to pick up my car Debbie met me at the dealership with her big welcoming smile and a hug. At Mercedes Benz of Rockville Center, the process of selecting and picking up your car is like no other. Reading my name on the television with the congratulating words and seeing my car covered with a big red bow truly made the experience all the more special. I could not be happier with my car and I will never choose a different car brand. Debbie contacted me the next day sending me well wishes for my new car. She was truly the best employee I have ever had the please of meeting and working with. I look forward to working with her again when my lease is up and it is time to get another Mercedes!
Worked with Bill. He was difficult to work with, insulted our trade in car (claimed the certified kbb value was wrong), and gave us a horrible tone and attitude which included yelling- and keep in mind, we went in there to purchase and will be purchasing at a different dealer. They are clearly a high volume dealership that truly does not care about each customer who comes in.
My service advisor George was really nice. I had some questions about the navigation, which he helped me with. When I picked up my vehicle, he came out of his office, and showed me how to use the navigation, and how to connect my android phone to the screen. Thank you George.

This is by far the worst MB dealership Ive encountered. I have been trying to buy a car for weeks now. No one has even called me back. I spoke to the intake specialist/receptionist who I guess never conveyed my messages....Ive purchased from Brooklyn Mercedes, Rallye and Silver Star in the past and that have been so much better. CONTACT and communicate with potential customers.
I had a very good experience with this dealership and service center. I went with my parents to help them get their dream car after many years of living in this country and working hard. Had a very easy experience with our Salesman Shohem. We had a small issue with the vehicle upon delivery, but once I called and told them about it, they were able to get us back in to fix the issue as quickly as possible. I had just had a very poor experience at a different car service center so it was very refreshing to get such quality service from Rockville Center. We’ll definitely be continuing to come here for service and I might just come back for my next car.

I googled the closest Mercedes Benz dealership and it happened to be Rockville Centre.I had an incredible experience from the second I walked in; my thanks to the entire team, but most notably my thanks to Hank Woloz.Hank is patient, knowledgeable, kind, and has a killer sense of humor. He worked with me to find my dream car then we took a fun test drive. Once it came to talking about the numbers...it didn’t take him long to gain my trust (not easily done). I am absolutely appalled at the unacceptable level of customer service I was provided with today.After speaking with TWO salespeople, Stephanie Sagristano and Keri Suarez, I was scheduled to test drive a vehicle that I’ve had my eye on for some time now. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was told neither salesperson was present which was odd and a bit concerning but I didn’t stress it too much. The “manager” came out and after explaining what had been agreed to on the phone, I was told I couldn’t test drive the vehicle. After trying to get a valid explanation, to no avail most likely because I’m young and Latinx, I called Stephanie on the phone and she was EXTREMELY rude from the moment she picked up. She told me there’s nothing that could be done and tried to put the blame on me by saying that I never responded to her last email (I did).I don’t normally like to leave negative reviews but this just isn’t how you run a car dealership, especially not for a brand like Mercedes-Benz. I’m guessing they’re under new management now seeing as I had a pleasant experience last time I was there. If you’re reading this, I highly recommend taking your hard earned money to a different dealership.

