Midas in other cities:
Had a situation with our vehicle overheating, smoking and leaking antifreeze under the car in the front and couldnt figure out why. Ralph and staff was so informative and honest about the situation. They got to the root of the problem and fixed it. Also very appreciative of Ralph referring us to the SNAP program.
My experience was smooth, I was given a courtesy diagnosis along side the oil change i went in for. With the courtesy inspection I was told that my car is perfectly fine but had low coolant levels which was good to know and replace for the winter. Thanks again Jay for being kind and professional with my first time at Midas.
These people are crooks I went with my car in with a problem after billing me $2898 they gave me the car with the same problem and telling me I need to drive 25 milles for the car to reset when every light on the baseboard was still on and the car wasn’t changing gear…. So said how humain being behave. Remember there’s a God and nature are taking notes for all good and bad deeds
Purchased 2 new tires from there. A week later my car is telling me I have low tire air pressure. Checked what tire or tires were low and it was BOTH of the new tires that they had given me. I call to have them look at it and they then tell me that its because i needed a new sensor which was $160 more. A little shady if you ask me because my tires werent losing air until those 2 were put on and I am not a mechanic so there is no way for me to tell if I really needed a new sensor or not. I just wanted it fixed asap so I took the hit as opposed to getting a 2nd opinion. But its just too much of a coincidence that I all of a sudden needed a new sensor right after they gave me the 2 new tires. Never going there again.
Every since the new service Manager took over for Habib. Fair pricing and trustworthy went down the drain. My son went for an inspection 2009 Impala with a check engine light on. Automatic fail under stood. The part needing replaced was a secondary air injection pump fault code. They estimate for repair with other recommendations was over $1300 dollars in which he couldn’t afford. Asked to strip down the recommendations and just a price to fix pump to pass inspection was told $1002. This pump brand new is a $149 from GM parts. A google estimate range for repair with cost of part is between $270- $390. Where does this guy justify charging over a grand. This is the second time this new manager went to screw over my family. Stay clear. I was a customer over 20 years. This guy is bad news and they aren’t even registered with the better business bureau.
I dont know much about cars - but the car needed some TLC and I went here and the manager was very respectful and took the time to explain everything to me. He told me it would take around 2 hours to finish the job. It was done timely as promised. This will be my go to place for my car needs going forward.
I have been going to this location for years. I have never had a bad experience at this location. It has made it more comfortable for me to own cars instead of leasing. Recognizing, that I can call ahead and be told if they are too busy to service the car is a big plus for me. I get there early in the morning right as they open and get the car done quickly. I have never felt taken advantage of and the work has been done quickly and correctly. They also tell me what is needed and what can be done in the future. I appreciate that and thats why I have been coming here regularly.
Last week I went to Midas for an oil change. I had a groupon. They had already taken my car in and started the job. Thats when I was informed that because I used a groupon back in February, that they wouldnt honor it. I was looking for the voucher on my phone when the guy behind the counter told me Ill help you. Instead of redeeming my voucher, he hits trade in. That cancels the groupon!!!!! I was prevented from using the voucher and was charged a much higher price!! Will NEVER use this location for an oil change!!! This place sucks!!
Effort & determination! Jay K. and team at the Bayshore, NY Midas location are awesome--tops! Needed an oil change and the plug and drain stem were damaged (cross-threaded by another person a while back). The team attempted to re-thread (no dice), tried to source a replacement OEM part for this 05 VW Jetta GLI (no dice, twice!-- the local VW dealers had, but did not have the right part ).So they said, The heck with it...we are going to rebuild this and make it great! And, they did that! It looks great, they performed a great job, and I was safe for the 1,000 mile trip I took only hours later. I was even contacted the day after my trip to ensure all went well and the car performed as it should.Jay K. an the whole team -- THANK YOU!
