MIKE IS THE MAN ! Not gonna lie these guys are awesome. I’ve been to some shady spots in my 2 years of owning a car but as soon as you walk in and talk to ANYONE on the crew, You feel this ultimate wave of trust. THESE guys KNOW what they’re doing. I had two tires leaking.. one from a previous plug and one from a nail ( my luck ) and these guys explain what they’re doing and what’s happening. I’m never going anywhere else. Thanks guys !
It was a quick in and out wheel alignment. Nice friendly staff and fair prices. I wish they have a bigger place like the old location, but again this is NYC, space is always tight.

I was driving into NYC from Pennsylvania to start my first day on a new job when my tire blew out in the middle of state route 380, I got the emergency by bubble on and went to work the next morning but had to find a place to get my tire repaired last minute as my job daily travel. A tire company recommended this garage and I was sure I wouldn’t get an appointment that quickly when I saw how busy they were. Mike and all the staff were amazing they took my car in right away, I asked that they replace all four tires including the damaged ones and I was back on the road within an hour. These folks are amazing. I found them to be honest (they told me I didn’t need to replace the others). There work is impeccable, they even repacked my emergency tire and all the contents of the roadside kit back into the tire well. Talk about attention to detail! If you need tires in NYC this is the place to go! Thanks again guys for all that you do!
At one point or another you question who fixes your car . I’ve been burnt god knows way to many times and I think I know it all . I gave these guys a shot and it’s been 20 yrs . Day 1 they treat you like family

I have been going to M.I.C. for years and was so stressed when I realized the shop was no longer in its location when I needed help with my tires. I searched and found them (lucking still in the vicinity) and as usual I was taken care of the same exact way I was from the day I walked in there the very first time. I highly recommend them for all your needs and I guarantee you will treated like family not a customer just like I have been for years.

Im 69 years old, and have just discovered a diamond in the rough. Mic Tires is Now & Forever my go too shop. Great place to have any car maintenance.I just had my 70K service nicely done, and everyone at the shop was so friendly and helpful. Not only they squeezed me into their busy schedule, I was clearly told all the services my car needed and didn’t need. Pricing is reasonable, and with COSTCO discount it’s quite a deal.I recommend this shop for maintenance services, and I will definitely use the shop again.
Called day of requesting an oil change appointment, and they were able to accommodate me within an hour or so which was awesome (I was at 5%). They had a waiting room, and literally was there less an hour. The front desk was also very nice.Will definitely go back for future car repairs, oil change, etc. Thanks guys!

These guys are amazing! I just so happen to be at the shell station pumping gas and all of sudden my vehicle didn’t want to start because of a dead battery. With the urgency of me wanting to get to my hiking trip upstate and on time they were there to help me. Not only did they change my battery on the spot, they also didn’t over charge me for the service due to the urgency. The best place to handle your car needs! I have been to other places that have tried to rip me off but this place is genuine and just absolutely amazing. Whenever I had an issue with my car they always did their best to fix the solution and if it wasn’t fixable they would give me the best long term option. Huseiyn and Mike are great! I had a flat tire and pulled into M.I.C. Tire Pros at Astoria Shell. They were quite busy but when I asked for help, they were very courteous and helpful. They offered to change my tire and mount my spare tire. I decided to purchase a new tire and was on my way in 45 minutes. They were willing to simply change my tire for me and never tried to sell me a new tire! I was very appreciative and thankful!!
I brought my car to these guys for the first time in the winter of 2019, they gave me a great price on 4 tires, changed my oil, and did my inspection. Earlier today I brought my car there again, this time to take a look at my breaks, which were squeaking a bit. They called me within an hour and told me that I needed front brakes and gave me a great price. I confirmed to go ahead with the brakes. An hour later they called to tell me car was ready. I showed up a few minutes later, paid my bill, got my car and I’m a happy camper. These people offer great service, super quick, always a warranty on the parts, and they give great prices. As someone who knows nothing about cars I’m happy to have found this place who is always fair and never try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Highly recommend them.
Amazing customer service. I went in for a noise in my car & they thought they fixed the right thing, picked it up & my car was still making the noise. I brought this up to the mechanic & he was very kind about it & was determined to get to the bottom of the issue. I had paid for the original fix they proposed that didn’t solve the noise. They were very kind and professional about it & made sure they found the problem and fixed it without an additional cost to me. 12/10 experience would recommend them to anyone!
Everyone was polite and professional. Literally EVRYONE! Went to get my annual car inspection. The process was efficient and they were thorough. Make sure you get there as soon as they open. Its first come, first serve and will stop taking cars when the queue is full. Definitely worth the wait though for the A+ service.