I met with my service advisor Anthony Alonzo who handled all of my concerns and ensured he’d communicate the daily progress of my vehicle service, I did not expect him to actually adhere to that BUT surprisingly and Wonderfully he did.. his service went above and beyond my expectation!Great job to the team at Rockville Center!!I had previously used another Long Island Mercedes service department and was completely appalled at the lack of customer service we had received.. we actually considered getting rid of our MB truck and going back to BMW... but Rockville Center MB service team has convinced me otherwise! My salesman Shane who is the BEST! He works on deals fast, and follow up my emails fast. This dealer has full inventory, you can always find the car you want. Finance managers are nice and know what they are doing. I inquired the car on Thursday, worked with Shane on emails on Friday. Picked up the car on Saturday. Never wasted client time. Best dealer ever.
This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience Ive had. I purchased from out of state in which most of the negotiation was done over the phone. This place is absolutely amazing. From the Purchase of our vehicle to delivery/pick up. They set the bar so very high, I know there is not another dealership surpassing their service/sale/delivery of a vehicle-in the US or any other country. As matter of fact, I don’t think I will ever purchase another vehicle from anywhere else. If I tried to think of how I would want to be treated in the highest expectation possible throughout the purchase of a car, I wouldnt even have envisioned to the extent a process even comparable to the manner they already deliver to their customers. Called today at 11:15 Am to inquired about a vehicle on their website. They said it was available, I asked them to make sure it was at their lot since I would be driving almost 2 hours for the vehicle. MY appointment was at 3:30.At 2:00pm got a message from kerri Asking if I was still on time, I reply yes I was still on time, to which she replied Excellent Ill have the keys waiting for you. At 3:10 got a text message from kerri . telling me that she couldnt hold the car and that it has been sold. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE before I even got to the dealership. Wasted 3+ hours. What was the point of the appointment. I feel like this was a Bait and Switch deal.
Called to inquire about a vehicle. Asked some simple questions and the representatives made me feel like I was doing them a favor by trying to buy this vehicle. Pretty bad customer service especially by the reps named Stephanie and Elenita. At the end they sold the vehicle but didnt tell me. I just saw it updated online after they never responded back to my test drive request. Would not recommend this dealership.
I would not do business with these guys anymore. Some People are nice and facility is nice and modern. Nicole the delivery rep when I picked up the car was very nice and Jen in the service was ok..Sale was fast, which I liked but I didnt get the personal vibe Ive experienced with other dealers Ive bought from and developed a relationship with. The salesperson, Bentley, who sold me the car never even bothered to meet with me, they were just concerned about selling the car Im not sure if the reason is because I live far from this dealership, But I did make it clear I have a clinic 8 miles from them which I go to 2x per week. I will be buying an S-class for my wife in a few years but Im sure I wont be buying here again. They dont care for their customers much. All the other dealers Ive bought my other cars from has far superior service compared to here. Even Ram and Toyota gives you free stuff and are more hospitable in general during the buying process.They sold me a CPO 2017 E43 AMG on Aug 22, when I took delivery the hood and bumper had a lot of paint chipped off and they promised me that they would take care of it but I need to bring it back. I brought it back last week together with some other complaints, The seatbelt cover and fuse box cover on the back were broken, the brakes make noise and the speakers have problems. Jen, the service rep kept in touch and told me this AM (Sept 11) that they fixed everything except the brakes which they said was fine. I cancelled some patients so I can get the car. When I got there the hood chips were painted but was worse than the chips, holes were visible, at least 3 that I counted, and the driver side pillar had primer spray paint. What a lousy job. Jen called the service manager, Vinny. He acknowledged that they shouldnt have cleared that and that it wasnt done. He had the audacity to tell me to just take it back to the body shop myself and wait for it to be done. Worst service manager Ive ever dealt with. He was more concerned about losing a loaner for a few days than fixing my car. He appeared to be annoyed that I refused and even told the guy he was on the phone with. How can they be in the service business if they treat customers this way?They should have checked it before they told me it was done.If my car isnt fixed, I am going directly to MB USA and BBB to complain. Hopefully I wont need a lawyer to sue these guys if they dont make this car right.Expensive cars like MB should have better customer service. Decent service from nice people goes a long way.
Mercedes of Rockville Center is most excellent. This is my third Mercedes purchased. I go there because of the excellent salesman, Bob Cannarsa. He is honest, patient and extremely efficient. He is an atypical car salesman in every sense. No pressure, calm and straightforward. My last purchase was a true pleasure. Even the receptionist, Rosemary, is wonderful and welcoming. The second most important factor is the high quality service provided by the service manager, Anthony Angelo. He always provides impeccable service when it is needed. I trust him 100%. Go to see these employees and you have no worries what so ever. A+++I almost forgot Terry! She made all the arrangements for pick up very professional. I certainly spent a lot more than was expected when the car was dropped of for a new battery, and I do appreciate the care Sam puts into customer service.
We had a very poor experience at this dealer when it came to hospitality and customer service. I have never been made to feel so small and insignificant like this dealership, and I would not recommend coming to this dealership.In full disclosure, I was told that an appointment was recommended to test drive the vehicle we wanted, but because I didnt know exactly when Id be able to make it there after a full day of visiting dealers, I ended up showing up without an appointment, and it was 45 minutes before closing. Is 45 minutes enough to get in a test drive and briefly talk numbers? I would say so, but perhaps others would disagree. The bottom line is that, regardless of the situation, the way that they handled the situation left a terrible taste in my mouth.When we arrived, we were impressed with how beautiful this dealership is - its huge, spacious, and impressive. It was our last stop after a few full days of visiting almost 10 dealerships, and we had driven 30 minutes to this dealer b/c the website had shown that the vehicle we had decided on (that no other dealer in the area had in stock) was in inventory at this dealer. The receptionist told us we would need to wait to see a sales person, and we understood and started looking at the vehicles. Unlike every other luxury dealer wed visited, we werent offered a seat, water, coffee, anything. No biggie for us, but worth noting since hospitality and customer service were my primary issues with this dealership.After standing around for about 15 minutes without a single glance in our direction and seeing 1 sales guy checking his emails and a group of 3 sales guys standing about watching the Jets/Giants game on the TV, I went up to the receptionist to ask for an update. She clearly did not appreciate being pulled away from her cell phone, and was unhelpful and dismissive. Five/ten minutes later as closing time got closer and we started worrying that theyd kick us out after having us wait that long, we went up to her again, and rather than trying to obtain an answer, we were immediately directed to the general manager, as if we were being unreasonably harass-y by asking for another update.We spoke to the general manager, who told us that nobody was available at the moment but that we would be helped as soon as possible. We asked if we were still going to be able to see the vehicle we had come to see despite it being close to closing time, and he assured us that we would be. We walked away and waited some more.A bit later, a sales person who was very clearly feeling put-out to be helping us so close to closing sat us down, made a little conversation, and told us he couldnt take us out for a test drive because it was too close to closing. I asked him to speak to the mgr, and he came back and said hed take us around the block. After the test drive, we asked him to look into inventory for the vehicle we wanted, but the dismissive attitude of this entire dealership got to us, and it was, at that point, obvious that the guy would just kill to have us out of his hair. So we left.To give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were all super exhausted after a long week and just wanted to get the hell out of there exactly at 4 and were pissed we showed up at 3:15 on a Sunday. I dont know. Possibly. Whatever the reason, the resounding impression I got was that the dealership overall seems to have a culture of Eh, whatever. Personal circumstances of the employees aside, as a customer, it did not feel nice to be treated with such disregard, and we will not be returning to this dealership at any point in the future.
My last service experience did not go too well. However the management service understood my issues and fix them. This service I had this time around was excellent. Anthony is a great service advisor much better than my last. Satisfied with the work done on my vehicle thank you very much
Buyers beware total waste of time I received several offers and deal for being a return customer but once you get there its a total different thing. Customer service in the sales department is not what it use to be. I will never do business again with them. They will tell you one price and it switches several times. I’ve had one of the sales rep yelling on my phone and management setting appointments to meet with me and both times never came over to speak to me and the other time on my way to the dealer I was told he was off. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Absolutely nothing like it use to be, the dealership is not about doing what’s best for the client.

