2022-06-15Very impressive!! As soon as I called to schedule an appointment for my back the receptionist was very nice and helpful in recommending me somewhere else because this facility is lower extremity only. She wasn’t rude and had a lot of patients for my questions. 10/10 would recommend this facility!!

2021-12-03I came here for an MRI of my foot as the result of a sports injury. The MRI technician was very professional and the overall office experience was great - the appointment started on time and there was no wait for the MRI. My doctor received the image shortly after my visit. Billing for the procedure went through my insurance and was all very smooth as well. Thank you for the great service!

2021-01-06Very professional and helpful staff. I went in for a right ankle MRI in Feb 2020 and once again in May 2020 after undergoing a procedure. Both experiences were great. The MRI technician even offered to play a show of my choice on Netflix while my ankle was in the MRI machine, making the whole process much more comfortable.They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need, even months after your visits to their office. Lawrence (especially) has gone out of his way to get results sent to me (yet again) because I decided to get a second opinion from a different doctor. He has made himself accessible via text/phone throughout the day as needed - which I am very grateful for.Would 10/10 recommend this MRI facility to anybody requiring one. 2019-02-12I am so glad that I found this office and will make sure to recommend it to others. This is an extremely professional office with a convenient location and accommodating staff. The secretary was extremely welcoming and caring. I didnt have to wait long when my appointment was at 12 PM and the extremities machine they used was very roomy and comfortable, so comfortable that I ended up falling asleep, compared to regular tunnel machines that make too much noise and can make patients feel claustrophobic. After two days my doctor contacted me with my MRI results and there were no issues.

2017-06-08Im a big and tall guy (think NFL offensive lineman big and tall ) and after going to 5 different open MRI locations a trying to get an image of both of my ankles done, I found this place by happen chance. Not only were they able to accommodate me relatively quickly, the process of getting both of my ankles imaged only took about 3 hours. The whole time I laid back and watch the news and sports. It was like a mini vacation sans the liquor. The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating.

2019-01-29The worst place I have ever seen in my life. I had an appointment for an MRI of my foot and the technician didnt make the MRI that my doctor asked and that had been pre-aprouved by my insurance. She only made a small part of my foot because she decides it! On the one hand it cost us precious time to diagnose and on the second my doctor had to fight with my insurance to get a second pre-approval for the right MRI. In other words the insurance paid twice when the error was from the technician! The report for this second MRI did not arrive on time and it was necessary to fight in order to get some information! I have never seen that in all my life!

2012-11-26Just went to have an MRI on my foot and the tech was unbelievably RUDE! First he starts by talking to me about politics, which I found inappropriate. I tried to sideline the converstaion but he wouldnt let up. Then I was asking him about the timing to get the results to my doctor and he keeps saying over and over that he cant diagnose me. I wasnt asking for a diagnosis - hes not a doctor! I wanted to understand how long it would take for the results to arrive at my DOCTORS office. He doesnt listen at all!If you can go to another MRI place, DO - this was an unpleasant experience from start to finish. And I plan to tell my doctor so he stops referring patients to this place.

2018-07-25Wow, tried to call for an appointment and without even finishing my sentence for a brain MRI she said we dont do that I simply said do you have any referrals for NYC? her response nope try google and she hung up. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!
