I have been a customer there for 5 years now. I started with a non-powered slip for my open bow then my pontoon. I now slip with power and water for my cruiser. I had it winterized and stored there this winter.They have a men s and woman s room for their guests with a private shower that is kept clean. I have always appreciated their help when I needed service for a blown impeller. They got me back on the water for the upcoming weekend. I then banged up my propellers and they ordered me the right size, pitch and performance.The docks are kept in great condition, fuel and pump out is available with a marine store for parts and accessories.I like being close to Ithaca, The Boatyard, Kellys, Paddledockers for Kayak and Canoe rental to explore the inlets. The Haunt is next-door with barbecue and night life. The Newman Municipal golf course is next door and of course a maintained trail with bridges to get to Stewart Park. You can walk over the foot bridge to get to the Farmers Market on the weekend.You can pull your car up to slip and enjoy your boat and then Cayuga Lake. There are slips for the sailboats as well. The staff and owners have always been wonderful.Great place and I can t wait for the summer to enjoy this again.

In a pinch if you need fuel,but I try to make sure Im not in a pinch their gas prices are $ 1.50 above street prices.
