Fannie, OM and Dr. Bhingradia, MD, FAAFP were both wonderful. OM attended me quickly when I walked in having trouble breathing. The best part after being treated for my symptom. Fannie was so nice enough to heat up my breakfast for dinner 🍽 😋 Thank you for taking care of me. 🙂

My visit today went well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The PA who saw my son was very nice and professional and able to answer any concerns I had . I would recommend others to be seen at this facility.
Oh no, another insurance mill. Came in for a Rapid test. Saw 3 different staff. One took vital sign, one used the swab and at the end an MD to ask if I have questions. I asked how different their rapid from the home test? They said it is the same. Home test costs $15. Guess what they charge the insurance for their “ process” including a doctor visit. They are the reason health care is so expensive in the US.
We’ve been to Midtown Urgent care a few times since July 2020 for Covid testing and they are professional, the process was smooth and we always had the results on time - when they are not sure, they warn you about the delays before you get tested.I recommend to make an appointment on line.Stay safe everyone 🙏🏻
I was here for a weekend trip and felt very unwell. I called ahead on the Saturday morning and they told me to come on in. The waiting area is warm and professional (well-decorated for fall). The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming — she helped me find a nearby pharmacy and looked up the address for me. I only sat waiting for about 15 minutes, most of which was filling out the intake forms. The nurse was efficient and listened to my concerns and took down all the details. I was seen very quickly by the PA, who was very friendly and a good listener. They prescribed me what I needed right away. I was in and out in half an hour. Excellent experience!
Very friendly group of Medical Professionals. They do their best to get patients in & out. Tests results usually return within reasonable amount of time / days. Ive been coming here since 2020. For Urgent Care needs, I will choose this place 1st.
Got in immediately, at 11 AM on a Friday. Desk staff, Medical Assistant, And PA were all very nice and helpful. Very high quality and efficient service. E.

Went in for a rapid test. Line was somewhat long but everything was smooth once you got into the waiting area. Staff were organized and efficient. Received my results within 30 minutes.
Easy appointment scheduling process however my appointment was at 10:35am and I was not seen until 11:45am. Staff was nice but had no information to give patients when asked about their wait time. There should’ve been some type of virtual line or calls made to patients informing them of a more accurate wait time. There was also no easy way to social distance once inside, these are things which should be thought of.
Walked-in with a tourist insurance. Didnt wait much. The nurses and physicians were super friendly and took detailed exams for my symptoms.

Excellent service. Came in for Covid rapid test and had results in minutes. Went back later on the day for a PCR test for work purposes and they took care it in less than 2 mins. Great work by everyone in the facility. I highly recommend them.
Had a great experience here! I came here as a walk-in for a COVID PCR test since I was feeling a little under the weather and wanted to rule out COVID. When I arrived, they were very prompt and had me check in to their virtual waiting line. Waited around half an hour and then had my nose swabbed and also spoke to a PA. Super helpful - they made me feel at ease the entire time.Update: Got my (negative) result within 24 hours via their portal. I got a text and also an email. Overall, super easy process. Definitely recommend!
Wonderful staff members, Nurse and Doctors. All of them were so helpful and supportive. Required to get the PCR test result the very next day, as I was flying the following night. They did all the possible way to expedite the test result and yes they were able to delivered my test result early morning. Because of their dedication to serve the community, I have a peace of mind and was able to travel on planned schedule. Once again thank you Midtown New York Doctors Urgent Cares.Highly recommend.
Had to get a PCR test for a medical procedure and every other place I called was charging hundreds of dollars. I did a walk in to this urgent care and they said the wait time was 40 min but I was seen in 20 which was great. The provider was very nice and so was the front desk lady. I got PCR results in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!!
They will rip off your insurance company. If you go for a simple COVID test there is no need to see a doctor unless you are tested positive. Stay away from meeting a doctor or you will end up paying your deductible for no good reason.