Everything went well they supposed to take me back home but nobody was available they get an Ubber for me. I made an appointment, my car was supposed to be ready in 5 hours but I get it until the next day by 3:30, it was very inconvenient for me since I had other things to do. I was pick up home by a very nice and driver who make the ride enjoyable. Considering all it was a good service and I will keep recommend your service to others

Just purchased my first Mercedes Benz c class convertible in Red cardinal.i walked in to the place ask Michael the sells person to have a test drive on a convertible that i didnt even plane purchase .Michael gave me a test drive without asking any questions which was very surprising for me,from my privies experiences seals people will take you and ask you a million questions check your credit score and report before they even take you for a test drive. its always been not a pleasant service.Michael the sells person was very nice and not pushy.Very god and surprisingly fast services.Thank you guys for a Fast honest and good service.
Service is exceptional, from when you first enter until you exit. I have been to other locations where there have been 4to 5 people standing around for about 20 minutes waiting on loaners because of overbooking. This has never been the case here! I must personally acknowledge the young man who seems to be in charge of the valet service once you first drive in. .Totally professional while at the same time being personable. He is Mercedes personified, thank you!
First of all, everything was sanitary and there was no human contact. I was processed as soon as I arrived, I asked many (stupid) questions and respectfully received answers to all of them. My car was ready when promised and I was thoroughly satisfied. Kevan McCabe was an excellent and competent service associate. Always a pleasure. Thanks for the wash.
Great service understanding advisor and great guy. Highly recommend Anthony Angelo. My car had an issue with the spoiler I took it in a few times and they had it adjusted. However the last time I took it in and made my issue explicitly clear..they changed the spoiler for me and I haven’t had that particular ever since. Paid nothing as the vehicle is still u set factory warranty. However I feel like it didn’t have to take me 4 attempts or visits. Also the paint was scratched from where the spoiler was rubbing against the body of the car. I asked them to touch it up for me and they never did. It’s like I’m a bother for asking the to “fix” the problem. It seems as though they only care about how much you spend and to get as much as they can from you.
This was my first time bringing my car for service at Mercedes of Rockville Center. The experience was great from the time I setup the appointment over the phone to the day of the service. I only had an A7 service and NYS inspection done but it was fast, easy and professional.
The Service @ Rockville is always excellent!! The staff treats you like Royalty, before the gate opens, to pull your car forward, Notifying & welcoming you via text. The wait time, is minimal, if you stand by and wait for your car. I was out in 20 mins top, for my car inspection, then I was pleasantly surprised w/ my cost. Thank you to all the staff @ Rockville!! As many of you may know, dealing with auto dealers is one of the most daunting things you can experience when purchasing a car. Making a decent living in modern day Greece is most likely easier. None of this is true for Alix Plaster at Mercedes Benz of Rockville Centre.Alix was referred to me by a friend and I cannot begin to tell you how easy the experience was. We exchanged a few emails on a Friday afternoon and she quickly realized that I was an educated buyer and quoted me all prices and options in inventory pricing, clearly showing how much she was selling the car for and how much I would be paying for it. She quoted me a price, naturally I fired one back at her, she replied with Ill do it even better and came in at a couple of dollars BELOW what I had asked for.I picked the car up the following day and when we met, we spoke like we knew each other our entire lives. My experience working with John Botti was great! From the beginning he worked with me to get the price down to exactly what I wanted - giving me an even better deal than what I received from the Rallye dealership in Roslyn. He was very responsive throughout the entire process and even helped me with my new registration and getting a great deal on auto insurance. My family has been loyal customers for 23yrs going on 24yrs to Mercedes-Benz. Over nearly the pass decade weve been loyal customers of Bill Merkins. He is literally the best salesperson weve dealt with in all our years. The service at this particular location is the best as well, they are always friendly and accommodating to your concerns and issues. The other day we just picked up the GLA and the process was so easy and stress free thanks to the great work and efficiency of Bill and the rest of the staff who assisted, that we came in for less than an hour, went out to lunch for 2 hr and they had it ready to go by the time we came back.***Only concern i have, is the handicap accessibility...the handicap doors did not open, and the handicap elevator did not work neither.

