I sent my in-laws to Here to buy a new camper. Their experience there was top notch as they loved everybody from the sales person, to the finance manager, to the general manager who all came out to thank them personally. Thank you for taking care of my family. Much appreciated
THEY TRIED - My Camper still leaks - UPDATED: THEY HAD THE CHANCE FOR A BETTER REVIEW. See Update below. Sales in Churchville is Great. Service in Syracuse is just BAD. Andrea told me when to drop it off and when to pick it up. The day I need to pick it up is the day they are finding out what parts they need to order. I showed her the day I dropped it off that the stabilizer jacks did not work. The service tech did not even look at the camper until the day before I was to pick it up. This was just one item of a list of issues. UPDATE Someone called me about this bad review and said they would get back to me, nothing yet. AFTER PICK UP. I will start with that I had to call to get an update at 4:00pm and was told it was all done. FIRST ISSUE, Sag in floor. Correction per work order, Tech found floor brace cracked - tech installed new floor brace and resecured area under the flooring. I ask what a floor brace is. No one could tell me. THE FLOOR STILL SAGS, see pictures. SECOND ISSUE: They did replace the stabilizer motor, however they only used 3 out of the 4 mounting bolts. I guess I rushed them and they did not have time to install all 4 bolts. THIRD ISSUE: Leak in sewage drain. Correction per work order, tech removed and replaced black tank plumbing before the valve. It sure looks like they just added a black sealant on the outside. If they did replace the fittings they put the dirt back on the top. FOURTH ISSUE: Stove top is loose. The work order says they fixed it but it is not fixed and it is the same as it was. The flooring and bath sink issues need parts ordered so the RV will need to go back. SO BASICALLY NOTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY.
I had a great experience with Meyers RV! Tyler D. made shopping so easy, educational and FUN! He asked what my top requirements were, I told him, and I loved every RV he showed me! My husband wasn’t thrilled with any RVs or dealerships from anyplace else. After years of looking and meeting Tyler, he agreed it was time to buy from Meyers. Everyone in service as well as Tyler in sales, made this a great experience for first timers like us! They understand that making this investment can be stressful and they do everything they can to take that stress away and assure you that they will be with you to assist in any way. And they were! If I could give them more stars I would!
We purchased our Grand Design Imagine XLS 22RBE travel trailer from Meyer’s in July 2021. The unit had been delivered from Indiana in January of that year. Unfortunately, we later found the frame to have premature surface rust and corrosion due to winter road salt and chemicals. Even though Grand Design would not cover the repair under warranty and appropriately so, since it was due to the delivery processing procedures, Meyer’s stepped up and offered to cover the work required to sand down and repaint the frame. We also had some other issues that needed repair.I must say that Meyer’s has EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!! They did a great job fixing the premature frame rust and corrosion, and even did the leaf springs! They also replaced a damaged grab bar by the door that we didn’t even mention to them! We are completely satisfied with EVERYTHING they addressed!I must also take a moment to share that our service coordinator was Shannon and she did an AMAZING job! We had a fair list of repairs, large and small, and she captured and saw to it all. Thank you SO MUCH Shannon! You have given me complete confidence that Meyer’s is an incredibly reputable dealer in whom I can put my trust to conduct business.I’ve read plenty of reviews from folks that were disappointed by other RV dealers and am so glad I didn’t have to write one of those. Meyer’s is a top notch dealer! Thank you!!
My wife and I would like to compliment Tyler Dalaba and the Meyer’s RV Superstore Team. We purchased our current 2020 Thor Quantum WS31 in May 2019. Tyler was able to get us an awesome deal. This was our second motorhome we purchased through Tyler. He brought us over from another dealer. Tyler and the service team were extremely helpful with our initial warranty issues. Since then we have dealt with Thor directly without any heartaches. We live fulltime in our motorhome traveling across the country. Tyler does keep in contact with us. Tyler is always willing to assist us. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the RV industry. I needed to share our experience with Tyler and Meyer’s RV now two years after our purchase so others would know they are not just about the sale. We highly recommend!!!!
Very stand up company here, our little league team was in trouble because the concession stand got robbed and this company stepped up and donated a $1000 to help us reconstruct.We were also shopping for a camper recently and were met with nothing but smiles and professionalism. 1st class outfit here I recommend them all the way.
Thank you so much Tim Baker for guiding me in the right direction for our very first RV purchase! I came in with no idea about what I wanted. Tim helped me every step of the way to find the perfect RV to suit our needs. Tim also gave us a lot of good tips and tricks for our first adventure: what to buy, what to watch out for, etc. Thank you also to Derek for showing us how to use everything and making everything very easy to understand. I picked up my new camper on Friday from Meyers in Syracuse. The whole experience went very smoothly. Everyone was so helpful.Derek did the walk through . He was was really thorough and helpful, sometimes repeating things multiple times if we didnt get it the first time. We stayed the night and he made sure we had electric and water and then checked in the next morning to see if we needed anything and answered more questions. I cant say enough about Derek. He was fantastic and went above and beyond. I have had a great experience at Meyers of Syracuse and would definitely recommend them to others.
Ive had a horrible time with service this is my second camper that I bought since 2019 in service is horrible my campers been there right now over a month nobody will call me back I get no answers from nobody but a brand new camper the awning motor went there was a storm it ripped my awning off and there it sits air conditioner wouldnt work I was in the Carolinas it was hot my other camper they told me I used it too much that I had to upgrade I upgrade to one of the best campers out there and I still have nothing but trouble
Getting my new RV was so simple with the help of Chris Sacco and Pete in finance. They stayed in touch and answered ALL of my questions. The walk through with Kenny was fantastic. He fixed everything we needed and am so appreciative of everything he did. I couldn’t forget Andrea in service she has been so great about communicating with me, giving updates on what’s happening and when we will bring our new camper home! I would highly Meyers RV to get your new RV and would definitely recommend not looking anywhere else!
Cant say enough positive things about Meyers. Tim Baker made us feel comfortable buying a camper. Answered all of our questions never pressured us and was just a great human being. Everywhere else just didnt feel right. Also Derrick who took us through our walk through was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Just bought a brand new camper from Tim Baker, he was excellent to deal with. He showed us a variety of styles. He was knowledgeable & personable. He was extremely patient & responded to our questions promptly. Kenny did our walk through and did a nice job. He even mounted out tv mount for us. I’m very happy with my over all experience and would definitely go back when it’s time to upgrade!
Huge shout out to Tim Baker and Kenny at Meyers!! Tim spent a year and a half with my husband and I helping us find the perfect camper that would work for us, both in amenities and price! He was so patient with all of our calls and inquiries! He looked out for us as well, contacting us when he had a unit that fit our needs. In taking possession, Kenny in service went through the camper with us in great detail, noting any little issues that needed fixing before delivery. His friendly demeanor made the experience even more fun! I would most definitely recommend Tim Baker as the go to salesman for your RV and Kenny for any of your service needs!
Tim Baker - was our salesperson at Meyers RV of Syracuse. He was great!! Tim listened carefully, spent a really long time with us, and gave us all the information we wanted. He also knows his products. My husband and I feel like we got a fabulous deal on our trade-in and on our new motorhome. I am very wary of large dealer type sales/salespeople and prefer smaller businesses, but this was not an issue at all. Tim really focused on us and I highly recommend Tim and Meyers RV.
We are very pleased with our recent experience at Meyer’s RV in Cicero. Our sales representative Chris took time to show us campers on a rainy dreary day. We took a lot of time figuring out what was important for us to have a good camping experience. Chris listened and showed us campers within our budget that had all the things that were important to us. It took several months to find just the right camper to suit our needs and Chris was patient and confident that he could help us and he delivered! We had to make only a few small sacrifices to fit within our budget which Chris always kept in mind. Our experience with financing was easy and smooth. Pete provided all the information, details and paperwork So we felt comfortable and confident financing directly through them. Once our camper arrived we set up an appointment and John completed a walk-thru of our new camper. He went through every detail from set up to operation to break down. We were nervous about all the things we needed to do but John made us feel confident and secure. When we got our new camper home we set it up in our yard. By using an electric adaptor and our own water we could run through the entire setup process before taking it to a campground. We were amazed at how easy and seamless the whole process was from start to finish. We Found our overall experience was exceptional and unequivocally recommend Meyer’s of Syracuse.
My husband I went to Meyers RV in Syracuse to meet with Trevor a young helpful sales person that found us a great camper, we gave him a long list of must haves and we are 100% happy with Trevor, Jeff, and John. We loved the no pressure, no hassle no haggling service that we received. They truly made this very large purchase a very pleasant and fun experience. With the large inventory that they had to chose from we found a great 5th wheel. Thank you all for everything.