I’ve been a patient here for several years. Especially getting tested weekly for covid with prompt results.The entire staff is most professional and the dr treats you with respect, is extremely kind always diagnoses correctly in a timely fashion.I totally recommend this urgent care facility.
Amazing place to get tested for covid. Very efficient and professional services. Reserve your spot online in advance so you dont have to wait. Walk-ins are alright as well, just have to wait for a few minutes. Deserves absolute 5 star
Got an appointment right away on line, once at the office filled out one page of paperwork, saw the doctor right away, got three stitches, was back home an hour later. What more can you ask for from the healthcare system for a minor injury?MD was competent, friendly, explained things, offered alternatives, and arranged follow up.Excellent experience in every way.
I asked for a COVID test without an appointment. The staff was efficient and pleasant even though they were quite busy. A doctor was sent to talk to me after the test, just in case I had questions or concerns. I hadnt expected that, and it was a nice extra touch.However, now two days later, I have to say that I now have misgivings. Yesterday I received a text message giving me my patient ID and explaining how to access my test results. But when I tried, it said that they couldnt find me in their system. I tried repeatedly with the same result. I suppose its possible that this just means that my results havent come in yet, but if so, it should say so, and not keep the patient guessing.When I tried to call to get their weekend hours, I was told that the number I pressed was not a valid option. When I walked over to the clinic this morning, well after their official opening hour, the place was empty and dark. I realize that were dealing with severe weather conditions, but surely they could have found a way to inform people - a sign on the door? A message on their phone line? Something.Im supposed to fly tomorrow evening, and I already have a number of COVID-related extra tasks to complete before leaving. I will not be happy if some problem in their system, no fault of my own, forces me to add yet another tiresome errand to the list.

The staff, nurses, and doctors here are incredible. I was seen immediately when I walked in (I cut my hand open and needed stitches) and they took me straight away. My nurse and doctor had wonderful bedside manner and were very fast. The offices and rooms are clean and tidy. Highly recommend coming here.
Great place for getting just a covid test but seems to be not very useful beyond that. Also had to wait more than an hour despite having an appointment. On top of that doctor said Im fine and sent me home and now Ive gotten worse (chest congestion, fever etc) no antibiotics
My daughter & I had a 2:00 & 2:10 appt. We got there at 1:47 & were seen right away. The ladies at the front desk were courteous. I forgot the name of the woman who did our tests, but she was great. Very informative, nice & gentle. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice & the office was very clean. I would definitely go here again if I need to.
I brought my 87 year old father who has asthma for a Covid test I requested the staff to please do the Covid test for my father while he was sorting in the car right outside the Clinic door the staff refused. I told them that I understand it is not drive by testing site but my father can not walk and he has asthma I am a physician I just wanted to make sure he did not have Covid after initial refusal they did do the test while my father was in the car. I am very thankful to the staff for really going out of the way to assist my father. Thank you please continue to help the patients and their families. Even though it is not drive through site but it’s a very good thing to do for elderly frail people. Kudos to all
For me to walk in and get help immediately is phenomenal!! The doctor was so sweet and caring . The medical assistant was so patient and kind ! The receptionist was amazing too ! I definitely will always come here if it’s urgent!
When I came to this location, I saw Dr. Bhingradia. I really liked the facility and short wait time. However, when the doctor came in she did not greet me and she was curt and did not do a proper examination. She didnt bother to ask questions or look at my medical history. She gave her opinion in a very arrogant manner after spending one minute with me and dismissed my questions and concerns. If you want a quick Covid test, I guess this is place, given the reviews. However, if you come for another reason, I cannot recommend Dr. Bhingradia.
After waiting for 45 minutes at another urgent care, my friend and I thankfully found Midtown New York Doctors Urgent Care and were easily able to get an appointment. When my friend and I got there, we were seen very quickly and treated very kindly. I highly recommend this urgent care and I will definitely come back!

I needed a molecular Covid test for travel with a very fast turn around. I had my results in less than 24 hours. Everyone at the office was super pleasant and efficient. Easy to book an appointment on line.

I needed a quick Co if test and flu test. Total red tape from NYU Hospital, even worse from Duane Reade and CVS. My hematologist recommended Urgent Care, and she was right— no muss, no fuss, quick, efficient and polite service, just exactly what I needed.
Very organized. Staff was enforcing social distancing and patients to remain seated in waiting area. For covid test I was in and out in 30 minutes the most. Doctor asked questions regarding any concerns. Very professional. Was told results will be ready within 3-4 days. I’ve read some reviews where patients received within 24 hours. Will see.
An A-MAZING experience!!I have been using *another* MD walk-in place ( that shall go unnamed ) but the service continued to decline- and I heard about this location & was in need of a Dr. so I made my appt. online the nite before.I arrived a few min. prior to my appt.( had filled out my info thru links ) and basically waited only MINs prior to being seen!! The women at receiving were #WONDERFUL! I gave a sample for tests and Dr. Bhingradia came in within *mere moments* to confirm an infection and prescribe the needed meds IMMEDIATELY!!I was literally there barely 1/2 an HOUR!#TOTALLY my new Dr.’s office !I wish I had known SOONER!!!!AAAAAAA+++++++!!!!!!!!!!!
I first went to CityMd and the girl at front desk was not nice. I wanted a rapid covid test because I am going to see my brother for his birthday and he has cancer. I explained my situation and I had traveled 25 total blocks. She told me to come back in the morning to put my name on a list where I would wait for a call for 24 hours. I begged to be seen and there wereonly 2 people in the whole place and she smugly said no. I will never go back.I was walking back home and saw New York Doctors at 205 Lexington ave and went in. They were absolutely lovely and they got me right in. Everyone was efficient with no attitude and I will only go there from now on. I highly recommend the one on 32nd and Lexington. They were compassionate and thorough and it was a great experience. I am not one to write reviews but I felt this was well deserved.
Great experience today at New York Doctors Urgent Care. Very friendly and helpful staff. Efficient check-in. I was taken at my schedule appointment time. I needed a negative COVID-19 test for upcoming travel within 96 hours of departure time and they were the only facility that gave me confidence I would have the results in time, even with Labor Day thrown in there. Definitely recommend.

