Millers Ale House in other cities:
Was here for dinner on Wednesday night about 7:30. Waited just a few minutes for a booth. After waiting 15 minutes at the table. No one came over to give us menus ask if we wanted something to drink, tell us they would be with us shortly. To make things worse the table accross from us were fighting and yelling at each other. I got up and went to the area you wait to be seated and told the girl at the desk blonde hair girl very nice and told her that we have been waiting and the people accross from us were fighting and I wanted to be moved. Another short dark haired girl turns and says what the matter (rude). I explained the issue to her and she told me well your gonna have to wait Im busy right now. So I saw the manager standing there and I said to her nevermind I will speak to him. She waives her hand at me as she was dismissing me and said go right ahead. Manager was very nice told me there wouldnt be any additional wait and immediately sat us at another table and offered us a free app. Which we declined. Foods great they need new hostess to keep returning customers.
Went on a Saturday night. Very busy. Waited nearly 45 minutes for a table. Service was a bit slow, but understandable given the big crowd on hand. The food was pretty good but nothing truly inventive. Very friendly waiter, friendly, courteous staff, very professional service. Decent typical prices for the food and soft drinks. Didnt order any alcoholic beverages from the bar, but those items were available. Nice place. Want to go back when its not so busy...
Millers is always a go to place for apps and drinks! I am a fan of there menu for both drinks and food. I have to say the staff is always quick and tentative to alterations in orders. There is plenty of space and have two separate bars working so there is always plenty of room. Also, they have a lot of TV’s so you always have a view of your favorite game! I would recommend Millers for sure.
To big and spread out. Its almost like everyone is so confused to where the food goes. I was served the wrong meal and drink 4 times. But I have to raise my glass to the wait staff. With covid restrictions in effect they did there best, over a crazed manager that totally made in uncomfortable for even the guests
Millers Ale House is a good time for the family, or a night out with friends. The food isnt too expensive and is delicious and came out surprisingly fast. The drinks are ok; they were tasty but not made properly, for example a lemon drop cocktail. The calamari was surprisingly good; not greasy. The fried shrimp was also very good.
It Millers it tried hard and you feel it, mostly a good time by allLots and lots of good beerBut it cheap stuff it really really cheap if you stay to the salesFood good you know what your getting never try to over reach but thats a good thing, some thing they make are good but some eh, but bigWine good job and cheapFast service, in a great inexpensive waySo it better than the chains that they are going against
Recently went and not sure why but the food is no longer the same as before. Family got Alfredo spaghetti and it was lacking the sauce on both their plates, the mac and cheese bowl same thing almost as though they had no cheese to spare. The steak ordered waa medium rare and came well.... i mean i wasnt expecting perfection but common. Overall we definitely will stop going for a while, not sure whats ģoing on but hopefully it will get fixed..... good bye for awhile.
Nice laid back resturant to hang out with friends. Good daily deals and food is good depending on what you order. I had the cheeseburger and fries which wasnt terrible but not the best. Ive had the shrimp with fries, salad, tacos, mac and cheese, and lobster tail on several other occasions and they are delicious. They have a great beer selection and lots of locals.
DO NOT order to take out. I picked the food at scheduled time and it was not only cold but it wasnt fresh. french fries were old and stone cold wrinkled like they were from last night... Absolutely not worth it. It was disappointing. I wish I could get my money back. Never ever again.
I frequent this restaurant partially because of the location and hours, but the food is really good and not overpriced. Where else can you get 2 lobster tails(plus 2 sides) for 20 bucks? I will usually get that or the Shrimp Scampi. The calamari is really good with the spicy sauce(it isnt as spicy as it would seem where it is on the spicy-meter. For dessert, my mom always gets the Captain Jacks. When I say always, I mean always. Even if that means bringing half of her meal home to make sure that she has room. For me, the dessert is nothing outstanding, but if I have room(or am having a sweet craving), I will get the Brownie Sundae. It is really good and BIG.
Been to Miller’s Ale House quite a few times. I don’t remember the bartenders name. She was very nice and accommodating to me. Me and my former co-workers went there for a holiday party. I had a blast. The food was delicious. I had the British burger which was delicious. One time I had Lobster 🦞 which was good. Very good service.
