Loveee this place! They have the cutest stuff! Not quite ready for spring decor yet but it was 30% off so I picked up a few pieces and made myself this cute little box for the top of my fridge. The bird is from there too!

The manager sandrine is very rude to her employees. I went in a few months ago to purchase something and she was scolding her employees over the walkie and through the loudspeaker. I wouldn’t be surprised if her employees started quitting due to mistreatment. Do not shop here, no one should support any business that mistreats their employees.

Michaels has the best prices such a variety and on top of everything else they coupons plus sales which not alot of companies do, it makes the customer buy even more.!
Love the store... but the parking lot here is not well designed and hthere is always so much chaos in it!
I want to start by saying that I had a terrible experience at the framing department when I gave them an art for custom framing. At first after almost two weeks of notice when I went to the store, I was told that the there was an issue with the framing because they had screwed the nails too close to the frames border and therefore the frame was damaged. I can understand that we all make mistake and they ordered a new frame and had to wait almost ten days and today when I went to the store to pick up the frame they had another issue ( white border seen). When I brought up the issue, I was told that, the intent is to get it right. Not sure what that means, I had to wait 20 mins for them to fix it. After the wait, I took a look at the frame and the problem was still not completely resolved, after this I wasnt gonna waste my time and energy to fix this because I was afraid that my art would be damaged and they wouldnt take responsibility. End product is end up paying exorbitant amount of pay as usual for custom framing and ended up with a mediocre product. Lesson learnt: never going back again.

Came here for a custom frame I needed to have made and Jordan was top tier in terms of service. He laid out all the options available, and was very knowledgeable of the subject of the art as well as what mat colors / frame textures could work with it. He was passionate and you can tell he enjoys what he does. More than pleased. 5 stars for him alone. Will come here for any custom frame work, without question.As a store, its handy to get arts and crafts supplies if needed. Never had a complaint about the place.

Pretty poorly stocked. They almost never have fine art brushes stocked.
They have a pretty decent selection of supplies that I need and its fun to walk through each aisle in the fine arts section. The staff are decent and friendly. However, due to covid most likely, sometimes it takes a long time for items to restock in the store and theres lots of empty shelves.
They are super helpful in there and have almost everything you’ll need 🖍
Nothing is restocked... it’s a bit comical. I couldn’t buy a single thing I came for.

Good store for crafting,crocheting painting etc.. they also have scale plastic models like aircrafts and cars but very few. It was nice to see.
This is the worst location. If you want no help and wait forever, then you can go here. Twice I brought my art to be framed and paid a lot of money only to wait weeks for it. Claiming they got sidetracked or simply forgot about it. Save your money and go to a different location!!!!!!!

This Michaels store use to have do much nice thing to do crafts with.I used to purchase my beads and stones here when I couldnt go into Manhattan.. it was like a ghost town.. there wasnt any beads or anything to create a nice jewelry piece 😢😢😢😢😢

Went to Michaels for custom framing - already had 6 done previously and now doing 4 more. They do a fabulous job of restoring old forgotten pictures into works of art! Their sales help too!

Very pleasant staff, store is neat and clean. This store is a little smaller than some others but selection is okay. I almostly exclusively shop for yarn, and this location has a very limited yard selection.
The aisles are generally organized and clean. And there are constantly good sales and coupons to find in store. Sadly, every time I come here, the store feels understaffed. There always seems to be a line that is waiting too long to get to a register. The employees are doing a fine job, but it definitely seems like they are spread thin.
Good-size store but the staff are not that friendly nor helpful. There is often a long line at checkout with tired looking staff. They should really train certain staff of how to talk to customers. First time I I asked where I go for in-store pickup, that stuff shooed without any eye contact and said Go! Just get in line! Second time they cant find my order in the store record, that staff said this is very strange, it must be you enter your info wrong online. I havent not seen others like this. Its only YOU. Excuse YOU Miss, its not me, its YOU thats rude and fail at basic communication.
The Michaels is fine, and its run and stocked like any other Michaels. But do yourself a favor and park next door or around back. The parking lot (thanks the the adjacent Trader Joes) is a nightmare.
The store is decent but there never seems to be enough staff at the register. This would be a good store to install a self checkout system.