I had a SCHEDULED appointment for an oil change, guy at the front said i had to drop off my car or else they couldn’t do it. This is all when we spoke about this appointment ahead of time the same day. I gave him my name, he didn’t even have me down for an appointment. After brief discussion they decided to take my car, oil change took 2hours. Would expect a more organized business and quicker service for an appointment made. I pulled up a discount from Groupon and they still had an additional 6$ fee for using Groupon? Lol.... would not recommend this place....
So much to talk about, all good things, so this is easy. First, let’s discuss the manager, Jay Krupa, he’s the star 🌟. Businesses can only dream of an employee like him and blessed customers like us can reap the benefits of his many skills and talents. Thorough, efficient, above all honest - yes they do exist, he’s a unicorn. I live over 30 miles away, but I cannot go anywhere else. He’s saved me thousands of dollars- when others have given me a list of issues - Jay steered me the right way. I came in a panic asking for services and he informed me I was lied to and did not need them. The problem was minor, so minor he moved a wire and it was fixed. Time and time again, I’ve come in a panic and some way some how the job gets done efficiently, cost effectively , AND IVE NEVER EVEN HAD TO LEAVE MY VEHICLE OVER NIGHT (not that I would mind just demonstrating how quickly Jay gets things done)! I promise you, you won’t be disappointed, let’s make sure Midas you keep him forever.
Brought my truck here for ABS, Brake, traction and Vit-4 lights all coming on at one time. I had pads and rotors put on all around. A rack in pin replaced and a day later $2900.00 bill. Only to pick my truck up and have the same lights on. 5 minutes after I drove away. Brought it back immediately for them to keep for two more days only now to say I need a ABS PUMP now at $2400.00. Its a 2013 Honda Pilot, to spend almost 6 grand is insane. I was upset cause shouldnt they had checked that first before charging me $2900.00 which I felt was overpriced in the first place.I now question did I really need pads and rotors so urgently. But you know they always make it seems like your vehicle is going to blow up if they dont do the work right then. (Keeping in mind the rack in pin has nothing to do with the break system. So that needed to be replaced but was unexpected). I took my truck back and found a local mechanic to fix it for a 1/3 of the cost with an warranty. I feel I was overcharged and they played the guessing game on my dime. Will not be going there again.
I stopped in to have a few rusty bolts that snapped on my exhaust pipe replaced, figuring it would be about $50.00. I was told the entire catalytic converter was rusted through and the flange snapped off, and it was not repairable. I needed to fork over $650 to have it replaced. I told him I’d think about, took it to an honest mechanic, and $50.00 later, they changed the 3 rusty bolts and my car runs perfectly. I would say think twice before going there, but actually I would rather say keep thinking until you go somewhere else.
I went to have my exhaust replaced from the cat back and the guy at the counter said okay we will call you when we get a price. Ten minutes later I get a call with a quote and I said that’s the price to replace the exhaust from the cat back the guy said yes so I told him to go ahead I get a call about 30 minutes later to pick it up and when I brought it home my dad checked it and said all they did was put a piece of a pipe that’s smaller then the actual pipe. We called and the guy at the counter just hung up. I will not ever recommend this place they didn’t do what they said and I used to work for advance auto parts this place charged me a lot for a $12 piece from advance auto parts.
This is an updated review of this location. This place is below any standards of an auto mechanic repair shop. They are deceitful and will do more harm to your car than good. This was my first and last time ever visiting any Midas. Due to their mechanical professionalism I ended back at another mechanics to pay for a problem that I thought was handled. Please don’t go here, we all work to hard on our hard earned money to be bamboozled like this. I trusted this business with my first ever engine light appearance; don’t know why it came on because I take great care of my vehicle but it still drives like it was fresh off the lot, but I knew I need to visit a auto mechanic ASAP to prevent any future problems. They misdiagnosed/ damaged the problem and put me back in a car that was not service correctly, putting me in a dangerous situation on the road.P.S. I when to Midas on 9/30 for service, when home didn’t use/drive my car until Sunday 10/4 and found myself in an unsafe predicament / discovering the damage they have caused for the first time in my car due to the lack of service at Midas
This is another great Midas shop with highly professional, skilled and quality mechanics. This is location is managed by the same people as the place in seaford and have a great trustworthy staff here as well. I brought in my Chevy express van and they were able to get it up and running again like a brand new car again. They give back honest feedback and provide awesome customer service. I recommend this place to everyone! Thank you Abbas and Raza for being so great.