Sugary drinks, mediocre food. Service was nice. Giving 3 stars bc of the waitress& her being nice. Kids eat free Tuesday per adult, off kids menu & eat in. My child wanted food to take home & to eat in. She chose regular menu food to eat in. We gave a tip of over 25%. We were charged for the kids meal bc she didnt eat in. When speaking to the manager , the gentleman, justifies it as only when eating in. He did say had we have it delivered to the table and we put it ourselves in the Togo plate, it wouldnt be charged. He couldnt comp a $6 plate out of $100 bill bc we didnt pack it up ourselves.
Ample parking, hostess and waitstaff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. We had a large group with folks arriving at different times and orders were handled in stride. The food was excellent and attractively plated. Service overall was wonderful, thank you so much! Very recommended.
Huge family restaurant, waitress was very attentive and loved her job +. I was not satisfied with my fish tacos and was immediately greeted by the manager who was accommodating. I absolutely ❤️ the fried cauliflower with their house sauce delish!WC accessible, great place for family, huge bar, sports on tv, music. Cool ambiance for a Friday and Saturday night.
No rush to order. The usual good attentive service. Knowledgeable helpful staff. Should mention easy and always available parking with extra wide spaces that keep your rear views in one piece.Good sport TV set-up. Especially nice to see the housecoming back....Would suggest the mens room get some on-going attention....My small crew and I look forward to our next get together....Chaz / N. Merrick
Went for lunch on the sour of the moment. Decent lunch menu, great beer menu, food was good and reasonably priced. I did notice that there were alot of tables that needed to be bussed and the place wasnt too busy so the staff wasnt waiting on tables....oops. I havent seen that before at this location but I havent been the in a while
This restaurant is my favorite. I eat in a lot of restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The crew is very helpful and the food they serve is so fresh and tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent meal here. I recommend this place with pleasure.
I had to wait almost two hour to be seated at the bar. But, The bartender was very nice and makes excellent drinks. However.... once seated at a table with my group of ladies, I had to chase down our server twice. Once to get everyones drinks that were already ordered 20min before hand, then to get our check. She didnt separate the checks either. This was my first time there and it wasnt busy enough for all the hassle.
Jessica our server was the absolute best. She well versed with the menu, very personable , professional, and very upbeat . Our food was great also , but every time we turned around Jessica was there asking if she could assist us with anything. I will definitely be back , just really hope shell be there again . Now a days great customer service is hard to find . She is a great asset to this restaurant. Ask for Jessica!!!!
Update , its been over a week and never heard back just like everyone else says they dont care it is what it isI hate to leave a bad review but they deserve one tonight , no social distancing , bar inside was packed , they sat everybody in the restaurant right next to each other which I dont understand when thereso many open tables , mens bathroom was nasty no paper towels hand-dryer didnt work had to touch the doorknob with wet hands. And food was horrible as well. The waitress was the only nice thing that happened tonight . This is why so many restaurants are closing again because the managers dont do the job correctly
Walked in bragging ; Walked out disappointed. Fish n chips not bad however I like it with tarter sauce and lemon wedge; sauce they claimed not to have at the time due to shipment. Blame on COVID. I asked about curly fries which they no longer make. 😥Unrequested the Manager came out, while apologetic for poor service did not bothered it. 😡No more ale house of Levittown for us.
Manager is inconsiderate.. whoever the bald guy is with the glasses. Came here at 11:00pm when google said they closed at 2am. Doors were locked. Manager came to the door angrily in which I asked if they were closed. He answered “Yes, we close at 11.” I said “Your google page says differently”. He responds with, “We have no control over that”. I said, “Not true, because I own my own business, and just because you’re corporate doesn’t mean you can’t alter your google hours”. He had no answer for me.Could completely not care any less, no apology, and poor customer service. Will be reaching out to corporate for further discussion.
Im a big fan of Millers. The staff is always friendly and polite, Ive never had to wait to sit, even on busier nights, and the beer selection is pretty vast. The only gripe I have with Millers is that, more often than not, the service is fairly slow. I understand the food takes some time, but on less busy nights, it still takes a while to get a beer when not sitting at the bar. To their credit, they are very accommodating when possible - Ive asked for cocktails that the bartender did not know how to make, and she asked me what it is and figured out how to make it on the spot, which was nice. Overall, a great place to watch a football/hockey game with some friends, but only if youre planning to stay for a while.