Visited this store to frame a painting, the service, kindness and professionalism of Jordan is unparalleled. Guided me through all the posible options, he was very patient and helped me choose the correct one. The price for what I requested was excellent. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy. Staff is friendly. You just have to get past the horde of zombies who form the line for trader Joes who will literally try to kill you becaise they think you are cutting the line. Nothing gets in the way of their super duper, all organic, chicken friendly, climate fighting lettuce.

Left a picture to be framed, 2 months later it’s still not done. Was never contacted had to call every time for then to tell me that they were just about to call me. Many excuses and still my picture is not framed. Manager didn’t care when I explained to him what happenedWorst customer service I have ever experienced
I always go here and Ive seen the improvement so far. It used to be disorganized but now everything looks logically placed. Id like to see more employees around in case of assistance. They do have barcode price checkers which comes in handy if something has no price. Overall, its a great craft store.
Great selection of products, if you get there early. Call ahead as delivery stock is not replaced daily.

Very friendly staff albeit they are difficult to find when you need them.Cashiers being the exception as they seemed to be either too busy to bother or oblivious to their own store. Needed to go to the Custom Framing Department in the rear of the store before you would see anybody actually doing any steady work that you can get a hold.of. in fact, the two ladies that were working back there while the only reason why I raided this place with four stars.Otherwise, great assortment of arts and crafts items even though pricing is a bit sketchy as not everything is marked and even those things that are marked do not come with a disclaimer stating the prices will vary depending on loyalty/membership etc.
Im at Michaels at least twice a week for yarn because prices are good and when not on sale the coupons help. Unfortunately the selection had been horrible last 2 months. The excuses are laughable. The best they r concerned with seasonal items now. REALLY..Theres always a season coming up and yarn is a staple. Also told they dont order yarn. Corporate just sends it. Also not enough registers open. Lines too long even during week. Manager and employees try but if u dont have a good selection it doesnt matter. Thanks for listening.
My shopping experience was fine. The store was not overly busy during my visit around 3pm, and the line moved quickly. Found what I needed. Very pleasant and helpful staff!

Service was pretty good. For the volume of people I feel it was a little slow. Ive had faster service in other Michaels locations. The parking lot here is chaos. Sometimes I prefer to drive out to long island to go to Michaels. Takes just as long with better parking and service.
Excellent customer services. Excellent selection of dye products. Everyone is friendly and highly knowledge of there products. Just one minor feedback customers on line complains too much about the service of the registers when the employees are doing there highly most satisfied service to give the up most excellent customers services too everyone on line. They are helpful and respectful.
I like the store but Im upset about the baking section is smaller and nothing really as far as parts for building projects such as motors, battery packs. Years ago could always find these items in a craft store. There are not many real hobby stores around for these things as well. But over all ok. Some stuff is a little pricey like the poster boards, glue. but thats what the dollar store is for.

Michaels is a cool store for all your arts and crafts ideas. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot. It is a big crowded in this area but once youre in youre rapidly out fast. I had no complaints about this store or staff. They were very helpful and got me on my way.
A lot of variety in the store, everything organized pretty well except the cheap things to pick up while waiting in line to pay. Good sales and staff is good with coupons for discounts. Line tends to get long for check out
This was the worst experience I have ever had at Michaels. No social distancing, especially by the staff. The store is a complete mess. None of the stock was properly shelved. I love Michaels. But I wont go back for a long time.
I love this store because its big, they have a great selection of items and they also have nice customer service. I also love the fact that theres free parking. Its also in a nice shopping area and most of the items on the website are actually in the store. I only wish they had student discount,
This place usually has what you need, but be prepared to find it yourself. Its often a ghost town on the floor and there are not people to help, because they are all at the registers. There is a pretty good selection in a smaller space than most Michaels. The checkout process is quick and friendly.
Ive never necessarily had any sort of problem in this Michaels. Its quite large, they arent usually out of stock, regularly have sales, regularly have serveral people on the floor and enough people behind the registers. No complaints.
Decent selection at store, but employees there dont seem to care theyre at work. You have to hunt down workers if you need any help, & they never know what items they carry. Also you have to wait on line when no one is in front of you being served at the cash registers while they all talk. Waited 6 minutes the other day. When you are called up to the register finally they never acknowledge you; just keep talking to co workers even when you ask them things...
I found everything i was looking. They have beautiful fake flowers. Their staff is helpful. Lots of painting supplies and their price is affordable. They was a bit of line at the time of check out. And extra register would be good

