Blew a hole in the exhaust Saturday. They were still open. Didnt do a good job fixing it. Returned Monday to see what they could do. The mechanic did a super job. They stood by the job and did it right. The plus was Mikes Mom was in the waiting room and we had a nice conversation.
Needed a tire put on late in the day and they took me in no problem. Friendly staff.
Stay very far away!!! No insurance!! They screwed up and won’t pay for damage and won’t fix it!
They were very helpful with my tires, and I am soo glad Carter tire bought it and Mikes tires no longer does. Carter tire is soo much better.

Pretty sure they stole my alternator. Went in for a simple check engine light read (car running fine the entire 2 weeks check engine light was on), and immediately after i left my car started malfunctioning, almost completely breaking down on me. I was able to turn it around and bring it back only to be told Your alternator is failing. Had to spend money i definitely did not expect to spend that day.

2022-05-08These guys saved my butt today. They were able to get a replacement O2 sensor and install within 90 minutes after we had issues on NY-17. They charged a very reasonable price and were super friendly. Highly recommend - thank you so much!

2022-07-03Nick and the boys are the best! Broke down while up here from South Carolina. They stayed open late to get us repaired, and got us in and out in under an hour. Great guys and a great business.

2021-08-17Ripp of place, charged me 37.50 + tax to plug a tire, stay far away.I asked the price after removing the tire from vehicle , told him to put back up the tire and not to plug it .I walked out, told the grandpa in office it should be 37 straight not 37.50 , I went down the road to Napa auto parts and bought a plug kit for 4.60 anddid it myself in 5 minutes.

2021-08-051.75 hours to put 4 tires on (with appointment) 3 mechanics. No tire sensors lit on arrival; mechanic shows me a broken sensor after removing tire. Mechanic reminds other mechanic that tires need to be balanced before installing them and need wheel weights installed. $200.00

2017-02-25Amendment (2/24/2017): Recently, the mechanics here have misdiagnosed multiple issues with our vehicles and even had my 85yr old grandmother repair things that did not need fixing. They even put hub assemblies on the wrong side and backwards on one of our vehicles. We are deeply disappointed in the service we have received. When speaking with Mike, the owner, about our issues, he denies everything and has an oh-well attitude. I would not recommend this facility.Previous review: The staff are friendly and helpful. They do what they can and work with you and your needs. They try to be as accommodating as possible. My entire family goes here for repairs. They recently repaired a dent on one of our cars, quality craftsmanship- you cant tell the dent was ever even there. They are also open 7 days a week (which is very rare for mechanics)!

2017-04-14Good people. Installed four tires on my F150. Tires took longer to come in than we thought. I would recommend calling in or visiting a few days before you need them. Great job on alignment. I would use Mikes again for sure. And good recommendation on tires. Got me a really nice tire that fit my budget. Didnt oversell into something I couldnt afford. Really nice tires.
