My experience in this place is the good treatment of the representatives to their clients, good price, I am fascinated as they treated me I can recommend it 100%.
Store reps wont help you with your account at all. They do not care they refer you to a corporate store for everything, but when you do call 611 they refer you to any metro authorized dealer store to help you with an account. They make you do a run around because they dont want to deal with you.

I went to take a chip for phone to usa for a limited time (one week) emmanuel seller told me no problem I told him that to be able to justify my purchase near my accountant I need a bill in my name, or at least a paper receipt. He retorts me of course ... With a beautiful smile ...Once paid $ 70 and cashed it gives me a chip my mobile rings and tell me that I am credited $ 30 and the with the same smile sir emmanuel tells me he can not edit invoice or receipt because is down .... Blablabla ... He tells me to spend tomorrow ....The next day I come back, it looks like nothing. And let me go with a colleague. The he says to his colleague in Spanish you will find nothing I do not record them .... Result of the races sir emmanuel it is put $ 40 in the pocket ... Its traffic does not look at me (Im not his boss) but I am a customer and the. This is serious because there is a big lack of respect. It is not a question of money. This gentleman emmanuel is dishonest and these fellow accomplices.And are boss to a hole in its account. And the customers are cheated ... By remaining polite ...And whats more, with her phone you just 1 hour ...Thank you

2022-06-14Bought a new phone from here last week, phone was activated and setup by tean. Annie was very helpful and informative.The phone case I needed wasnt a available at that time, she told me to come back next week and it would be available. I thought she would have forgotten me but she didnt, got my case today.Great customer service :)

2022-05-07I came to the white plains location in the bronx hectic because my phone suddenly locked me out. In no time Wison snd Ginel fixed my problem. They were courteous and expert in diagnosing my problem. Then they gave me a great upgrade on my phone Great place.

2018-05-08What I love the most about this particular store is how convenient it is, it’s basically under the train station, close to banks and stores, so basically you can go out with your family and do everything there, loved the customer service, they helped me creating a google account and downloading some applications. I also saw how they treated other customers. Simply love my time spent there!!! 😍😍😍

2017-06-14They all are Very Nice, but Hilda is Extremely Nice & Helpful with a lot of Patience!!! I am a Senior with Absolutely No Knowledge with these Hi-tech Phones! Hilda sticks with U Until U get it, All while Still waiting on other customers!!! She is an Awesome Young Lady!!! She Should be EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!!!

2018-09-03Walked into the store because i wanted to switch companies. When asking one of the workers there questions they simply pointed at a piece of paper and ignored me completely and kept cleaning. The music was super loud to the point i couldnt hear myself speak. When i asked the lady again for help she kept ignoring me, and then got an attitude when I walked out the store. Worst Metro PCS out there stay away from here. I bet I could have received better customer service from Circus Clowns.

2019-03-09Today i spent 20 min. trying to pay my bill. the only person in charge was too busy trying to find someones password and passing another person info from old phone to a new phone...come on really! just sync your google account. when i asked the lady to attend me i had to leave she reaplied i had to wait...