My experience was very good until my last lease on December, 2018.I leased the new 350e Hybrid SUV and was told they will have send me a rebate of 50% of the tax credit that the dealer will get for the car. (About $ 4,000.00 ). Actually they used this to pressure me on getting the car before the end of December because the credit will be one half for 2019. As for the tax regulation in a leased car the dealer claims the tax credit. I waited to the end of the tax season and tried to contact them to claim the promised rebate. I called every day for four days and was told to talk to Jonathan. He ignored all my calls and never returned them. Finally on Tuesday I got George on the phone. He pleaded ignorance on any tax credit the dealer gets, and told me I should claim the credit. I am sure that with all the hybrid cars leased last year, the tax credit the dealer has was in the tens of thousands of dollars.No mention was made on the contract I signed of the tax credit. I feel I was misled by the sales department, and later lied to when they claimed ignorance on any tax credits the dealer gets. After three leases with this dealer this will be the last one. I love the Mercedes brand and I am sure I will find a honest dealer to do business with.
When I was buying a car at your dealership I was ready to send request to 2 banks only - Bank of America or Chase. She sent requests to all banks from her list and now I have 14 hard inquiries, my credit score is completely screwed. She was interested in only getting her commission but not providing a good service to a customer. Right after Ive decided to purchase a car she completely lost interested, thought her job was done. I had to ask her 3-4 times to get an answer from her. I was choosing between this car and GLE 2018 so when I asked for some more time to think and make a final decision, she in a very rude way said good bye to us so we were really pissed off with this attitude. Ive traveled abroad a lot: Italy, France, Switzerland, Greece and all over East coast of USA but Ive never seen a sales person treated her customers like she did, she is worst of the worst. I will never choose Rockville Center dealership again and will never suggest it to my friends. Im absolutely unsatisfied as a client. By the way, I asked for a discount, but got the price $500 higher than online, I accidentally noticed it after Ive purchased this car already.I DONT KNOW WHERE IS SHE FROM BUT I SEE NOT FROM USA. I found Mercedes Benz of Rockville Center to be very professional and really a pleasure to deal with. From the moment that you pull in and are greeted by a staff member who assists you with your service coordinator. If you are waiting for your service theres a great lounge where you can enjoy a bagel or muffin and a cup of coffee. The boutique has lots of MB merchandise not to mention the nail and hair salon. This dealership is more then I expected and I would recommend to anyone looking for good service in a comfortable environment.
What can I say? This is my third Mercedes in a row, and all three times I have used George Glier. George makes car buying the wonderful experience that it should be! Ive been to other dealerships where they try a hard sell, and pressure you into a car or options that you dont want or need. Not George, he is a straight shooter. None of that high pressure sales tactics that turn most people away! George is easily reached if you ever need him, even after the sale is done, he will always make himself available. I can not stress what a wonderful guy he is, and I highly recommend him!

This location is one of a kind . Everyone is super friendly and moves in a timely fashion . The service guys are super attentive and will not have you waiting no longer then 4 minutes to be seen and taken care of . The women at the desk are lovely . George Jimenez was my advisor and he was awesome . He kept me updated with the status of my vehicle and answered all questions i wasn’t sure of and also informed me on things i didn’t even kno about . I will definitely Only use this location for all my service needs . It’s really luxury at every turn in that location . Lol and they offer bagels and coffee that’s always a plus 👍
I purchased a 2019 G 550 from Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre in March of 2019. When I received my vehicle it had damage to the back tire cover. The dealership promised to pay to have it fixed at a local dealer to me in Michigan and did. While most clients would be furious about getting a 125k+ vehicle in this condition I was understanding that things happen as I regularly purchase in excess of 10 vehicles a year. Fast forward to December and I still have yet to receive my title. I am a Michigan resident and we are a non-title holding state. So I go to the Secretary of State and try to request a duplicate title. Come to find out that the dealership has processed a special mailer requesting that my title be sent to Mercedes Benz Financial Services. Totally illegal. It is your responsibility as a dealer to make sure that my vehicle gets titled properly. I have now wasted a full day at the Secretary of State and with Mercedes Benz financial trying to get this situation rectified. When I contacted the dealership they were completely unapologetic and stated “If you’re looking for compensation it isn’t going to happen for you having to make a few phone calls.” Well I had to do a lot more than make a few phone calls and my issue is still not resolved. This is the kind of customer service you can expect when you pay full MSRP from this dealership. I was then told how hard it is to process out of state paperwork and why most dealers don’t do it. Weather or not that is true, your dealership made the choice to sell me a vehicle and take on this responsibility. You had the choice to say no. I didn’t have the choice to have no title to my vehicle. I am literally left with a 2019 G wagon that has no value. I have since purchased 2 other 2019 G wagons for myself and my wife and experienced no issues at all with having them titled (one also from an out of state dealer). Not how I would expect to be treated as a customer. Fortunately, there are other Mercedes-Benz dealers out there that value their clients. I will continue to share my distasteful experience with your dealership with the State of NY title Bureau as well as the State of Mi. What was done with my title is against the law.
We had the most pleasurable experience purchasing a new car from Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center! No pressure, beautiful showroom and everyone was so nice and helpful! ***UPDATED***I highly recommend NOT purchasing a Mercedes. I have owned my C63 AMG Mercedes for close to three years and it is the furthest thing from a luxury brand I have ever experienced with three dealerships all delivering the Second class treatment. My latest example of their best is the air conditioning failed in late July. I already had a visit scheduled to address the leaking panorama roof, an engine whine, an intermittently failing back up camera and the rattling of the rear deck lid when playing any music. On my way to a meeting, I soaked through my clothes so instead of going to the meeting I dropped the car off over a week early as it was not ok to drive. After almost an hour and heavy opposition to leaving the car as they were backed up they took me home in a shuttle. Having a backed up service department should tell you something about the brand. Today I was supposed to drop off the car and get a loaner car. I spoke with Anna around 10am to coordinate getting by picked up by a shuttle. After FOUR HOURS of no call back I spoke with a frustrated Anna on the phone who had ZERO answers. After trying to get any information, I was told I would get a call on Monday. I hate Mercedes as their whole ethos is a lie from where I stand. This is so far from the best and its not the first time, its EVERY time.***UPDATE***Between hours 4 and 5 I called the dealership FOUR times. On the fourth time I got hold of Antoinette and after explaining I would have to pay to investigate the leaking roof, which had nothing to do with not getting a loaner, she called for an Uber to pick me up. Decent Uber ride as I reviewed my stack of invoices. SIX hours later I got a loaner car. Antoinette and I discussed my issues at length and I was told there would be a meeting on Monday to discuss my vehicle. I was stopped by Antoinette as I was getting into the loaner to tell me the Owner called her about my Yelp review. I think this is pure psychology for the owner to circumvent Mike C. and leave a message for Antoinette. I could be wrong but usually, I am not. Also, I have no call from this Mike C. guy who is copy/pasting grammatically poor and certainly pre-written messages which he apparently did not edit. I would be more than happy to provide the owner with my phone bill as my phone call history can be edited. Mike C. is a liar with regard to his reply, as I have ZERO calls from RVC today nor do I desire to speak with someone who is incautious with his online responses. 100% Unacceptable for a customer service professional representing The best...Silver Laurel earned or did they just buy posters? Finally, the loaner car has three known issues to me at this time. First, electrically, the automatic headlights were inoperable (safety). Second, the car was dirty. Last, this car appears to have been hit in the rear left of the car, as the body lines and the trunk latch are not plumb. Again, i suspect this accident has not been reported and a clean carfax will result. Somebody is going to get a great deal on a poorly rebuilt Mercedes and will probably have the similar nightmare ownership experience as I am having with my car. As much as I would like to delete this posting, I have deleted several to date and amended to reflect a proper resolution. The problem is the fight in getting to that resolution. If you want Luxury at Every turn, turn around. What should be my prized possession and sanctuary has been anything but. Shame on Mercedes Benz for doing so many things wrong in my opinion. While I remain hopeful of a significant resolution, business is business and I remain on the losing side. BIG TIME.

