Im so glad to be able to found such amazing place. I was suffering with pain, heaviness in my legs and other complications. Dr. Zalehka Shair is an amazing Dr. She will explained everything to you and really care about you as a patient. I saw a commercial for metro vain center on the television and i called and made an appointment because i had always want ro get the vains on my legs checked out, when i went to my appointment the staff was very pleasant also my Dr she was very sweet ahe made me feel comfortable with getting my procedure done ,there was no pain. I was very pleased with the whole experience that is why im writing this review.
So a few years ago I was experiencing lots of pain in my legs and numbness and getting black and blue and I decided I was going to go to Metro Center for spider vein so when I had my scan done they were able to pinpoint some places where there was no circulation make a long story short I had five procedures and,I was their very first. Customer at the Metro Vein Center located in the at 34 Marconi Street New York 10461and today I got the best news my circulation is great. Feel so much better definitely love the staff my whole experience was wonderful so Im letting you know this because they are a great team and they do take care of patience very well theyre clean are courteous Dr.shair is the best so thank you Metro Vein Center so much I love my team

Hi everyone, today was my second visit at the center, and I had my first intersaphenous vein procedures done this morning. I was on point with the appointment and I was called in immediately for treatment. Dr shair was very polite the assistant was also great too, I was a bit scared cause I always I scared of needles. Dr stairs was very tender with me due to my fair of needles. I will recommend my family and friends to metro vein centers . Great group.
Metro Vein Center at 34 Marconi Street Bronx, NY is absolutely the most amazing medical facility I have had the pleasure to be seen at. Every single employee is always welcoming, friendly, professional, and seem genuinely happy and upbeat. I can’t say enough about how that positive energy makes a patient feel!! Total breath of fresh air especially in these tough, sad times. I attribute all this contentment and happiness of her staff to the doctor running this Bronx vein facility. She is amazing, knowledgeable, compassionate, and knows her specialty extremely well. The entire staff loves working with her and for her. In a perfect world all medical facilities and the staff would behave as the staff at Metro Vein Center. This facility should be used as a teaching tool for how the medical profession should treat not only their patients, but staff as well. When employees are happy and energetic about their work environment that positivity extends out to the patients as well. As soon as you enter the office you can feel the positive and very welcoming vibes. I hope this facility, including the doctor and her staff continue to exude this behavior because it is very contagious and just makes one feel so good!

I had wanted to see someone for my vein issues for a long time but always put it off until I saw the add pop up on Facebook. I am so happy I decided to look into it. Dr. Shair made me feel so comfortable right from the first visit. She is so friendly and compassionate and assured me they could work around my crazy schedule. Her staff Glenda and Guadalupe were great. The day of my procedure Glenda explained everything that was going to be done from beginning to end. She made me feel so at ease and it really calmed my nerves. I would recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing any problem with their veins. I am looking foward to my next visit and seeing n feeling the end result.

My legs was really bad when I started and thanks to metro vein they got the union to pay for the services I needed , still having procedures but my leg is already feeling great.
Dr Shair and her entire staff are the absolute best! Everyone has been so caring, gentle and soothing throughout all of my life changing procedures. The office is meticulously ckeaned and sanitized for each patient. There is ample parking as well. I highly recommend this office and staff to all.
Very good service. Friendly staff. Special thanks to Glenda and Guadalupe for being so professional and so patient. When I was getting ready for my treatment, I let them know about a very strong headache I had because I couldnt drink any coffee. They immediately gave 4 advil, took my blood pressure and Guadalupe made me a large cup of starburst coffee to drink after the procedure. I felt like a new person when I left the place. I am so grateful about this clinic for their professionalism and cleanliness that I recommend it.

Very professional, respectful and loving staff. The Doctor is always reassuring and inform me very well on every step of the procedure. My legs feel great, it feels like i lost weight in my legs after the procedure. I no longer feel the spasms, cramps and no longer feel like my legs are falling asleep.
Today was my evaluation day. The nurse that evaluated me was extremely knowledgeable and professional, besides I had conversations with other patients in the waiting room and they all bragged about how good the staff is. Looking forward to further working with them.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr Shair and the office staff in the Bronx. From the first consultation Dr. Shair was nothing but professional, compassionate and honest. She came up with a treatment plan and has made dealing with my vein/leg issues much less stressful. The office staff is superb. They have dealt with all the insurance authorizations, following through as promised. Scheduling has also been very accommodating. I have already recommended friends to this office!

Dr. Shair is a doctor that cares and it shows! She has a bedside manner that I havent seen in years!! Shes comforting and gentle. You dont even know when shes doing the procedure other than her telling you everything every step of the way! Now as far as her staff, well there are some that should go flip burgers or better yet go clean an office! They dont give you eye contact, they just sit there looking pretty, no interacting with the patient! The staff that are with the Dr theyre EXCELLENT! Their like the Dr. caring and very gentle! She makes you feel so confortable like an additional family from an unknown background. She is extremely patient and knows exactly how to treat your diagnose. Where do I start. Glenda, Dr. Shair and Guadalupe are so wonderful. They have made this process comfortable (I was really scared) and pleasant even. With comprehensive care, information and some soothing music I was able to get my 6 th, procedure today with ease. I waited years to fix my circulation because I thought it was cosmetic. Its literally life changing. I no longer get those painful and inconvenient charlie horses(cramps) in my foot and leg at night. My legs are able to go the distance. My legs would get tired after hours of simple daily activities. I would recommend anyone with any concerns at all about their veins just come for a consult. I had so many questions and wasnt even sure if I would have any procedure. I came they answered all my questions and 🙌🏽🙌🏽my insurance approved me getting my legs back. Dr. Shair is an amazing doctor. I was suffering from months of pain & swelling in my knee. I was told by an orthopedic that there was no athritis. The pain & swelling persisted. I decided to go to the Metro Vein Center Bronx location just on the off chance something else could be wrong with my knee/thigh area. Long story short, Dr. Shair located varicose veins inside my legs! I didnt even know you could get them inside your legs. I have had a total of 3 EVLA procedures so far. Painless (local anesthesia) & quick procedure. Very minimal down time. After the first that was done on the inner part of my knee where the swelling & pain was, it is gone! Her staff is also very friendly! I highly recommend Dr. Shair & Metro Vein Centers Bronx location.

2022-02-08This is an amazing place! I have had trouble with my legs and veins for years! I stumbled on an ad on FB and said let me see what its about! I was so pleasantly surprised! They are very professional, caring and great at their jobs! Everyone from the front desk to the doctor himself show care and concern for my well being and make me feel like a priority! That is certainly a refreshing change from the doctors I have dealt with lately! They take time to explain the procedure, they are gentle and pain-free, they follow up and check on you a couple of times after the surgery. Who does that? This place! Metro vein center practices a state of the art way of dealing with your problems with minimal recovery, no scars, and for me absolutely no downtime. I love this place and would recommend it highly to anyone that needs their special services. Give them a call and see for yourself I bet it will be the best call you ever make!

2022-04-26This was my 2nd procedure. I arrived early, about an hour. The staff from checkin to checkout and making my appointments have been very professional and courteous. I was brought back after sitting for a few minutes to my surprise.The procedure went without a hitch and I was completely done and out the door before my appointment time.My only downer was that the bandage wasn’t put on tight enough and started sliding down my leg.Overall I give them a solid 10. Thanks to the staff and Dr Ha for caring enough to make my experience comfortable.