Car started acting up so I went to autozone had a scan done and figured it should be easy. I went there told them what the report said and even left it in the car. 3 hours after dropping the car off I get a call stating they did a scan and it gave them 3 different codes. I was told wires and plugs were shot they look original. I told them impossible they were all changed 2 months ago. I needed my car as it was late already and didnt have time to go elsewhere, when I arrived they had my hood open and still working on it running back and forth to AutoZone to get parts. Ended up paying $500.00 for plugs and wires, If I wasnt impatient they place across the street was going to do the same thing for $249. Wont be coming back here again.
Took my car with perfect condition for Oil Change and State Inspection. After oil change, they have disconnected cables and created Engine Check light and tried to charge for diagnostic service and possible parts replacement cost. Car was not drivable any more; when I challenged them that I brought my car perfect condition (it has only 39k miles) and I do not want want to do inspection here. I guess, they realized that I caught their tricks; they wanted connect the unplugged cable quickly but fortunately I quickly walked there as soon as they opened the hood. I have seen a major cable is unplugged and they pugged i back quickly and try to close the hood. I stopped them and asked why this cable unplugged. Answer was - another technician probably forgot to connect it back. I questioned again, Oil Change does not require to unplug this cable. I just narrowly escaped from their traps.
Took my car to Midas to get a simple oil change and inspection. I needed to get it done because I was commuting back and forth to Brooklyn. Took it there cause I needed it for the next day and my cousin (the mechanic) was super busy. Ok I’m told I needed rear struts, air filter,4 wheel alignment, and needed 2 lugs replaced and the front right bearing ok I don’t have that’s type of money to do all that at once but was up talked into they’re snap program which seemed like a good idea pay it all in 100 days get no interest So I did all the work. $1700 later the cars supposed to run like a dream. Ok so I still feel a little shaky from the same tire that the bearing was changed on so I’m thinking it’s the tires cause they were a little old still had tread a lot just older. Ok fast forward to sept I take the car in cause I changed the rims with smaller tire and feel this hard noise coming from the same tire so I’m thinking the rims bent. I take the car into my cousin he tells me the wheel bearing is at this point needed to be changed and ASAP and I tell him I just did it and June and he tells me there’s no way it was changed. Go to Midas and I’m given an attitude by the “manager” says I needed to bring the car in ASAP why I waited so long basically blaming me bur the car never made that wobble so hard until I put the new rims with smaller tires on it. Mind you only that tire on that side is completely worn like almost bald on one side of thread but all tire have the same life. So I take it back they take 2 days to look at it charge me 45 dollar fee to fix rear bearing a part they “ changed” I couldn’t pick it up so my mom took the car home still making noise I took it a different shop. Beware taking your car there.
Had to replace two front tires on my 1999 subaru outback. They gave me a good deal on the tires for my old beater car. I was so happy with the customer service from Raza and Habib, I brought my 2016 forester in for tires a short time later. They do excellent work, are friendly and courteous. They are a little out of the way from where I live, but worth the trip.
We have been bringing our company vans to this location for 3 years now. they always help us quickly knowing we need the vehicle for work. thy are knowledgeable and very honest. it is hard to find people in this field you can trust. they. also helped set up a house account for us where we are billed monthly so we can send our drivers without payment.
Overall great experience . Yes this shop is usually busy and it could take time for them to get to your vehicle but that’s the price you pay for an honest shop and great mechanic crew. Habib has made my experience with Midas a pleasant one. Car now runs better than ever now And this will be my new shop from this day forward !