I came in without an appointment, I was taken care of almost immediately even though they were busy.Had a weird noise coming from my car, they diagnosed the problem: turns out my calipers on the back had locked up and were done. The brake pads in the back were completely done, and the rotors in the back were damaged. They put in new calipers, rotors, and brake pads at a total cost $643 with tax included. This was after a 15% discount I get by being a Costco member.The mechanic who took care of me was Hussein, he was very kind and patient in explaining to me the problem and proper maintenance. His father also works there, its a father/son business. I definitely feel comfortable with them and will be bringing my future car repair work here.

Great shop. They take care of you, dont rip you off, or make you wait long.6/11/21- I drop my car off at 8am for oil change service, and first thing Mike says is OK lets rotate your tires too since its been about 6k miles. Great idea. While the car was on the lift they notice my front brakes/ rotors were SHOT and reccomended get these changed out. When i asked how long, Mike told me just another 2 hours to change out. I think he was done before that. This shop is so easy to deal with, it truly is a pleasure bringing my vehicle here and you certainly feel like a priority.Highly reccomend

Brought my 2016 Ford Fusion in to get a slow leak in my tire checked and they were really busy so I jad to wait a few min but when they got to it they where very proffesional in everything they did and even showed me how bad my tire actually was instead of not showing me and just telling me lies like any other shop would do. Long story short ended up getting all 4 tires replaced and a wheel alignment for a great price and when I got my car back it was gliding on the streets and felt so good. Mike was a great help to me and I appreciate his and all his coworkers service to my car.
Mike was great, I bring my car in the morning, he took photos of the bad tire. I came back in the afternoon, he had all the paper work ready. We were out of there in less than 30 minutes.

Great experience, no issues. Needed a tire changed due to a nail and was using my tire and wheel insurance to do so and they made it super easy. Two months ago I did the same exact thing to both my front tires that had air bubbles and no issues or run arounds whatsoever. Definitely a great spot for your tire and wheel needs.

I chose the location as it had god reviews. When I arrived no one working at the establishment had a mask on. TI thought they had no respect for their customers. I had two New tires fitted and one blew just a few miles after I left their property. I tried to get help as they would have been closed by the time AAA would get me there. They we pretty much dismissive about the problem and said I could come whenever I could make it. I managed to get a spare fitted at a cost that evening and made it to them the next day for a replacement. Holy cow! they were wearing masks! Had someone said something? No one said anythin g to me except where are the keys dont park there your car is readyNo we are sorry for the inconvenience no thank you, Please come again not even a good morning from all of more than half a dozen people that were there. They knew the car and they knew what I was there for, the least they could have done was acknowledge their error.
Im 58 years old, owned 30 cars. Been to hundreds of auto service shops. After my 4th visit I can assert that this is the best service I ever experienced. The staff takes their work very seriously and they are friendly and professional No Democrats working there, I am sure!

After having less than stellar experiences with pep boys and jiffy lube in Astoria, I decided to take my car to MIC Tire Pros about a year ago (originally to repair a flat tire). Upon my first visit they asked me if I’d like to sign up for their free rewards program which granted me a free flat tire fix. After that, I began taking my car in for regular service. Their prices are very reasonable and they all seem to genuinely care, without ripping you off. I’ve gotten regular oil changes (with free tire rotation), suspension work, and brakes done. I recently got an inspection done on my car and they informed me that the bumper/light bulb above the rear license plate was damaged and dangling behind, so it wasn’t illuminating (which I new). They repaired it the best they could, since the bumper was damaged, for no charge. Also, wait times are very reasonable! I’ve never made an appointment and they’ve always been accommodating.

