The service we got was outstanding!The representative, (Mike) approached us as soon as we walked in, ready to help. He took us through an array of mattresses until we were satisfied with our choice. He was knowledgeable and got us the best deal possible. All around great experience.

By far the best mattress experience Ive had. Very friendly staff, not at all like going to a radio shack where the vultures attach the second you open the door. Im very happy with the service and quality of the staff. Chad was very nice and knowledgeable, and helped me find the mattress that fit my sleep pattern and my budget, it was a no pressure buying experience.

Had a great experience ordering our new mattress. Chad took a lot of time to explain the differences in mattresses and pricing, and was not pushy at all! We were only looking when we went in but ended up buying that day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bed!

My boyfriend and I were on the fence about multiple different mattresses and Chad made the process very smooth from start to finish. It was a big investment but Chad made it very easy and understanding everything was very transparent and I left feeling confident that we would love our mattress. One month later and our mattress is still exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend metro mattress Webster and highly recommend seeing Chad. We will definitely be back when we need another one!

I have purchased several beds and bed accessories at Metro mattress over the years. Recently I purchased a bed at the Webster store. The mattress was sagging in the middle and I spoke with the store manager who indicated that he could give me a customer loyalty credit for a new mattress.He also indicated that he would be on vacation but I could visit the store on Monday so I didn’t have to wait until he returned. The manager indicated that his associate chad would be able to help me And if there was an issue that Chad could always contact him via text or cell. So I drove 25 miles to the store. When I arrived at the store it was locked at 5:30 pm and the employee was in his car. When he finally got out of his car and unlocked the store door to let me in he told me he could not help me because I was “not in the system“. I asked him to contact The manager (just like the manager told me to) he became irate and angry. He said that nothing could happen until the store manager returned And he would never contact the manager etc. etc.He asked me to leave the store and Became aggressive He clearly wanted to eat the dinner he had just purchased. Terrible customer service. He had absolutely no interest in resolving my issue. I asked to speak with someone at metro mattress with no response Not worth it. Shop elsewhere.

Do not use metro mattress in Webster. I went there to exchange/return a mattress which the store manager - Justin told me to do. Justin told me that he would be on vacation but a gentleman named Chad would be there and could help me. He also stated that if Chad had any issues he could text or call him as he would be on vacation. Chad was not even in the store when I arrived but rather in his car. When he finally unlocked the store door he said he could not and would not help me because he couldn’t find me in the system. He refused to text or call Justin. It was very obvious that he had no interest in helping me. Chad was rude and lazy. He had food with him and clearly wanted to eat. He then called the police because I insisted that at least we pick out a mattress. Unbelievably lazy and rude rude man. Surely does not not know one thing about customer service. I have have bought many mattresses from Metro mattress and will not in the future. Can’t believe they hire people like that. Awful experience in every way.