I can understand that everyone has different experiences, but mine have been nothing but overwhelmingly positive here. Rich was communicative and went above and beyond to assist me. I initially took my car in for an oil change and a state inspection. He gave me an estimate of three hours, so I went home to wait. He called within two hours and said that there was an issue with the drain plug being too tight, and he didn’t want to break anything. He apologized profusely but suggested bringing it back to the place where I last got the oil changed. A bit of an inconvenience, but I’d always rather honesty than a broken part and no one telling me. After I picked my car up once the inspection was completed, I noticed something hanging low on the passenger side underneath the car. I called and asked if anything happened. He told me to come by so he could have someone look at it. It was a shield that came dislodged. I asked if it was possible to fix. Given that it was so busy, he asked if I could come back about three hours later since all of the lifts were occupied. No biggie, I live locally. He was ready and waiting for someone to grab my car and fix the shield without any issue. I can’t speak for the others, but Rich was nothing but extremely pleasant, informative, understanding, and helpful. After I get my oil changed at the other place (who caused the drain plug issue in the first place), I’ll be going here instead.
I really needed help with an oil change. My time was very short notice, since they werent able to do it atmy time needed, Midas made up to me. Extremely nice and overexceeding customer service. They honored the discounted price for life and gave me big savings on 4 tire set of michellin tires. I really recommend them. I wasnt expecting that kind of service from them.
My experience reminds me of when I was growing up and my dad and our local mechanic became friends. I found the owner Abbas to be upfront with the brake issues on my car. He explained and showed me what was wrong and what the brakes and rotors should look like. Abbas also explained the various reasons why that would happen. He gave me various options and price points for remediation. Also observing his interactions with other customers (most were return customers), it is apparent that he and his team take pride in their work and his customers know it. I will be returning there for any issue with my car.
Raza has a very welcoming aura. The job(new tire change) was done well. Never felt like i was being given the run around. Id go back just for RazaUpdate: They forgot to replace the old valve in the front driver side tire so it was leaking air. Took it back they corrected the issue at no cost. I have to dock a star for the inconvenience
So after foolishly buying a car that I believed was in drive-able condition, the exhaust pipe in the middle dropped to the floor and was dragged probably 2 miles before I could get home. My morning was spent at one mechanic that told me he needed to replace the Catalytic Converter as well as the entire exhaust system. Upon making a few calls I was told I was only able to get a converter from a licensed dealership. And the part would cost $900. Then ordering the rest of the exhaust would run me another $900 or so.Decided to duct tape it and drive over to Midas.Upon arrival within 10-15 minutes I had a mechanic lift my car, take a look at the ruined exhaust pipe, and I told him what the other mechanic told me. Long story short, I gave him permission to cut away the ruined part, he took a look at the converter, and saw it could be salvaged. With that being said, since Midas can bend and make their own exhaust pipes, my $1,800 quote (Plus whatever labor wouldve been) was cut down to around $570 (Thats including tax).Ive got a check engine light on for a leak somewhere and once I have the money, I think Im gonna head back here to do a smoke test instead of my usual mechanic. All in all, a great job.Pleased with my repairs.---(Take my 4 stars with a grain of salt. I mightve given them 5 but Im jaded and pissed about the car and having to dump money into what I thought was a decent ride)
I went in on two occasions, once for a new spare tire and once for an oil change. The first time, I was redirected to a junkyard since it would be way cheaper and I appreciated that I wasnt upsold anything I didnt need. The second time, I called ahead of time and was told to drop the car off and that it would take a minimum of two hours for the car to be serviced and theyd call me when it was ready to pick up. In the end, it ended up taking about 3 hours total, but it was dirt cheap.
