Metro Limousine Service I want to THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING EVENING! My friends and I could not have been more happy with the outcome. Your booking agent Julie, was terrific she helped me plan my annual Girls Night Out Christmas Shenanigans with a twist! From our first hello I knew I called the right Limo company! Professional, knowledgeable and awesome to talk to.. Mike thank you for selecting the perfect vehicle for the girls and I! The second we stepped into the sleek, sexy and very beautiful Chrysler 300, we knew this would be a night to remember! You picked the perfect driver. Paulie could not have been more fun! We started our night at Bryant Park made our way to the tree and finished off in Dyker Heights! The night was full of nothing but WOW!! You guys did everything and more to make our experience memorable! I have several events coming up I will definitely be using Metro Limousine Service for everyone of them!
We booked a beer tour with Metro Limousine Service last Saturday and we had a great time.Our driver was friendly and courteous, a good host and safe on the road.Julie, who helped plan the trip, was helpful and skilled in handling the schedule and reaching out to the Breweries we visited.
This Limousine Service is the WORST COMPANY you can go to rent a limo from my OWN EXPERIENCE. Their unprofessional, rude, and do not know what good customer service is. We used their service for a special day for my family. Their limo broke down and than it took an hour for another to come. The driver did not know where he was going and fail to used the GPS he had in the vehicle. The office manager was rude. I called multiple times she either was never in or other customers were more important than to deal with me. I paid for a service I did not fully received. I was late to the party and lost a hour of the space i had rented. Their solution was to HANG UP on me while on the phone to NOT DEAL with the ISSUE.
Definitely give Metro Limo a thumbs up. Although the bus I had planned for prom ended up breaking down before hand, Mike and his crew did a great job accommodating me and my group of friends to both prom, after prom and home. I was disappointed that the night did not run as smoothly and conveniently has I had liked it too, but I am very thankful that we were accommodated in some sort of way. It was a very stressful night and even on one of the busiest nights of the year, they still managed to pull through and accommodate us...and also return money to us as well. Thank you Mike for everything you did and working so well with us!
Been meaning to write this review, I used Metro Limousine Service this past Summer for a Vineyard Tour with 9 of my friends. We are all teachers and needed a day out when school closed for summer recess. We had AN AMAZING TIME! Julie the Office Manager was awesome to work with, she runs the tours and made sure our day was perfect! She was sweet, funny and we wanted her to come along. Pauly, our Driver was great and very knowledgeable. Because we had such a great time, we decided to use Metro Limousine Service again on December 17th for a night out on the town in Manhattan. We went to Carmines, saw the tree at Rockefeller Center, walked around Times Square, it was an amazing night! I just got engaged and I cant wait to use Metro Limousine Service again for my Bachelorette Party!
My experience from start to finish with metro limos was amazing ! Julie was awesome she took care of every detail for my daughters prom. the driver was very professional and took great care of all the passengers . thanks so much for a great experience.Everyone had an amazing time !!!!
Although there are a few negative reviews I decided to use Metro Limousine Service for our Bachelorette Party. They where fantastic..Picked us up on time, brought us to the club and sat outside all night waiting for us? We had so much fun! Thank you so much for an amazing experence..We are looking forward to the Summer for a long island vineyard tour...