They had only two cashiers open and a line of about 70 people. People were leaving instead of waiting. Thats not good for business. I give it two stars because the prices were great but there was no point in buying if the line was too long.
Nice store, big with lots of different supplies. I usually go for the yarn section and they always seem to be well stocked. They could use some improvements on their needle sizes, but overall not bad
Always a very long waiting line at the checkout even if its only 3 people on line. Store itself can be a little more cleaner. One in fresh meadows or Flushing is much cleaner and organized.
This particular location has the beau selection of everything. I am a movie poster collector and they have frames of all sizes. I am never disappointed when I shop here. Dont forget those all important coupons too.
The place was a mess, as usual. The store employees were unhelpful and nowhere to be found in the rest of the store, as usual. The stock was badly organized and all over the place, tumbled on the shelves and all over the floor. Prices/labels were either not in the right places or not present at all. The cashier line was huge, slow, and aggravating (as usual). The cashiers were overworked and underpaid (as usual) and had to do more than just their own jobs, which is one reason the line never moves. And finally, the store is expensive as hell and the quality of much of the merch is terrible.I went for a couple of specific things and had very little luck. This place is terrible. Other locations are generally not much better, but this specific location is the worst Ive been to in a number of states across the whole country. Go into Manhattan instead. This place only makes money because Trader Joes is literally right downstairs.
Good amount of items, lots of picture frames and yarn. Also a lot of other items for children. They even have leather working kits. But try not to go during weekend afternoons as it can get very crowded and the check out line can be very long.
I came to Michaels specifically to look for washi tape. It was awesome because once I walked midway into the store, a helpful employee (she mustve noticed I looked a little clueless 😉) directed me to this special crafting tape right away! They also had a decent temporary vinyl coverings, which was right near the tape! To top it off, their Martha Stewart brand acrylic paints were on sale. Ill definitely be back. Im being gracious with the 4 stars, should be 3.5 stars. Being a Saturday, it should be over staffed with employees. Felt a bit of a problem to find someone, but the minimal staff there was helpful and cheerful.The other con was the parking lot, its shared with Traders Joe and Staples. This caused a big headache and congestion with other drivers to find a spot. Best bet for parking, use the street with meters or use Sports Authority parking lot across the street.
This is a go to spot for me because they have such a vast inventory. I have spent hours shopping in here looking at all of the new merchandise. Not to mention the very friendly and helpful staff. It also has a great selection of heat transfer vinyl both cricut and sisser.
Custom frames here are simply amazing. The work put in by Stefano is the best! Stefano perfectly positioned and framed my special posters making them look more than I had even imagined they would once framed. Silvia the framing manager is always friendly, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.
Michaels is a franchise so they are sort of model their stores the same way in terms of set up and proximity of items. Its convenient and makes finding items easy to find. Michaels in general can be a little more expensive than items you can order online but theyre great for last minute buys or crafts in general.
They have many items including decorations for the holiday season thats coming in December, so come in down to shop til you drop and get in the holiday spirit. Also remember to bring kids cause they love the holidays and spending time with friends and families.
Walked in looking for an open frame for a canvas art and the gentleman (failed to obtain name) was very helpful. They indeed are following proper CDC guidelines!
Michaels is an amazing store for all kids of projects for adults amd kids. There is no limit to what you can create with accessories they offer. They only problems this location has is lack of cashiers and help around. Otherwise i would recommend to my friends and family members to experience the place.
Online shopping pick up in store was a big fail. Same day pick up was actually 3 days later and not all ordered merchandise was available. Although I called the store that morning and was guaranteed the order would be ready, it wasnt. Couldnt get a receipt because my order was picked up before it was ready?Bought some collage frames on sale but they didnt have any extra large bags?

It was holiday season. Store was a mess not too much left and scattered everywhere. Sales floor help was not very helpful? In locating items. Lots of throw backs in carts no one working sorting out. Long long lines slow cashiers.

