Went to Michaels for specific sized canvas. The only one I could see was out of reach, and employee Joe gladly got it down for me. He brought more out to the floor and put them in an accessible area. I checked out and was walking to my car. The employee must have been done for the day because he saw me walking, waved and told me to have a nice day from his car window. The small gesture of kindness meant a lot as I had just lost my companion dog a couple days earlier, and it was my first time out of the house. It made me smile for the first time since his passing.
Employees are beyond friendly & helpful. I came in on Mothers Day & Rebecca went out of her way to help me out. I will not forget your kindness. Thank you!

This is a great place to find all types of craft materials, ranging from jewelry making, to crochet materials, painting, frames, cake making, flower decor, candles, clay, childrens crafts, wedding su]lies, sewing supplies card stock and more.
If I had choice in Michaels stores Id prefer the Henrietta one. Henrietta could have deals on the same stuff that they sell at this Michaels while this Michaels sells it at full price. Id rather drive a half hour than 15 mins unless I dont have alot of time. Other than that its not a bad store I guess🤷🏽♀️
I placed my order online. They were very quick to get my order filled. However, when I picked up my order only 1 item out of 5 was available. Absolutely no response or update that even though these items stated available in store actually were already gone until I picked the order up.
I can never seem to find what I need in here. Also, things are a bit over priced. Staff has been super nice and friendly, but not my favorite craft place to go.
Pretty standard Michaels. The staff is helpful and pleasant to deal with. They have a pretty wide selection of craft items and art supplies, but without using their coupons their merchandise can be grossly overpriced.
Everything you could need for crafting. Maybe not the most extensive variety of each product but will give you the basics needed. They have great sales and always amazing coupons available on their website so I always check those out first. Definitely a great place to go for creative inspiration.
Have to say this is probably the most friendly Michael’s I’ve been in considering helpful employees. They offered a coupon to me...unlike many of the other Michael’s I’ve been in that won’t help you find a coupon (even if it saves you in only one item) to save their lives. The cashier today was lovely and unfortunately I don’t recall her name but was a WONDERFUL asset to the Michael’s company. It’s little things like a coupon that will make me choose to use this store over others.

I like going here. Staff is helpful. I find most of the things I need for my DIY projects here. Never too crowded, easy parking, and the aisles are neatly stocked.

I can typically find everything crafty I need here and the prices are great! Theres almost always a sale going on and coupons to use. They are well stocked and the staff is friendly.

I like Michaels-they always have a 40% off coupon(make sure to use your smartphone for more coupons).I always buy canvases from them-they are very cheap and fair quality.What I never buy from them though is the paints-be it oils or acrylics they way way overpriced and not the best brands either.Same with brushes-very expensive and not very good.My son loves going there on weekends for their special kids crafts event.
Its ok. Its small, the yarn selection is seriously limited. Limited colors in each section. The coupons are ok, Joanns has better deals. The prices here are exorbitant compared to Hobby Lobby across the street.
Love this place. Artists love it too. Its got everything you could need to paint, draw or even building a birdhouse or others crafts. I go there alot for supplies.
Trying to find sewing supplies for my daughter. This location doesnt carry much for sewing machine accessories.

This is a newer store with with more modern feel. It just feels cleaner and nicer to walk through. I have to stay away because I ALWAYS find something that has to come home with me.

Its a Michaels. They have all the stuff that Michaels have. Including the long wait time at the checkout. Even when youre the only one in line. I like their clearance.

Michaels tried to sell my husband a Christmas tree for $139 that only 1/2 the lights worked, then offered that same tree to him for 1/2 price. Very disappointed

2022-03-11I was gifted 2- $100 dollar gift cards. Each time I shopped for an item,this store did not have, anything I needed. Also, store employee in frame dept. Boy was very rude. Sadly, this store in Webster has been declining for sometime now.
