2022-07-13I cant say nothing but great things with the service I received from Mid Suffolk. At the time of the purchase of my house, I was initially told from another company that Id needed a whole new septic system with new pools costing a great deal of money. Mid Suffolk offered to do an inspection and Bernie was honest stating what really needed to be done, saving me headaches and money.When work was done, Rob and Bernie ensured that there were no surprises and I was completely satisfied. They did a phenomenal job with cleanup after and it was so neat that it almost looked like they didnt do any work. Thats how good they are.Im so happy I found Mid Suffolk and Ill certainly be a returning customer. Thank you!

2022-03-29I called my plumber to ask if they know a reliable cesspool company, they recommended Mid Suffolk. I called and Bernie was at my house within three hours. He gave me an estimate on site. He recommended an aeration of both cesspools, chemicals, and pumping the main. Prior to closing the main cesspool, he raised the cover about six inches below the ground. Bernie recommended Rid-X for a monthly maintenance. He did not try to offer a service that the cesspool did not require. When needed again, I will use Mid Suffolk. Bernie is professional, respectful, and friendly. Thank you. I highly recommend Mid Suffolk.

2021-05-25As always, Mid Suffolk gets the job done. Seriously, with a year at home with the family, what was an 18 month pump schedule became a 10-12 month schedule but thats not a problem for Mid Suffolk. Called at about 10pm and got the truck here at 10am, gone by 11am. Fast and responsive service, painless billing and Robs smiling face, whats not to love? They really are #1 in the #2 business.

2019-09-04Great service! We had an issue on July 3rd, discovering that our cesspool was full and needed servicing. Robin was great on the phone and with communication. Rob was able to come out that day and take care of our issue. Service was friendly, quick, reasonably priced, and most importantly, thorough. THANKS!

2020-02-02Rob has to be the hardest working person i know in this business. he was recommended to me and showed up on time and was able to clean out the septic tank and extended clean out pipe to the surface. he did this work all by himself. what a guy. very reasonable price. great service. would highly recommend

2019-11-03Hired Mid Suffolk to service my septic system. They did a great job and were super responsive, very communicative and fairly priced. They came back on a moments notice when I had a drainage problem that other contractors incorrectly attributed to the septic system, and they nevertheless solved the problem that was not their responsibility, which the other contractors could not figure out. Highly recommended!

2019-07-10I have been dealing with Mid Suffolk Cesspool for years. I have never had any problems with them. They are always professional and courteous. One year they even came out on Christmas Day, thats customer service.