The staff was nice but its not fully stocked. It was slim pickings in some areas, especially where the markers are. Both the isle where you find artist markers and the little area by the checkout were pretty bare.
I bought a robux gift card and yes.. a robux gift card. I got it and i saw the cashier activate it.. I was so excited but when i put the code it says invalid but then i kept trying. Then i did it correctly and it says it has already been used. So.. i got scammed.
I always enjoy going to Michaels. I enjoy the sale items, I enjoy the isles and isles of art supplies. My only concerning while going to Michaels is always the register line theres always going to be a long line a long wait and maybe just two or three cashiers at a time.
Almost anything you can think of for crafting, youll find here. During the holidays youll find lots of products and project for (insert specific holiday here). Line wait times are rather long as purchases, returns, store phone answering and I cant find my coupon at checkout happens all on the same line.
The line is usually long and almost always slow. The selection is predictably meh for yarn. But. This weekend I ordered online for in-store pickup. One of my three items was cancelled because they didnt have it in stock after all (despite what the site said). Of the remaining two items, one was given to me, along with another item if the wrong color and type. Someone was found to get the right item and came back with the correct item, but still the wrong color -- after 10 minutes of waiting. I gave up, returned both items, and ordered something else on Amazon.
I use to shop here all the time. On a recent trip I stood on line for more than 30 minutes waiting to pay for three items. i am completely unimpressed by Michaels. I am inclined to say that I would go to a store that is more organized and treats their customers better. Prices are good if there is a sale on the item.
Love this store for all things crafty, even for gifting or school supplies. If you want something framed they will work with you. 4 stars because parking lot is poorly designed. Usually have to park in another shopping centers lot but can be worth it if you need that one particular kind of glue!

Inventory or varity and selection and stock is usually low . expect to usually wait on line 20+ minutes even if there only 3 people in front because they refuse to open more than two registers . oh and please dust...i feel like i am in a bakery where they never clean the display cakes.

Horrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the framing department, in spite of 2 phone calls and multiple pushes at the help button. No one ever showed up! The person must not be here was the response of the manager. 22 people in line and 3 cashiers!! Really?!?
This particular Michaels has recently fell off..Ive seen other Michael stores with better variety and more in stock items than this one... and cardstock is now $6.00?!?(Used to be $4.99 but on frequent sale , 5 packs for $10!!) Not cool Michaels!The plus side is that the store is huge, BUT parking is a nightmare due to Trader Joes so good luck not having a fight in the over cramped and crowded lot.
This store carries the same items as other Michaels. I give it 3 stars because checkout was extremely slow. Two cashiers were helping customers who had many items and the line was slow and building. Other workers were conversing while slugishly grabbing items behind the counter to put back on the floor. They seemed more into their conversation as the line was extending. Eventually another register opened up. I spent 15 minutes on line in a Michaels.
I did not know that this place was here, I discovered it by mistake, 😅😅😅😅 I went in and omg i was in heaven!!! They have so many things on sale, I got what 8 did not need lol😆😆😅 but is useful and I was so happy they had so many things on sale. I loved it!!!
Bathrooms have no soap, the workers dont help you at all unless you ask them 5 times, the workers all stay at the cash register gossiping and talking, and the lines are extremely long. I seen bad reviews about this store, but I never believed it till now. Would definitely never recommend this place to anyone. Youre better off going to another Michaels.
Store is clean and workers are friendly. However I was looking for a few specific things and the 2 workers I asked didnt seem to know where anything was. They kept pointing to a general area and I tried looking. After about 15 minutes I gave up and left with the other things I found for decoration purposes but not with my complete list.

