I have been a customer of Michael J. Burger for over 10 years and the service has been wonderful. His office has been so helpful to me through all my insurance issues and request. My overall experience with Michael was top notch from the moment I contacted his office. He was able to review my past policy and find out I was paying way more than I should of been. Michael and Diane are wonderful! One of the very few places you will go that when you call they know you by name. 2021-12-06I leased a car this year. Michael did all the paperwork promptly & efficiently. He even worked on his day off to help me. He always gives good advice and I trust him. The lady who works with him at the office ( I think her name is Sandy ) is very knowledgeable also. They are reliable and professional.

He was quite professional, friendly and did an in-depth review of my current policies. He explained what he could offer and I ended up with better coverage at a lower price. 2021-09-13Several years ago I switched my home insurance (Met Life) and auto insurance (Geico) to Mike Burger at AllState and have saved hundreds of dollars a year. Mike has always been very responsive to my inquiries and helpful in explaining things in a simple way. I would highly recommend Mike as a full insurance agent if you’re looking to save money and work with a professional, responsive agent.
