I been using Mexican Car Service for a long time. They are professional, their cars are clean and on time. By the time I was ready to paid he already had my luggage at the entrance Airline terminal. No complaint.

Very disappointed. After they called me and telling me that my ride was cancelled because there was no car available, they sent a car while I was already in a uber and with an attitude telling me me that they never did that and hang up on me. What a shame. FYI I have no time to play with any car service. I know better than that. Stupid ppl.

Ive used Mexicana for 3 short weekly round trips and 2 long trips per month for the past few years now this driver decides to demand more for 1 of 5ge rides and office backed him up. Horrible customer service and the way the driver spoke to my mother was insane. THERE IS A REASON FOR THERE LOW RATING. STAY CLEAR!

I have called this company many times over the years and just recently they have a real problem giving you an accurate price. One person quoted me one price, the next day when I need them they another person gives me a price over $15 more! Very unprofessional and not too smart given the stiff competition out there. Very disappointing. Poor management
I received good service in past. 10 minutes ago I wanted to make a reservation, have called on 05/14/2018 at 11.05 PM, they guy who received call was rude & unprofessional. He was speaking to me like he was yelling. I decided not to take his service. I will never take service from maxicana. Maxicana car should replace that rude guy immediately.
Every time I use the Yellow Taxi and give my destination, I get an under handed remark because my destination is a not long. If the driver is not happy with that then dont stand in line at the airport, or find another job. I am a customer whether I am going a short or a long distance, the driver has to be courteous and respectful.
Call this place if you like paying double compared to any other car service
Very sloppy,never in time.and most important they dont know how to charge their customers.it fells like the mesure u before they say the price.very angry and dissapointed.they shouldnt work at all in my opinion.

I had used Mexicana Car Service several times. I find their Limo Drivers to be professional, on time, which is very important when you have a flight to catch.Their Cars are spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of legg room.My Driver was clean shave and well dress, help me with my luggage and opened the door for me to exit the cab. Their price a very reasonable by New York standards. He got me to my destination (JFK airport) without a hitch.Will certainly used this company again. Highly recommended.

I called them 4x a week and now I wont ever again. Whenever you call at night the guy that answers sounds like he just woke up and has left me waiting over half hour because he forgot to dispatch a car. After the third time thats it. I use caprice or I just Uber

These fkg people are a bunch of deuch bags. They tell you 5 mins for an hr straighgt. I got fired waiting for them. I was a regular customer but that ended today. You guys are so unprofessional.
One of the best community car services out there. Out of thousands rides they have only been Pat 10 times during bad weather. I love the especially armando his charm.

Terrible service!!! I called and they said 7 minutes and when they didnt come I called again and they said 2 more minutes and when that turned into 5 minutes I tried calling again but they kept ignoring all my calls then they finally called and they said 2 minutes and it was almost five minutes till it came.

My car was a no show after receiving a text and a call that he was here. I called the office to check but the man placed me on hold but never returned. I had to call another service to get another car to work.Awful!

06/24/2022Hoy a las 3 pm solicité servicio de taxi, me dijeron 15 min, y esperé 1 hora por el taxi, y les llamé varias veces a saber que pasaba y todo el tiempo me dijeron mentiras q ya iba a llegar el taxista, y cuando el señor llega me dice q hacia 15 min le habían avisado de mi llamada ,No vuelvo a utilizar el servicio, esto ya me ha pasado 3 ocasiones !
I always use this base, once BY ACCIDENT I got into the wrong car and the taxi driver AND the base call me very rude. They call me to say that they will never send me a taxi again. They lost a client today, what a shame. In the past, Ive never had a single bad trip, always amazing drivers and now they want to be all rude and disrespectful over an accident.
The taxi arrived in 22 min, I called the dispatcher three times and lying that it arrived in a minute. I do not recommend it! Better ask for safer uber.
Apart from making me wait 1 hour, they got me the wrong address and I lost an important appointment for my children, they are the worst, they see you in a hurry and they go with all the time in the world, disgust for human beings !! They should refund the money and most of the people who serve do not know about customer service !!!
On Sunday night I accidentally requested a service from this company when I got out of the taxi I forgot my phone in the back seat. The driver left me right in front of my house, a few minutes passed as I entered my house and called my number with my wifes phone, the driver did not answer, on the contrary, I turned it off, unfortunately my phone did not have any security code.They are supposed to be classified as a serious and trustworthy company.
It has always been a great service and without any complaints but ... in the case of the night service, if you send someone to your house and the payment is in advance, they should take them to the indicated address and not leave them in the same place, for something they are paid in advance

Worst car service, always tells you 7-10 minutes and makes you waiting 20-30 minutes. It happened to me and my boyfriend too. The worst taxi service, they say 7-10 minutes and then they make you wait 20-30 minutes more. It also happened to my boyfriend several times. I do not recommend this service.
They do not have many cars available ... so they take time to get cars to pick up the customer! Customers have to wait for pick up many times over 20 or 30 minutes!

Pity service, I just asked for a car and the dispatcher tells me that in 8 min the taxi arrives, after 20 min. I had never had problems with this company, but today I waited for almost an hour for my taxi, they called me saying that it would arrive in 5 minutes, but by then there were already more than 40, I think that no matter how busy they are, almost an hour is unacceptable .

2022-03-01I know everyone has a different experience, though my wasnt very pleasant. I waited for over an hour when I was told it was gonna be 15 minutes. I kept calling and the dispatcher said many times my car was a couple of blocks away. They need to improve theyre satellite/location system. Id rather use uber instead of trying again to support local businesses.

2021-12-05This company charges one price when booking the car service request and 2 mins before pickup, they raise the price or deny service. The driver does not drive safety speeding on the highway. DO NOT use this service. Take public transportation or Uber instead.

2021-08-24Today, Sunday the 15th ,at 4.28 PM. Ve ordered a car asking to send me somebody who would take card. I suggested a few people I am used to ride with. The gug said I will have a car in 15 minutes. After 23minutes, sharply , Ive called and the same guy told me : YOU KNOW, AS I HAVE TOLD YOU, WE DO NOT HAVE NOBODY TODAY TAKING CARD..As I told you ??? YOU DID NOT TELL ME ANYTHING. This person needs more training and a better education !!!
