I am very pleased with all aspects of my experience with this store, the sales staff and the delivery guys were all pleasant and professional. I am happy with my new mattress set and it was a well run operation all the way through, from my initial investigation to purchase to picking up my old bed and delivery of the new up two sets of stairs. Absolutely bump- and snag-free!
Great sales Rep.. Paula and Chad and Gave us all our options.. spent lots of time trying and trying then trying some more, They were so patient and knowledgeable it makes it much easier to make an investment in the next 20 years of sleeping comfort.

We stopped in this location back in September and we ended up purchasing the Chattem & Wells Luxury King mattress and it’s amazing. My issue is getting the pillows that were ordered. Here we are months later and I still don’t have them. I’ve called multiple times and mostly get sorry I’m not sure what’s really going on can I get your number and get back… or yeah we are lacking quite a few items but will have stock soon but what kind of pillows were they? It’s interesting because I remember being told the day I was there how big Metro Mattress is and how they don’t have any issues with stock. The gentleman told me he would read competitors reviews and chime in to let them know at metro they don’t have that issue and he could help them out. Apparently they do have that issue. I’m not one for writing reviews but in this case it’s getting a bit ridiculous. I probably wouldn’t have even written this if for once I was given a solid answer. It just seems as though once they make the sale they could care less from then on. Nobody ever follows up to let me know what’s happening. I am happy with the bed it’s just the customer service that is not up to par. The most recent guy I spoke with actually sounded like he really is going to look into this and follow up. Hopefully that is going to happen. Mattress Is 5 ⭐️ the customer service is 1 ⭐️.
Justin took lots of time to answer all of our questions. We laid on so many different mattresses, and he gave us helpful information about each one. Looking forward to getting an excellent nights sleep on our new mattress.
Went to Metro Mattress for some information gathering.Met Chad who spent quite some time explaining the differences in the mattresses letting us check out not only the differences between firm to soft but between the top end and other brands.Very knowledgeable and personable all in all it was a great experienceSo great I ended up buying mattresses and adjustable bedsAt check out Justin was very helpful making the deal workNo high pressure sales pitches, spent over an hour comparing mattresses. Justin who helped us was incredible. Usually we think of buying a mattress like buying a car - awful . BUT , Justin was incredible at the Metro Mattress location in Webster NY . He answered all questions , offered all options , was personable , professional and knowledgeable. We were thrilled with our new Tempurpedic Soft Mattress. And the fact that they are price controlled was even more re-assuring about our purchase. However , without his assistance I don’t know if we would have made the right choice. The representative/salesperson listened very well to what my needs were to attain a good sleep. In addition he was very personable and respectful. He answered my questions in full plus gave me information on the construction of the mattress which I was interested in. I have recommended the store to family and friends. My wife and I worked with Matt who was covering at the Webster store. If I can could give him more than the 5 stars, I would. Not only did he not try to pressure us into something we didn’t want or need, he also made sure we informed as to what would work well for us. We brought our son with us. Matt even let him use a pillow to test mattresses with us which made our son super excited. Overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend heading to Metro Mattress when looking for your new bed.

We just moved here and wanted a newmattress before setting up in Our new home. We went locally for fast quick convenience not being familiar to shop in Rochester. We tried out 3 different typesand I thought they were quite expensive.I told him we have just moved here and limited budget.I decided on one that was $1,700 and salesman suggested another with mostly foam for a bad back that was $2,200. My husband preferred. that one. I let him make the decision The bed was delivered and our movers set it up.They ask you to buy a special mattress cover and tell you that you have 30 days to try and if you change your mind you can do an exchange.. What they neglect to tell you if you want to exchange and go back to my original choice that was less expensive they will keep the $500 difference for the more expensive one. I am very unhappy we were not told that when told we had 30 days to exchange!!!I wish I had gone elsewhere instead of locally in Webster.. I feel like we were taken advantage. Our total bill came to $2,600Sue B
Went in after doing my research on their website of what I wanted and my budget. Went in and relayed that. Got shown everything but what I wanted at double my budget... then was able to bring one of their labor day special ones down to my budget vis closeout. But to do that I would have to move and do it within the next 15 minutes....will not be back.

We had a great experience with the Webster store. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When we were trying to decide whether to get an adjustable frame he even moved the mattress we decided on to and an adjustable frame so we could make a better decision. He went out of his way to find a coupon for us so we could get some free pillows and sheets with our purchase. We would definitely recommend the Webster store. The delivery people were very nice as well. They put booties on there boots before coming into the house and were very careful bringing old mattress and box springs out and bringing the new mattress and adjustable frame in. They made sure we knew how to use everything and also made sure we knew about the warranty information for everything. This was a very nice experience!