ALWAYS ASK FOR Elenita, You wont be disappointed. Elenita helped us both times to find the right car at the right price. From the first time i met her four years ago, she helped us buy our ML at the best price possible, we signed the same day. On Aug 3rd, 18 my mother and i walked in just to see what they had, we met with Elenita and she told us about everything they had and took us to see one of the cars similar to what i wanted. Went back to her office and talked for a few and helped us close the deal. She got us the best price possible for our trade-in and the bottom price deal for our 2018 GLE. No hassle, No stress and Straight Forward. She even called the day of pick up just to make sure everything went okay! You wont get better service with anyone than Elenita at Rockville! THANK YOU Elenita!!Rockville Service Center-1. Wont find a more helpful center. They make sure everything i has concerns about is taken care of, once they access the problems they make sure to call and confirm with me whats happening and we move forward.2. They now make you pick up your new purchase at the service center (great idea), they have you on a different side of the building from the regular service appointments. They took their time to review every possible thing inside the car that was different from my ML. Didnt rush, made sure i understood everything and even gave me a follow up email as well.
They have a A class sales team. From the moment I called, the chain reaction was set in motion. Sales person Joey was superb took pixies and 360 video. In 24 hours I was able to buy, pending formalities. They put your name on their website certifying the car is sold to you, very reassuring. I never heard of this before (I must have become so cynical with age). Their finance guy John K is a humble soul. My 5 star rating for MBRVC is well deserved by this dealership.