I’ve read some of the posts written by others and I must say people are ridiculous. First, this Midas really is a gem. HABAIB, the manager is fantastic. He is honest and fair and most importantly he cares about the work done in the shop. He keeps his employees, all of whom are quite knowledgeable, working at their peak! People need to understand that the auto repair industry is not something like fast food. In order to do a good job it cannot be rushed. It seems to me that the impatience of most people gets in the way of the kind of quality of work that they are looking for. Being in the industry myself I can honestly say that they work very efficiently and as quickly as possible to do the best job possible. Please refer to the manager Habib as he is going to help you. I for one will be coming here for all my auto repair needs from now on and I think that most of the negative comments and feedback needs to be ignored by new customers.
Very dishonest people. They unplugged cables to create engine check sign. So they can charge you diagnostic fee and fake parts replacement. They will do that specially when you ask them to do NYS Inspection. Just couple of days ago they did it to me. I refused to do NYS with them and then tried to drive back home but couldnt. When I screamed at them then they opened the hood and plugged the cable back. They are dangerous. Probably, I just narrowly escaped from a serious accident by screaming at them.
Holy smokes!!!!! This place is the absolute worst EVER! I came there 3 times trying to get my oil changed. One time the worker told me to come back in 2 hours and when I did he had the nerve to tell me that there was an additional 2 hour wait. When he told me to come back the next day it was more of the same run around. I ended up going to another place altogether even though I had a coupon for this Midas. I would rather pay full price someplace else. That way I at least get the service done.
To make a long story short, I went to Midas because at home (Buffalo, NY) I always got great service so I assumed the Midas on Sunrise Highway, Bay Shore, NY would be the same.I stopped in at about 11am on a Monday morning because my Toyota Corolla was making a rattling noise that I thought was my exhaust so I needed it to be checked out. When I went in the office was hot, smelled like exhaust, dirty and there was only one woman in the waiting room at the time so I gave all my information including my cell phone number and asked how long it would take to be looked at.The Manager said it would be 30-45 minutes before they could get it up on a lift and take a look. I walked over to a nearby mall to wait instead of waiting in the waiting room because the smell of exhaust is a migraine trigger for me and I could not sit there to wait.Walking the mall, I expected a call from them in 30-45 minutes, but no one called. At the one hour mark, no call. An hour 15 min, no call. 1.5 ho urs, no call. An hour and 45 min. no call, 2 hours I called them only to find out that they did not even look at my car yet! I was really agitated because a call would have taken 1 minute just to let me know what was going on.I decided at that time to walk back and get my keys to take the car somewhere else. When I asked at the desk they had excuses to why they had not looked at it yet, but IT JUST SO HAPPENED A BAY OPENED UP RIGHT NOW! I was so upset at the lack of communication I wanted back my keys and was going to leave anyway because I didnt believe it.The man behind the counter said he is getting up on the lift RIGHT NOW AND could tell me in a couple minutes what was wrong. He called over a tech who pulled out a large piece of metal that got jammed underneath the car and was making the rattling noise. It took him LESS than 2 minutes to pull it out and get my car down. So, I waited 2.5 HOURS for a job that took 2.5 MINUTES. Seriously?I used to own an auto repair business myself, I know that communication is the key to customer service. If ANYONE could have called me after an hour to just let me know what was going on I would have NOT been so agitated by the entire experience.Next time, I will take it elsewhere.
These guys dont know a thing about business or customer service. Dropped my car off for a simple oil change, went back 3 hours later and it still wasnt done, pulled my truck out of there and wouldnt think about them working on it. John the manger needs alot of training on how to handle customers and how to do business. They wont be there long. What, do they think they are the only ones that do brakes and oil changes in the area....please. You wont see me or anyone I know go there again.
Went in for a 30 dollar oil change. They told me I needed a coolant flush, an engine air filter, a cabin filter, rear breaks and a break fluid flush. I just replaced this engine 30 days ago with all brand new fluids, this car also does not have a cabin air filter. I do need rear breaks but come on. Im a mechanic and new what they were doing, but if this was my gram and they told her this she would authorize the work not knowing the scam. Shame on this place.
