Dr. Germaine has been our dentist for almost 20 years. He is a highly professional individual who truly cares about his patients. He takes his time and explains all procedures, giving you all the options to choose your own course of action. His injections and procedures are remarkably painless. His staff is extremely professional and friendly. We love his staff, they are as exceptional as he is. My wife and I agree that he is truly the best and that you will have the greatest experience when you meet Dr. Germaine and his staff.
If you’re looking for a new dentist, look no further. Dr.Germaine is the best around. He made me feel comfortable and is very gentle. His prices are always fair and I highly recommend their services. My teeth and mouth have never felt or looked better.
Every part of the dental experience is top notch here. You feel like you are a member of their family. Everyone knows your first name and is so pleasant and skilled at what they do. Melissa the dental hygienist gives you a thorough cleaning that’s pain free and she is always so pleasant and knowledgeable. All three of my children love her. Anna is wonderful and makes the appointment and billing experience easy and pleasant. Anna is also Doctor Germaine’s dental assistance and she too is reassuring and skilled at what she does. As for Doctor Germaine... he is the best around. It feels so good to know we are all in the very best hands. He is painless, pleasant, so skilled at what he does and always takes the patient’s best interest into account when planning treatment. This is so important to me! I’m so happy to have found this wonderful dental practice.
Not a problem with his staff but Dr Germaine is getting old and his work quality is deteriorating greatly. Fillings he did on my teeth have fallen out after a month. He and his receptionist are very pushy about scheduling new appointments. Plus worst parking ever! You have to drive thru a tight alleyway to the parking lot trying not to ding your car!

From the minute my mother and I walked in the door you are received with a warm welcome from his lovely staff.Dr Germaine was very caring towards my mother who had fallen and broke her two front teeth. He was very gentle and always explaining what he was going to do and asking if she was o.kIt shows he loves his work and more importantly he loves making his patients comfortable. Anna, the front desk manager was my first acquaintance... she took the time to explain my insurance thoroughly and so very sweet. Michael Germaine was so kind and explained my needs in detail to my understanding... Today I had the most gentle and thorough cleaning from their hygienist, Melissa. I have always been anxious when it came to cleanings.... She was the Best I have ever had! I cannot begin to express the professionalism with this practice but more so, the sincerity you feel after leaving there! I will no longer go to anyone else!!!

We have been using Doctor Germaine for about a year. I found him through a family referral (she is in the dental field). Doctor Germaine is an absolute dream of a dentist (and we have been to plenty!). He operates with precision and expertise, is gentle, and also really knows his field. This is a doctor who loves what he does and has mastered his craft.The office staff is responsive, friendly, and sends helpful text message reminders for upcoming appointments. Dr Germaines office is always extremely professional. They do not overbook like many other offices, wait time is always very minimal and you get 5 star service. Dr. Germaine, Anna, and Melissa are amazing!! This office was highly recommended to me and I couldnt be happier!! From the initial phone call to make my appointment and every visit since, they have all gone above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They explain everything in detail and even check on you the day after your visit. The office is so clean, each exam room has a small tv to keep you entertained and they even gave me a blanket since the room was chilly. I had 3 old cavities that needed to be repaired and they made sure I was comfortable each time. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!!! I LOVE my beautiful new crowns! They look much nicer than my real teeth. I had a great experience with Dr. Germaine. He was very sensitive to my anxiety and my pain. The staff is very caring. The dental hygienist does an excellent job.

I first came to Dr. Germaine when I move to the U.S.. I was very nervous because I needed a lot of dental work. From the moment I walked into his office I immediately felt comfortable. The staff made me feel relaxed and Dr. Germaine explained everything that I needed to get done. I am not big on writing reviews but I feel I must share how wonderful my experience was at Dr Germaines office. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist and as a result, I neglected my teeth and had many dental problems.I had heard how terrific Dr Germaine was, so I decided to try him out. I am so thankful because Dr Germaine and his whole staff were so kind and caring, and they are incredible at their jobs. Dr Germaine is so good that I felt no pain afterwards. He also takes the extra steps to make sure your teeth look and function great. I can eat foods that I had always been uncomfortable to eat! Its a super crew that are smart and efficient.I highly recommend!