We used Metro Limousine Service for Transportation from Long Island to NYC to see the Christmas Tree.. I MUST say they where Fantastic! Our driver showed up on time and with Hot Chocolate for my kids. The Limo was a Chrysler 300 Stretch Black and was absolutely beautiful inside and out, They had a bag of mini marshmallows and A Christmas Story was playing on the TV Screens. MY Kids where SOOOOO Happy... I want to thank Metro Limousines for an Amazing Night with my family and friends. I also want to thank the staff and our Driver Zash for making the trip memorable for ever...
Unfortunately, I too am adding to the list of complaints about this limo company. I agree that Julie is agruementive and does not let you speak when attempting to explain my experience with her company. She also suggested that we would have to resolve in court when all I wanted to do was communicate my dissatisfaction with their service. I was also sent the wrong party bus which was in poor condition and they had the nerve to charge my credit card additional money for a larger bus. I warn you, if you want to enjoy your event and get your moneys worth, rent from another company.
I used them for my daughters prom, it was amazing service. The chauffeur was waiting for 30 minutes parked in the heat to make sure she was the last one to arrive to make the best entrance. Happy with you guys, thank you.
I hired a RR Phantom from Metro Limousine, the services provided was brilliant. I was impressed with their level of customer service and satisfaction. Highly recommended company, you got 5 stars from me.
Limo arrived over an hour late due to mechanical issues and the driver Ivan (who was just doing his job and was very friendly) But the limo that arrived was just really gross... Everyone was a bit upset that we were about to spend $800 on a sub par Party Bus that looked NOTHING like the pictures on their website.The carpet was folding up in multiple spots, half of the lights didnt work, and the iPod connector on the radio was broken... Everytime we hit a bump in the road the radio speakers would cut out and we would have to spin the aux cable untill sound came from both speakers..The manager told us that there would be ice on the bus so we didnt bring any.. Yay warm drinks...Upon leaving we all hear a loud serpentine belt squeeling for about 20 seconds.... I thought that was wierd maybe somthing got wet... Nope every single time we pulled away from a stop the squeeling was louder than the music (when it was working)As soon as we hit highway speeds I honestly felt like maybe this vehicle wasnt safe. The whole vehicle was shaking violently as if we had 4 flat tires.Heading towards our first stop I moved to the front of the bus to plan on greeting the rest of our friends and asked if the driver had controls for the lights In the back because they werent working, thats when I noticed the steering wheel was about 25 degrees off center while we were moving straight! That means the vehicle is way waaaay out of alignment and not safe to drive... I can only imagine what else is wrong with these vehicles if they arent willing to spend $50.00 on a wheel alignment...I only wish I could upload pictures of the disgusting bar area in the back that looked like everyone that had ever been on the bus spilled a drink on it and the company never cleaned it... Disgusting...Very disappointed that this company stole our money and made us late for our show save your money and avoid this company at all costs...Ivan you were great but if you are reading this find another company before one of those vehicles fails and you end up having to live with the deaths of a bus full of passengers because your company was too cheap to spend any profit on vehicle maintenance.
Group of approximately 40 kids for a prom (dressed in tuxedos and gowns). Temperature was 99 degrees. Bus #14 showed up with no air conditioning and no windows that opened (except for the overweight bus driver). Upon calling bus company spoke with Julie.... who was very argumentative and said that there would be no compensation for the inconvenience. She said that even if the kids were driven by private auto. There would be nothing done. When I suggested they walk the 10 miles. She said yeah. They can walk. I strongly DO NOT recommend this 3rd rate company. Arrogant, rude and a POOR EXCUSE for a business!!
Easily the worst experience with a limo company ever. Our limo bus didnt have AC. When I called the company to see what the options were I was told by the employee that he was the wrong f***ing guy to be talking to and then he hung up. The bus was over 85 degrees and it was clear that the bus hadnt been cleaned.
I was interested in booking, but after reading some of your reviews on here, I think Ill try somewhere else. Im sorry to see that some of the responses are rude and aggressive, so Im glad Ill be avoiding this company.
I can honestly say the Metro Limousine cars are highly recommend, they made our wedding day very special. The selection of cars is impressive, including the car we had Phantom Drophead was awesome.
This company is out to get your money, and does not provide service-- take your money elsewhere where you will actually get what you are paying for. For example: this past weekend we booked a limo for a bachelorette party and a party van for the bachelor party- guaranteed by credit card and told by Mike that there are complimentary full bar service in all the vehicles. Girls limo only had water and the limo was in horrible shape. The guys party bus showed up, and then the driver quit, stranding the guys for over 2.5 hours.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. OWNERS DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Very unhappy with this company. Booked a brewery tour with a party bus was sent a limo. Was told we would go to 3 breweries only 1 had our reservation! Waiting for owner to respond, will keep everyone updated!
MIKE WEISS CALLED A DAY BEFORE MY FIANCES SCHEDULED WINERIES TOUR AND STATED THAT THE LIMO NEEDED A “PART” AND THAT HE WAS UNSURE IF IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE TO GET IT WITHIN A DAY. WE HAD TO SCRAMBLE TO TRY AND BOOK A LIMO WHICH WE FORTUNATELY DID. BUT THATS NOT ALL MIKE WEISS CLAIMED TO HAVE RESERVED TWO WINERIES AND WE CALLED THE WINERIES AND BEHOLD MIKE NEVER MADE A RESERVATION. HES A LIAR AND A TRASH BUSINESS OWNER DO NOT USE HIS COMPANY
This so-called company is a JOKE! Mike is worthless at just about everything except running his mouth. Booked one of there low-rent party buses and it supposedly breaks down on the way out to pick us up. Hey stuff does happen understandable - whats Mikes solution? A) call another company or B) wait for theses clowns to try to fix it. No he doesnt offer to try to find another company to pick us up OR god forbid they do their JOB and send another vehicle. NOPE he just sits on his lazy ass & pretty much does nothing to try to solve the problem. Right now were still waiting for there jerky boy mechanic to show up & play with some hose on their poop mobile.If you enjoy a good circle jerk & like wasting your time then by all means book with metro-dump limo- ask for MIKEY
Metro Limousine is a very professional rentaa car online platform. The easy and comfortable way to book a car online. Good service, fast, simple and immediate.
I was picked up from the airport by a driver who asked if I needed a ride and was given a rate of 69.00. I asl if that is the going rate for a trip and am told that is average. I get to my destination and am told the charge is now 89.00 and find out the cost should have been half that. Disgusting

