Sofia831799 was the best she gave me the best service ever. Sofia even up sale me a Lil but definitely not pushy. I enjoyed my time shopping in the store she was so knowledgeable about the products. She knew the answer to every question I had. This is the first time I ever felt so comfortable spending my money. The way she explained and described the merchandise I know I was getting high end quality. Sofia at store#00646 is the best part of the store I just want to say thank u for all your help I know my girl is going to love her gift

I was assisted by four extremely lovely sales associates with finding and purchasing a gift for my 9 bridesmaids. They searched high and low to find enough of the item in stores at other locations. I received a phone call at every move to let me know that another item was found and that it would be shipped to my home. I received all of the gifts within just a few days. The ladies were all so nice and kind! Thank you for your great service.

Quite a good selection and okay prices. They have sales every now and again that are great. Went to buy my wife a watch and the employee seemed pretty knowledgeable about it and was helpful. Also have a rewards program if thats your thing. Will probably buy from them in the future.

I bought a smart watch that DOES NOT work it constantly shuts off and its battery life is terrible. O went to return to ans was told I couldnt because it was final sale. NO ONE told me so and the associate who sold me the watch showed little care in fixing her mistake. Now I am out of 400 dollars because she neglected to inform me of their return policy on such an expensive purchase.

After discovering an item was out of stock online during a great sale, I was very disappointed. I called the 1-800 customer service number, who explained they were also showing the item was out of stock. So they suggested I call a local store to see if they had the item in stock and could have it shipped to my home. I called this location and the girls were so friendly and helpful. They were able to locate the item I was looking for and place the order right over the phone. I also explained I had received an email with a 10% discount code for signing up for promotional emails on the Michael Kors website (I would have been happy just to purchase the bag without the additional discount) and they happily gave me the additional 10% off. So a bag that would have cost me $429.84 cost me a total of $189.55. I couldnt be happier and will definitely be doing business with this store in the future.

I walked into the store and immediately I felt disrespected. I asked the lady there a simple question and she started giving me attitude and kept telling me the price of the bags when I didnt ask, acting as if I couldnt afford it or if the brand was better than me. I felt disgusted and disappointed so I left empty handed.

I usually always shop here. I was asking a price of an item to the associate/manager and because another customers purchase was bigger then mine she gave me an attitude about me asking her while helping the other customer. It was very rude and degrading. I Will stick to online shopping.
