I have been wanting to share my experience with the company for over 2 months but I didnt know and still dont know how to Express the gratitude, appreciation, & up most respect I have for them. My family and I moved back to the NYC from MA due to my mothers health. We struggled for over 7 months looking for an apartment and in December we came to Mi Casa 2 seeking help and within 2wks they found us an apartment that is comfortable and near our family which was my mothers biggest request. My mother & I explained our situation to them and they made us feel prioritize & as family. They communicated with every single day throughout the process especially Ms. Rosa. They are extremely professionals and the most amazing, accommodating, respectful, considerate, RE Agency we have ever worked with. The best part is that they offer their assistance even after we moved into our apartment if we were ever in a bind with our landlord or any situation. We are wonderfully satisfied with them, I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone we know and meet. On behalf of my family I thank every single one of them for all they have done and continue to do for us.

Mi Casa Realty covers the property management of our 2 family home. We have no complaints in regards to their service and support. Theyre responsible for all of our rentals and tenant screening. I’m rating this a 5 star because I can’t do anything higher. Let me tell you about my experience with another realtor vs my experience with Mi Casa😊On April of this year I went to a competing realtor, fell in love with an apartment and the realtor told me and my family that we should be good to go. He told us the building will be ready and open by June 1st. The day comes and the realtor tells us to wait until July 1st that it wasn’t ready. July comes, August passed, so does September...October is here and my realtor tells me to send all my updated info as well as my husbands. We do it. 2 days later he calls us saying we’ve been rejected. I’m distraught at this point after waiting 6 months for nothing. So my husband and I go to Mi Casa.Monday we meet with Stephanie from Mi Casa and she shows us 2 apartments that we would like. We fall in love with one and speak with Silvio. We give him all the required paperwork, the payments and he tells us he will call us. Tuesday comes he tells me and my husband to meet the landlord. We meet him and Silvio tells me that he and the landlord will speak and that he’ll call me the next day. Wednesday comes Silvio calls me and says I have the apartment. Thursday comes Silvio tells me it’s time to sign the lease. Sunday is here and I’m moving into my new home😊😊I’m FOREVER grateful for Mi Casa and I’m 100% satisfied with my experience with them. They make you feel welcomed, they understand and they work with you as much as they can. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to go to😊
Some people I know told me about this business after I had the bad experience with them.....they change the business name to hide their bad reputation...and Silvio is a thief and scammer....I do not recommend this bad business, I hope other victims come forward, some people are scary and angry,but you can come out and speak up your negative experience with this business hope to hear from you.you will see me in another lost,you will not fool people
The biggest regret You can make is not reaching out to Mi Casa Realty if you’re searching for a new home in Nyc. In just 1 WEEK, Mi Casa Realty moved my family into a new home. The staff is amazing and trustworthy. They make you feel secured and literally do everything for you . Would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a new home in NYC.

Seeing that there is positive reviews here I guess they are just selective with who they give their customer service to. I came to Mi casa realty after finding it on Instagram and I came in to fill out an application and view a few apartments. The reason why I’m giving 1 star is because after the viewing, my partner and I loved the apartment we viewed but wanted to talk about it privately before we moved forward... clearly that was not the thing to do because since then we have not heard back from mi casa realty. I’ve called and texted numerous times to let them know we wanted to move forward with the apartment and never heard back. After sending numerous text messages I was told to reach out on a Monday to touch base and when I did still no response via phone call, text message or Instagram. So I applied, gave all my information and paid the application fee to then be ignored... but I guess that’s what you get when you find something on Instagram. Good luck to those finding an apartment.

Where do I start. Some time I walked into a realty office named Mi Casa where I met this what I now know to be an amazing young women Rosa. I was desperately looking for an apartment, I had a program and I was porting in from another state and running out of time. After explaining my situation she told me she would find me an apartment that same day she showed me an apartment and I fell in love. A week later she got me an interview with the property manager when I got there the manager try to convince me to take another apartment in the same building a smaller one. I was so upset I didn’t want the other apartmentSo I disagreed. when I was leaving Rose came up to and said Ms Lewis do you want that apartment what apartment she said 2c and I said yes and she said I will get you that apartment. I don’t what she did and it took some time even when I thought for sure that I was going to get that apartment Rosa and her assistance Liz over ther at Mi Casa got me that ,oh did I mentioned that it’s a beautiful apartment Mi Casa worked hard to not just got me an apartment but, got me the apartment I wanted even with a program.I would and will recommend Mi Casa realty to anyone looking for an apartment.

One star isn’t even worth it. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Sylvio is more interested in you giving. A deposit than where you decide to move. He is money hungry and has no interest in helping you. !!!!’ Stay away there are many genuine brokers out there find the right one ! That will take their time with you!! Good luck! The only reason why they have the reviews they have is because before giving you the apartment keys he calls you to give him a good review he insists !!!! Don’t believe everything you see, things aren’t always what they same. Again go find good brokers not everyone is after ur money! There are good people out there too

Worst customer service ! These people dont even care about making sure we find the right apartment and are satisfied with our investement. They just care about the money! On top of it all, they are rude and unprofessional!! Hung up the phone on me, wouldnt negotiate on our behald and spoke to my family in a terrible manner. As is our bussiness and our money is trash, as if theyre doing us a favor.

2021-11-03My experience with Mi Casa 2 Reality has been a pleasure to know how fast and how helpful they can be. I got to say Rosa been helping my mom get her paperwork done with out having to leave the house. She’s been calling my mom giving updates and has been in tune with us every step of the way. All the way up to when my mom was singing the lease and is now living in her own apartment. Silvio has been Professional with everything even gave my mom advice on how to move farward. I really recommend Mi Casa 2 Reality to anyone looking for help finding an apartment. Because they do they best giving 110% of there time intel their jobs. 2021-10-19Mi casa 2 realty...is the wrost nightmare, they rip you off, a employee name Silvio is a thief, this businessvpeople take them to court, they even change the name of the business,but they cant hide there reputation, they got me a apartment in the wrost condition repairs,Silvio promised to fix the problem after they get your money all promise are fake,and call them they dont do nothing, if you got section8 Silvio manipulate you ,I got a two bedroom apartment and my voucher said 1 bedroom so I had a extra room I was not supposed to,so Silvio blackmail me telling me he will call section8 to report me that I had 2 bedroom apartment. What kind of business is this??? They are not professional at all...dont mess with this business they will mess up your whole life

2021-04-29Silvio, Rosa & Jose have been very helpful during the process of finding an apartment. I found the apartment on Instagram and as soon as I called Rose helped me in scheduling a view. Me and my Boyfriend had so many questions regarding the apartment and they answered them all to their best ability. Family owned and inviting office treats you like your one of their own. 2020-04-29Mi casa 2 realty rented out our apartments (6 of them to be exact) in no time. They screened the tenants, collected the security deposit and rent and the lease terms have proven to be great for us. Silvio even provided help to complete a few needed repairs quickly, all the while communicating with us on what was going on. They are easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to my questions and requests. It has been a pleasure working with them. We truly feel like we are partners. 2020-07-11I have been looking for a 3 bedroom apartment for about 2 years now and every agency I went to It seemed like they were more interested in my money and application fees than actually finding me a apartment. I met Silvio and he found me a apartment right away and In less than a week I was moving in. Silvio treated me like family and guided me through the whole process.