2021-10-17This company is truly unprofessional, from the manager to the rude driver. If you are considering using this company, don’t. The driver Ludwig made myself and the rest of my party feel uncomfortable from the moment he picked us up. He made unnecessary comments about having to pick us up from Brooklyn. His exact words were i told Mike not to take these job. Granted Brooklyn to Long Island is far but it’s a paid service to be exact! Don’t just take my word the security at one of the wineries (Pinder) was able to identify the driver by description Sean explained that he’s quite nasty. To make matters worse Mike wells the manager who lied and said Jimmy Flynn is the manager has no business running a company. He only cared when we mentioned the obvious fact that our party was treated unfairly, because we are women(Both men yelled at us while on the phone!) As a supervisor he had no care to resolve the issue of his incompetent driver throwing out belongings out and left us. All while taking our money. Let me not even start with the limo being old worn down, nothing like what was advertised for a party of six. Please call the wineries for help with reputable tours to avoid using this company for any service. Their service and demeanor is Disgusting!!!!!Not to mention they conveniently placed all our belongings outside except for my wallet. Thankfully the police were helpful in getting him to acknowledge they threw our belongings out. This is not a reputable business at all! Save yourself time and money.

2021-09-21Used this rental company to rent a sprinter van for my bachelorette weekend. Michael (I assume he was owner or office manager) was awesome, so helpful with all questions and the booking process itself. The value compared to other local companies is unmatched. Jon was our driver, he was so attentive and made the day fun and memorable for us. I would most definitely use this company again. Thank you for making everything so special!

2021-09-05Reading some of the reviews on here had me a bit skeptical on booking a limo from this company. I was looking for a limo to take my friends and I to a vineyard out East for my friend’s birthday who was visiting from North Carolina so I was trying to make it extra special for her. Mike was very nice and was always available to answer any of my frantic phone calls and questions. He assured me that everything in the limo would be working and it all did work! The limo was a little outdated but it was fine and Joe, who was our driver, was nothing short of fantastic! He was an absolute delight and was very attentive to all of our needs. Great company and I would recommend!

2021-12-24Rented a 14 passenger party bus with parlor style seating. Driver arrived early and drove safely. Bus was clean, seating was comfortable, music worked easily with our iPhone wires.

2021-07-12Needed a 10 passenger for my daughters graduation party, pick up on LI, restaurant in NYC and back home. Read the reviews, a bit worried but have to say it was a great experience. Driver on time, easy pickups and drop offs from home and restaurants, nice limo. GREAT price and Dean our driver was fantastic very patient with my mom who took time getting in/out of limo. Looking forward to using them again.

2021-08-09The issue with this company is the UNPROFESSIONALISM. You cannot tell someone give or take if they are 15 minutes pass the departure time it is ok and then in turn tell someone oh we are going to charge you a late fee. So sorry my friends were so nice and tipped before our service because the driver would have received NOTHING!!! My friends were literally 5 minutes pass 3:30 pm and we were intentionally dropped off late to our drop-off so they can get their $96 late fee. It was my friends birthday and the limo driver was rude to us when he dropped us off. The air quality in the limo was poor and the limo in general needs to be updated with the times I mean come on now! Mike was rude and unprofessional on the phone not just to my friend but to me as well, telling me he does not have time to talk to us. I wanted to do nothing more than discuss the contract. PLEASE USE A BETTER LIMO SERVICE THERE IS CERTAINLY BETTER OUT THERE!!!! Also you can threaten me with court all you want. This is simply a forum where you can write a review based on experience. The service and experience was poor so YES I am letting everyone know.Also learn to spell PRINCIPLE it certainly isnt PRINCEABLE!