I just picked up my new and only 2nd Mercedes Benz this weekend. My first experience here at the Rockville Center dealership and I couldnt be happier with the attention to detail and the incredible customer service I received. Elanita my sales rep walked me through so many car options and couldnt have been more personable and patient with helping me make a decision. She brought me over to see my car and then introduced me to George who patiently walked me through the technology and features of my car and helped load my phone into the car. I was then introduced to Brian who walked me through all the financial preparations and options. Once my car was ready to take home I was brought over to meet the sales manager Jonathan who personally thanked me for my business along with his team. Beautiful dealership with lots of cars to choose from. Both Hank and Jay helped me and were low pressure, knowledgeable, and willing to find out any obscure questions I had. They answer the phone and emails even when they arent at work and always got back to me. When I picked up the car at the service center though, I almost fell over. It was like walking into a Formula 1 paddock. You could eat off the floor the place was so clean and an architectural dream garage. Its worth the trip just to see it. 2019 CLS 450.
Stay away from this business. I have bought many cars and dealt with many dealerships, but my experience shows me this place is a bunch of SCAMS and unprofessional.I found a car for sale online and called up the dealership to inquire about it. I mentioned that I do live far away, so if I wanted to check if it was available to look at. They connected me to a sales associate Mr. Bentley who said it was available and to come right on down. After taking an hour drive, I find out there is no car to see. Apparently it was in servicing and I can check it out tomorrow. Anyhow, I discussed and mentioned that I may not have perfect credit but I can provide a cosigner to make this work. He said all will be okay. We settled the car price and he did not provide any lease/sales order. He pushed me to start looking at my options for purchasing the car and pushing me to run my credit with them. Trusting the guy, I let them run a hard inquiry after making sure that I will see the car as its described in the listing.He told me that he would need to speak to the finance manager about the details. Instead of the finance guy, he filled out all my credit and financial forms without introducing me to the finance manager at all. Next day I asked to see the car, which he replied that he does not have it and that I should have put a down-payment to hold on to it. Excuse me? What exactly am I trying to purchase here, if I still havent even seen the car described? This is what you call a LIE. There is now a credit inquiry for a car I have not seen, and credit issues that arent explained to me. At this point, I was upset and made it clear if the mileage on the car is not as described, and someone is DRIVING the car Im running my credit for, I will not be paying a penny more for it.I asked him to send me any supplementing documents via email. Instead, he sent me emails containing personal information regarding someone else and all their confidential info. This is a serious privacy violation and if he cant send an empty form correctly, I rest my case.Absolute horrible service especially for an interested customer. I have tried to contact the finance manager Mr. Skiadas myself and left a voicemail. Its been almost a week and the finance manager has not replied. Thats now 2 of the employees Ive dealt with that show lack of care for the potential buyer. I have never dealt with a luxury car dealership with such poor attitudes towards their customer. If you want your information exposed or be lied to about your car, come here!
I will highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Rockville Centre to anyone. Walking into Mercedes was a breath of fresh air right after visiting another luxury car dealer a few doors down. I was greeted by my salesman John Botti who was an absolute gentleman. No sleazy sale tactics like the competition, extremely knowledgeable about the cars, and a pleasure to make a deal with. It was a no brainer after a few test drives that I needed this car. A couple days later I was able to pick up the car at the beautiful service center where Vance Clay walked me through all the intricacies that makes the car great.Go see John if you’re ready for a new car. After this experience I couldn’t see myself driving any other car or visiting any other dealership in the future.

This Mercedes Benz dealership has not been very nice. I bought a brand new A220 and it has been giving me problems since day 1. I have gone to two undocumented visits to the service center and going 3 official visits to the service center for this car. The sales manager hasn’t offered much help and only speaks of his experience with the company. This is very frustrating and I’m driving a car that is unsafe. I am highly upset and don’t know what else to do.
The dealership is immaculate and all the staff are friendly and very helpful. I dealt particularly with my salesman Bill Mehrkens who educated completely about the car and the finances of leasing. I felt total honesty and no pressure from him. If you are going to consider a Mercedes call on Bill!
Recently had my car serviced at MB Hempstead service center and was delightfully surprised.From the ease of scheduling an appointment on line to the efficiency and speed of servicing the vehicle and having your car returned this was by far the better service experience in my 40 year driving history. Promised time frame was met and no unexpected issues, what more can you ask for.
Decided to trade in my 2011 450gl while bringing it in for service. The new ones are great and it was time. Anthony in Service introduced us to Joe who runs the vehicle exchange program from within the service center. Could not have been a better experience, professional service and happy with the deal we made on the trade-in and the new GLS450. The future of auto sales won’t require a big showroom, just excellent service and pricing.

I highly recommend George Glier at MB of Rockville Center. Smoothest transaction I have ever experienced. No nonsense approach. This was my second lease transaction, both through George. Ive been buying cars from MBRVC for ages. I think this is the 8th or 9th car that I get from Tom Ahrens at MBRVC. The amazing thing is that I didnt even have to go pick it up, it was delivered like a hot pizza! I love this place and the service they provided. My beautiful 2019 GLE AMG is beautiful and exactly what i wanted. Tom is the best and never tries to oversell you on any car! He does his job and he does it well! The entire buying process was super easy and fast. Funny thing is that we were looking to try out Range Rover down the road and they totally dropped the ball on a vehicle I ordered(after waiting months). That was a mistake trying to leave Mercedes Benz and especially Mercedes Benz of Rockville Centre. These guys are like family and I will stay with them forever! Mercedes Benz of Rockville Centre is the best car dealership Ive ever visited in my 65 years. The pre-owned cars we checked out were meticulously garaged and easy to view and compare. Specifically our salesperson, Elenita, could not have been more professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring and helpful. She immediately understood what we were seeking and made it simple and enjoyable for us to choose the car that was best for us. She was the reason we purchased our Mercedes at this location and her manager was also very helpful in offering us a great value. In short, our experience at Mercedes Benz of RVC could not have been better.

