Came to switch from crickett, lady was busy with other customers but still helped me out and then. It was past closing time yet she didnt rush and answered all questions.
One of the managers with the hat forced me to take the 60$ deal instead of my choice to take the 40$. So I called MetroPCS and they switched it no problem. Be careful here

I would like to leave a positive comment about my experience in this store- the girl who works here is called Angie and she is very kind- she helped me download my WhatsApp to change my phone I brought her on a paper written my passwords of my personal information and she helped me set up my new Samsung A32. 5G- I hope it helps people who speak Spanish
In general the service is excellent as well as friendly and very professional ... Especially the person in charge who dared to ask her name for the good treatment and prompt help required ... Her name is Anguelica ... Very professional and The maintenance within the establishment is completely clean and with due protection as regards the covid19 contamination ... 2022-03-03Visited metro by t mobile today 3/3/22 @ 3845 Richmond avenue to purchase a new phone . I was assisted by Angelica , whom was just wonderful . Very knowledgeable , helpful and pleasant . Very sweet . Since I could not decide which phone I wanted , I asked her for her opinion . She chose for me a Samsung galaxy A13 5G phone . I was very pleased with her service as she is a wonderful person . She gave me a great deal . Thanks to her , I now have a 5G phone for not much more than I paid for my previous 4G Samsung galaxy avant , purchased in 2015 . 2020-09-10If I could give more stars for the girl that helped me today. I will. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She is very nice. She just helped me to update my phone and deleting apps I dont need. She has patience. She also made sure to help me with everything before I leave and answer all the questions I had. I left the store very happy with my phone.

2020-12-24Always another disappointment. Makes me want to just give up and lock myself away someplace. 1) Couldnt keep my old number. I didnt question why, not like I was going to change their mind. 2) Couldnt get a receipt, the computer was down.I took the phone, I didnt want to start off on another wild goose chase someplace else. I just wanted to feel like I finally got one thing done.