Visited this urgent care 2 days ago and was the greatest doctors visit I’ve ever had. I went in for a covid swab and antibodies test and the medical assistant named Barbara who said she was just an intern was beyond professional and kind. She was great with blood draw and basic triage. She was very helpful with explaining how to access our results on our own. I think you guys should hire her now! Highly recommend! 5 stars!

The office is very clean and safe. Made an appt online easily for a covid test. I am traveling internationally and needed my test results expedited - they still took 3 days to arrive, even expedited. Took my test Friday evening, got results Monday 11 am. I see other people for their results much faster than I did, but there is never a guarantee. Overall still recommend for the 0 wait time and kind staff! Just know if you need a test for travel it might take 3+ days even expedited.
The whole process was amazing. From the reception nurse to the doctor the process was smooth and friendly. No long wait times or too much paperwork if everything completed on line.Would highly recommend
I went for COVID PCR testing for travel (which requires testing result within less than 72 hours) earlier this week. The process was pretty smooth. I was able to get tested within half an hour. The nurse was so nice and patient. She provided a lot of information and was very professional when sampling. The result came back in ~29 hours online (through lab’s website) and I also got a call from the Urgent Care for notification. It was a very positive experience!
Fast and pleasant! Very little waiting time, both for the visit and for COVID test results. Getting a nasal swab and antibody test isnt fun, but their excellent staff made it as efficient and pleasant as possible. Will definitely return for future tests.
This place exceeded my expectations. I went for a PCR test that I needed to travel. I needed the results in 48 hours. I got the test at 2 pm on Sunday and had the results in my email (through the online portal the staff told me to create ASAP) at 5:45 am on Monday. I could not believe it! The staff were very friendly and professional and the test was administered seamlessly with minimal wait time at the office. Absolutely would recommend this location!!
EDIT* They replied but focused on the one thing I didnt care about - after I admitted it was an issue on my end. As much as I didnt want to have to pay $100 I did. My main focus was on the lack of professionalism from the doctor and lack of a better diagnosis. I understand that is difficult without labs. But I had a severe allergic reaction to the antibiotics they prescribed even after telling them of my allergies to a similar one. And as previously stated all they gave me last time I came into the office for similar symptoms was pain meds. So office manager if you are seeing this again, the $100 albeit annoying was fine, the front desk girls were sweet. It was your PA whom I have seen multiple times now which made me feel even worse (while I was sobbing in front of her). So... do better. The two stars go towards her, not any one else in the practice. I truly hoped that when I went I would see someone else because I had already felt belittled by her in our first encounter.ORIGINAL:Felt belittled by the PA. Tried to explain I had been in for the exact same feelings months ago and was just prescribed pain meds (naproxen) the first time. This time she decided to give me amoxicillin. Didn’t give me a full answer. Said it could be a myriad of things from the flu to tonsil stones. And even if it was the flu “it was too late to treat it”. I do admit I had a snag with my insurance (thank you US healthcare) so I couldn’t afford any lab tests on top of the $100 appointment fee but I had a Covid test the previous day which was negative.Told her my lymph node was swollen and she barely touched where I showed her and blamed it on tonsil stones (which I’ve had on and off my entire life and never had anything like this).
Detail oriented! Very clean and efficient- friendly staff and felt more comfortable here than most offices I’ve been to. Excellent phone conversation to ease my anxiety during such a stressful time. Highly recommended- the doctor I had FaceTimed with months ago even came into the room and said hello and mentioned our first virtual visit - attention to detail. 10/10.
I had to take a pre-travel PCR Covid test and NY Doctors were able to schedule me in right away on walk in. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and it was actually the most pain-free Covid-test I’ve ever experienced. No wait times and everyone was extremely efficient, thanks for a great experience.
I am a health care provider myself, and have encountered so many angry impersonal staff with both pediatrician and specialists. Was very pleased at the attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism from the staff on 32/lex location. I also know that people are anxious and scared during this pandemic, and I heard them take phone calls, answering the same questions repeatedly during my short wait. Makes me happy to see there are still decent practices out there. Great experience!
Literally the best place to get a COVID test. There are no lines and the staff that works here is amazing!! They are so kind and helpful. The manager Fanny was so awesome to me today with an issue I had and I am so grateful to her for going above and beyond to help me out.