2021-07-13Dont waste your money here. This company is incredibly unprofessional and sleazy. I dont usually leave bad reviews but, this place was horrible. They scammed my group out of money claiming late fee. We booked a vineyard trip for my birthday being picked up in Queens and headed to vineyards on Long Island. At the beginning, the driver arrived late and proceeded to putter around in the back seat of the limo claiming that he was trying to set up the radio (which ended up not even working). When we finally got on the road, were told that we had a certain amount of time at each vineyard which we abided by. At the first vineyard, the driver almost left without one person in our party. At the 2nd vineyard, we were told to meet the driver at 3:30PM in order to get back by the drop-off limit time, 5:30. The driver then stated that if we left around 3:30, that we would be fine and that if we were 15 minutes behind give or take, that this was fine too. The entire group was in the vehicle by 3:35 and we were on the road. When we arrived back at about 5:50PM, the driver stated that he would need to report that the drop-off time was after 5:30 to the company and that there may be a late fee. The driver claimed that the trip from the Vinyard would take 2.5 hours however, my friend Google mapped the trip and it came out to be an hour and 20 minutes. A few days later, I incurred a $100 fee on my credit card. I followed up with management to inquire and dealt with a very rude man named Mike on the phone. Mike proceeded to tell me that the driver had told him that my group was late, holding up the car causing us to arrive well after the drop off time. I told him that the driver had given us a time and that the group had abided by this time. The driver lied about us, blaming US for the lateness. Mike then proceeded to say that he would not void the ridiculous charge and hung up rudely after yelling that he he didnt have time for this and that we did a nice thing for you meanwhile stealing my money🙄. I said that if we were to be back by 5:30 that the driver should have given us an earlier time, say 3PM so that we would ensure that we were back on time and avoid any unwanted fees. The driver assured us that the time given would be plenty of time but looking back, he knew that hed get us back late all along. He purposely got us back late, so that we would be charged a late fee. Just lies, lies, lies...In addition, the driver gave off a bad vibe and also lied to dispatch claiming that a person in my party indicated that others were holding up the group, encouraging the driver to hurry them along which is completely false.GO WITH ANOTHER company. They lack respect, dignity and honesty. Im truly disgusted by them.

2021-06-27Used this for a birthday party in and out of NYC - the limo was older and not in pristine condition. The TVs were broken and the driver said the privacy window was broken as well. They only had little red solo cups and shop rite mini water bottles. For the price we paid we expected a little more. When the question came to if we can smoke in the back, the guy said no and almost right away the guy in the office Michael called and threatened to kick us off the bus if we did.. which we had no intention of after he said no. Later in the night he took a half hour to pick us up and at the end of the night he left a water bottle pack that we also bought in the middle of the street outside our house. I would not consider this place only if you want aggravation and a weird broken limo

2016-06-28I dont know about the these other reviews, but I just used Metro Limo Service this weekend for my bachelorette wine tasting tour out east LI and it was the BEST experience ever!! We had the best driver ever, Anthony! He arrived at our pick up location about 20 minutes early. He was kind, patience, good driver and gave us an heads up how long we were going to be at each winery approximately. We paid the extra $ for lunch and it was well worth it because after all the tastings, we were very hungry! I highly recommend using them and we will definitely use them again before the end of the summer. All the girls had a blast and the weather was great.Booking was also a easy breeze and excellent customer service with Julie. She answered all of our questions, went through all the details and fine print. She even gave me advice on what to do on the day of since it was out first time going wine tasting.I personally like to give my 2 cents in whenever I have good or bad service at any public location that I attend so I defiantly had to let others know about Metro Limo. I personally had a great time thats why I highly recommend them. Hope others from now on also have the same experience as I did.

2021-07-30PLEASE do not waste your money. They’re scammers. Threatened to take us to court over a $96 charge they had no business charging smh. Mike actually hung up on my friend and was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I’m so sad we tipped before knowing what they were going to end up doing. They’re so pushy with money from the jump which was a big turn off to begin with. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!
