Avoid this store at all cost, because Martin is a creep, my girlfriend went to the store to buy a phone and he kept texting her even after she told him that she has a boyfriend and not interested, we complained to the store manager, but he still works there, I guess they dont care about the customers or their privacy.
I wish I could give negative stars, this place never honor any promo, they want to force you to get the phone they want to sell the plan they wanna push, stay away from this location.
Bad customer service. Girls always gossiping.

2018-12-24Have never been so happy with my service at metro pcs as I have been since Ive started going to the store on bay street. Martin is a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to help me when my phone was damaged and I had just used my upgrade ! He was even more help when I went and had to switch my husbands account from boost mobile. He made sure I was very happy with everything. Always a pleasure and I will be handling all my business there from now on !!

2018-12-13Zero Star will be appropriate for this location. I went to pay my daughtes bill, an employee called MARTIN helped me and he was making small talk asking me if it was my line , I told him it was for my 16 years old daughter. After I left he started texting my daughter, she is 16 creep????

2021-10-17I was told to come there to migrate over to t mobile from sprint come to find out only a manager can do the job which is so stupid… A waste of a day if the workers can’t do the job what are they there for

2018-12-13Martin is a criminal who steals customers info, I hired a lawyer to sue the store and metro PCS because Martin used my information to apply for a credit card, it’s a fraud and illegal, but he still works there. Don’t go to this store if you care about your information or privacy.

2018-12-13The girls are nice but Martin is the worst employee I ever seen in my life, he refused many times to honor the promo on the website, I came back and the girl honored it, I did complain to Metro PCS, but he still works there, maybe he is related to the owner or Metro PCS doesnt care about customer service, anyway I live few blocks away , but as long as Martin works there , I am not doing business with this store.

2018-12-13I came to pay my bill and Martin was harassing me until I changed my phone number and I went to Cricket Wireless, they are a professional carrier.

2018-12-30I wish I could give a negative star because of Martin, he is rude, unprofessional, a liar and plain horrible, what kind of people work at Mereo PCS, I came home and he added many add ins without asking me, I know you work on commission, but please sell on the product before you add it, he also asked my gmail password for the iPhone promo, and my social, its a prepaid service??, no social needed, unless he is part of the fraud mentioned on the Metro PCS web site, Stay Away from this location??
