Ever is a Great guy and patient. Im not a big fan of wearing nice clothes and was dreading the appointment but ever has made this whole process easy and inviting I wish I could give him 100stars

My fiancé was recently in a grooms party and I was with him for the fitting and for the pick ups. The first fitting was fine, no issues. The pick up the tie was broken so we had to come back to get a new one the day before the wedding which is fine, things happen. But then he goes to get ready the day of for pictures and there are no cufflinks that went with the suit. We returned it together and let them know how it made things a little backwards for the pictures and the staff did not care. They took the bag back and said you’re all set and we left. I will not be using them for my grooms party if this is how inconsiderate they are and careless. Thank god i told him to try on the tie before we left the store otherwise he wouldn’t have had a tie the day of either. I understand things go wrong but acting like you care would be nice.

Love renting tuxedos from Michaels. It has always been a fast process to place the rental, prices are fair, and they make sure you are satisfied. Tuxedos odten arrive early and they are flexible with drop offs if needed.
