I asked to make my cabinets a nice sand color and I’m in love. Customer service was excellent no complaints. Did what needed to be done and was respectful, I will be calling again when I need a color change.

2022-08-20AVOID this shady dishonest contractor! Hired him to install stair railings in June, Left my stairs unsafe, wobbly, and damaged with holes in my original stair tred (see pics). His crew secured my steel ballisters with only nail glue & the did a poor incomplete paint job. When this contractor returned end of the day the check on crews work, the stairs were installed wrong, poor quality, and unsafe where he said to them this is wrong and not how you do it He then said he would fix himself (which he has no clue) He has no experience in major general work and will subcontract with other contractor that tell him what to do. He is maybe only handy TV mounting & furniture jobs which most of his reviews are positive, but not general contractor work from my experience He later blocked my number upon requesting a refund then wants to deny it all and will use different profiles to avoid this post. So Im reposting on this his new profile he put up. After he even admitted that he did a bad job (see pic) He denies his crew damagimg my floors and walls with holes too. Come to find out later he is NOT Licensed according to my research in which my local County confirmed. If you like your house and keeping your family safe. Dont let this unlicensed person near it.UPDATE 8/20/22 In a public response to Mickens Maintenence B...rebuttal below that I am addressing to the public Please see his inexperienced. workers that HE decided to hire under him. Love this comment. Which proves, the owner has no experience in doing this work himself in which I observed, poor management skills and inability to accept accountability .It was his company I hired and paid as stated on the invoice agreement regardless who performed the work. But any competent business would know that theyre responsible for the crew they decide to bring whether they did it not. Any contractor would know that a home owner has the right to discontinue services if damage occurs or this person is later found to be Unlicensed.. as per Suffolk County laws. This review is based on the poor stair job and in but I see brownie points are warranted for the trim and doorwork and door topic that was performed on Day 1, it was a good job ONLY because it was headed and performed by another REAL Reliable subcontractor known to the community who was training the owner since the owner obviously didnt know much.On Day 2, stair job day, that reliable honest contractor later warned me that this owner was not experienced with stairs as he claimed and did not return for that to assist the owner. So the owner instead brought a different crew to do the stairs. We all see how that went!Note. This is not a fake account o but a new review post because he deleted his own other multiple G review accounts (which had fake reviews posted by his close friends). (got pics) to hide the fact he took my money after after leaving this wreck of an unsafe stair railing. This is simply a public review to freely post and report my opinion and experiences as a both a former customer and victim of this company. I have not made any direct contact with Mickens since his first refusal to refund me, nor want to..and allowing the courts to handle since there is an active investigation with Suffolk Consumer Affairs upon me filing a recent complaint regarding this poor work done as per the photos. But since this huge H topic has been brought up. Folks, please beware, after I had submitted this negative review, on 8/9 the company owner made unwanted contact by contacting me via FB messenger harassing me about me putting up this negative review on this PUBLIC post and boasting how many jobs he still has coming in. I replied telling Mickens to never contact me again. SO who Should report who? I have since blocked him via social media with HIS other fake accounts used that this company owner has used to contact me.Thought I would give this company a chance. But got thisUNPROFESSIONAL, UNLICENSED, NO BUSINESS INTEGRITY,UNTRUSTWORTY, RUDE, INEXPERIENCED ..Avoid

2021-11-23Very prompt and professional. Reasonably priced. The table I ordered had two boxes and I was missing one when I picked it up. The technician went to store to get it for me and was very patient with the delay. Could not have been more pleased , would highly recco them.

2022-01-20I hired this young man and his company to do some work in my my home. I would give zero stars if I could. It was such a botched job that I had to hire another company to fix all that he messed up. This was by far my most horrific experience. Think twice before trusting these fake positive reviews.