Great Service! No lines. I had my appointment at 12:30PM and came 2 hours earlier and was seen immediately. My waiting time was less than 20 minutes. Had my PCR test done around 11am and got my results the same time the following day. I would definitely recommend this place to travelers who need a PCR test done! I am an oversees visitor staying at a family’s home in NY. State law requires one to quarantine for 10 days on arrival unless you take a Covid test, days 3-5. If the test result is negative, you’re good to go earlier. I took a test on day 5 hoping to cut the quarantine short so the family can come back. After a 24 hrs wait, I was told the results take 5-7 days! However on the way back, I called ahead of time and they were very courteous as usual and advised me what I needed to have with me including the flight ticket to “expedite” the service (within 72 hours). I made an appointment, gave the test and got the result back in 24 hours. I am particularly grateful to Charlotte who graciously helped the whole process through very smoothly.

I was in and out in 20 minutes without an appt. I dont recommend going without one but they were very accommodating and extremely compassionate. From the front desk ( who was a little overwhelmed with walk ons and still was so nice and caring) to the nurse who swabbed me. Its been a while since I went to an urgent care and actually felt better leaving than going on.Thank you

I made an online appointment for the next day for COVID testing, but I popped in to make sure that was the correct protocol. I was greeted warmly and given an appointment for testing right on the spot. The whole experience took about 15 minutes (I got antibody testing and my veins were uncooperative). The office was clean and the staff was nice.
This Doctors office is one of the best I have ever visited. The staff are very polite, the services and deliverables are on point. Did my Covid PCR test yesterday to be able to travel today and they delivered. Thank you all for the good work you are doing. Really appreciate it.
I had to do a Covid test for traveling. Everything is very well organized! You make an appointment online and you are all set. Not many people in the waiting room so I didn’t feel uncomfortable. The professional doing the test was very nice explaining everything, and gentle with the procedure. Thanks very much!
This place apparently is not taking CDC guidelines seriously. They also make you wait a long time with an appointment. They allow patients that are done with appointments to sit and hang in the waiting area, two people who were done with their appointments were sitting trying to figure out how to email paperwork while more and more patients came in with appointments, making the place even more crowded. Not once did anyone at reception consider how many people were sitting close by each other. Wont go back at all. After 15 minutes of waiting I left because I felt extremely uncomfortable and went to City MD which was cleaner, quicker and they managed their patients in away it was not over crowded. Even without an appointment at City MD I was taken in right away and out the door in 10 minutes.
The process to get antibody testing was so easy. I first had walked into the office and they told me I needed a telemedicine visit first so the doctor can order the testing. They said I can do this quickly and then come right back. It was about an hour before they closed. I killed time at Duane Reade and had my video visit. The instructions on my phone were easy and the call from the receptionist was friendly. The video visit took under 5 minutes. Ran back to the office and was seen also in less than 5 minutes. The PA on video, front desk, and tech were all so friendly and helped me get this done today ASAP. Ty guys!
I made an appointment online for a covid test. I came 15 minutes early. I was in and out 10-15 minutes tops. The staff are friendly and professional. No lines too for walk-ins. I will recommend this place for testing. I just wished they also take my insurance for the antibody test so I don’t need to look for another place.

This is the place to go if you need a quick turnaround PCR test for travel. We made an appointment the day before and showed up just before 9 on Monday morning. In and out in just over 20 minutes and got results back on Tuesday just after 12. You can pick up your results at the urgent care or access them through the lab’s online portal. Highly recommend!
Avoid this place, it isnt an urgent care. Incompetent nurses and doctors in. When asked about urgent care capabilities at the facility, the doctor responded this isnt an emergency care facility, I continued, can you distinguish emergency from urgent?. She then said, Im just a family doctor, we are not equipped to handle emergency cases. Hello? NYS should review these licenses where they falsely misguide patients who need immediate assistance.
We went early in the morning, the whole process for me and my husband took less than 25 minutes. The facility is clean and efficient. Staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommended for covid testing.
Busy, but not packed. Friendly staff. Even more importantly, efficient handling. They are my go-to for urgent care for at least 5 years (meaning I see them as much as my GP) never a complaint.
Really happy with how much distancing has been put in place for COVID precautions. The office is lovely and the entire staff are extremely caring. I had an emergency and didn’t think I was going to get seen on Christmas Eve but they all took amazing care of me. Very very grateful!
Excellent and quick service! I got tested on Tuesday 11/24 at 8:50am, as I needed the PCR test for traveling purposes and received my results in less than 24 hrs. Booked an appointment 1 day in advance for covid 19 testing. Arrived a few minutes early and was seen immediately. Everyone was friendly and professional (receptionist, nurses and doctor) .Will consider this my # 1 urgent facility going forward.
Visited last week with my children and I can say this is a great place to come get your covid results quickly for an international flight! My nurse who I believe name was Barbara was very efficient and friendly. She made me and my family feel comfortable. She also asked before drawing blood if anyone of us were afraid of needles and assured us that everything will be smooth and easy and it sure was!I was rather scared for the covid swabs but she was very gentle and quick at doing the test. I recommend this urgent care to anyone looking to get quick results. Very clean and professional environment! :)