I would usually give Miller’s 5 starts, but tonight was awful. Only 2 cause the food was great but the service was terrible. Waited a while to be greeted by our waitress and when she came up to us I asked in the kindest way possible (cause I work in a restaurant as well and know it’s not her fault) to move to a different booth since the table in front of us was standing without masks on right next to us. We sensed that she got a little annoyed by the question but we were moved to the table right behind and ordered the mountain melt. We let her know water was fine for the moment (cause we didn’t get to look at the drink menu since we were looking around for her to ask to move). She never came back. We decided on our drinks and entrees, the mountain melt came out, we finished it, didn’t get to order drinks, and eventually decided to ask one of the other waiters for our check. I really tried giving her the benefit of the doubt being that I understand that it gets crazy busy sometimes, but she went up to the table that was two tables in front of us multiple times and didn’t even pass by us. The last thing that was extremely aggravating was that a table of 4 was sat next to us and she greeted them and had their drinks within their first 10 mins there.
We are regulars at miller’s Levittown since it opened. I love the ale house but I’m giving one star tonight because of how the manager ( the guy with the dark hair) treated us. It was our first night out since Covid virus and my step son graduated high school from division ( Levittown) today. We got there early and got seated for outside dining around 6 pm We had our dinners on the table and were still ordering drinks. The manager came over and said we had to leave- there was a 75 min limit- he also said that we weren’t spending enough??? Our bill was $129, the 3 of us had dinner and drinks and soda. We wanted to give our son a nice night out because he graduated high school. I’m still out of work till phase 4 and my husband went back to work a week ago so spending $129 was more than acceptable and that manager was out of line. I want to say that our waitress was excellent, she was very friendly and did a great job!! I give her 5 stars! I work in this business and if the manager came up to us and said I’m sorry we have a time limit, we would have understood but to tell us we weren’t spending enough was ridiculous and I’ve never done this before but I will follow up with an email to corporate.
Decent bar/restaurant. Have not been here in quite some time. Prices were reasonable and specials were frequent. Two bars, one inside the restaurant and another separate bar with additional dinning makes for a nice layout. Quality of food is below expectations for a place like this. Better food can be found at similar establishments. That being said, the place has been around for a few years now, so they must be doing something right.
I went there last night Sunday (06/27/2021). I got there at 10:00 pm with my 4 other friends! At 10:10 bartender said this is the last call! I asked if they close at 11 because I googled before I came because my friends came from Brooklyn and I came Hauppauge so we could meet somewhere in the middle? She said yes weClose at 11 but last call for food or drink is now! 50 min before they close! I explained to her the situation and told here that I work for the same industry but nobody wanted to hear it! They were still at least another 50 people in the restaurant and some of them were waiting for the food while we werent allowed to order more! Been there more than 100 times and I promised here I will never be back anymore! Ohh and I told them, I promise Ill leave before they close, (before 11) still didnt give me a drink!
I’ve come to this location many times and it can be a gamble. Their nachos and drinks are usually the reason for coming here and always great. But the other times when ordering from the other parts of the menu, it’s not always that great. You could argue that yes, it’s a chain restaurant and why complain when you should be coming here for apps and drinks. However, I feel like they could put some effort into the presentation. Service is usually good, though like the food, it depends on the waiter.
Ive been here a handful of times over the years and always have an enjoyable experience. The wait times can be a bit long Fridays and Saturdays, but they do offer call ahead reservations which really help. Theres a great selection of bottled beer and on tap and a menu with something for everyone. K really enjoy the Zingers melt, its basically a bunch of really tasty chicken tenders completely covered in melted cheese. You also cant go wrong with a burger here. Sweet potato fries are spectacular. My only suggestion is with the wait service - I understand it gets busy, but just about every time when were seated it takes at least 10 minutes for the waiter/waitress to acknowledge us and take drink orders. They also dont come around too often, so youll sit around wanting another drink for a while. Other than that minor detail, this is a fantastic place!
Nice place to meet friends. The 6 of easily fit into a booth. We were there to eat and talk but if you want sports there are TVs everywhere. Lots of parking in the back. A large variety of local and national beers. Oh and lets not forget the food. Lots of good appetizers to choose from and sandwiches, burgers, salads and entrees. All 6 of us enjoyed our dinners and they were big enough so that we had no room for dessert.
