Ho hum. Usually ho elsewhere for much lower prices.
Helpful staff, good prices, huge variety of products!
As I was trying to pay for my purchase, the cashier tried to reprimand me for not wearing a mask. When I tried to explain that I have a medical condition, she scolded me saying that she has diabetes. After I was done paying and leaving with my purchase she told me that I better wear a mask the next time I come in. I said no, and she told me that I cant come back to the store, when I asked for her name, she ignored me. It seems that management needs to be educated what the difference is between a law and a mandate, and better yet brush up on customer service.
The store is always well organized. Employees are very friendly and attentive. Great selection in every department
Aaron Brothers custom framing is excellent! Their staff is courteous, helpful and not pushy. I needed 3 prints rematted and framed, and with the service I received, they turned out fantastic! Such beautiful quality! The price was well worth it to me!
While this store had far less sewing materials than we had expected (it was our first visit and thats what we were in need of) it more than made up in so many other areas! What a huge assortment of....well everything else! From gift ideas to craft projects...we managed to leave with several items!!!
I just got off the phone. I was on hold for fifteen minutes (yes, I was keeping track.) I finally got a person to speak with, asked if the store was busy, it wasnt (huzzah!) so why was I on hold for so long? I didnt care at first, but then the person hung up very abruptly and felt a bit rude honestly. I love Michaels as a store but wanted to share this inconvenient customer service experience.
Overall my visit was pleasant. Customer care was great. I wish they had what I was looking for tho.
Enjoyed walking around and getting crafting ideas.Sales were very good up to 70% on some items. Summer sales are on right down. The flower selection for arrangements is my store go and shop.
Theres nothing I dont love about Michaels. Ive been going there weekly for months because I just started my paint pours. Their prices are reasonable and they almost always have what I need in stock and if they dont, they get it for me.Definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Its a good store the people are friendly but Ive found that most of there craft stuff is little hobby nicknack stuff. good variety but I think they focus more on variety

Always too long to check out. Had 1 item. Womem ahead had a cart full.Get self check out. Or express cashier for less than 5 items. Dont go there usually for that reason

This Michaels location is always well stocked, not too busy, and the employees are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place, I just wish Michaels carried fabric so I could make it my one stop for crafting.

I dont normally pay premium for a #2 pencil... But when i do. It requires a credit check? Anyone can buy plastic from walmart and charge twice as much for it... How did you get rich again?

Confusing store layout but they have a ton of craft stuff like way more things than even comprehendable
Michaels is my number one place to go craft nar art shopping. Every season they swap out decop for that season. I do calligraphy and brush lettering, and thry have a HUGE variety if pens, canvases, yarn, stickers, frames, etc.

The address for this Micheal’s is wrong, because the only thing over there is a high school, middle school, and elementary. I don’t know where the actual Micheal’s is, but don’t count on it being there.

2022-01-25I would like to give a direct shout out and kudos to employee Liz, who handled a very tough situation well during the week of January 17 -21 (I cant remember the exact day). Its hard to have a line of people, be dealing with a difficult customer, and simultaneously experience additional shenanigans while keeping your cool - and she did it! Good job, Liz!

2021-11-30I have purchased over 100 frames of various sizes in 2 years of framing Poster Art. Mostly I order them online and pick them up. Most of the employees know me by sight due to my frequent trips to the store. As with any business, the quality of people is possibly what sets it apart from the others. This location is without competition, as to the employees who work for this company. I have been to the other stores and this one in my opinion stands alone.

2021-11-17Very helpful and friendly staff who stopped what she was doing to take us to where the item was we were looking for. Unfortunately they didnt have exactly what we wanted. However, we did see a couple items that caught our eyes. One was a mouse nutcracker that you could paint and decorate yourself... one was missing the nose so we decided it might not be good to buy for our granddaughter ...choking hazzard for her little brother possibly.We saw some other finished nutcrackers that caught our eyes... our son in law collects them...we started looking at them and discovered many with missing pieces, body parts falling off... again decided not to buy.In short, the store was neat and the staff wad great, but the merchandise quality (what we saw) was very poor, especially for the prices on items.

2021-03-26I really like this store, they have a lot of beautiful things. The only problem I seem to have when Id like to use a coupon its never on any item that I need or want. Their coupons dont work on sale items which supposedly are on sale 🤔

2019-05-07I love this Michaels!!! I went in tonight to find stick on bows or flower stickers or something for my bridesmaid proposal boxes. I bought ribbon for my boxes before but completely failed at doing the bows for the boxes. I’m not very crafty at all. So I went in trying to find something when I was greeted by a very friendly worker and I explained my situation. Without a thought she taught me how to do a bow for my boxes. Not only that I told her man I really wished I brought my boxes in with me and she said you still can. So I rushed home got my boxes, went back and she taught me how to do the bows on the boxes and helped me do the bows on the boxes as well. They look so beautiful!! I love them so much!! Such nice, friendly staff. I am forever grateful!!
