2022-03-08First its a good store very throughout, however it took entirely too long for a transaction that should have take like 5 mins... and I think its because this place is more so for handy persons, like I knew what I wanted and asked for it however was met with a million extra steps.... all of which I guess would be reasonable for a business but not the casual person off the street

2020-03-05I got a personal, knowledgeable, and dedicated service from a wonderful attendant in this store. he was also very honest and fair with the prices offered. he carefully guided me on my purchases and made sure I got the precise item I was looking for. I strongly recommend this shop and will surely come over for my shopping next time Im in need.

2017-07-06This place feels like home to go shop at. It may be a little uncomfortable at first as many customers are recurring and have been shopping there for a while. But they have to be the friendliest group of guys. Always going out of their way to help customers.

2016-10-28I have been there 2x,,, never got any thing accomplished here,, never EVEN talked to any one at the counter. I could understand that the TRADES come first, but if there are 3-4 electricians in front of you , you WILL be there for 20-40 min...... there should be a better plan. Both times I just left and walked out frustrated. Another thing is that its impossible to park there, there are spots inside, youll never get one, they are for the trades that spend $$$$, not for the homeowner spending $10-40.

2014-01-07Joe at Michaels is a pleasure to speak with I had been searching all day for a specific light bulb and was quoted $9.00 for each T 12 96 inch light bulb for my store exterior, The reason why I gave it FIVE STARS? The other places I called were trying to charge me $50.00 dollars for the same bulb. Another almost Sixty!! If you want a good deal and a company that treats their customers with respect call these people. Hands down to them.

2016-04-26They were rude, nasty and treated us like we werent paying cusromers. Would never go back here again, would rather go out of my way to the supply house in queens, they are always a pleasure and are very helpful. Thanks for the attitude when you messed up the order not US! Thanks MIKE!