Before I get into a full review, I want to state one thing up front that is most important to anyone buying an RV; Meyers gave me the most for my trade-in, and the best overall price. You cant beat that. While looking for an RV, I visited numerous dealerships from the Syracuse out to the Rochester Area. One benefit of Meyers is that they had a good selection of trailers on their lot. The salesman, Chris Sacco, was very helpful without being pushy, and the dealership made sure that everything kept moving as quickly as I wanted it to, no more/no less. John in finance was certainly complete in his salesmanship, but not pushy. He listened to my answers without trying to shove an extra cost on me. Lastly, the whole crew did a great job prepping the RV for delivery, and Floyd gave a really complete overview of the camper when we picked it up. I couldnt be happier with the service and friendliness of the staff. I look forward to a good relationship with Meyers of Syracuse over the life of my camper.
We had the absolute BEST experience at Meyers! We worked with Tim Baker who made the whole process seamless. We first saw the camper we wished to purchase online, and being from Rochester we didn’t want to drive all the way to Syracuse for another let down. Tim gave us a very nice walkthrough showing me specific things I wanted to see. We went the next day to look at it and within a couple hours we had signed paperwork to purchase. We were then blown away that they accommodated us to have our Camper ready for pickup for a camping trip we had planned for that weekend. When we arrived pickup day we were again met with outstanding service and a complete walkthrough by Derek. They took the time to make sure EVERYTHING was done with perfection. This being our second trailer to purchase, it blew our experience elsewhere out of the water. We will always use Meyers from now on and definitely recommend Tim Baker and Derek at their Syracuse location for excellent customer service .
The sales team is great! They put together a deal that fit our budget and had all the accessories we were looking for. The finance team helped us get the loan we needed. The service and delivery team took their time going through the trailer with me and making sure all my questions were answer. Slight hiccup with one of the accessories not arriving in time, but they promised to mail the kit to our house, which they did.I cant say enough great things about dealing with Meyers RV. I would highly recommend them.
We recently purchased a new RV from Chris Sacco in Sales. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We traveled 3 hours to find our perfect RV, and Chris couldnt have been more helpful and patient during our process. Pete and John in Finance were just as helpful. When we picked up our RV, John in Service was extremely thorough with our demo. We found a couple of issues with the trailer, and John was extremely accommodating in taking care of correcting the issues before we left the lot. We are very satisfied with the outstanding support in buying and servicing our new 5th wheel.Tim, the sales agent, was very helpful in assisting us in finding the RV for us. We asked a ton of questions. He was always polite, patient, and professional.The service staff is outstanding. Tim, in part, was very helpful in getting us set up before our first trip. Brians walkthrough was excellent. Lastly, I wish to thank Shannon. We had a couple of minor warranty items. She knows her stuff, is a true professional and was immensely helpful in getting a quick fix to a water leak done ASAP.Overall, we are very please with Meyers RV. They have a great team of professionals that take pride in doing a job well.
So let me start out by saying I am completely satisfied with my overall experience buying a boat from this company! It all started back in April when I decided to look for a boat! Let me tell you that we decided on a Harris pontoon and these things are sweet! Very Comfortable and a smooth ride! Only thing that wasnt perfect was the boat was supposed to be delivered in May and it arrived two months later.. Not a big deal as I know with covid there were many shortages and this was not anything that could be helped.. The team at Meyers however kept me informed and took care of me when the time finally came to complete the sale.. I cant tell you all the awesome information I received from Mark while doing the wet demo.. Smokey the service manager hooked me up as well as the GM Mike.. Jon made the sale easy and Sandy and Jessica got me squared away when making arrangements. I highly recommend doing business with these guys and I cant thank them enough for getting me on the water this year.. Cant wait to enjoy many summers to come with my friends and family making memories..
Great experience at this Syracuse location, not good experience at Churchville NY location. Salesman Troy, here in Syracuse was one of the best salesmen Ive worked with, he was very flexible, knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. We ended up working out a deal after finding an RV in my budget, and he went the extra mile to make it happen. Also big props to Jessica in the pickup scheduling department, she was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely ask for Troy when you walk in or call. My only gripe about this dealership is they dont sell some brands I was really interested in, but it is what it is and I understand its not their fault and theres contracts between certain dealerships and manufacturers.I also liked how they dont block off their lot after hours like some of the other dealerships on this road, I was actually able to drive around the lot and look at campers after hours which was great for my crazy work schedule.
We are no stranger to buying campers, this is our 4th camper we have bought and by far the best buying experience we have had! Tim Baker was friendly, informative, and made us feel comfortable. He wasnt pushy and made our experience at Meyers a great one! When we picked up our unit Kenny in service went through every part of the camper explaining everything, answering questions we had, and even fixed something I accidently broke right on the spot! Peter in financing was also super helpful, helping us find the best interest rate and warranty package. If you are in need of a new camper Meyers RV is the only place you need to go!
I worked with Tyler at Meyers RV. I am a first time buyer and Tyler took the time to educate me about my options and showed me many trailers. He was patient and answered every one of my questions, giving me valuable tips along the way. Tyler helped me find a trailer that meets my needs and dreams. I looked at other RV stores but always returned to Tyler because I trusted his guidance. The service and parts departments are very helpful also. This was a very positive experience.
After spending months looking for a new camper upgrade i was unsucessfull i stopped in to look at a 5th wheel that i had seen on their website the sales people were friendly and very knowledgeable after getting sticker shocked we had walked away from yet another camper...a few days later the sales manager Travis reached out to me asking if there was anything he could do to help and there was just no way they could get down to the price i was trying to be at so he took my list of must haves and told me he would start looking to see what they have and to keep it in my price range the next day he had contacted me to let me know that he found one in another location that had everything that we were looking for and he would get it to the location nearest me so i could go look at this one in person when it arrived we went and looked at it put our deposit on it and did the paperwork to follow overall had a great experience with the sales and finance department!