Worst experience ever. Kept my car well over a week in fact its still there now! I brought it on a Friday and it was not even looked at until Monday as per the recptionist own words smh. Every time I call Marty acts as if Im annoying him yet he has my car! He says he is busy with customers to talk to me, last time I checked my car sitting in your garage made me a customer as well! They made me pay 700 for something that wasnt even the issue and now they just fixing on random stuff and want to charge me for it! Seriously! All i need is a freeking inspection and this has become a circus show! Because a disabled single mom of two has money just waiting to be burned! I filed a complaint with Midas and they claimed they would call me back and never did. I am recording and documenting everything because I see Im going to have to go above their heads to get treated as a customer should! I usually go to commack Midas who by the way is awesome. But I moved and gave bay shore a try, worst mistake. I suggest you by pass this place to avoid a nightmare!
This review has been a long time coming, and I hope whoever reads this will take heed. I used to take my car here all the time because I didnt know any better. As the other reviewers mentioned, they take way too long to service a car and I have to second the shady comment.I brought my car in once because it was leaking motor oil. It took them two days of ordering parts and replacing things that didnt need to be replaced to figure out that the oil drum had a crack in it. Needless to say I was given a quote of a little over $1k over the phone one day... and then the next day I come in and the price for all the repairs + labor came out to almost $3k!! I felt cheated big time and the best they could do for me was offer me a free oil change.. LOL!! STAY AWAYYYY!!!!
If I could give 0 STARS, thats what they deserve.Back in 2014 they fixed my car. Two days later, my 1996 Acura 2.5TL was engulfed in flames due to a mechanical fire. The mechanics and manager claimed that Midas was not deemed liable. When my step-dad threatened to file a lawsuit, they wanted to compromise. They provided a faulty 1998 Chrysler Sebring Convertible.. exterior was in great condition, but mechanical issues under the hood. It was a nightmare getting them to fix that, and so I sold it off.
Customer Service was Horrible... I made an appointment for a State inspection and the guy behind the counter would not accept my vehicle unless I gave him my mailing info ... I get enough junk mail as it is, so I really any more... his justification for it “well NY State requires your name, address, and phone number, they don’t lets us do it without it”... I don’t appreciate getting lied like that to my face, or not having an opt out option... and one more thing, both him and the mechanic he was chatting with, both need to put a mask on, we’re still in a pandemic
Horrible,They not only over priced me but was also rude about it. The reason I gave it one star was because they have one employee that I can trust not to rip-off me. That person havent been around for several weeks. Now I am avoiding going to this place. When I was waiting in the area another customer was telling me of an incident she had at this location, they charged them extra for oil-change because they claimed that they under charge them for the previous visit.Avoid this place at all cost.
SInce they changed managers..I have come in 3 times for front end work and oil change services and 3 times I was told they couldnt get to my car..I always make sure to get there early too..one of the times I asked to bring in my car for a steering rack..the manager tells me she doesnt know if the part has to be rebuilt or bought new..she said shed call me back to let me know..and she never did..so I called them. And asked if she had found out, and she did not, never even made a call.So Im done with Midas, plus fed up with them always trying to up sell. Like the time I had my front shocks done and he insisted I needed to get the rears done also or my alignment would be off. Even A Timing belt was suggested when I went in to have my front brakes looked at.
Do urself a favor and take ur car any place else other than this place. Anthony tries selling me 4 catalytic converters when I only need 1 replaced. Ive had one at a time replaced b4. Go back 2 exhaust school and learn how 2 use a torch and simply cut the bad 1 out and replace it. Total scammers like this give other shops a bad name!!!
Horrible, unprofessional, rude, and just down right a terrible business. My wife went there to get an oil change. They made her wait over 3 hours with 4 kids and then asked her to come back later. The guy kept calling her Babe. I wouldnt let them do anything to my cars.
