I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for permanent hair removal. The staff is super friendly at the OP location and they really do make the entire experience very comfortable. I’ve gotten great results so far and am looking forward to being hair-free. The added bonus that the area you are treating is covered for life (unlimited treatments if regrowth or new growth occurs), makes me confident that I made a good investment. Also, I have Hidrodenitis, and the fact that the staff is very knowledgeable and understanding about this condition absolutely blew my mind. If you’ve been considering laser hair removal DO IT! It is the best investment I’ve ever spent on myself. I used to suffer from the worst ingrown hairs and now they are completely gone. My skin looks incredible and is baby soft. The ladies at the Orchard Park clinic are absolutely phenomenal!!! I searched everywhere and Milan Laser was the absolute best when it came to pricing and they have true unlimited treatments for the rest of your life No Hidden fees!
I was hesitant about getting laser treatment for a while, but the staff at this location are super friendly and thorough about explaining the process and pricing. They also have pretty good deals throughout the year for the treatments.Everyones body will have different results and reactions, so just speaking for myself here about my personal results, but my treatments are going way better than expected (significant hair reduction by the third treatment). I havent had to shave my legs at all for 2 months now. The pain, for leg treatments, is not very noticeable. Its about the same as sugaring for me. It was well worth the investment! For reference, I have quite pale skin with very dark hair, so I am relatively a good candidate for effective laser treatment.
Ive loved every step of the process with this team. Jess was incredible, knowledgeable and very welcoming to my fiance and me when we went in for info and since then every staff member Ive worked with through my treatment has been incredible. An amazing experience... I have been dealing with some sort of hair removal/ treatment since I was 15 years old.. waxing,bleaching, electrolysis, other laser procedure. Never have I had the experience that is provided at this Milan location. Always ready for me when I come in for my appointment. Everyone is always happy and professional. They make sure you understand the procedure every time and I am in and out so fast. Today, I had my first Brazilian treatment ( which I added on bc of a great discount) and I was for sure nervous about the whole process but they all quickly had me relaxed and laughing. got it all so fast and it was much easier than I thought it would be. The pricing is fair with convenient payment plans. I only wish I would have done this sooner.

All the employees are super friendly and make you feel welcomed. one of the first questions i got asked was if i preferred a different name than my legal one which was super nice. they are lgbtq+ friendly and they will answer any questions you have. i just got done with my first treatment and it wasnt awkward at all which i was worried about. can’t wait for the rest of my treatments!!

Absolutely 5 stars!! Everyone is so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. From the first time I walked in for a consultation to months later, I’m greeted by name and they care genuinely how you are doing when asking. Kat is my laser nurse and she makes me so comfortable in a setting that can be very uncomfortable and private when getting a Brazilian laser done. She is professional but personable as well and we talk the whole time through the appointment, which I love, it keeps my mind off the zapping! The office is always so clean and neat. I highly recommend the Orchard Park location. Deciding to get laser hair removal was the best thing I’ve ever done. At first I wasn’t sure if it was going to work or how even it could. I’m almost a year in and I cannot believe the difference, amazing results!!!

I like that I feel that everyone is professional and knowledgeable. Its less like a salon environment where some people may or may not be estheticians, and more like a medical center where everyone is licensed and has legitimate credentials. I trust the staff here and 100% would recommend to anyone interested in the types of services they offer.

2022-07-14Everything about my experience here has been wonderful! Front desk staff, to the nurses, and Jessica have all been so sweet and comforting each visit. They are very accommodating and always make sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed. Highly recommend Milan in OP for any laser hair removal needs, and not to mention, its life changing!

2022-04-05Milan Laser provides the most amazing services. Everything from exceptional customer service to hair removal! When I began searching hair removal services, my plan was to call a few places and feel them out to find one I like. Milan was my first and last phone call. Jessica, who did my intake, was so friendly and wonderful to talk to. I was so impressed with how comfortable she made me feel over the phone and how informative she was. So i decided I no longer needed to search for places because I had found one. That was only the beginning. When I cam in for my consult, it was great. Very informative, friendly, and I was hooked. Fast forward to now, Ive had 3 appointments for hair removal and the girls who provide the service are knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel comfortable. The receptionist is also very friendly when checking you in and making appointments over the phone. They send out a reminder text before your appointment which is so helpful for me. I cant say enough about this place. I love the girls, the atmosphere and im so happy with my choice in choosing them for my hair removal services.

2022-07-19From the consultation to each treatment I’ve had the best experience. No pressure to buy more services but always informed me about the promos going on. Every single session the staff has been professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention the results… I was a bit hesitant at first as this was my last resort but within having my 1st treat the results spoke for themself. I could not be any happier. Well worth the money and I’m so glad I chose Milan in OP to have the services done at!

2022-03-07I have been going to Milan for hair removal on two areas. Prior to Milan I had treatments done at another well-known hair removal center in the area. The difference in the skill level and professionalism of the providers is like night and day. Kat and the team are warm, welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. And most importantly I’m seeing results. I’m already planning my next treatment area. I highly recommend.

2022-04-02All the girls at Milan are super welcoming the second you walk in the door! I was very hesitant to do laser because of other friends who got it done elsewhere and “for life” meant hidden fees but that’s not the case for Milan! They put me on a simple online payment plan interest free no hidden fees! You would think it would be an awkward experience but I promise the girls here are amazing. If you’re considering doing laser I wouldn’t recommend any other place- oh and it’s SO worth it !