We ran into a issue with our newly purchased used camper from a different Meyers store - and the Syracuse location got us in to get it fixed within 5 hours of speaking with the in the phone! They also fixed our problem in under 30 minutes of being there. They were super great to work with, we wish that we would have purchased our rv from this location in the first place!
We had a camper (also purchased at Meyer’s) that we kept in an RV park year round and decided to trade it for something a bit smaller and lighter so we could explore other places. I spoke with Tim Baker on the phone and told him what we were looking for. Tim really listened and when we came in the camper he showed us had everything I talked about! He was very responsive whenever we had questions. He is very knowledgeable and also camps so he was able to share tips and tricks with us, including some campgrounds to explore. Loni was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and keeps you up to date with any communication. When we picked up the camper, Jeff, also awesome, walked us through the whole camper and helped us install our stabilizing hitching bars. The reason they lost a star was because of John in the finance department he’s not good with customer service and made me feel like I did something wrong by getting better financing on my own. We are super happy with our new camper and would go back for the next one!
Meyers has absolutely gone above and beyond for us for our pre-owned purchase as well as helping us with a couple things in the service dept, even installing a power lift tongue jack to compensate for a minor timing-related inconvenience when we needed to replace our awning. Smokey was more than accommodating to our needs which we appreciate tremendously. We originally worked with Chris in sales who was outstanding. We didn’t feel pressured to buy at all. After having a horrible experience with camping world/gander outdoors, it was refreshing to work with people who treated us more like neighbors than a walking bank account. We ended up finding a camper that was perfect for us at the Harrisburg location—again, staff there was outstanding but Mary, Carrie, Nate in service, and the receptionist (who’s name I forgot but she was super nice) again went above and beyond to help us get our camper home around our crazy schedules as a nurse and medic (also they offered us a first responder discount). The customer service at the Syracuse location was, by far, the perfect example of excellent customer service. We will not hesitate to return to them when it is time to trade this one in! OH- I also had an issue (user-related) while we were camping on our first trip with this camper and when I called to tell them we accidentally flooded our camper on a Saturday they didn’t hesitate to help us, going as far as offering to send someone to us if we couldn’t resolve the issue over FaceTime. If you’re debating who to buy from, these guys are it. The “big stores” don’t compare to Meyers—not even close. I found their selection better than the 100 different versions of the exact same camper I was shown at camping world and gander. I can’t express how happy we are with our purchase and the service help we’ve gotten since. Thank you!
On December 4th. our home, barn and very unfortunately, many of our animals were lost in a fire. As you could image life for us, to say the least, is difficult at this time, but with everything going on I had to take the time to thank Meyer’s RV in Syracuse, NY. After serval calls to other businesses, our friend Richard Congel referred us to Meyer’s RV who went above and beyond to help us with are RV rental.I’d like to compliment Mark Calzone, Mike Fleming (General Manager) and Katelyn Burba (Rental Manager) and the entire Meyer’s Service team not limited to Mark Baker (Delivery Driver) for the excellent service provided.We explained our situation and what our family needed in the RV. Mike Flemings had the professionalism and the ability to find the right RV for us quickly and exceeded our expectations.Within a few days, the RV was prepped and delivered (the other businesses said it would take at least two weeks before delivery.Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. Chris Sacco worked with us to order the perfect toy hauler trailer to accommodate every request. The process was somewhat stressful due to COVID delays but he was readily available to assist from start to finish. Our 2021 Toy Hauler is ready to rock the hills in the Tug hill! If you are particular and know what you want, Chris will be patient and attentive to meet your needs. Derik in service set everything up in no time upon delivery. We had an issue with our door and Derik was right there to answer our call and walk my husband through some hacks to make the door function as it should. Andrea Page at the Cicero service location was AMAZING to work with! This was our 1st new camper and we had a few minor issues with sealants and I was able to send her pictures and correspond via email with ease. Once I spoke with her on the phone she was amazing and helpful and very pleasant to work with! Great Job!

The night before we purchased our trailer with Meyers, we went to a local RV show and the service we received at Meyers was the complete opposite from what we experienced the night before. Chris Sacco was our sales rep and he was great! Chris was very knowledgeable and patient. We did not feel pressured into buying. Chris took his time with us to really get a feel for what we were looking for to best fit our family as this was our first RV purchase. Chris stayed in contact with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend this place and Chris as a a salesman. Our experience with Myers RV was exceptional. We met our sales rep, Troy, at a camper show in the summer of 2019. He outlined some wonderful features on a few different models, but we were not ready to make a decision to buy during the camper show. There were no high-pressure pitches when we stated we were not ready to purchase and he simply gave us his business card.During the fall of 2019, we contacted Troy to ask some more information about one of the units we viewed at the show. The conversation went well and decided to purchase the unit. The purchase process went off without any issues. The purchase price was fair and listed well below similar units not only in the area, but the entire U.S.A. My only gripe, is that they stack on $2000 in dealer prep and freight fees. I only wished they were a little more clear on their advertised pricing. With that said, they threw in some extras for us such as installing an electric braking system, hitch, and sway bars, so I definitely feel that the deal was still fair overall. Additionally, they are holding our RV until the camping season, free of charge.Overall, I would highly recommend that you consider Myers RV for your next RV purchase.
Bought a one year old used camper. The sales team was great in making sure we got the deal that we wanted. The service team was awesome. Derrick and Chuck did the upgrade we requested and checked out the entire camper for us. Derrick even replaced a break light that blew out on our truck while we were there.Update have attempted to reach Myerss RV with some questions and after 3 days have not heard anything.

My wife Amy and I recently purchased a used 2014 Flagstaff travel trailer from Meyers RV of Syracuse after a year of looking for the specific floorplan to fit our needs. After yet another weekend trip to look around the Syracuse area dealers on a Saturday without finding what we were looking for, we were surprised to see this unit show up on the Meyers website on Sunday morning before leaving our hotel.We went back to take a look and met Tim Baker who found that the unit had just been taken in on trade the day before after we had already looked through their lot. Tim took the time to show us through the unit and we were pleased to find it in exceptional condition as it was traded in. Our thanks to the previous owner for taking such good care of it. We quickly decided this was exactly the floorplan, age, and price range we were looking for and Tim was able to help us get through the process of agreeing on the deal and getting started with the paperwork over the Labor Day weekend.We returned just last weekend to pick up the unit and found that Derek in the Service department had done an exceptional job getting it ready for us. We left very happy with our purchase and very pleased with our entire experience. Tim Baker and Peter in the finance department made the sale easy, and Derek in service gave us all the time we needed during our walkthrough to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of our questions.I do not normally post reviews online as I prefer to speak with my loyalty and word of mouth, but overall the whole experience was great and we would recommend anyone looking for an rv to go see Tim, Derek, and the others at Meyers.Weve just returned from our first weekend camping trip with our new (to us) camper, and all worked well and so far the camper is everything we had hoped for. We have another weekend trip planned for next weekend and hopefully another one or two beforewe have to put the unit away for the winter.Thanks Tim for helping us purchase just what we were looking for!
We highly recommend Meyers Rv, and especially Tim Baker the salesman who took our call. We were interested in buying a momentum 320G camper that they had in stock and we wanted to add a few options to it. After weighing the cost of adding the 3 major items, Tim advised us that ordering a new 5th wheel would be the most cost effective.So thanks to that advice from Tim we ended up ordering our 5th wheel and getting exactly what we wanted in the same time frame Tim said it would arrive and we were extremely pleased with that result.Through out the whole time we were awaiting our campers arrival Tim answered all of our numerous silly questions.He even answered our questions when he was on vacation.Tim was there for us from the time we ordered our camper until the moment it was delivered. Not only did he gain a customer for life,but we also consider him a friend for life.This was our 6th new camper purchase and of those six purchases this was by far the best experience we have had . Found some imperfections before we left and fixed them before heading out for our trek home. We traveled 3 hours to deal with them on the word of a friend and it was well worth it! After a very unpleasant experience with a competitor - ya know, the one with the big blue roof - we were about to give up on ever finding an RV place that genuinely cared about their customers and the product they sell. Well, we took a shot on Meyer’s, specifically their salesperson, Tyler Dalaba. What an awesome decision that was! Tyler was able to find us exactly what we wanted and was right there every step of the way to help us during and after the sale. He was instrumental in a couple of minor concerns after the sale which is exactly where their competitor fell short. Meyers and Tyler have been absolutely fantastic - so much so that I referred two close friends and a family member to them who also had a great experience. The story starts off at the Hershey RV show where we met Tyler, a salesman with Meyers RV of Syracuse. Meyers was the Grand Design Rep at the Hershey RV show and the staff at the show was awesome. We dealt with Tyler and we struck a deal we could not turn down due to his hard work. So much so we abandon our local dealer and decided to take the chance with a dealer almost 7 hours away. I gotta tell you we were not disappointed with the staff and are very pleased with the follow up on the 1 issue with the unit we discovered at PDI. They were on it, called Grand Design, got the problem resolved, all is well. To be honest, I dont think my hometown dealer would work so hard to ensure we were satisfied with the experience. We are happy we with our decision to work with Meyers and understand why they were the Grand Design rep for the Hershey show. Kudos!