Personally, I am not into a family bar/restaurant. I wish to have a strong cordial and pay the price but management spoke to me and stated that this is a corporate establishment and they would not pour more than two ounces. I went to a retirement party held there. The retirement crowd made my evening enjoyable not this establishment. I didnt eat there because I ate at home. Personally, I know local establishments that are not corporate and the crowd celebrating would have received good food and drinks at a better rate. I was there on a Saturday night, the place was packed, and it took an hour for the tables food to arrive. This was my second visit and both times I was not impressed. FYI, I overheard and observed male management on his voice microphone telling staff to push customers out and get the tables cleared for new clients. He didnt want a table of individuals lingering that were not consuming drinks and food. I understand that this is a business but not my choice of place. Many other bar/restaurants to choose from and really enjoy your evening. If you enjoy this atmosphere and conduct than go there but I will not return.
Love the food here! I usually get great service, but this time we went to the back bar. The barmaid took a long time to get a drink, and even longer for the food. It was practically empty at that time. Other than that we had a nice night. Food was good. I had the steak salad, and my boyfriend had the buffalo sandwich with bacon.
The food is good here, however the service and attentiveness of the waiters and waitresses could be stepped up a bit.. meaning I shouldn’t have to ask three times for a water refill just to be forgotten about and have to ask a fourth time. The last time we went, we had an amazing waiter who was very on top of it. Luckily the times I’ve went there wasn’t a long wait if any, maybe five minutes tops. I’ll continue to return because my girlfriend loves the house salad.
Service was almost perfect. The server who gave the food was a little rude. The food was okay at best. I had the zingers and it wasnt that good. The celery on my plate was also not fresh so I was a little upset about it. The desert was great though. My moms exact words for her meal was its as if it were put in the microwave and reheated my sis said that her food tasted little uncooked.
The employees were friendly and helpful. I went there for a take-out order and the food was good, as well as the prices. The portions were a good size, but I had to ask for napkins and plastic flatware. They also did not give enough dressing on the side for the meal size I had, but it was still good. I would visit again.
I would have given this restaurant five stars if it wasn’t for the server who disrespected us on the way out. The night went amazingly well. The food was good and the drinks were too. Our server Marcus (sorry if it is spelled incorrectly) was the best. He was a very kind, fun and quick to serve us. The aura of the restaurant was very family and crowd friendly. However on the way out of the restaurant a friend of mine touched the reel of a fishing rod displayed publicly above the booth seats. A server decided to shout disrespectfully to stop touching the $6,000 reel. She did not ask them to please stop touching the reel nor did she have any sense to why a $6,000 reel would be open to display in a family friendly restaurant that would seat children in a booth and they would touch it as well. She just kept shouting to stop touching the reel. There’s a better way to talk to customers and that should be taught to servers as such at this restaurant. Even as we left and stood in the parking lot, she was complaining to her colleague about us. Very unprofessional staff which has resulted in such rating.
First time at Millers ale house. Everything we ordered was delicious. Full rack of ribs(fall off the bone)was so good.the fish and chips also was so freaking good the batter was so good on the fish...my dessert was off the charts,delicious...the service was dead on great...Im definitely going back, there are more dishes I saw people eating that I want to try.nice atmosphere and played great music..definitely will be back...give it a try, youll be happy you did.
Great staff. Great food. This visit we on a Thursday and their dinner special is prime rib..we ordered 2 of them and waited. And waited. And waited. 30 minutes later, waiter told us that thru had run out of prime rib before we ordered it. Waiter felt horrible. He gave us a free appetizer. We will still go back. This place..
Smaller parties shouldnt have issues getting seats during the week. Pretty big menu, dishes range from delicious to wouldnt recommend. Dont be under 40 without an ID or they wont sell you alcohol. Tons of TV for sports and the prices are pretty standard for an American chain restaurant.
The last two visits yielded great service but the food was definitely subpar. We rarely complain but these guys must do better in the kitchen, but we all agreed dessert was on point. On another note, be weary of sitting close to the entrance as cigarette and marijuana smoke filters directly in to the dining area causing an unpleasant experience for non-smokers.
Bar food but on steroids! But it doesnt stop there with the well oriented menu choices. My favorite are the chicken Zingers or crispy cauliflower, Im not a steak guy but they got me with the flat iron boom boom shrimp. Our server was great, not all smiles and not having a bad day. The atmosphere is definitely sport with plenty of TVs to watch. And the crowd has gotten soo much better since they have removed the pool tables years ago. Also Mr.Lance...is the best.