I just move here in NY and I found this little store in webster where a kind gentleman named Joe, helped me to choose the perfect bed in a good price that satisfy my needs. They also have this great financial system that doesn’t compromise your credit at all. He gave me an excellent customer service and he was really helpful, respectful and kind. I felt really comfortable during the purchase.
My mom and I visited Metro Mattress to get a new mattress and bed frame for me when I moved into a new apartment this summer. Buying the mattress was a pretty efficient process, although the salesgirl there insisted showing us $1000 mattresses which were WAY out of our budget, even though my mom told her that we were looking for cheap options. The salesgirl there just didnt have the right expertise so to speak, but she was young and it was her very first week. Once we met with the store manager, he helped us arrange delivery of the mattress to my apartment in Buffalo. He even applied a back-to-school discount even though it was July and it technically didnt start until August, which was very nice of him to do.I was given an estimate on the delivery time for the mattress to arrive in Buffalo at my apartment. Once I was all moved in (on a VERY hot afternoon), I called for an estimated time of arrival. They were right on with the timing, and the delivery men couldnt be any more helpful! They even adjusted the head board so that the bed frame would attach to it just right, instead of having my mattress be free standing away from the head board. The two mustve gone back and forth to their truck 4 times in 90 degree heat before getting everything set up, which was done perfectly. They were very personable and Im so grateful they made the long trip to deliver my mattress on my move in day. So far, my mattress is very comfortable and Ill surely do service again with Metro Mattress.
Went in with a fairly small budget and made that clear at the start. Our salesman told us he had to put us through the paces and had us lay in a $4000 mattress with a ten minute talk about why we should buy it. We said, three times, that it was way out of our price range but he gave us the monthly charge anyway -over 48 months! We told him wed have two kids in college by then and, defeatedly, he had us lay on a $2000 mattress.Again, out of our price range. He kept talking until I said, Could we please try a mattress under $1000? now. He sighed, had us try one and said, You can see how the quality drops at this price point. Not exactly selling it!I mentioned that we had bought a mattress here ten years ago and the other salesman looked us up (novel idea!) and pulled out another mattress that matched what we had bought before. So thats what we bought, despite my disgust at the first salesmans tactics. So be warned. If you arent willing to spend a lot of money (whether you have it or not) you will not be treated as a valued customer, at least by one of the guys

I went into Metro Mattress on a Saturday afternoon to look for a new mattress and box spring. The salesman, Chis was very knowledgeable with the different types of mattresses and box springs available. I tried several different ones in my price range and found one I liked. We took care of the paperwork and Chris was able to set up delivery for the very next day. I was given a 3 hour delivery window and the ability to narrow it down to a 30 minute window by checking on the tracking early the next morning. By 7:00AM the next day, I knew that my delivery would be made between 11:50-12:30. At 11:40, the driver called and said they would arrive with the mattress and box spring in 10 minutes, which they did. The delivery men were courteous and very quick with the set up and old set removal (in and out in 20 minutes). This was the absolute most timely and efficient delivery I have ever had. Thank you for a job well done, Metro Mattress!
Just purchased a bed today, our second one we have purchased from Metro Mattress; the store manager Jared took care of us and was very helpful in meeting our needs. We got a great bed at an even greater price and we will definitely go back in the future!

Super high pressure sales. Almost unbelievable! We were interested in a 2000 dollar therapedic bed but I explained to the salesman that I wanted to shop around before deciding. The Salesman first offered us an “open package” deal for 20% off. When we said we still wanted to shop, he played around with “calling the VP of the company” (gimme a break) multiple times to get us a better deal. He seemed to not want to let us leave. Then when we were getting ready to go, another sales man (tag team) just happened to get off the phone with another customer also interested in the same bed. And made sure to let us know. Wow what a coincidence! As I was about to storm out, they offered a final deal on that “2000 dollar bed” for 925 with two hundred dollars worth of pillows thrown in. Somehow no need to call the VP for that one though. Totally unethical high pressure sales! Horrible.
We walked in Metro Mattress with our 10 yr old twins trying to get any information about mattresses. The salesman asked us if we liked soft or firm beds, then had us try out three. After my kids did that he asked us about our price-range. From there, he showed us more mattresses and was VERY patient, knowledgeable and gave us a great education on the types, brands, how many years they would last, etc. Since my kids liked a lot of them, the salesman had them choose three, and played fun games with them to have them narrow it down (take a dive on them), etc. My kids enjoyed the experience, and we finally decided on the one. Not pushy, just very helpful, and cut us a great deal on two twin beds: Beautyrest and Sealy. Fast delivery.
WARNING SHOP ELSE WHERE!!!! I use to shop here and loved this store! But MetroMattress and I quote what the Regional Manger of the Webster store told me they fired my guy Jarod! This new guy Justin is a joke and should be working in a basement library not in public. Talk about no personality. Jarod use to bend over backwards no matter what to make a sale and earn my business, this new Joker just cared about making his commission. So sad to see. Seems to me prices just keep going up and up and customer service is going down. Shame on you, and you really need to fire and get a new manager of this store cause I am telling everyone to stay away from this company.
Brett is a very knowledgeable and personable salesman. My wife and I walked into the store looking for a temporary solution for an old mattress and after spending an hour with Brett we felt very comfortable purchasing a new mattress that day. We tried out a couple different mattresses and asked several questions. Never did Brett turn into a pushy salesman nor try to upsell us on a mattress that did not fit our lifestyle.