Said results would take 5-7 days, but got in contact with the lab and got it in 2 days.***I would suggest the practice would work on getting results to patients quicker or give info to patients to get results themselves from the lab***Overall, I would recommend if you are willing to pay for Covid testing and wait on results.

The check in was very orderly, and the man sitting at the front desk was very handsome. A beautiful sister came to do covid-19 PCR test for us. She is very gentle and very nice. Highly recommend. I got a rapid Covid test this morning, with no fuss or stress. I walked in and within an hour I was at home reading the results. Everyone was professional and courteous. My negative result has given me peace of mind about driving a senior for a long distance to get their Covid vaccine. Visiting NYC from Los AngelesOn two occasions I have needed to see a Doctor and choose Midtown NY Doctors. I liked them the first time and came back here.Receptionist was great, friendly, helpful and had a great smile. She pulled up my records from last visit so I didn’t need to fill out more forms.I was seen within 5 minutes by a physicians assistant He was also very pleasant and efficient. A few minutes later I saw the Doctor. She was great.Took care of my concern and called in a prescription to the cvs around the corner. Told me to come back immediately if I was in any way concerned. I liked her a lotThank you.
I had to take a Covid test to travel and they made the process super easy! You can book online and they will take you on time (I was in and out of there in 10 minutes!). The staff is also very nice and courteous and really works to make sure it isnt a stressful process. Would highly recommend.
Made an appointment online for a COVID test before traveling. It took about an hour overall. They say they expedite tests if you need results for work/medical/travel so fingers crossed. The test/visit is $125 if you are not insured**update- results came back in under 24 hours. If you make an account with the lab you get an email alert

It was clean, very spaced out. I was a walk in for a covid test and there was only 1 person in the waiting room. I was seen a few minutes after checking in with the receptionist. The doctors are friendly quick and clear.

Everyone was very nice! It was quick and efficient! I liked how the doctor listened to my story and trusted that I knew what was going on with my body. I went a different urgent care on Thursday and that doctor completely dismissed my story and tried to make her own diagnosis!

Really quick and really pleasant people. I was literally seen in minutes and not just by the nurse, but the doctor actually came in immediately after. He was very thorough and helpful, not to mention making sure to ask about my weekend plans in order to give me a heads up with the medication. Great experience all around.....just don’t bring a concealed carry permit as state ID...I think one member of the staff might be against the second amendment...
Very helpful, I went in to take a PCR test and unfortunately don’t have insurance. They were kind and still took me in quickly and thankfully at no charge. The rest of the city are long waits on a Friday afternoon, it’s a relief. Much appreciated.

Please offer the Sunday receptionist a copy of what insurance is accepted. I called Sunday to verify my specific insurance was accepted. I was told Yes that it was.Imagine my joy after booking an appointment, spending an hour traveling, only to be told when I got there, Sowee, we dont take your insurance. No consideration. Youre not there to help people, its just a check to you. I hope you guys never get sick, and no one helps. Even when you do everything properly, call ahead, and answer all questions and info, I hope no one denies you in a time of need.Update edit for the owners response: You wasted so much time of mine today. Your reply is redundant of what I said in my first paragraph. I DID call prior, I DID validate that my insurance was accepted. I traveled too far to do so without certainty. My visit to the urgent care was swift and satisfying. Went in for a covid test as well as an anti body test and I can honestly say that it was a great experience. The M.A Arlenny was very kind and professional and made it a very pleasant visit. Definitely recommend this urgent care for anyone that needs to get tested and any other medical visits they can accommodate for Future visits.
I went there for a fast PCR test. I made an appointment the night before and I was admitted at an earlier time, I only waited 5 minutes and then I was admitted to the room, and the also waited about 5 minutes. The staff was very kind and caring.