Dr. Germaine is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! I had such a fear of the dentist until a close friend referred me to him & now I have nothing left to fear. He takes the time out to get to know his patients & explain everything he is doing. Also, his shots do not hurt! I couldnt believe it, I truly feel so comfortable in his chair & he always pauses to ask if you’re doing ok. Now besides Dr.Germaine, his staff there is also amazing. Anna & Melissa are so kind & caring, they make it a point to know your name & greet you always with a smile, you are not just another patient file to them. They have helpful texting reminders, & not the automated kind by a computer, but they are actually texting you to remind you of your appointments or to simply ask you how are you doing the day after youve had work done, what dentist office do you know that does that? Their simply amazing! You can have a back and forth conversation via text which is so helpful with making & confirming appointments. Overall I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Germaine for anyone who is timid of the dentist or simply just wants a fantastic reliable dentist that comes with an even more amazing office staff!

Dr. Germaine is not only a PAIN FREE dentist (I know that sounds like an oxymoron) but an excellent one as well!I should know, as I have been his patient for over 20 years. I have had numerous problems with my teeth and gums but he has done a remarkable job taking care of me and restoring my mouth beautifully.His staff are not only efficient and friendly, but always go out of their way to to take care of their patients! Seriously it was the best cleaning I have ever had, as I am in the dental industry myself so I can judge very well. I met Dr.Germaine and he gave me an exam, told me what was goibg on in my mouth.. This is my wifes account, but I happened upon Dr. Germaines office a few years ago and have had nothing but great experiences in my time with him and his staff. They are kind, professional, and genuinely concerned with giving you the exact care that you need and want. I had the best dental experience of my life thanks to Dr. Germaine. I accidentally chipped my tooth a few months ago (and was on the verge of heart failure because of how worried I was about it!) and Dr. Germaine managed to fix it to look like it had never been chipped. I’ve been going to Dr. Germaine for 20 years and I’ve never once had a bad visit. Everyone there is super friendly and personal and the office is extremely clean. It’s great for all ages, I started going there when I was about 3 or 4 years old and they always accommodated for kids. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else, I definitely recommend!

Dr. Michael Germaine’s care and expertise is truly one-of-a kind.I actually fly to NY from my home in Atlanta in order to see him because of all of what makes him a great dentist:•He brings a excellence and precision in how he performs a procedure – a perfectionist for quality•He provides a very caring, loving and safe environment where I can relax and know I will be well cared for•He is thoughtful and dedicated in making sure that I am not hurting during the procedure and that I feel safe•He follows up after every appointment to see how I am feeling and if I need anything•He never tries to push more services or products and only looks at what I really need right now. I have been Dr. Germaine patient for a short period of time, and I am very pleased with the quality of work he provides .He is very open and honest with his treatment, will show you before and after pictures of what was and what is , he takes time to educate you . Dr. Germaine has been my dentist for almost 20 years and my kids dentist for about 10 years...Hes not only a great Dentist, but hes an amazing and caring person...His staff makes every visit an enjoyable one for me and my family...I moved off of Long Island in 2006 and I still drive 40 miles to see him every 3-6 months...I would never change dentists...Hes the best in the world!

2021-11-15Initially came to Dr.Germaine for a second opinion as my previous dentist suggested I need a tooth cap, Dr.Germaine explained there was no good reason to shave part of my tooth and add a cap on top for my given scenario. This kind of honesty is rare in the medical field in my opinion and I’m very glad I was able to find it here. In addition, Dr.Germaine is very professional and is always happy to explain any questions even during the middle of his procedure. He will stop doing what’s he’s doing and make sure you feel comfortable with everything before proceeding. His staff is phenomenal as well, Anna has made making appointments extremely convenient and is always reaching out to make sure I’m feeling good following the last procedure. I’m extremely satisfied with everything and would recommend to anyone looking for a new Dentist!

2020-08-25A friend of mine recommended Dr. Germaine and I am so thankful that they did. From the time I called to book my first appointment I could feel the warmth of the office. Anna makes you feel welcome and does everything she can to make your experience a positive one even before you get to your first appointment. The hours are extremely accommodating and you always feel well taken care of when you leave the office. Dr. Germaine is very kind and has wonderful bedside manner which is important in a dental office, he makes you feel comfortable, he takes his time and does not rush through procedures. Your happiness as a patient is of their upmost concern so they do everything the can to make your experience a positive one. I will never go anywhere else!

He has made sure that my teeth and six veneers that I have over my upper teeth are perfectly sized and matched. His office is super clean And his staff make you feel so welcome. 2021-11-09I’ve been seeing Dr. Germaine my whole life. I always knew he was a good dentist, but never really knew how good until recently. I chipped a front tooth and being an actor, facing a possibly ruined smile was a horrifying thought. Dr. Germaine took care of me like it was nothing. He reassured me that my smile was in fact not ruined and talked through all of my options with me. I now have an incredibly real looking tooth thanks to Dr. Germaine!
