Beautiful shabby chic venue with multiple options for custom decorations.
If you can, check out the selection of antique furnishings that can be used for events.

2019-10-13This is a wonderful event venue. I attended a wedding on the fourth floor and it was beautiful. We had an opportunity to meet the owner, Eleanor and designer, Tom, who were so kind and creative. Every detail is taken care of and there are rooms upon rooms of furniture to use for your event. It also has great views of LIC and Manhattan.

2019-07-30I attended a wedding reception here and everything was beautiful. The building looks to be historical, and very well maintained. The built-in bookshelves, chandeliers, furnishings etc all seem to transport you to another era and are in pristine condition. I think this venue is a wonderful use of the building/space, and is a must-see.

2017-08-23Venue good for wedding. Everything has to be brought in via single restricted elevator.Summertime is not the time though...air conditioning sucked. Food good by caterer(only) service iffy at best. Bring your own bar. Your music (band)will make the difference!

2019-12-18A dump of a venue only a millennial would find redeeming. Stained sofas and broken furniture are available as props for your special occasion. The kitchen for your caterer consists of a slop sink, oven, fridge cases and a few tables. When your caterer is berating her staff there will be no soundproofing just some tall broken shutters to partition the area. Be sure you are up to date on your tetanus vaccine.

2019-12-22Beautiful wedding venue thats quite difficult to find on the street. You wouldnt expect to see the well furnished event room once your inside.

2015-08-23One of my favorite event spaces in NY. Nestled in the industrial streets of queens I always get a surprise when we step into this beautiful (slightly run down) French mansion. Vintage props galore!

2016-05-16Came here for an Open House to check out the space. There were two weddings being set up for the day and it really made the space look large and beautiful.