My partner made me an appointment for Friday at 9 AM in order to get a test for travel on Sunday to France for my grandmothers funeral. It’s Saturday evening and at this point not sure I’ll be able to make my flight tomorrow. Definitely don’t recommend this place for a fast PCR test!!
This place was so quick and efficient. I went in for a Covid test for travel requirements requiring a quick turnaround time. The whole appointment including waiting time was under 5 minutes and the clinic called with the results within 28 hours of the appointment! It was great and I will definitely go again. Make sure you book an appointment online and if you have travel plans requiring negative test results within 72 hours let them know and show them your travel details.If you need a PDF of your results under 48 hours you will need to email lab (Sunrise Medical Lab) the required PHI form from their website and ask for expedited covid PDF results because the online portal will not load results until 48 hours after creation of account.
Wonderful staff and care. Everyone was attentive to my questions and the entire process took 25 minutes from start to finish. I was a walk in on a Sunday afternoon to get a COVID PCR test.
This was an unexpected excellent experience. I had to get a Covid test quickly to travel outside the US. This was the only venue I could find that could get it done in 1 to 3 days. Everything was highly professional. They handled insurance and the medical team was efficient and friendly. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
Walked right in. Addressed immediately, was brought into exam room within minutes, got tested saw the doctor and was out all within 5-10 minutes on new year day! Very efficient and quick, would come back for future health care needs!
Fast service. Extremely friendly and helpful. We were out-of-town visitors, and they made everything so easy. We used the online appointment. We walked in and were seen by a doctor immediately. Our prescriptions were called in for us. By the time we walked to the pharmacy, 2 blocks away, they were ready for pick-up!

Update 2. The copay recalled. Thank you!UPDATE: yesterday I reviewed the bill for copayment. However, the covid test is not a subject of any payments. So I had to call to my insurance and submitted an appeal, and they confirmed no copayment is required. So I had to spend my time, the great impression is spoiled☹️I got my diagnosis test for covid. I scheduled the appointment by phone at the same day. The clinic is clean, quite and almost was empty. I filled out the registration form online, so I didn’t need to do it at the visit. I just showed the ID and insurance, and you immediately was followed to the exam room. The test took literally 1 min. The results was released in 5 days, they called me and informed that it was negative. That’s all. Great good. Very efficient and fast. Thank you!
Poor service, dont come to this place. Did the COVID test on Sep 21. Today is Sep 30 (9 days!) and no contact at all from this clinic about the results. My own research led me to Sunrise Lab and found out the result has been available since Sep 24 (3 days after testing). Meaning this clinic is not properly managed. Also, this clinic is listed as a free testing location for NYC, but they require payment/insurance. The clinic should make sure their customers are getting the results instead of me having to find out. Im filing a complaint with my insurance to cancel the payment, and with the city to investigate this clinic procedures. Why NYC has such a low quality? Its not the first time I experience lack of responsibility like this.

It was Monday morning and I finally went to Urgent Care after battling with a 2 week long sore throat and chest congestion. I was amazed that I could walk right in, did a brief check in and was seen by a nurse and doctor within 15 minutes! On a Monday morning! Back where I come from, I would be fortunate to see the doctor by the end of the day on a Monday. Here, no long lines, no long wait. Why didnt I go here sooner? I was given a script for a Z pack and had it within 1/2 hour. Everyone at the Urgent Care facility was friendly and compassionate, from the check in person behind the desk, to the nurse, and the doctor. It was a GREAT experience and I am thankful.
I made an appointment at 8:30am for PCR test. I was waited until 9:20 until a staff came into the room to take sample. If I had to wait that long, what was the purpose to encourage us to make an appointment?

Friendly staff, easy to book an appointment, paper to fill out was not printed out so clear so difficult to read. Other then that everything was on time, efficient and testing went very fast. I would recommend this location.
Used midtown NY Doctors clinic for a CoVid test and although the test itself was conducted efficiently and professionally, the process of getting info about the clinic and waiting to get tested was frustrating, confusing, and disorganized. The online scheduling tool didn’t work so despite being interested in testing at that site 5 days in advance (which is a pretty standard lead time for scheduling a CoVid test these days), reviewing their webpage daily and calling the clinic 2x, I still wasn’t able to secure an apt, even though their website showed openings. I woke up at midnight twice to select apt (as that’s when new times are released) but the website wouldn’t allow me to secure a time (said “apt not available” even though the page showed available times regardless of how many times I refreshed the page). I waited in line for 2.5 hours without knowing if they’d give me a test, because there was A LOT of miscommunication about the walk-in policy. When I called 5 days earlier, they said everyone in line would get tested, an apt is preferred, but everyone in line will get tested. When I called 1 day earlier they said they stop taking walk ins at 1pm (perhaps that was specific to Sunday’s, but the first receptionist I spoke with or their website should’ve mentioned that), and then the day i tested the receptionist over the phone said they weren’t taking any walk-ins (despite the fact that 10people without apts were ahead of me in line). Seeing as the wait time for tests in Manhattan was ~3-4 hours Sunday 11/22/202, my 2.5 hours spent in line/at the clinic wasn’t bad. It was frustrating to watch 15-20 people walk straight into the clinic without waiting because somehow they navigated the apt process. I definitely spent over 5 hours researching and calling clinics in Midtown. This is evidence of our unpreparedness to handle this very expected autumnal CoVid surge.