I was having a bad day. My car was having issues and I knew I could not hold off on getting the necessary repairs. I had not been to MiC Tire Pros in a while because I was on the West Coast for business the past few months. To my amazement, the Manager behind the Service Desk recognized me! Even before I could say a word, the Manager Michael, greeted me by my name and asked me about my Honda Civic. Michael even knew the work I had done on the car 6 months prior without looking it up on his computer!. From that point on, I knew I was in good hands and my mood completely changed. We chatted for a few minutes about what I thought was wrong with my car. Michael was professional, asking the right questions, then proceeded to take my car keys letting me know that his guys would do a thorough inspection on the car to address my concerns. Not long after, Michael called me with an update. Suffice to say, I was right about the concerns I had with my car. I informed Michael to do the necessary work that he suggested. I trusted his judgment and knew he was not trying to sell me on a repair that I did not need. The next call I received from Michael was to pick up my Honda. Before I left, Michael took the time to show me everything that his team did. I was very grateful. Upon driving my car off the lot, I could immediately notice the difference in the handling, suspension and overall ride of the car. For a while I was convinced I was driving a new car! The best part of my experience was Michael calling me once more (something he did not have to do) to see if I was happy. I informed Michael that not only was I happy but I would suggest to all my habibes that they take their cars to MiC Tire Pros if ever they needed work done. JUST ASK FOR MIKE!

It’s rare use the words honest and auto mechanic in the same sentence but MIC Tire Pros is just that! Took my CRV in for some nails-on-a-chalkboard grinding from the rear tire. Thought for sure I was in for a brake and rotor job. Have almost 100K on this baby so had the coolant flushed and the plugs replaced too. When I went to pick it up, saw the bill was peanuts. Thought they mis-calculated. Wound up I had a small stone caught between the backing plate and the wheel. Didn’t need brakes at all. I use them for tires and repairs on all my cars. Now you know why. These guys are the BEST!!
Great guys. I trust them. Even with my 2012 BMW 528i. Thats saying a lot. Dont let the exterior fool you. They have a nice a/c waiting room in the back with wifi and a big TV.

The electronic cluster of my 2000 VW Passat was dead. Michael from MIC sent it to NJ where a repair person replaced it with a used one and recalibrated it for my vehicle. The car now works perfectly.We have been using MIC for years for inspection and repairs and they have always been great. We highly recommend them.

I sell services myself and leaving a review is a hard one, but Mic is great, been going there over 5 years, I have a Honda Pilot 2013 and I left from fixing my Car at Paragon Honda because they took forever and overpriced, I moved to New Jersey lately and I keep bringing the car to Mics, prices, fixing timing is great and you get a guaranteed job every time.

2022-06-15I called multiple places to get an oil change. But only this place stood out . They said I had to leave my car and in 2-3 hours it will be ready .They fulfilled that promise and I’m very pleased with their professionalism. And the front desk guy is very friendly as well . And knows how to converse with customers .I received an invoice with the break down of everything , and I must say their prices are unbeatable ! .Thank you ! I found my permanent spot for all my car needs .

2022-03-30Mike was great, came in for wheel repair since I had a visible damage on 2 wheels. After inspection he did mention I had a 3rd damage wheel. He gave me his Best recommendation and suggestions considering they May not hold after repair. As a first time customer I can appreciate his honesty 👍🏼 Shout out to him and the whole team there !!!

2022-01-06Went today to get a brake replacement and it was such a great experience. Many women can talk about the experience of being taken advantage of by auto shops and being overcharged but I can honestly say that was not the case today. It was a genuinely great experience and the issues with my car were taken care of within a 3 hour window and the car feels back to normal.

2021-12-12I was looking around in my area for someone to install a bull bar. No one near me would do it, that’s when I got referred to them. I drove up from PA and was able to park it there Friday night. They got to work on it the next day and did an excellent job. In another 2 weeks I’m going to have them install my led light bar. The staff was kind and answered my questions right away. I would definitely recommend them they do great quality work.