From the initial sale, multiple questions, phone calls, coordination, etc. they were very attentive to our needs. As newbie RVers we went to Gander Outdoors to purchase an RV. After being lied to multiple times during the process we decided to checkout Meyers. We are SO glad we did!! Tim is our guy!! We told him the story and he really took care of us! We are young and new to the RV lifestyle and we told him exactly what we were looking for and he found us one that is going to work perfect for our needs! Not only that but he also gave us tips outside of the RV with accessories and the sort of things you want to look for when purchasing your RV (we had no clue of at the time). He was absolutely awesome and was very accommodating to us!In the service department on the day of our walkthrough, Tim even came with us to make sure everything went smoothly. John was our walk through technician and was absolutely incredible! He showed us every nook and cranny on our rig and answered all 1,000 questions we had no problem and was willing to go back through the things we were not 100% on the first time (the water heater mainly). My name is Vincent and me and my wife thought the time was right to become owners of our very first RV. We started our search by looking for the biggest dealership with the best selection and customer service. So we chose Meyer’s RV of Syracuse. We spoke to a sales representative named Stephanie. Stephanie was truly a pleasure to work with. She was very polite, professional and listened carefully to all of our requirements. She then started her search and within a few hours we had three beautiful units to consider that were spot on with what we described. We wanted to see them immediately unfortunately they only had one model on the lot and the others were waiting to be delivered. That when she called Tyler another Sales Representative at the Meyer’s RV branch in Cicero, New York to see if they had the units in there lot for us to see and compare and they did. She put us in contact with Tyler directly and we made arrangements to see the RV’s in person at there branch in Cicero, New York. I’ll be the first to tell you that me and my wife are very big on good customer service and Stephanie definitely set the bar high. But Tyler was no different. We we’re not only surprised but very impressed to see him outside with his hand held power pack ready to show us the RV’s we chose to see. Like Stephanie, he was very polite, professional and patient. We got the impression of spending time with a family member. Tyler was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and even shared some great suggestions that we never thought to consider. He wasn’t pushy, very detailed in his explanations and knew the units very, very well. Which help us feel very comfortable with our selection. Tyler was truly a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He explained everything there was to know about being an RV owner and was there for us even after we took delivery of our New RV. This guy answered our calls even on his days off from work to answer any questions we had and believe me there were many. He is truly the epitome of what Customer Service should be. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is impeccable. We are very happy with our purchase and truly blessed to have work with such great people. We not only are proud owners of our very first RV, but we made some awesome friends in the process. Meyers has a large selection of RVs. They had exactly what we were looking for. Our salesperson, Chris S. was great. He is friendly, knowledgable, and there was no pressure. Derek in service did our walk through. Again, nice guy who knows his stuff! Basically everyone there starting Sandy at the front desk made our experience very pleasant and stress free.
What a buying experience! If youre looking for a straight forward, no nonsense approach to buying an RV then youll love this dealership. This is far from our 1st RV and weve always hated the hassle of other dealers so were very pleasantly surprised with what a nice and easy experience this was. And Id totally recommend asking for Jason as your salesperson (and Im not the type to normally recommend someone, so it says a lot that Im doing so here!). My experience with Myers of Syracuse was great all due to Tyler Dalaba. I was on the market for a fifthwheel and at the time i wasn’t in the area. We were on family vacation, i just happened to ask for a sales man. Well i landed a wonderful sales man that as soon as I told him all the wants and needs I needed, he instantly got right to work. not only did he send me the models of the fifth wheels he even facetimed me so i could do a walk thru! We bought a 2018 advendger from Tyler Dalaba about three weeks ago had a problem with furnace not working I texted Tyler yesterday he told me to call Shannon in service I did she said bring it in ASAP so I told her I would be there between 5 and 530 today she said she would have a tech waiting Kenny was waiting determined the mother board was bad changed it problem fixed was the best service you could ask for and no charge. Great bunch of people would recommend everyone to go to Meyers RV in Syracuse and see these wonderful people.

Happy we landed at Meyers We went to look at campers - well, we left with one!!!.Our sales rep Tim Baker was great - he spent over 4 hrs - getitng to know the user and how it will be used, sharing info - details - things to know before buying etc. we felt educated, comfortable (Yes COVID Precations were taken) and in the end a deposit was made and we be travlin this summer!!!!
We just purchased a Wildwood 31KQBTS from Meyers of Syracuse and were very pleased with everthing. We didnt feel pressured at all. The staff is friendly and answered all of our questions. The 5 stars are based soley on sales & the walk thru experience. We have not brought our new camper home yet and therefore havent had to experience the service if something were to go wrong. Lets hope that doesnt happen. This is our first BRAND NEW 5th wheel & With that being said, Tim Baker was more than helpful and always available day or night to answer any questions we had. He worked with us on pricing and with the trade in of our previous camper. With the pandemic going on there was a lot of text messages as well as electronic paperwork which was definitely a different way of making the purchase but it all flowed smoothly. Brian in service who did the walk thru with us was more than knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to. We cant wait to get our new camper home and heres to looking forward to the upcoming camping season.

I just bought my second travel trailer in less than a year from Meyer’s RV. Everything about them is top notch. I dealt with the same salesman Jason L. and he once again went above and beyond to make my trade in seamless. He was always available to answer any questions I had, even on his days off. My family and I visited because we were ready to pull the trigger on a family camper. We were more than pleased with our experience. Our salesman, Chris, made the experience extremely easy and pleasant. He was super knowledgeable and happy to show us around for over an hour, taking the time to figure out which type of camper would be best for our family, our vehicle, and our budget. He was the exact opposite of pushy and just trying to get our money. I wish every major sales experience was like that.
Very disappointed. I am on travel and experienced a blown tire with my 2019 Grand Design Reflection. I stopped by Campers world in Syracuse NY being that I am a life member of good Sam. They didn’t have the tire to match my rig and suggested I check with Meyers because they are a dealer. I called them and they asked if I purchased the rig there (who cares and why should it matter) when I said no. They said they didn’t have one in stock. I asked if they could find one within the week because I’m camping near there. This was Monday and now it is Wednesday and no call. I Feel like I have been forgotten. Talk about bad business models!!!

