First time meeting Dr Zuckman as I needed to change my PCP. Dr Zuckman was very nice, taking time to go over my history and answering all my questions. He came highly recommended from my previous PCP and I agree. Showed general interest in my heath, even as a new patient.
Dr Zuckman takes the time to listen, ask questions and provide professional care. It took me a long time to find a PCP that I feel comfortable with. I know that I can count on him for good, sound medical advice.
Dr. Zuckman has proven to be knowledgeable, caring, professional, and understanding of my needs. I have never been rushed through an appointment. He always listens to my questions and concerns and answers in language that I can easily understand.

It was perfect, they scheduled an appointment for us, recognizing an immediate need, yet gave us full attention.
I have been going to Caremount Mt Kisco and getting an appointment with my primary care physician there is becoming so hard. Three weeks to get an appointment. I started to look around and stumbled Dr. Zuckman as one of the recommended physicians in the neighborhood. Boy am so glad. The facility in Armonk office is beautiful and very clean. Parking is so easy. Their lot is so big so you can choose your own spot...lol. Staff/receptionist in front are just okay ( no smiling faces, just pure business, cold presence ) but Dr. Zuckman staff are very nice and friendly. I like the office because the imaging and lab centers are there too. I was sent to the imaging center and they have very friendly staff as well. I would like to mention No need to take elevators or climb stairs. Big plus is you have a phone / WiFi signal on your phone.Now to Dr. Zuckman. Dr. was very thorough and spent 40 minutes with me as a new patient. No rush at all. Answered all my questions and bedside manner is impeccable. His office is Monday-Friday . Also, what I like is if I wanted to send him a message , either I can call or I can go to my chart and he can access quickly all messages to him.Highly recommended. Office take insurances because it is part of White Plains Physicians Associates.Update: I sent a message via my chart and been two weeks but was not answered. So probably best way is to call. I no longer recommend to send message via my chart. A star off. Based on my experience with other offices. usually the staff reads and prints the message for the doctor. So not sure the disconnect.
The doctor is a amazing person not only does he speak to you about your situation medically he has a great personality and of course he’s a great doctor this whole facility is amazing this should be the blueprint for every medical office I am so pleased that I made the change to 99 Business Park Dr. And White Plains Hospital and they are in credible medical staff thank you for treating me so well Dr. Zuckerman

Dont Judge a book by the medication prescribed by DOCTORS! What a judgemental arrogant person. Probably the worst physical EVER. 2 minutes into the exam, as if he knows me, and he tells me to take responsibility for myself and stop blaming others?! He means blame doctors for prescribing me medication. He tells me I dont want to get off a specific medication when Ive been trying for many years. I had to beg to have him order a Lupus test since Im high risk and have symptoms. He did not order a Prostate blood test to check my prostate at 47 years old. He rather wait for me to have cancer I guess. He focuses the entire exam on the fact Ive been taking a specific medication for 17 years, given to me by the same doctor for 17 years in Manhattan. Also, I told him I have reaction to Statin drugs for cholesterol, and he repeats the word Statin about 6 times as if Im talking another language and then tells me I dont know what Im talking about. Never again. Worst bedside manner in the history of doctors.

Detailed, patient, deeply knowledgeable and caring doctor who took the time to thoroughly review medical history and ensure I was seeing the proper specialists and up-to-date on routine tests and vaccines. As a bonus Dr. Zuckman is an extremely personable person and genuinely pleasant person.