Terrible place, they have horrible attitudes and refused to fix broken parts/bolts they put on I would completely avoid this place and I’ve called customer service several times about them, had a terrible experience and had to bring my car somew here else to fix what they had done and refused to refund me.
RIP OFF THIS PLACE IS SUCKS, THEY CHARGED ME FOR A BRAND NEW FRONT END ON MY 2012 ROGUE BUT I FOUND OUT THAT WAS NOT A BRAND NEW PART. THAT WAS ACTUALLY REBUILD PARTS. SHAME ON HABIB. I WENT THERE 5 MOUTHES AGO TO LOOK FOR HABIB AND HE IS NOT THERE ANYMORE, AND NEW GUY IS RUDE SO I DID NOT EVEN ASKED HIM. THEN I CALLED MIDAS CORPORATE OFFICE AND FILE A COMPLAINT AND ALMOST ONE MONTHE AND I AM STILL WAITING. LOOKS LIKE THEY EVEN DO NOT CARE. THATS WHY MIDAS IS CLOSING ALL LOCATIONS. SO EVERYONE PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY GIVES YOU A NEW PARTS NOT REBUILD.
Bad experience, you cant believe that changing brake pads or pads takes more than 2 hours !!!!!!!!! , and explaining that I only came for this job, that is, only to change the brake pads or pads; since I had to go to do other jobs to the car in another place (being the second shift and respecting the arrivals of the other clients). They do not speak your language (the sign clearly says that if they speak to you in your language), and the SUPPOSED GUARANTEE that they offer you, they charge you with the working hours (and they are not charges for hours worked; as we mortals ) .In short, countless fatal points for no, no, no, no .......... NEVER COME BACK !!!!!!

2022-02-16Came in for a leaky brake line. Ended up paying $2100 for repairs they recommended and the parts they replaced ended up failing and in result broke my car. And they still want me to pay for it. Dont trust their inspection service. If they tell you your car needs a certain thing. Dont approve it, recommended to look around elsewhere for a second opinion at a much reputable place. Decent for small maintenance such as oil changes and flush otherwise, they will rob you. Lost all respect to this establishment. Greed through and through. Customer Service is even worse. They will defend the shop more so than help their customers.

2022-05-30Ralph and his team did an amazing job changing the oil in my car to synthetic oil. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Also very thankful for the advice he gave me on my car! They are all very kind and I plan to come back in the future! :)

2022-05-09My car recently came off warranty so I was looking for a dependable full service auto facility with reasonable rates and good service. Midas checked all the boxes. Frank was knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out in a reasonable time and will be returning for all services on my car.I highly recommend

2022-05-09I had a lot wrong with my car when i stepped into the shop and i originally planned for only 2 things to get fixed. my suspension and my back tire. not only did those things get fixed. he completely replaced all my tires and hooked me up with a new part with an amazing discount

2022-03-22Went in for a synthetic oil change that I purchased on Groupon. Whereas most places have a tendency to be somewhat irritated at honoring the discounted price, this particular shop was absolutely welcoming and efficient. They worked with me on an appointment time, and the service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend Frank and this Midas location. Thanks again! I will be returning for further maintenances.

2022-04-25I wanted to do an alignment to my car, and change some parts that I needed to change because they were already worn out, they charged me $500 for everything. When I was going to pay they told me that they had not done everything that was agreed and they charged me more than $800 for no reason, I was not going to pay that because it was not what we had agreed on and the job was not well done, they behaved very disrespectfully They yelled at me and didnt want to give me a car until I paid what they said. It is the worst experience I could have, I do not recommend them to ANYONE!

2022-04-18The worst service. Cheaters, they wanted to change my parts, which I replaced two days before I came to them. How they talk to the client is simply not acceptable, such people should not work in this business. I do not recommend this shop to anyone
