Easy and quick. Our dog ate our old mattress, so we needed a new one. With the help of Matt we found an affordable and comfy mattress that fit both my boyfriend and I preferences. Beyond happy and comfortable!
The store manager, Matt, was friendly and asked questions to find out what we were in need of and offered various styles for us to choose from. He was very helpful and was able to work out a quick solution for our situation. We were happy with the price and service.

The service here was excellent!! Prior to coming to the store, we stopped at another mattress store. We e tired the other er store, and the salesman didnt even get up from his chair. Just yelled out you need mask on! Now he works for the government. Vaccinated...since government forced the issue. To keep job. And the mandate ends Thursday! So we left that store. He lost the sale. Between his cookies and mask wearing. Forget it!!Matt at Metro Mattress welcomed us in! And didnt require a mask. His service was excellent!! He was knowledgeable, courteous and superior service!! Finally fed up with my lumpy bed, I went in search of a new mattress. I chose Metro Mattress, as it was convenient to my home, prepared to do battle with a pushy salesperson. Instead I was pleasantly surprised to work with a very professional young man, Matt Lofts who was able to steer me towards the exact mattress I wanted without trying to up sell me on a more expensive model or gimmicky add-ons. He arranged delivery for a mere two days from then, instead of the weeks I had been anticipating. Overall, I was in and out of the store in under fifteen minutes and left feeling very satisfied with my purchase.
The selection was good. The salesman was awesome. He could have talked us into a much more expensive mattress but didn’t. He was very knowledgeable and just gave us the facts. It was quick and painless purchasing a new mattress. I would definitely recommend them.

Cassondra was great! We didn’t anticipate our trip today, nor did we anticipate leaving with a new mattress on the way. She wasn’t pushy, rude or made you feel overwhelmed with all the choices. She was awesome. Can’t wait for our new mattress. To be delivered.She was pretty thorough making sure she checked all the boxes showing us mattresses to fit us. She knew her stuff. If we need another we would go back & see her!
I unfortunately spoke too soon about this interaction. Our initial interaction was great with only a few minor hiccups. Since then:1.Our delivery was missing a piece (I had to go to the store to pick it up and believe it was missed due to it not being on our final bill as we had to correct the salesperson because they wrote us up for the wrong base) this wasnt a huge issue and I went to the store to get it without issue.2.We were provided a rebate which didnt start until the following week and were given confusing direction as to how the rebate worked. Again, we may be out $100 bucks, but I was willing to let it go.3.We signed up for the no interest financing and were told that we could pay the balance with a credit card to the financing company. I found out after the charge hit that they only accept bank accounts payments. Another nearly hundred bucks in rewards points gone along with us using that payment as part of a $200 credit card initial promo on top of it.4. I called over a week ago to the store and the salesperson there said that the regional manager or our original salesperson would be in touch, but didnt know when. I would hope that when you have an unhappy customer, you would try and respond in under a week.I understand that people make mistakes, but I find the number of issues in this situation to be crazy. We would likely return everything if it werent for the fact that there are no refunds. Also, we were planning on not only buying another set in the near future, but also referring family members because of the great service. What little did I know would happen afterwards.Im not saying its a bad place, but I personally would never go there again and if youre sure you want to go there, check everything little thing you possibly can. If you dont feel like the headache, I suggest elsewhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our experience with the store and Addison.Addison is exactly the type of salesperson who is good for any store, but man, he knew so much about mattresses, pillows, sleep, and finding the right bed.We planned to just go in and look, but Addisons knowledge and likeability are serious assets. He really did everything to make the sale comfortable, and he had a lot to talk about in life, not just mattresses.Once he had a feel for us as people and what we wanted, he really seemed confident sharing his strong opinions and thoughts about what would work for us without forcing anything on us.He let us take an unlimited amount of time to find our bed and beyond that, we took two hours just to pick out pillows, and his patience in doing that just felt good.He guides us through the features of beds, the differences of the guts inside beds, and truly had an answer for every question we asked.Through conversation we learned about each others lives and needs, and he took a holistic view of our life to get us the bed that, as we walked out the door, we felt we made a really good decision. It was also nice feel we werent dealing with a sleazy salesman, but instead, someone who truly likes their job, and their life.We cant wait to get our bed and would absolutely recommend Metro Mattress and Addison to anyone looking for a bed.

We purchased two mattress sets. The sales person (Trevor) spent quite a bit of time with us asking questions about out sleep habits, sleep positions, what we did for a living and how that impacted our back, neck, hip health. He steared us towards what we felt were the best mattresses for each if us. I would highly recommend Metro Batavia, and ask for Trevor. However, delivery didnt go as smooth. Scratched wall, ceiling and bed frame.

Buying experience was great but after service was lousy. Salesman got in my face and said I would have to pay more than the agreed on price for accessories. They called me to come pick up accessories but it was not at the store when I arrived. Sales people need to take a personel management course and not argue with the customer. Mattress was great but again management sucks. I wish I could give them a zero out of 5 stars.
My family had an amazing experience here thanks to Eric. My wife called and talked on the phone with Eric and he was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. After calling several other mattress companies we decided to continue our relationship with Eric at Metro Mattress. Upon entering he recalled the telephone conversation about replacing our mattress with a comparable mattress making everything easier and more comfortable. Upon arriving only 30 minutes to closing Eric never made us feel rushed, took his time having us try out a few beds before finding the perfect one. When I walked in, I was welcomed in by Cory. Lord knows I didnt want to go mattress shopping, but Cory made everything super easy for me. After telling him a few things about how I like to sleep, he had me try a few mattresses that surpassed my expectations. I got a great mattress and its being delivered tomorrow! Spent 4500 on a mattress and was told by the salesperson that the mattress could be exchanged if the mattress cover was purchased as well; did not receive the same quality mattress that was on display and must absorb the cost if you downgrade ; terrible policies and salesman is a liar, read every word of the policy and don’t listen to a word he says.

We looked everywhere else in town and couldnt find a mattress we liked for the right price. One place had good prices but low quality, the other place had okay mattresses but the prices werent in line. Only at Metro Mattress did Addison take the time and energy to find the perfect combination of price and quality to fit our needs. I hate to bash any business, but dont buy a bed from this place! When I was there, 4 customers were in the store with complaints and issues with their own beds. Everytime I walked in there as well there always seems to be a special or a deal that is ending on that very day. I know its a a sales tactic, but if you have a good product at a good price you shouldnt have an issue. We bought our bed that would have been $3500 there for $1200 from another place.. Beware

The salesman rushed me to sign all the paperwork and neglected to show me the fine print where they explain their no refund policy. Its a deplorable practice especially since their sleep on it guarantee is a sham due to the artificial inflation of the prices. Will never do business with them again.

2022-02-08When I walked into the store I dealt with the store manager named Matt he was very helpful and met my needs. I had the bed the very next day and got it at a great price. The delivery guys were just as friendly and made the delivery a pleasant experience! A definite five star experience from start to finish!