It a great Michaels dont get me wrong but the parking lot is atrocious I always manage to get into a fight with someone over a parking spot.
An enormous arts and crafts store located on the upper level. Parking is very difficult even though there is a lot (shared with Trader Joes and Staples). Items of interest for every hobby including painting, jewelry, calligraphy. There is also an in-house custom framing department. Items are typically discounted as it gets closer to a particular holiday. There is a public room for in-store workshops. The lines are typically long and slow moving.
Everyone, stop and read this comment..What can I say, Michaels is bomb.. They have the best Halloween decorations, or Id like to call them Home Decor for all year round.. Best part about this place is there is always a sale on something.. Also when I went today the cashier hooked me up with coupons on their website which was 30% off 1 item and also another coupon with 20% off the entire purchase.. I was super pleased.. I will definitely be going back at the end of Oct just to see if they have alotta Halloween stuff left over for cheap.. Also Id like to add that maybe they could have more Grab Bags.. I rarely see them and I get excited when I find the bin that has them but they didnt have them today, so boo!! Oh oh oh, and they have a great a Clearance section too.. I went to Michaels looking for an easel to display a painting... I could not find one so I asked for help, the girl in the frame department said she could not help because she was not good with English and than went on the phone and hid in the room where they do framing isnt that so strange... than I went to someone else who told me they were too busy to help me! I went and looked again on my own and so I went back to the busy girl and she than told me she does not think they sell them here... she could have said it from the beginning! now I placed an order for a photo frame for store pick up, I placed it on Monday it is not Thursday and I have not received an email that it is ready... im sorry this is unacceptable I will have to go out of my way and find another Michaels which will probably be far from home and than maybe at that case I will no longer shop at Michaels... such a shame because their frames are very nice
This Michaels store is organized, well stocked, and convenient. Im never disappointed the staff is always friendly and helpful. My favorite Michaels store by far.
I like craft stores. I like wadering down the aisles looking at their products and pretending I have time to indulge in craftmaking. But the reality is Im often there because the kids need some specialty item for school and Im on a time crunch. That said I can never find what I need and theres never an employee to help me. Its frustrating and I feel like they are understaffed. But I will continue to come to support craft stores because they seem to be a dying breed.

Today I went to Michaels I have gone already two days looking for a specific can of paint and this young lady named Susanna called two different stores just to find this product for me. She was absolutely amazing and the customer service performance and interaction was spectacular also very polite it’s customer service like that she provided to me that makes a business strive I give her 1000 stars 🤗
This particular location normally doesnt let me down and stays relatively clean and organized. (A tough feat if you frequent another Michaels location). I normally go here for yarn and they keep a good selection of their own brand (Loops&Thread), along with Lion Brand.*tip - check bottom bins for additional yarn that may not have been restocked if you cant find your color

Usually I find everything Im looking for for my art and craft projects, or items to decorate my home. They usually have coupons so you can get good deals.The customer service is not the best.
Its a beautiful store but it is really big and needs motorized scooters for people with disabilities to be able to get around the store easily.
I love Michaels but their prices are so expensive and no one at the metropolitan store is friendly or helpful at all. I figure eith do many people thst shop there they eould keep a clean bathroom its no nasty and dirty. I had said something before but the young lady told me the manager was very busy to talk to . I have pictures of multiple times Ive been there but i cant find then in my phone. I even volunteered to clean and scrub the bathroom with all my supplies.
The selection of Michaels has improved a lot over the past two years. They have a lot more decore and options when dealing with each season.I would say because I used to work at this particular branch, always go shopping on a week day and you wont be wining about a long line. Also always have a smart phone to look up a 40% discount in line.
Love this store, but was a bit disappointed because I went there for Thanksgiving decor and THEY HAD NOTHING FIR THANKSGIVING...GUESS THEY CLUMPED IT WITH HALLOWEEN...BECAUSE NOE THEY HAVE. 90% CHRISTMAS DECOR and the rest just what they would normally sell any other time of year...SAD TO LOOK OVER THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY😒
The store was well organized and things were easy to find, but the staff seemed rude and disinterested. I overheard a salesperson tell a customer well if you dont like it, just go somewhere else. I was shocked.
I was shopping in the Michaels on Metropolitan today with my 4 month daughter who was in a carseat and placed in a shopping bag. I had purchased several large frames, fall decor, etc. Upon checking out I realized the shopping cart cannot be removed from the store. As stated I have a baby in a carseat and now several large bags that I cannot carry to my car. There was an employee there named Terry and I asked him if he could help me bring my purchases to the car. He told me that wasnt something that they do and he didnt have anyone available to help. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he was the manager and just turned away. I again asked him for help. What should I do. I cant carry all my bags and my baby. He told me I could go outside and get a trader joes shopping cart. Ummm how am I supposed to do that, its not like I can leave my baby or my purchases unattended. He just stood there and watched me struggle trying to figure out how to carry a carseat and all my bags. The amount of time he spent being rude and inconsiderate he could have spent helping me carry my bags downstairs. I am returning everything I bought today. There are many places to purchase frames and home decor and I would rather go to places that actual know what customer service is.
Favorite craft store ever
The store is horrible. Never enough registers open so it takes atlease 20 minutes to get out and if you ask for help the management their useless.i think the company that owns it should do some house cleaning. I would rather go to lobby Hobby.
Staff was helpful but they had barely anything in the paint sections. This was my second time visiting in the 2.5 weeks and the selection was not great
Supplies for arts and crafts are mostly available, enough parking, good store safety precautions taken.
If you like doing things your way you will find mostly everything you need here for your craft projects and they often have things on sale and give coupons. You have to act fast on flowers though, with the changing of the seasons and holidays, they come and go fast.