I loved Millers. The service was friendly, the food pretty good, the prices reasonable and the menu was fun with lots of food and drink options. Well all good things do come to an end. Some corporate geniuses severely changed both the food and drink menu and the options are very limited. The friendly waitress ( yes, service is still good) told me that a lot of customers have been complaining and corporate decided just to keep the customer favorites on the menu. My family was disappointed and to add to the disappointment, we were told that two of our orders no longer came with a side. Also, whats with not listing the price of drinks? There are other sports bars in my area with a better menu. In other words, I wont be going back to Millers anytime soon.
The first time I visit Millers was on my birthday [Dec 08, 2016]. I turned 26 and I was looking for a spot to celebrate with a close friend and co workers. The location was okay because it was confusing to drive to the right entrance at first. The service on the other hand was splendid. The provisions were tasty, waiters were generous and the sporting entertainment was legit. I could watch NBA and NFL at the same time without getting up from my seat. Even the crowd of people around 9pm kept me satisfied that it was a respectable restaurant. I ate the order of dumplings and, man, I had no regrets. First time I had a drink of kamikaze and, my personal favorite, electric blue LI ice tea. Had two of those drinks before I realize that I had to drive myself home. For two visits, they got my vote. Only wish they had pool tables, but dont let that bother you. I would have wrote a review before if my cell phone didnt die that day smh. Good thing the bartender was nice enough to let my charge it.
Was charged $11.95 for Zingers boneless buffalo wings. This is what I got (see image posted in photos of a very sad looking plate of food). Looks like someone ate my food, yikes. Paid more for the container than the food 😖was also charged $1.35 packaging fee...- PS: two weeks later & my issue was never resolved. They tell me to go online & submit my feedback. Nothing was done to resolve the issue. Also i think my photo was deleted, I can’t find it on here. 😐
Millers Ale House is an excellent establishment, they have a variety of food, at great prices, with good portions, and it is all delicous. The 35 shrimp meal in particular is a great deal. Its clean with a friendly atmosphere, and good service. The only problem is the wait to be seated can get quite extreme, especially if your group is more than can fit in a booth. We waited a solid hour and 30 minutes to be seated. This is the only reason i took a star off. Make a reservation if you plan to go, and it will be an excellent family friendly experience.
My order was incorrect twice. Finally came pretty close. But my friend had already finished her meal. Manager came over and told us to order dessert on Millers. When check arrived We were charged for 3 meals!! Server adjusted it and we were on our way. I must add this is the first time I was ever disappointed with the service and the food.
This spacious tavern/sports bar is just as gargantuan as the noise fact (well, it is a sports bar!) with the eats coming out of the kitchen nearly as delicious. We consumed our personalized/customized variety of Build Your Own Burger(s) which not only pleased-- but were so copious we needed Styrofoam boxes to take out our leftovers. We had an extremely sweet waitress who was VERY patient and attentive. Theres a few other choices on the menu Id like to try-- so Im looking forward to a return visit♡
On 3/09/20 at 8:29 pm I ate dinner here. My waitress name was Mary C. I charged my bill and left a cash tip. Today I received my statement and found the waitress had added an extra $6.00 to my bill. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I complained to management and they apologized. I am disputing this charge with my company. I will never eat at this restaurant again. If you eat here you better check your bill.
Ordered carry out food tonight like usual got there when it was supposed to be ready and had to wait a half hour for my food. The manager apologized and told me the guy that took the order is new and forgot to submit the order. After the long wait I drive 20 minutes home only to find out not only is the food wrong but I asked for ranch and they gave me tartar sauce. My family loves the ranch here and this whole situation turned us off to Millers. We will no longer be coming back here
Food is S--t. I come in with a group of 6 ordered soup. clam soup must of been sitting around all day. Had no taste Then ordered French onion soup. It to was a bad experience very salty. I gave it one last shot and ordered a salad. There was more onions than salad. Stay away
Could be worse. The wait is literally never worth it. If the hot bartender didn’t buy back every other drink I would have never come hereQuite inexpensive as long as you stick to the drinks and don’t order any meals- not sure I am in love with the atmosphere. You could do better. Much better sports bars in on Hempstead Turnpike . Not sure I’d really be interested in coming back here
Very nice place. Great local sports bar. Plenty of room. Service is slow and steady. Which is fantastic for a sports bar. You dont have 15 drinks forced down your throat in the 1st quarter. The burger meat mix was a little too fatty for a rare burger. However the fixings done perfect. Still need steamers, mussels or clams on the half shell. COMMON ITS THE ISLAND!