We ordered a brand new unit that took about 3 months to come in, we were anxious and Tim could tell, he would reach out with updates on delivery and knowing we were first time buyers he offered some very useful insight in terms of places to go, things to make sure you dont forget and basic tips and tricks of owning a toyhauler.The second it arrived Tim made sure to send me a photo and put me in contact with the scheduling department asap! Took our Class A motorhome to Meyers this summer, and they fixed it within a week. It was there longer, but that was not their fault. Took our insurance company weeks to get a replacement windshield and get someone to install it. We have been to Camping World in Syracuse and Alpin Haus in Amsterdam where we bought the coach trying to get them to fix an electrical short in a slide out. This went on for three years!! We took the coach to Alpin Haus in Amsterdam, NY 2x at our own expense. Its a long trip. It was starting to short out other electrical systems and neither Camping World or Alpin Haus was willing to make the effort to actually track down the wiring problem and fix it. I would recommend Meyers before you go to any other RV repair facility. They will be our go to from now on!!

We recently purchased our 2020 Grand Design Solitude 3740BH from Chris Sacco at Meyers RV in Syracuse. Right from the time we walked on the lot and met Chris he was great! First time looking at RVs in 20 years. Staff was very friendly, Covid rules were in place, salesman Chris Sacco brought the RV inside out of the weather for us to look at. Better have spot on credit,! financing dept is less then accepting to those with less than perfect credit score.Put a deposit down on a grand design transend 260 rb, and a trade in. Explained to the finance manager that my wifes illness and subsequent medical treatments caused some problems. But loans were paid of and showed proof of loans paid off. Waited four days for an answer finally called them and the finance manager said he couldnt get us financed. Now mind you our income qualifications are more than enough, for the size of the loan.despite we just purchased a new ram truck last month to pull a new camper. I was told they couldnt get us financed, It. Then was told to go get financing myself.becuse he couldnt send cfc uthe information ( or wouldnt) Thats unacceptable. You would think they would have tried harder considering they have such an inventory theyve more options than just three financial institutions to do business with. Disappointing and disgruntled to say the least big waist of a weekend looking and filling out paperwork.
My husband and I stopped at Meyers in Cicero on a whim and ended up spending half the day with sales associate Zack. Listened to exactly what we were looking for and came up with great options from their massive inventory! Ended up bringing up the perfect 5th wheel for us from their Pittsburgh store the very next day! Awesome service by all involved!!!

We stopped by the Cierco store, after a terrible experience with another camper place. We met our sales consultant, Chris Sacco. We told Chris what we were looking for and our budget. We helped us find just the right camper. It was a very hot July day. He patiencely walked us through the campers (a few more than once). He was good natured, patient and professional. No pressure sales, it felt like shopping with a friend. He walked with us through it all. He followed up with us even after the camper was delivered. Thank you, Chris , Derrick, Lisa and the service department for a good experience. Top notch group!!
We bought our camper a week ago from Chris and have had excellent customer service! He answers any questions that I have very quickly. The buying process was seamless and Derrick was excellent during our walk through. He was very knowledgeable and went over everything we needed to be able to set up our camper the first time.

I have only glowing words for my buying experience at Meyer RV of Syracuse. I can see the culture there is tip top-- just what I needed and wanted, especially as a newbie.After a long internet search for a trailer, and narrowing it down to wanting a used hybrid travel trailer, I found several possibilities on the internet. ZACK D. was the lucky’ recipient of my email query. He called back right away and then jumped right out back to take a real time video of what my trailer looked like inside and out and sent it right back. (I think I watched the two videos 25 times!)As my only previous experience with trailers had been a little 750 pound one- arm pop-up, all the bells and whistles on this rig were a bit mind blowing. I had yet to learn what I didnt know!He pointed out all the features, some of which meant little or nothing to me then, ie solar ready, and outdoor shower. My learning curve was steep but Zack didnt seem to mind running back and forth continuously to take picture of tires or stabilizers or plugs as my son fed me questions about it.You see, I live in Philly and this trailer was 5 hours away in Syracuse. One could wonder if truth was being told in order to just make a sale. (This son has indeed bought trucks from a good distance away and is a bit wary on what will happen once the truck leaves the lot!)I NEVER felt at any point that my distance from the sales and service lot mattered at all! (In fact I later found out that driving 5 hours to get an RV is not unusual for Meyers of Syracuse...they truly do put customer service at the front regardless and deal with many faraway customers.)At one point I asked Zack point blank about whether smokers had inhabited the trailer as I told him that would be a deal breaker. His absolute assurance was completely trustworthy (and true!),There was a bit of financial wiggle room which he gave me, and which my husband and I really appreciated. To show you how little I knew as a newbie, after I sent the deposit, I suggested driving up to get it 3 days later!Well THAT didnt happen. Meanwhile, I educated myself on YOUtube, bought some equipment like a water hose, level, chock blocks and the like. Zack continued to answer questions I texted very promptly, and we readied a truck to pick up my Shamrock.The next fabulous person to help me in this lifelong dream was DEREK. The Shamrock spent some time in dry dock getting inspected and readied for me. Derek did the work and really did a great job! He was on the roof checking seals, gave us a new smoke detector and door handle, and more, and then had a dubious honor of teaching my husband and me EVERYTHING about it, from how to put the steps down, to practicing putting up the awning, plugging in the water hose, and a demo on how to empty the grey and black tanks. Never did he act inpatient with us although it was over 3 hours that he worked with us non-stop.He gave us hands on practice, taught us many little tricks to the trade, and added his opinion on options I was considering. Every faucet was turned on, every fan, every appliance. This he did without ANY prompting from me (which made my son happy).We decided to buy a power hitch thingamabob after seeing that by myself, adjusting the sway bars could be tough. He insisted I drive it around the lot and practice backing up a few times. He was such a wonderful and patient teacher to two know-nothings.in checking out, our next Meyers employee, whose name I have forgotten!, made sure we had all the correct paperwork for Pennsylvania, and gave us her number in case there were any questions when we titled it. (Her paperwork was spot on!.)I dont want you to think Meyers only deals with newbies such as myself! People buy rig after rig from them as the years move on. And I can see why. Despite the drive, having that trust factor in your back pocket is without equal.PS: A few days later after bringing HaRVie home, I had a question about electric. I called, got a quick answer and added the service number to my phone bank!PSS: Zack and Derek!