This michaels is often clean, although they seem to have not that many employees on the floor. There’s a large selection of jewelry beads, baking and cooking items, plastic flowers and decorations, and various artistic supplies. The lines are almost always long whenever I go, whether it’s when they first open or midday, it doesn’t seem to matter. There’s usually at least one coupon online so you could save them to your phone or print them out and show them during checkout for some added savings.
Michaels stores are extremely overpriced! I cannot believe how much money they even want for a little Fake Plastic Leaf stem with some glitter sprayed on it! No thank you. Ill just go in the yard and pick a branch off the floor and spray glitter on it myself. Their coupons they mail out our joke as well. I got a 50% off one item and at the end the only thing I got off was $1 Meanwhile my bill came out to $53 so please explain to me how that even happened. I told the girl I wanted to pay separately for the most expensive item that I had and get the 50% off that then I would pay for the other items she insisted that wouldnt have happened and I assume it did. Im just so disgusted shopping there and I wont go back unless they have massive price drops because they are extremely overpriced for the same things I could get elsewhere half the price which I did.
All the Framers are wonderful, professional and talented. Michaels, however, does not know how to treat their employees. The most recent time I was there, there was a long line with one person left to take care of 7 people. The framer had been there for over 5 hours with no break!A manager called in the middle of a transaction . The framer was told to go home. The customer complained.Michels only hires part time so they do not have to pay benefits.Ive spent thousands of dollars having paintings framed here. It to be a pattern with Michaels.The frames and artist who work here are the best! Michaels like them to hurry and push the art out. The prices and quality of the frames are good but the way they treat their employees They need to appreciat the artists that work hard for them and bring them business.
Nice store you can find a lot of small think if you craftsman or something like that , downstairs you have staples also very convenience store

Biggest craft store in Queens. The only gripe I have is the long lines. Please plan ahead on peak hours you can expect a 20 minute wait unless you get lucky they open up all the registers. They supply supplies for all major holidays. Use coupons via the website or from the circulars to save $.

Clean bathroom paint section wiped out got some dry folk art acrylics. Cashiers friendly.
I am currently on the phone with this store. I called asking to see if a specific item is in stock. The woman I spoke with didnt listen to what I asked for and after she put me on hold for a minute told me what they had, but nothing about what I wanted. After getting her to listen to the full name of what I wanted she told me to hold, no music just silence for close to 20 minutes.
A bit crowded but far more selection than the Manhattan location. They have everything you need!
Picked up some art supplies for my daughter. Parking is difficult in the lot. Park along side of Dicks sporting goods, pay the meter, no hassles.
So, here is my issue. Called up this Michaels location because I needed jumbo oil based markers in yellow specifically for a school project. The customer service rep told me they had them. I specifically asked him if they were jumbo sized twice and he said yes both times. This is why its a big deal: I have to spend money ($17) going and coming from this two park location for something that they really didnt have when I got there. They had the color, but not the size they said they had. NOT COOL. The reason I even traveled that far was because the Michaels at my location in gateway mall is ALWAYS understocked and undermanned. Switching to Blick from now on.
Great craft store. Also if you are 55 and older go on line to register for a 10% discount everytime you shop.