Midtown Urgent Care provided amazing customer service. Being sick while on a business trip, I looked them up online. The receptionist answered and gave me specific instructions on what to bring. I already felt taken care of. Arriving at the clinic, I was treated immediately and felt safe, clean and well looked after. Following my appointment, I receive a call back on a Saturday with my lab results. This clinic is better than most hospitals in my opinion! Thank you for your service!
Beware, you will likely CATCH covid here if you come in for a test. Super crowded, the front desk people directed me to sit RIGHT next to symptomatic patients in the lobby. I waited outside and wont ever go back. Supposedly quick results, but is it worth getting a negative result in 1-3 days if you catch it in the process?
Always been fairly efficient, professional environment, and they quickly pivoted to delivering in results digitally, which has functioned pretty seamlessly based on my personal experience, which I think we can all appreciate these days.
The staf was so accommodating. We had to get a group tested wit results in 48 hours and the staff made sure to take care of us. I think her name was Denise. Fantastic help during these tough times for work related tests.
We had a very good experience. Visiting from out of town, and our daughter was sick in a Sunday morning. The facility is clean, and all staff professional. A friendly, knowledgeable doctor diagnosed my daughter quickly and prescribed the right medication. This wasn’t probably the best urgent care experience we’ve had anywhere. Thank you!

I really love this urgent care. Been there twice and they’ve had me in and out within 40 minutes with top notch care and attention. I was just commenting to my fiancé that the doctor goes above and beyond. She listens and has given good diagnosis and treatments both times. Will be back.
I came as a walk in and spent 1.5 hours to be seen. I had no problem waiting but no one in the office communicated to me what was happening. People who came after me were seen within a few minutes. Safe to say I will not be returning.
I came in with an ear infection. I filled out two very simple forms, showed my insurance card & ID, and after about a half hour wait (on a Friday night at around 6:00 PM) I saw the physician’s aid. She was lovely, very well informed, and thorough. All in all an easy and stress-free visit. I have Aetna so it was a $30.00 co-pay. Easy breezy!

Doc was great. Quick in and out. Receptionist was not so friendly and sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I had to wait an hour at my least favorite pharmacy across town to get my prescription because they never confirmed which pharmacy to send it to.They were sure quick to confirm my current insurance card and take my copay though.
This place is quick and efficient. I scheduled an 8:35 appointment at 7am. I was seen on time and done in 40 mins. My problem was resolved and I was on my way.
This was a very helpful medical visit. My PCP went awol and I was still symptomatic following an ER visit. The receptionist got me registered efficiently and quickly. I was seen by an MD quickly, who absorbed the details of my condition quickly and thoroughly, and who took charge of the situation to ameliorate my discomfort. The physical environment was clean, pleasant and the location accessible. I will return as needed and can wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

I scheduled an appointment early in the morning, I only waited about 5 mins after filling out my paperwork. Thrn waited about another 5-10 minutes in the doctors office. Not feeling 100% is generally stressful enough so I was delighted to have a stress free simple and easy visit. Everyone was Welcoming and efficient. I was referred here by a co-worker who had a great experience. I can honestly say that it was the overall best experience Ive ever had at a health care provider. I had a splinter in my heal which my wife and I painfully tried to remove (for two weeks). Even though I was being a huge baby about it, it took Dr. Bhingradia (a painless) 30 seconds to remove it...it was over before I even knew it started. Shannon, my nurse, was also on top of her game and super pleasant (as were the two ladies working the front desk). Overall great experience. Thank you!

Walked in with foot pain, reception was professional and calming, the wait to see a doctor was short to normal, waiting room was very comfortable, examining room was clean and comfortable, my doctor was very smart and reassuring (ie: I was afraid my foot was badly infected and she explained what was really happening, which explanation in and of itself made a lot of my pain subside). My doctor gave me cream, and asked me a few more questions, and decided also to prescribe an antibiotic. Later that evening when I went to pick up my Rx, it was out of stock. Pharmacist contacted my doctor on the phone who revised my Rx. I am very happy with my experience with Urgent Care facility and my doctor. Thank you!!

