Im happy I found a good mechanic in the area. The owner took care of my vehicle and I was able to get my inspection done very quickly.

2020-09-17As always Billy (the owner) has greeted me with warmth and graciousness. Charlie(mechanic) does and always knows what I need and executes his repairs quickly and flawlessly. He aways has a smile and a quiet way of explaining any question that I may ask. You want any mechanical problem done right, Metrolane auto is the place to go. You are treated like family no matter what you go there for .

2020-04-07I am a nurse and I was on my way to work a 13hr shift at a NYC hospital . I had a problem with my car .I searched everywhere for a auto repair shop. And luckily I found the only shop open on flushing ave . Metro Lane AutoI explained the situation and the owner Billy was able to accommodate me although he was extremely busy with other customers cars..He noticed how worried I was and he reassured me that he can look at it immediately . Billy and his mechanic was very courteous and took care of my problem. He gave me a very reasonable price . I was able to make it to work on time. And he wished me well and also thanked me for all that we do. HE IS AN ANGEL SENT FROM ABOVE ..I will definitely be coming back for future repairs ..thank you Metro Lane Auto

2018-01-19The owner Billy is always there to greet you with a big smile. He makes you feel that whatever you need to be done on your vehicle will be okay. He takes the time to hear about not only why you showed up without calling, but always remembers your personal background and family. He is a great man and a honest man. He will not cheat you on a repair and will explain the whys of you auto problems. He will call around to not only get the best price for the part that you need but also will get the best and safe part for your vehicle. He treats you like he family. I recommend him to everyone I know and I know a lot of people in this state. People I recommend come from long island and the Bronx as well as upstate New York to have him fix their cars. I love this man and his business as well as his mechanics and body guys. They pour their blood, sweat and time into every vehicle they touch. They dont do garbage repairs and will show you the part they replaced with a new one. They are of old school customer service and I really love it.

2020-04-10I travel all the way from Staten Island to come to this body shop. I don’t trust anyone else with my car. He fixed my car despite of this crisis ,he took his time and explain to me what was needed.I got a quote from a local body shop in my neighborhood and they Wanted to charge me $1200. It was definitely worth the trip.I feel at ease now that my car has been repaired so I can go to work at a nursing home. I depend on my car daily and I recommend this body shop to everyone I know. Thank you Billy And Charlie the mechanic you are always there to help me especially at a time like this 👌🏽God bless you all

2017-06-21Have had my car inspected there for many years. They fix the things that need fixing at decent prices. The owner is a great guy. If he cant fix your car he will send you some where that will.
