Went here with my two nieces and sister. You can literally spend hours upon hours looking through the vast selection of genuine high-quality vintage clothing. Owner was very knowledgeable on the history and era of each piece. Spent about an hour and a half shopping around and left with a couple articles. Owner let us browse freely trying on several things and was there to answer any and all questions that we had. Prices are a little on the high side but keep in mind that you will not find this type of stuff anywhere else. Its in beautiful condition and like most things from the past are extremely high quality. Some of the items still had original tags on them. You do have to call ahead as the business hours change.Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The owner was pleasant and kind to us. I would also keep in mind that this is not a normal place to leisurely goof around and play dress up as there is a lot of money tied up in inventory. Definitely would make a return visit as we had such a good time!

My boyfriend and I tried to acquire knowledge about how the owner collected all of her unique vintage items to fuel our curiosity. She rudely dismissed us and made the atmosphere very tense for no reason. Had high quality vintage clothes for high prices, but will not be going back because of the horrible customer service.

I enjoy the selection that the owner has curated with their shop however their customer service is not it. The owner was quite rude to my friend and because of that experience alone I will not be shopping here again. There is no reason for the owner or anyone to snatch clothing out of someones hand saying they wouldnt be able to fit in it, without even giving them a chance to try the piece on. Insinuating my friend was too fat for the Garment when she clearly wasnt. Not professional at all and its not worth going through a potential experience like that again especially since things are priced with greed in mind.

Owner basically called another customer fat and wouldn’t let her try on a dress. she so could have tried it on and probably fit. There was no reason to treat a customers like that and the owner wouldn’t acknowledge that’s she was being rude and wrong. She said some people couldn’t handle the truth and there was absolutely nothing wrong with this girl I was so mad for her. Never shop here she’s hateful and doesn’t deserve support like other small businesses.

My friend and I went to this shop last week and I absolutely loved it. The owner Rose was so nice and very helpful. Her merchandise is beautiful and obviously specialty curated over a long period of time. As a business owner, I understand how much work goes into having a business and this shop blew me away. I cant even imagine the hours and work that have gone into this specialty place! It is absolutely full of a wide range of jewelry, hats, tops, bottoms, etc all unique, very vintage and well preserved. I cant wait to go back when I have lots of time to look at every piece. Our whole experience was a good one. There was even a discount rack outside that I found a gem of a shirt on for only $20. I bought a very special purchase the day of and even called to order more once home. I just could not stop thinking about these special items. Rose is so nice and obviously soooo hard working. Thanks Rose for the awesome shop and experience. You rock! we look forward to seeing you again very soon! **Edit**We literally went bc of some of the poorer reviews. I think people (other reviewers) are harsh and dont give much room to other people and their efforts/difficulties in life. I dont know many people that could create let alone maintain and successfully run a shop like this. Running a small business is not for the faint of heart and this place is EPIC. People have no idea what this takes. To people complaining, I hear you but also try not taking everything personally. It can be a real gift in life to not do so (it helped me to read “The Four Agreements” by Miguel Ruiz, a game changer for a former ‘take everything personally’ kind of gal). I give credit where a tremendous amount of credit is due and I cannot wait to go back to this vintage oasis.

I felt very unwelcomed and was stared down and mean mugged each time i glanced at the owner to perhaps tell her she had a nice store. Girlfriend tried to make conversation as she really appreciated the selections and had knowledge on vintage clothes but was rudely dismissed each time. Great selection but horrible customer service, Id rather take my money elsewhere where it doesnt take even the slightest effort to be nice.

I am a huge collector and lover of vintage of all eras, including being an owner of my own vintage lingerie boutique. I passed by this store being attracted by the 60s dresses outside of the store. I was dressed casually as I was running errands but am usually in full vintage myself, having a wardrobe that matches the clothing in this store. I tried to engage in friendly conversation, enthusiastic to possibly meet someone who was as knowledgeable and passionate about vintage as I am, and was greeted with such negativity and dismissal, as if I wasnt even worth speaking to. She was very friendly to another customer in the store, but to me was judgemental and cold. I have never experienced someone scowl at me for absolutely no reason, as we were just browsing the store and considering asking for a fitting room. We would have spent a large amount of money on a few of the coats that we loved but wanted to quickly leave as we were being harshly treated. I believe she judged us for being dressed down and she definitely thought we were valueless customers. I personally have celebrity clients, and a successful online lingerie & dress boutique with vintage fashion connections in NYC and am very disappointed at this treatment. Would have loved to make a connection with the owner, as I do this for a living.

The owner has a decent selection but is extremely rude from the phone engagement to speaking to her in person (I called twice before going to ensure the store was open) she was condescending and rude. With irregular items and pieces you can likely find at the Goodwill, I’d say spend your money there instead because at least Goodwill gives back to the community. It’s all dead people’s clothes (presumably) and the store smells like it. Also tried to say my designer bags were knock off but had no idea how to identify them & never bothered to look for date codes… safe to say she’s not used to selling luxury so it was a bit out of her league :/

Extremely rude owner. She glared us down the whole time and made us feel very unwelcome. She takes one look at you and determines what kind of customer you are. The selection is decent and expensive. But jesus, Id never buy anything there. Wouldnt recommend.

Great selection, owner is SUPER knowledgeable, and pieces vary greatly across time and space. They know what their stuff is worth, so dont come expecting thrift store prices-- it is curated vintage. I love to stop by to find an item for a special event or a new wardrobe staple.
