Dr.Romano is the best. So caring and friendly. He treats you like you are family. I have been with him for years and will be with him for years to come.
I find Dr. Romano to be personable, professional and knowledgeable. He answers questions that are easy to understand and follow. I always feel better when I visit. He handles you with kid gloves as he manipulates your body to relieve your pain/discomfort.He will also tell you when he can can not help you. That is refreshing and honest. I would recommend him without reservation and with ease to anyone.
I am very happy with the treatment that I am receiving by Dr. James Romano. I was very hestirant to make an appointment as i wasnt a believer in Chropractic care. I tried it a few times in the past & felt worse then I did before I began treatment!I have only had a few appointments and I am experiencing relief from some pain that I have many years. Im very glad that I decided to pursue treatment here. The staff is also very polite , professional & accommodating with scheduling appointments with my crazy schedule!
I have been seeing Dr,Romano for several years. He never tries to hook you into program like other chiropractor might try. He will either say you are good see next time I need to see you or we will need to see you again. He really cares about your well being.
Dr. Romano is the Best Chiropractor in Orange County. My family and I will not go anywhere else. Has nice staff and the time he takes in caring for you is worth it!
I needed a Middletown chiropractor because I just moved here from Atlanta.I interviewed several chiropractors before choosing Dr Romano.Whereas other chiropractors spend 30 seconds with you and only adjust your neck, Dr. Romano spends as much time as necessary to help me stretch the areas that are causing my discomfort and then adjusts all of the areas that are out of alignment. Highly recommended.
AS a former RN and now the owner of a business, I cannot thank Dr Romano for his caring hands and treatment of my injury. Very kind and doesnt do needless expensive xrays or MRIs . Old fashioned good treatment and very refreshing to find!
Dr. Romano is amazing. I always leave the office walking more upright and have alot less tightness.
Needed emergency back care from work injury. They denied helping me stating that they do not do walk ins and were booked solid for the day. The parking lot and waiting room were empty. Obviously not that busy.

2020-11-12I’ve always been skeptical of Chiropractors! My neck and back was bothering me so I was talking to a neighbor and he told me about Middletown Chiropractic. And the amazing help he and his family has received from here. So finally after waiting and being in pain I went. I literally felt better the same day and I now swear by Dr. Romano! he’s incredibly knowledgeable and listens to exact problems and helps! Its not just an in and out thing they care! Ive very happy to be a patient here and actually look forward to coming due to the fact I know this process is working and it’s getting better each and every time!Sincere thanks to Dr. Romano and there staff which are incredible as well!

He listens to ones concerns and does his best to help his clients feel better and reach recovery. I would completely recommend him to anyone looking for a cure for their pain. 2012-06-29Dr. Romano listens to what your concerns are and then works on fixing the issues that you have. He takes the time to sit with new patients and really assess an appropriate course of treatment. Each time I walk out of there I know that Dr. Romano has addressed the reason for the office visit. Extremely professional office staff as well. They have taken care of all insurance billing issues promptly and effectively. If you are looking for a chiropractor in the area, Dr. Romano should be your first and last stop.

2013-03-04I have seen Dr Romano on and off for the past 3 years for a reoccurring pain in my neck/shoulders. He works his magic for 3-4 sessions and gives me complete relief of my symptoms. Although I can imagine myself getting an adjustment on a weekly basis he politely tells me see you again when you need me. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty and would recommend him to all that need his services.