My salesperson, Jerone Sealy was exceptional, he was friendly , professional and displayed a very calm demeanor in his approach to selling. I never felt pressured. Jerone explained in detail every question I had regarding the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of the sale. I once liked this place until I encountered manager Michael Chase . He is the rudest most unprofessional manager I have ever encountered . He has no respect for female customers and he was disrespectful to my husband right in front of me . I was appalled . I guess he doesnt understand that many wives wrote the check . We are Mercedes Benz people in my family . Almost all of us has 3 or four Mercedes in our driveway . This dealership is off the list for future purchases because of him. Head the Manhattan for a Mercedes . Dont waste your time here . For the price of these cars people deserve better customer service .
I leased an S550. Salesperson was Shane. The best experience in leasing / acquiring a car. I have had many Mercedes and other nice cars but the experience with Shane made it a pleasure. Shane can to my office in New York and then shipped the car to Florida. I signed he papers and the car was delivered a few days later in Florida. Also, the price was great. Easy non-haggling dealing.
George Glier made our purchase of our pre-owned E350 a truly pleasurable experience. George did not pressure or rush us to choose our vehicle. In fact he met with us twice and emailed us several options over the course of a few weeks. George wasnt satisfied until we found the car that was perfect for us; and we did! George worked super hard to get us a fair and reasonable deal. From streamlining the turning in of our old vehicle to ensuring that any and all repairs, detailing, etc. were performed before we picked up our new Mercedes; George earned more than just a sale, he earned a longtime customer. I lease a 2018 GLC. It will be September before its annual service, but I am planning a road trip soon and realized that I needed to know some important info (like the locations of the oil dipstick, windshield washer container, etc.). So, on a moment’s notice I stopped by the Mercedes Service Center on Graham Ave and approached the staff in Valet Services for help. Not only did a well mannered guy named Oscar show me how to open the hood, and the locations of fluids that get used up, but he pulled the vehicle in checked everything out, replenished some fluids and had the vehicle washed and returned to me within 20 minutes. Oscar personally came to tell me that my vehicle was ready. No charge, and I can say that I left feeling assured that my GLC is ready for the road, and that Mercedes Benz of Rockville Center Service cares about its customers and our vehicles.
If I could give a 0 rating I would these dealers are all about money and decieving customers who do not know better. I drove in the service shop less than a week ago 11/27/2018 to be exact. I specifically told the advisor that I want to use my warranty to fit what ever issue they find. I was NOT told at that time that if the warranty do not approve you have to pay out of pocket. Long story short they had my damn car for 4 day just to tell me that the warranty did not approve the work and quoted me a bill for $6,000 dollars like seriously. I ended up having to pay $300 out of my pocket to get back car. They told me my window was stabilized (bs) it still retracts from time to time the heat is still not working. They basically trying to let me believe I have to buy a grill for $990 and sensor for 2700 to fix one issue. The advisor lost me when she told me the (glass only) for my rear view mirror was$1300 is she on drugs. When I called the guy said your call is almost ready just taking it thru the car wash. The car was actually dirtier than when I brought it. They are very unprofessional and money hungry all they care about is how much they can get from their customers. I do not recommend to anybody. Not only did I have to wait 20 min to get checked in also communication suck and they do not pick up ur call after you drop off call. Moral of the story is they MUST let customer know they have to pay out out pocket of warranty do not approve work. I can more than pay but why should I if I’m paying for a service That should cover that. My pay off is $21k they want to offer me 10k nah I’m good.
I recently brought my 2012 CLS 550 into the service department for a scheduled Oil Change and to address a Check Engine Light which was on. I left the dealership with a loaner car expecting to just get a phone call when it was ready for pick up. Instead i got the dreaded your car has a serious problem call. My service advisor Samantha Patti could probably hear panic in my voice as i said to her hold on ill be right down to the service department. When I arrived Samatha greeted me with an empathetic look as she knew my vehicle was out of warrantee. She contacted the service Tech who had discovered the problem with my vehicle and asked him to bring it back into the shop area. Samantha walked me into the shop and introduced me to the Tech who was also very sympathetic as he could see i was about to have a panic attack as the repairs were to be very expensive. The Tech opened the hood raised the car on the lift and began to dissemble enough of the engine to give me a visual of the malfunctioning parts and explained in detail in terms that I could understand as to what was wrong with my engine. It was clear to me that what I was being told earlier by Samantha was clearly evident. The next day I returned to the service department and met with Samantha and the Service manager Vinny Ruggieri to further discuss the necessary repairs. Vinny and Samantha were valued advocates for me as they helped to negotiate assistance from Eric at MB USA , the service department owner, to come to a viable solution that allowed me to repair my vehicle with a reasonable cost to me. This dealership and service department really stood by me as a valued customer and did make me feel like family! I give a special thumbs up to Vinny and Samantha for all of their help. I must also mention that I didnt even buy this veh from MBRVC in 2012 and they still treated me as if I purchased it from them. I can remember the days when you were treated like ugly stepchild if you didnt purchase your veh from the dealership you sought service from. I visited the local dealerships in my area prior to deciding which one i would choose to service my veh and MBRVC stood out in my mind as the place I would bring my veh to for service. I sure am glad that I chose MBRVC because they do make you feel special and most of all appreciated. You always rec a telephone call from management after service to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the service you rec at their department. In addition I have waited onsite for in and out oil changes and i find the waiting area to me very clean and comfortable. They even have refreshments on hand and plenty of magazines and even TV to watch. Not to mention a display of current year new veh on the floor for you to sit in and explore at your leisure without pressure. Thank you once again Sam, Vinny and RVCMB for all of your help. MB stood by their product!