We stopped in to test drive an RV we saw online on Friday on our way down to camp in the Adirondacks. Tyler gave us the tour, answered all our questions and we were on our way - no pressure, no problems. We thought about it over the weekend and called Tyler to see if we could look at it once more on our way home. He said no problem, it would be ready for us. We came back and bought it! We got a fair price for our trade and paid a reasonable price for the new one. Tyler was helpful, informative and I highly recommend him!
What a great experience buyIng our new RV ! Our salesman, Chris Sacco , was Knowledgeable and caring. He really listened to our needs and answered all of our questions. Our Finance guy, Pete Viviani, made the finance process simple. He explained everything and made us feel very comfortable. Derek Shue did our PDI /Demonstration. This guy was great !! He went through everything with us and answered all of our questions. As we pulled away we said our goodbyes but left feeling like we made some new friends and that we were part of the Meyer’s Family ! We purchased the pre-owned 2014 Cyclone and I would like to thank each you for making our buying experience up to and above our expectations. Derek, Louis, Eddie and the team in the service department did a terrific job of making the pre-owned Heartland Cyclone stand tall. As John our salesmen knew, the 1st time we looked at the Cyclone during the Syracuse RV show that I was not impressed with the condition. Both John and Geoff Howe assured us that it would be made as close to perfect as possible and Meyers of Syracuse kept true to their word. Very unorganized, and false information advertised. The commercial led you to believe they were having a show to see all the campers but when we arrived it was told to us its not really a show but instead a sale. It was impossible to do comparisons of the different models because they were so scattered all over the lot.
Bought a new camper from Meyers last year. Unfortunately every time we have brought the camper in for warranty work we have left with more issues. We brought the camper in to fix a loose table. The service department repaired the table by screwing the table to the floor. When we got home and opened the slide out the floor was ripped where the table had been screwed. We called the service department and was told they would fix the floor since it was their mistake. We made an appointment on 2 different occasions to have the floor repaired but when we got there was told they would not fix the floor. It was our problem. This was after traveling 3 hours to get there. After this incident I have nothing good to say about Meyers RV. Now my camper has a ripped floor due to their negligence which I have to look at everyday.
We just purchased our 2012 5th wheel Palomino Sabre from Myers RV....it was the best of the best place to go. Price was great and our trade in as well. Jason, our sales person, has wonderful communication. Kathy in the office handled our last minute paperwork so fast. Sierra at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. When our RV wasnt ready yet, Myers treated us to lunch! When a tank was discovered leaking, the shop replaced it with a new one. Ron Huckleberry did a terrific walkthrough with us and went to find items we needed which were great surprises in our storage area! We had delivered our Montana, but didnt take our new one home due to needing more time on work. We were told our 5th would be delivered. (This was a Friday while there - 1 and 1/2 hours away from our home!Saturday, the next afternoon, Jeff, Myers Driver, called from rt 81 northbound to say he was on his way with our new Sabre!!! What an awesome surprise!! Thank you all at Myers for a splendid time with our purchase!! We highly recommend you as you were recommended to us.....happy trails !!
Looked at RVs and decided to make a deposit on an RV not on the lot yet since the salesman said it would go quickly. Made a deposit of $500 on my credit card on 4 Oct and was told it would be returned if I decided against buying. Two days later we decided that we would not make a purchase at this time and I notified the salesman. As of today (16 Oct) the deposit has not been done despite several phone calls to Meyers. I received a receipt but no refund yet.Money was returned last evening.
Enjoyed working with Tim Baker on the purchase of our new 5th wheel R.V. Explained what we were looking for and Tim researched the inventory, showed us a couple of options. First one we viewed was “the one” so we didn’t need to see any more, but did check out a smaller travel trailer as we wanted to downsize and decided to just downsize the 5th wheel a little. A trade price was provided and no pressure. Went home, thought on it and Tim did a great job further negotiating for us. Delivery of unit was great too, walk through with Tech John was thorough and helpful, also great assistance with hitch specialist as our existing 5th wheel hitch needed slight adjustment. Overall great experience!
UPDATE - Oct. 10, 2019We were in the market to buy a motorhome and after searching several locations and encountering several different experiences. I then went to Meyers. I looked through several Rvs and then decided to get my husband to come and look at one that I thought I kind of liked. We arrived at Meyers and was approached by Tyler within a few minutes. Tyler didn’t say can I help you, he said do you have any questions I can answer. To me that was the beginning?of an good experience. I felt like he was there not to sell me a product but to sell me something that I was looking for and liked. After my husband and I had gone through about four motorhomes Tyler just listened to what liked and what I didn’t like about each one. Tyler then said would you consider a bigger one I think I may have something you would like. Tyler listened knows his stock. We then went and looked at the motorhome he suggested and both fell in love with it.Through the process it didn’t matter if Tyler was working or it was his day off , it didn’t matter. Id think of a question and would texted him at 8:30 or at 10 o’clock at night expecting him to get a hold of me the next day, we’ll Tyler immediately answered any questions no matter what time it was. Tyler at Meyers Rv was excellent dealing with from dealing with him at the Hershey show on price and his knowledge of the RV that work for us through the whole process of ordering it he kept us up to date on the build and was there the day we picked it up to make sure that everything went smoothly and after we pick the camper up any issues that we had he dealt with immediately very impressed with Meyers RV superstore. Where do I begin with myers rv. I placed an order for a Barletta pontoon boat In early April. Even with the covid shut down Mike the sales manager and Troy my salesman were nothing but amazing working with me and the Barletta factory Helping me making a few changes I made to my order. Always accommodating and keeping me informed of the boat as it was being made.Barletta did everything they could to get the boat delivered on time. This is my first pontoon boat and have not one regret buying a Barletta boat. Their quality and attention to detail is second to none.Picked the boat up From Myer RV with a full tank of gas and they even gave me the adapter to the trailer lights and braking system as I forgot to bring mine. We purchased a 2020 Grand Design Solitude 373FB from Meyers RV in Cicero last Saturday. We want to express our gratitude to everyone at that store for their patience and helpfulness.Most importantly we want to give a big thank you to John McCormick, our sales person. He was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about this brand of RV, he was very patient, and very supportive. We went there last Saturday when it was so cold outside and John took us to every model we had written down on our list, which was quite a few, opened them for us to see, and I believe he worked a bit later that day to make sure we got all of our questions answered. We also want to thank Ron for all of the information he provided us during our walk through. We are first time RV buyers so we learned so much from him as well. We would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase an RV.
We ordered a new Grand Design Transend at the Hershey RV show which had to be special built because we wanted a table and chairs in place of the dinette. We also ordered several “dealer upgrades” to be installed once the unit was delivered to Meyers of Syracuse. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up the Trailer none of the upgrades were done. At that point everyone started to scramble to get this right. Being a manager in a service oriented business I understand mistakes are sometimes made, it is how the company responds to those mistakes determines the character of the company. They immediately took responsibility for the mistake and started to work on the unit to get us on the road as soon as possible. I can tell you they did everything short of giving us the camper for free to make it right. Our salesman Jason has followed up with us and answered all our questions. We do appreciate all of their efforts to make it right.
I bought a new RV from Myers of Syracuse. The technician that walked us through the RV was Brandon. It was EXTREMELY obvious that Brandon new his stuff as well as his outstanding personality. Brandon spent about 2 hrs. Showing us all the workings of the RV as well as swapping out batteries as well as a few other things. While we were moving our belongings from one RV to the new one other technicians asked if we need help or if we needed anything just ask. We have owned 7 RV’s and this by far was the most professional and knowledgeable service department I have ever used/seen. They truly care!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them for ANY service needed!!!
Well went you have a plug vacuflush toilet and the pump running all the time. When you call and try to get into for service and they said that it would be 2 weeks out for service. This is unacceptable. I will not send anyone to Meyers to buy or service if they are in the area.
Horrible horrible service in both customer service and repair service! I would not recommend buying a camper from them! My father bought a used camper that looks wise was great BUT after they took it in as a trade for someone else they never went though the camper, never drove it to find potential issues and never did a safety inspection prior to selling it to my father. And they gave it a passing inspection sticker. So once my father drove it the abs light came on. We had to stop on our way for vacation in Ohio to have them look at it and come to find out there was a brake line leak along with the abs light that came on.We were 3+ hrs. away from home with camper packed with our stuff for our vacation in Ohio with 2 kids and 4 adults and they stated they couldn’t fix the brake line til the morning as the mechanic had left. We couldn’t drive the camper and we couldn’t go back home almost 4 hrs away. We were told they would allow us to stay in their parking lot for the night. So, we had to put our clothes in plastic bag , shell out money for a hotel and postpone our vacation. Then it took 4 hrs the next morning and they fixed only the necessary problem and stated we could drop it off on our way back and to make a list of anything else that goes wrong and he could talk them about on the first when we drop it off. At no time did the manager come out to speak to us or to apologize either time. This RV center is hands down the worst to deal with! If you buy a brand new camper great. For your families safety don’t buy any used campers from this place.