We needed a quick delivery. We had previously bought a queen and king from Metro Mattress about 6 years ago for the cabin. The salesman was helpful and showed me what matched my requirements. Even better, he was able to provide an upgrade at a reduced price if I didnt mind the box springs and matress were of different brands. Very important to us, the matress was delivered the next day. They are the only vendor in the Rochester area with next day delivery guaranteed. We highly recommend Metro Mattress as a trusted and reliable vendor.

Brand new mattress owner. Jared was the salesman that helped me. He took me to the most expensive mattresses to try first totally took advantage of the fact that I was a young and havent done any research about any mattresses. Those are the only two mattresses he showed me and took me back and talked me into all this stuff without mentioning other options. For example there was the option for a wired remote for the base instead of wireless that would have decreased the price initially. He also never returned my phone calls when I had asked him to call me back to give me information. I found that very rude. I get thats how you make commission but the least he could of done was give me more options then just tempur pedic. Also he didnt even try to cancel the order a day and a half later before the bed was delivered and never called me back to let me know he couldnt do so. Just had an awful experience and he was all about himself not my needs and budget.

I went in with my guard up. Especially after going to City Mattress, Sleep Cheap, Raymore, and even other Metro Mattresss in Greece and Henrietta. But after 5-10 mins in the Webster store with Jared what a totally different experience! He treated me and my fiancé like actual people and not $$$ like everywhere else we had went. He showed us what we wanted not what he wanted to sell us. We ended up buying a Tempurpedic even tho he showed us all brands and we even thought we hated them at the other places. Which we believe is because they were forced on us and we were being pressured to buy them! Overall I would recommend the Webster location over any local mattress store in the area even other Metro Mattresss. Go see Jared and be blown away by his salesmanship and friendly approach, makes you feel like your one of his best friends and he will always be there if you need anything!

Sales rep was not pushy or impractical. Gave honest opinion and explained process. Delivery was on time the following day. Wished they wore white gloves but they did their best in inclement weather.

2022-07-04By far the best mattress experience Ive had. Very friendly staff, not at all like going to a radio shack where the vultures attach the second you open the door. Im very happy with the service and quality of the staff. Chad was very nice and knowledgeable, and helped me find the mattress that fit my sleep pattern and my budget, it was a no pressure buying experience.

2022-04-05Had a great experience ordering our new mattress. Chad took a lot of time to explain the differences in mattresses and pricing, and was not pushy at all! We were only looking when we went in but ended up buying that day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bed!

2022-06-13My boyfriend and I were on the fence about multiple different mattresses and Chad made the process very smooth from start to finish. It was a big investment but Chad made it very easy and understanding everything was very transparent and I left feeling confident that we would love our mattress. One month later and our mattress is still exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend metro mattress Webster and highly recommend seeing Chad. We will definitely be back when we need another one!

2022-06-08I have purchased several beds and bed accessories at Metro mattress over the years. Recently I purchased a bed at the Webster store. The mattress was sagging in the middle and I spoke with the store manager who indicated that he could give me a customer loyalty credit for a new mattress.He also indicated that he would be on vacation but I could visit the store on Monday so I didn’t have to wait until he returned. The manager indicated that his associate chad would be able to help me And if there was an issue that Chad could always contact him via text or cell. So I drove 25 miles to the store. When I arrived at the store it was locked at 5:30 pm and the employee was in his car. When he finally got out of his car and unlocked the store door to let me in he told me he could not help me because I was “not in the system“. I asked him to contact The manager (just like the manager told me to) he became irate and angry. He said that nothing could happen until the store manager returned And he would never contact the manager etc. etc.He asked me to leave the store and Became aggressive He clearly wanted to eat the dinner he had just purchased. Terrible customer service. He had absolutely no interest in resolving my issue. I asked to speak with someone at metro mattress with no response Not worth it. Shop elsewhere.

2022-06-06Do not use metro mattress in Webster. I went there to exchange/return a mattress which the store manager - Justin told me to do. Justin told me that he would be on vacation but a gentleman named Chad would be there and could help me. He also stated that if Chad had any issues he could text or call him as he would be on vacation. Chad was not even in the store when I arrived but rather in his car. When he finally unlocked the store door he said he could not and would not help me because he couldn’t find me in the system. He refused to text or call Justin. It was very obvious that he had no interest in helping me. Chad was rude and lazy. He had food with him and clearly wanted to eat. He then called the police because I insisted that at least we pick out a mattress. Unbelievably lazy and rude rude man. Surely does not not know one thing about customer service. I have have bought many mattresses from Metro mattress and will not in the future. Can’t believe they hire people like that. Awful experience in every way.