Their order pick up is terrible. I ordered at 10am and order wasn’t ready for a whole day. That’s just unacceptable. Called customer service who brushed me of. I’m dissatisfied with the service and the customer support. They never have enough cashiers when you go to the store. The line is almost always to the back of the store. They don’t care about the customer. Their answer is if it’s not there we don’t have it. And online they will tell you it’s available. Try and do order pick up they still won’t look for it. They just cancel the order. Very frustrating

Great craft store. Has a vast selection of yarn for crocheting. Check out is usually quick even if there is a line.
The store was well stocked on new merchandise but the staff on the floor at times were overwhelmed with customers looking for sale items.
Found everything that I was looking for and for the stuff that I wasnt able to find the staff are super friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Michaels when first opened was a real craft store and you could find tons of party supplies. It seems they have a whole lot of nothing, no longer has a baby shower section, skimpy baking and food supplies. I woukd rather drive further away to find a ac moore.

Compared to other Michaels stores outside of New York, this particular store is very disappointing. The selection is very limited for specific types of crafts--if you knit or scrapbook, youll probably find what you need. For sewers, there is nothing here for you. I also went to buy fabric flowers, and this section was extremely picked over with only a few stems remaining. I thought I just went during a busy day, but the floral section was never restocked on other trips, either.

Smell is good. Hehe. Prices are expensive. For example the large scrapbooks are about near $15.00 They put fake sales like 50% off one items but really it is the same price. One small pack of washi tapes is like $4.59. Workers are lazy for example I asked Exuse me where are the washi tapes. Then they said near the arts are crafts items. I was like may you direct me and he said a workers name then may you direct him to the washi tapes. I was surprised he said near arts and crafts the fact that this is an arts and crafts store.
It could use an update with a little more light and maybe some soft music while you shop. Please hire a few more folks.
Not bad at all, not special, but is very convenient because next door you find Traider Joe and Office Max, bihind you have Home Depot, Panera Bread, 5Guys, in the othe size you have also a car wash and a Wendys..as this is in Queens u get lot of parking
The store was clean and neat. I didnt find the letters I was looking for so I had to settle on something else which was fine. The employees are friendly but not patient. Some are not customer oriented.
Love this place. The only thing is when its time to check out the wait seems 4ever. Otherwise it is well stocked, with various items.

This is the art store we have had to go to ever since Lady Jane closed (tears), but it has done the job! A really big selection and nice frames.
At this branch it can be difficult to find help from people who are crafters themselves, so while you may locate something, you cant get advice. Parking can be a little difficult at peak traffic times.

Very typical Michaels, you been to one you been to them all, located at the top of a length escalator ride, with elevator access, its clean and staff are friendly, lines can be long at times though. Same typical selection as found In all other Michaels.
They have only two registers open and if you see the line you will never buy anything from this store. Also some personnel they have no respect to the customers. Girl with green highlights.

2022-06-17Were literally out of artists brushes. Empty brush display. There were 5 brushes and all damaged. Looked for an easel for a photo. also nothing here. Awful. Worst stocked Michaels ever. Two stars because the nice girl associate actually asked if I needed help which is rare. She tried but the selection was pathetic. Got to go to the big Michaels in NY.

2022-04-21I am both surprised and excited that this store exists! Just walking through the isles will tickle your creative imagination. Definitely worth a visit. You never know, you start something new!There is plenty of parking around. If not right in front, but definitely 3-5 mins walk away. Any shortcomings in supplies might be filled by Staples below

Michaels is so good I think I might go there if boredom gets me anytime. I dont know if anyone else does that when theyre bored to just go to a store and look. Michaels is that good! Nuff said!

Each set up employees made up different “rules” to returning.First time, didn’t have state IDSecond time didn’t have instructions, call 1800 number to get them, call number they said I can return without that.Third time “we don’t accept cricut returns”I said the policy clearly says return in 60 days, “yeah but that’s if it’s broken this hasn’t been used”I said “I know my wife finds it confusing”“WE ONLY RETURN IF ITS BROKE” even though the receipt clearly said “satisfaction” not only broken.Super rude service. Got my refund, but the “manager” stood a few feet away cursing to herself.Ghetto, lazy employees