Bought our Grand Design 5th wheel last fall with the help of salesman Tyler Dalaba. Pulled it out of storage today and found some issues. Called up Tyler and like always he helped put us in touch with the service dept. They were so helpful, bent over backwards again to help us solve our problems. We are so glad we purchased from Meyer’s with the assistance of Tyler. Every dept. of their business continues to impress us.
This is our fifth RV over the years and by far one of best buying experiences purchasing our new 5th wheel thru Meyers of Syracuse. The GM, Travis Chapman, was a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Gave us a great number on the new RV and our trade in. His staff is pleasant and professional. Nothing but good things to says about Travis and his team.Thank you.
I wish there was a way I could fully explain the incompetence of the management and repairman at this location.. I bought a brand new keystone camper on a Monday and picked it up for camping on that Friday. We go camping and had all kinds of electrical issues with the radio and lights. And then we noticed that the water heater wouldnt light. I called them for the road side assistance they promised me I had and they only do roadside assistance on wednesdays so thats great. I had to bring it to them to get it fixed. They let me know that the board on the water heater was fried... after one use. He told me this is very COMMON. So I got to hook it up to my truck and notice they scratched the wood all around the area where they were working. So I called them and they said that I had to bring it back to them. Long story short they installed new EVEN MORE scratched up wood. Also during that first trip the installed the sway bar on my camper to close to the hitch so when I went around a corner it crushed the sway bar. Also during the check they do for a thousand dollars they left the black water valve open so when I took the cap of the pipe feces went all over me and the campground I was at. They are very hard to get a hold of and ignore your calls. And the only way to get them to talk to you is to call the district manager to make them call you. So now I have a 2018 Keystone thats 2 days old to me and worth 40 percent less then I paid with ll the damages. Also when I did get a hold of the manager he laughed at me when I told him my issues. They clearly want to collect the money but not follow through with any service worth anything.
Had a great experience buying an RV, got a good discount off MSRP. Paperwork was fast. We picked up our RV and have put 800 miles on it already with no issues. The wife and I are first time RV owners and the PDI walkthrough was very thorough. We asked a lot of questions and our representative was very thorough. We will return here for future needs.
My family broke down on the thruway 4 miles from Meyers. My husband attempted to fix but was given wrong parts! We pulled in two minutes to spare and figured we were too late. The guys there were amazing...said pull right in...got us fixed up and we were on our way in 20 minutes! Best place ever!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!
I purchased a used, 5 year old Class A motorhome (my first rv of any kind ever) from Geoffe with Meyers at the Cicero location. Geoffe was upfront and I felt, honest with me. I told him what I wanted, and he showed me exactly and only what I requested. He was not pushy, never tried to get me to purchase something I wasnt interested in, nor trying to get me to spend more than I wanted. He answered any and all questions we had during the buying experience, and was easy to reach when questions arose after making a deposit. The tech doing my demo prior to final delivery was also excellent. Again, he was thorough going through every single button and switch, top to bottom, front to back. He also answered every single question straight forward. He was never rushed in trying to hurry me out the door, he made sure I knew everything before driving away. I would recommend Meyers Cicero, or at least Geoffe to anyone interested.Oh, and we love the motorhome by the way! We took a week long trip to Georgia for Thanksgiving, and had a great time! Gas mileage/price was much better than we had anticipated.
The office setup is weird - you discuss the sales at a small table inside a big open warehouse type office. Not a very good sales environment. The sales reps are friendly but not that knowledgeable. I am unable to get all the info I need at the time - there is no computer on the table that helps the rep to pull up details and pricing. The price there is not very competitive relative to other RV dealers. There are many dealers around the area. I ended up buying from a more professional looking dealer.
The worst customer service ever, sadly after spending 20,000.00 on a camper the service department ignores your calls. Only to find the problem with the camper existed when I purchased it and warranty company wont cover the damage from water leak. I guess its my dumb luck for not seeing the problem when I purchased the camper. Good luck trying to get any help from anyone there.
Purchased a imagine 2800BH, Tyler was very helpful with the purchased. Answered all my questions and even made it special for when I brought the kids down to show them it a couple days later. John in service was knowledgeable and went over everything in it! I would recommend going there! Thanks again guys
BAD!!!!!!! I would rate them ZERO. The management ignores you as much as possible. I asked for GAP insurance and John Menjik talked me out of it. I kept telling him I wanted the GAP ins. He kept saying it was too late. I made numerous calls to the bank. HE LIED on more than one occasion. I also said I did not want their extended warranty. He paid no attention. $1500+. Also he said I had to get insurance on the outside of the RV ($3500 +) because I was upside down in the loan And that was the only way I could get the loan. READ THE FINE PRINT. I also called the bank about this. They said no I didnt have to get it but this insurance is none cancellable. The extended warranty CAN be cancelled if you put it in writing and No claims have been made, within 30 days. JOHN M got mad at me and walked out. The GM wanted to talk to me ONLY after I said I would call my lawyer that day and he wanted to shut me up. I went there to see the Finance guy and he wouldnt talk to me. Gave me to John. The service is no better. Had my RV maybe a week. Took it back awning was bad. They had it for one month. I was supposed to go across country. Service is no better. The parts department starting using my VIN # to order parts for someone else after I bought it. I called the manufacturer about the awning and they told me the dates and what parts were ordered against my RV. They dont even have the correct address at the BBB. WARNING: STAY AWAY. BBB rates them a D and for good reason. If everything went good for some of you, you should count your blessings. GOOD LUCK.
My wife and I regently purchase a new 5th wheel at Meyers RV in Churchville. When we got the 5th wheel home we found a damaged pendant light over our island - broken glass.After several phone calls / emails and speaking someone from each of their “departments” we still do not have a scheduled repair.I can’t even get a call back. Very disappointed in the service provided. When we working through our purchase they we very quick to respond. Now I can’t even get a call back. The issue with our RV is minor - I can’t imagine how it would be if something serious needed to be repaired.
At first I was very hesitant to have my rv serviced there because of the poor service at other famous name providers. Shannon was the best and is a real asset to your organization. She kept in complete contact, had the parts ordered and had us in there and out in abut a week from start to finish. All service people very friendly and efficient. Would return for any service work needed. Thanks to all.
We just purchased a new RV from Myers, Floyd performed the walk thru, he was very thorough. We have bought RV’s in the past and have never spent the amount of time on the walk thru.....thanks Floyd!!! Hopefully are future experiences will be as good. Kevin and Michele
There service department the worst. My camper been sitting for 6 months for service they promised would of been done when bought the camper. They have promised work would be done in a week of dropping it off. They never call you back you all ways get a receptionist who tell you the service mgr. Out when you ask for him. They all ways tell you your campers next to get fixed.
It was a wonderful place to do business with they did beyond what they told us they would do with repairs. The floor came out beautiful . Our salesman John McCormick was great. Would highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a camper. Thanks again The Gentiles!
Worst service department ever! They lie to you continuously. Had our unit for 2 months and Ed are going to pick it up and half the stuff wasn’t done! Called yesterday and was told everything was done and Ed could pick it up today! Promised Ed would have it back by Memorial Day weekend since we brought it there April 27th. Still not fixed!!! Will never buy another one there.
Brought my RV in for service and they were WONDERFUL!!! They took care of me right away, took down all the items that needed to be checked, made me comfortable in their waiting area, and repaired vehicle while I waited! One part did need to be ordered, but was promised that it would be in in a couple of days and they would fix it for me right away! Great customer service!!!
We have bought 2 reflections from here and our salesman Tyler has been excellent no matter what we have going on with the camper we never have a problem getting a hold of him even on his days off he has been a big help to us and is a man of his word cant say enough about him and the service team we have had our ups and downs but they always come through for us looking forward to our next purchase and hope tyler is there to sell us another unit
Horrrrrrribleeeee place and if I could rate them a negative 50 I would because that’s how horribly the place is ! I worked there for 3 days and got fired because they went off of a he said she said type of thing and didn’t even have a legit reason on why they fired me and I just called to talk to a manager and mike answered and got on the phone with me and threatened the cops with me if I call again and with an order of protection on me all because I needed a letter of why I don’t work there anymore. The disrespect I got from mike, was very disrespectful and hurtful the way he talked to me and treated me and was very uncalled for and made me cry because all I needed was a letter of why I don’t work there anymore because I’m pregnant and trying to apply for something that needed a letter from my last employment and the way I was treated on the phone was so uncalled for. I can’t believe the way I was talked to and treated by mike the district manager or whatever he is. But, I should have never been treated or talked to the way I was ! I was balling my eyes out after I got off the phone with them. I felt so disrespected. I don’t recommend anybody work for them because they didn’t even fire me for a legit reason. They said we don’t write letters like that or you don’t write letters like that because you fired me illegally !? Which is it 😒 very very disrespectful people ! Specially mike ! Good luck to whoever works there and buys from them.