I was seen right away for my asthma when I walked through the door. The nurse was very sweet and kind and the doctor was patient and listened. The doctor knew exactly how to treat me and made sure I was okay. I would totally come back here if I was feeling awful again, they made the experience great!
I was in from out of town and not feeling well. I knew I most likely caught strep throat from my students. This urgent care was on time, friendly, and professional. I felt taken care of a thankful to be located so closely to where I was staying. I made my appointment online the night before, which made it easy to be seen right away.
I would highly recommend this center. Staff were knowledgeable, courteous & pleasant on phone and in person. When I called before going over, they picked up the phone after only 2 rings, and a human answered. Amazing for your typical health care provider. I was in and out in 40 min. The doctor was great. Got solution to my problem. I work on the west side and this location was on east side. It will be the go to place if I ever need to go to an urgent care center again in the future.
Fast and effective - exactly what you are looking for in a walk out clinic - in less than an hour on Friday night I’ve been seen, diagnosed and prescription sent to my pharmacy. The doctor was super nice and excellent bedside manners and super knowledgeable.
At first the girl at the front seemed rude but everyone ended up being super nice! Very very fast! I went in the middle of the afternoon during the week and still no wait. Dr was also nice.. not scary or intimidating at all lol..will go back. highly recommend
We had to evacuate our Miami home due to the hurricane and came to NYC I got super sick so made an appointment and got seen immediately - the doctor was thorough and empathetic. She did however not do swab for flu which I think she should have done. I saw a doctor and picked up my prescription and walked back to my hotel all within 40 mins which is amazing. In Miami the whole experience would have taken hours.I only gave it four stars because even though they advertise IV drip services on their site (which I wanted) they do not do those at ether location. They need to take that off the website if its not an actualoffered service, its misleading.

2022-06-28My first time here. Faster service than expected.But unfortunately I came here for a simple rapid test and they only provided me with a paper stating I will be responsible for payment (after submitting to my insurance) after putting me in a room and doing my vitals. So now I will probably be charged a whole doctor visit, when my only point going in there was a rapid test. Obviously my brain didn’t work fast enough to react, but the way they putting things isn’t appropriate either. We are still in COVID times. Simple and pure rapid testing should be still available without fearing being billed for a whole doctors visit.

2022-05-25I cut my finger open while alone and was very scared on what to do so I walked to this urgent care. They were so nice and sweet and calmed me down, were very attentive and overall a great experience under the circumstances (cutting your finger is never great) but honestly one of the best urgent care experiences i have had!!! will definitely go again if need be.

2022-05-22My mother and I went in today for rapid COVID tests in order to visit my father in a rehab facility (which requires you present a negative test result at the door). Everyone we dealt with, from the receptionist to the RN, was extremely helpful, professional and kind. Not something you see in the medical profession a lot these days. Thank you, ladies!

2022-05-27It was such a quick and easy process. I went to 2 different urgent cares before this one and they both did not take my insurance which is weird because I have NY Medicaid. Nonetheless, everyone was incredibly nice and the nurse who took my vitals made my day (thank you for inspiring me Dahlia). If you need to be seen by a doctor on a short notice, you gotta go here.

2022-06-12The clerk made the process very easy. She was extremely helpful. The female doctor I saw was not very helpful. She didn’t explain anything. I am assuming she thought I was having GERD and gave me protonix 40 mg twice a day. So not sure if she thought I had an ulcer. She didn’t say she just said she was giving me meds to take twice a day. She also didn’t explain why I got this episode of possible gerd or what to do to help the situation. Very disappointing. I am also a nurse which she didn’t know so I have some background on different medical conditions and medications, but if I was an average patient I would have been very clueless about what was going on. It is extremely disappointing that A doctor spends 60 seconds with a patient and cannot educate them about what’s going on or even have the clerk print some type of printout about the diagnosis and how to deal with it. When I registered for my appt online it gave me an ID to access my portal. I was assuming I could look afterwards, but it is actually only for COVID tests so there is no way to see your after visit summary unless they print it off for you. So make sure to ask them to do that when you are leaving. The purpose of this review is so that medical staff will make sure that they thoroughly explain what is going on with a patient coming to them because then the patient can take initiative in making their care a priority as well as being in control of what’s going on. If we don’t give them the information to do so then they are more than likely going to return with the same issues at hand.

2022-03-29I had a bleeding emergency and was very worried. The staff were so understanding and got me in quickly. The manager herself came to check on me and asked how I was doing. I would not go to any other clinic. So professional and caring!

2022-06-23Able to make appointments online as well as walk-in appointments.Was there on a Tuesday at 2:30 was seen right away, my appointment was quick. Everyone was professional, respectful, knowledgeable.Would return & would recommend