Just picked up our sixth car through George Glier at MB-RVC. George and everyone at the dealership are first-rate. Throughout the life of our leases, we have reached out to George for information and advice. He is honest, forthright and a pleasure to deal with. We would not deal with another dealer around. Our experiences there have been overwhelmingly positive and we would recommend George and this dealership to anyone looking for an honest, straightforward approach to buying or leasing.
I had an extremely disappointing experiencing leasing a C300 loaner vehicle from this dealership. First, they had the wrong pick-up time scheduled and the lease documents were incorrect. Then, unbelievably, the car reeked from cigarette smoke and had scratches on the front fender. When I complained, they apologized and said, “This is not how we do business. It must have fallen through the cracks”. Nobody noticed cigarette smoke and scratches before delivery of the vehicle? Then, after offering to return my Infiniti (which I was replacing with the C300) as a courtesy to a local Infiniti dealership, they forgot to return the car for 2 weeks, even after I reminded them every few days that it was off-lease and time was of the essence. Their response, again, was, “We are very sorry, it must have fallen through the cracks”. To exacerbate matters, the sales manager, who repeatedly said he would make things right and make up for my out-of-pocket expenses due to the dealership’s failings, never did. He promised to call me, but failed to do so. They are clearly more focused on sales than service. I am giving them an extra star because they detailed the car in an effort to remove the cigarette smoke and scratches, but they have not abided by all their promises. I had much higher expectations for a Mercedes dealership.

2022-03-25Working with the sales representative Nicole Hamill, was great! She understood my urgency, listened to my needs, and was able to find me a perfect match. She knew the cars inside and out! She was very communicative through out the whole process and made it very smooth for me to get the car within a week. I would highly recommend working with Nicole if you are considering becoming a part of the MB family. The RVC location was super clean, the staff was very welcoming and cared to help. Ive been to a few other MB locations and I have to admit this one was the best one!

2022-01-26Wanted to have a great experience but it was just one careless mistake after another. Show up to finally pickup my car after a series of delays and while they put a big red bow on it, they didnt have a bodyshop fix several prominent scratches across the front of it like they promised they would. Charged me for gas but didnt actually put it in the car. Two out of three keys didnt work. Oh, and despite their “extensive inspection and safety check” (it was a pre-owned car) I had to be the one to find a nail in one of the tires. Most concerning when they handed me the final bill, it included a charge for wheel locks that were never mentioned to me or listed on the contract I signed. Troubling to say the least. Heres the kicker- they didnt even put the wheel locks on the car. That was October, its now January, and Im still trying to get a refund out of them. Take you business and hard earned cash somewhere else- dealing with MBRVC is a hassle.

2021-10-27What a fabulous sales experience! We reached out online initially when looking for a vehicle and the online BDC staff member Ruben was thorough and courteous. He found the answers to all of our questions and we had a good chat and actually left a deposit that afternoon! Finding a car right now is almost impossible and who could turn down a 5,500 mile Certified Pre-Owned vehicle as there are no new ones available??? We went to the showroom and were shocked to see that there were only 5 or 6 cars inside and they had the car we were interested in already set in the back indoor garage area for viewing. My wife was offered a test drive after initially looking at the vehicle and she was all smiles when we got back to the dealership. Needless to say, we were impressed with the treatment that we received, especially when we were personally greeted by Shaun Weissman who made sure that our entire sales experience was seamless and smooth. Shaun is a true professional and it shows in his interactions with us. He chose Alan to take care of us moving forward with this purchase who continued with us till the drive off.Moving forward to finalizing the deal ... both Shaun and Alan were involved and everything was worked out where I can say that everyone was happy. We arranged to pick up the vehicle in a week on the next Saturday and left the dealership. Over the weekend, a change in plans came up and I called our salesperson Alan who was suddenly faced with a delivery request for Monday afternoon, and it was Monday morning during our texting and phone calls. The delivery center was fully scheduled but with Shauns help, we were able to get my wife into her new car a week sooner than we had planned on just 48 hours later she first saw it! The trade portion of our deal went smoothly and at our connivence we were able to pickup the car that afternoon! Imagine...it was after 5 pm, Alan was ready for us with all the necessary paperwork, and Shaun had waited to do a final meet and greet with us as we picked up the car!Shaun, you have a wonderful attitude and great customer service and the support of your staff is something rarely seen in car dealerships today. Everyone that we came into contact with was helpful, polite, and most importantly genuine and Mercedes Benz of Rockville Centre is our new go to place and look forward to a great relationship moving forward.Oh and so you know, this is not our first Mercedes Benz purchase - we bought from the corporate store in NYC as well as another large dealer in Long Island with a snooty staff, and had nothing but problems and issues. We recently visited a 3rd dealership that gave us a 24 hour hold with a deposit on a vehicle and then called the next morning with unscrupulous sales tactics about we have another customer interested so..... Thankfully we did not give up and on a chance, looked at Mercedes Benz of Rockville Centre!

2021-11-11We had another great experience at MBRVC. We custom built a GLS which took 6+ months thanks to COVID and all of the supply and shortage problems the country is facing (which we were aware of from the beginning). Throughout that time, there were many conversations between myself and Jerone, our sales person. He had to talk me off the ledge a few times, but in the end, I couldnt be happier. Jerone was always friendly, very helpful, patient, and was never pushy. He helped me create my dream car which was definitely worth the wait. I am very thankful for all of his assistance throughout this process. Justin, our concierge, was very thorough during our pick-up appointment. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. We had a very positive experience overall and we will definitely reach out to Jerone when its time for our next car.

I had the pleasure of working with Jerone, which made the car buying process a seamless experience. His customer service skills are amazing!!!!! He ensured that I got the car I wanted and remained very transparent throughout the entire process. He is super friendly and charismatic.