2022-04-07We just picked up our new Grand Design Travel Trailer that we bought at the Hershey RV Show. We had to pick it up from Meyers RV of Syracuse and they have been nothing but GREAT to work with!!! They have a wonderful, competent, knowledgeable and friendly staff there!! Our RV Technician was incredible. He thoroughly went over everything with us. We were VERY impressed with him!!! I highly recommend Meyers RV to anyone interested in getting a new rig!!!

2022-06-23We had an amazing experience with Meyers of Syracuse! We went to the RV show at the State Fairgrounds and found a camper we loved but wanted a different floor plan. Tim Baker of Meyers assisted us through the whole process of ordering the camper we wanted. It arrived and every aspect of the sale process was fluid and positive! He was patient with our questions through calls and text and still assists us even after the sale! The rest of the staff we dealt with also were wonderful! We would recommend Meyers to anyone who is looking for an Rv!

2022-04-26We had a great experience when we purchased our new Reflection 297RSTS Travel Trailer that we bought from Meyers RV of Syracuse at the Central NY RV Show. We had a great experience with our sales rep, Tim, who worked hard to get us a great deal on the new trailer, and a great trade-in value for our old camper. The staff there are all friendly, competent, knowledgeable, and very professional. The RV technician who did our walkthrough with us was patient and very helpful. He noted things that we did not see that he made sure to get fixed before they delivered it to our home 2.5 hours away. Andrea in Scheduling was quite helpful and top notch to work with. My husband and I love our new camper and we look forward to using it a lot this coming summer!

2021-07-02We purchased our first camper from Meyer’s of Syracuse on 4/9/2021. We purchased a brand new 2021 Prime Time Tracer 31BHD. Our sales associate, Troy Fisher was excellent! We had our 6 children with us and he was very patient, answered all of our questions, negotiated a great deal, even throwing in the hitch & sway bars. (Which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1)When we went to pick up our camper and do the walk through a couple weeks later, the mechanic doing the walk through noticed the fresh water tank read 2/3 full even though it was empty. The soonest they could get it in to be fixed was 6 weeks later. In the mean time, we were on our way to go camping, driving down 81 when the plastic undercover screws rusted out and started dragging (in our BRAND NEW camper…see picture). We had to pull over and ratchet strap it up enough to make it to Meyer’s. I called Meyer’s as soon as they opened. They were apologetic and allowed us to bring it right in. They told us it would be at least a couple hour wait as they already had two people ahead of us. We were now going to be arriving at our destination a lot later than planned & were going to have to sit in their waiting room with all of our kids. They were so gracious, had our camper fixed and we were out of there in an hour! During that trip we realized the screen in the door was ripping away at the seam. We also noticed our bunk room door hinge was broken. After we dumped our tanks, the fresh water (as we already knew) read 2/3, the grey tank read 2/3 full and the black tank read 2/3 full. I called Meyer’s to let them know we would like to have those things fixed when we brought it in for the appointment for the fresh water tank sensor. They gave us a bill for $400. We were able to get them to cover the grey tank fix and ended up paying $240. They said the black & grey tanks were “gummed up from wear & tear” and needed to be flushed. On a brand new camper only used a couple times?! They fixed & charged us for the screen, hinge & black water flush without first speaking with us. My husband checked the tanks before leaving Meyer’s and it still showed the fresh tank being 2/3 full. They had forgotten to put it on the work order and therefore never fixed it. Our appointment was at 9am and it was now after noon. They took 2 more hours to “fix” the sensor for the fresh water tank. The next day I checked the tanks & the grey water showed 1/3 full & the fresh water again read 2/3 full even though they were both empty & flushed. I tried calling the service department manager several times leaving messages on his voicemail as well as with a service member to relay to him. He never returned my calls until I called his boss. The service manager, Doug Horton (aka Smokey), was very rude when he finally returned my call. I explained that this was a brand new camper and that the tank sensors obviously were not working correctly. He refused to refund any of the $240. He tried blaming the black tank needing to be flushed after only a couple uses on us having a lot of children. We use happy camper in our black tank & our littles are the only ones to use the bathroom in the camper except at night. We also noticed the screws holding the bottom of the black piece on the front of the camper were pulled out. He offered for us to bring it back down (an hour drive and a lot of money in gas) and leave it for a couple days so they could fix everything (again) which we did. They said there was a bad ground wire connector in both the fresh and gray tanks. I should mention that we also purchased their extended warranty on this camper. We were very disappointed to purchase a brand new camper and have so many issues after only using it a couple times and then to have their service department not fix the issues the first time and charge us for what we believe were sensor/ground wire issues and should have been covered under warranty.Update 7/2- general manager, Mike Fleming called me, was very kind, apologetic & refunded us the $240. We changed our review to a 5 star.

2022-03-14We had a wonderful experience purchasing a Travel trailer here with Tim as our salesperson. He was friendly & helpful from the first phone call to the end. We traded in our current trailer & that process was very easy & painless as well. Service department was also wonderful with teaching us about the new camper as well as installing a new hitch. Would definitely recommend Meyers RV of Syracuse & salesperson Tim Baker.

2021-12-28What can I say….. Mike, John, Geoff, Troy, Andrea and the techs are great. We bought our first Camper around 11/2020. Mike gave us a hell of a deal on a 5th wheel that no other dealership would touch. After some serious use and travel this past summer, we had some issues with the fridge from the Manufacturer (Not Meyers fault, they don’t build them, they sell them). Stopped in to Meyers and Mike walked me over to the service Department and put me in touch with Andrea. Andrea got the techs right on it and had our camper out as soon as the parts came in. I’ve recommended Meyers of Syracuse to friends and family and they have had no complaints either.

2022-06-07I purchased a Harris pontoon and have been very happy with the entire process. Tyler Dalaba was our sales person. He is extremely knowledgeable and energetic. He answered all questions and took the time to send us photos when we needed them. He also answered texts on his day off! Id recommend Meyers highly.

2021-12-28I can’t say enough about this place. 1. Service was excellent even the GM Mike who I know is a busy man came and sat with us, answered questions and offered us coffee. There was no sales pitch just knowledge, and conversation. I really wish all my buying experiences went this well. The finance guy John was like a rain man with numbers … I mean that with no disrespect. 2. I was truly impressed. Not to mention the place looks amazing… if it wasn’t for my children running a muck I probably would have stayed longer. Thanks Meyers amazing experience!