My hubby, friends and I loved this place. We moved back to LI after being out of state almost 5 years. The menu seemed... even better. We got there before 5:30-6, especially later in the week. You could wait as long as 45 mins. Food, beers and service, great as always. We went for prime rib night... they had lobsters left over from the special the night before... so I switched to the surf and the husband had turf. Ordered spinach dip and craft beers... our usual. Nice experience after an almost 5 year hiatus...
Love the Veggie Wrap and for the most part this location is usually a great experience. However, its been hit or miss lately. For example, the other day our waitress, Sam, was extremely inattentive. I received the wrong side to my entree and my friends burger was thoroughly dark pink despite ordering it very well done. Sam would never know though because she never came to check on our table to see if our food was okay or to offer us drink refills. I even had to walk over to the bar to get us napkins. I have been to this location during their busiest hours and have had the pleasure of meeting fantastic, helpful, humorous waiters and waitresses. But somehow at their calmest hours, such as this past Monday evening, we get service such as Sams. Bummer. You can do better, Millers!
Very nice place. Good food. Only 4 stars because the waiter never came back to ask if we wanted refills, and then proceeded to clear the table, and drop a fork down my sisters back...Waiter seemed nervous.we came back for lunch on tue sept 22. Less than 1 star Horrid. No social distancing. Waitress no mask. Cook in kitchen. No mask..more fooling around than working. Food iced cold. We ate a bit paid and left. We wont be returning to a dirty sub par restaurant
Have heard many good thing about this place decided to stop in for lunch my wife ordered the baby back ribs and garlic mashed potatoes and a salad i ordered the French onion soup and the fish and chips, the french onion soup right up there in the top 5 i have ever had and all the other food was spot on and the price was under $40. I had about 8 pieces of fish in my meal had to bring it home. This place is definitely a must stop everything was worth stopping for enjoy.
Where too start.........1) Food was decent and it was a nice sports bar ambience and what not.2) My issues were the staff. Our waitress “Amanda C” was not even around it’s like we had a freestyle of different people who happened to be around. Never really checked in when there was a spill like her 0 customer service is probably why you guys hire ppl like that.3) I was really disgusted by the attitude that I had to wait 20mins for my appetite too return. 4) Ugh I just honestly wanted to sit somewhere and be treated as a regular customer and now I never wanna go back here. Thanks 4 the learning experience ✊🏾
Went during lunch time and their $6 lunch portions were awesome. The size of it was enough to be filling and it tasted really great. All the employees I interacted with were very pleasant too. Millers could get crowded though, so this is one of the places that Id only recommend eating at if I go for a meal at an odd time
I ate dinner at this restaurant last month. I used by credit card to pay the bill. I gave a cash tip. When I received my charge statement this month I noticed that the waitress had added an extra $5.00 tip to my bill.I called and spoke to the management and they acknowledged what had happened. They offered to refund me my money if I would give them my full credit card number which I was not comfortable doing. They made no other attempt to reconcile the problem. If you eat in this restaurant I suggest you check your charge statement after paying your bill.
This restaurant is certainly one of the best place in the region. Anytime I visit this place I am very satisfied. They hold their very high standard service and the highest level of cooking they serve. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
Went there Saturday, amd 5 stars fir our AMAZING waitress, Jessica, she made it a so,fearful experience. Just went there, hung out at the bar fir NFL Sunday 5 stars, they have all the games ( unfortunately way too many Cowboys game wot only 1 Bengals/Jaxs game) 1 star for the AWFUL tap beer - plz clean the line. Food & Price was ok. Bar is open but limited to four per section. Parking and overall set up - Very Spacious - 5 stars. Will go back in a couple of weeks and give it another chance.
Lack luster service followed by lack luster food. Staff gets flustered when place gets crowded. Ordered nachos with extra chicken and I promise you I can count the pieces chicken on my two hands. they were cold and stale. Only reason they get the 1 Star is cause I can’t put 0
My husband & I love this place. They have many different types of food & oc course, some usual bar favorites.I have a lot of food allergies so no matter when I go they always work with me.My husband loves the fish tacos. I never eat them. But Ive never walked out hungry or unhappy.
Huge space, but even still it gets packed easily and the wait time can be upwards of an hour. You can call ahead to put your name on the wait list, but it cannot be more than 30 minutes before your arrival. There are TVs everywhere, a large bar in the center, tons of seating, and the food portions are generous. Should be a great place to come see a game with friends, as plenty of the tables lend themselves more to a group setting than anything else. I went with one other person and we were seated at a table meant for 8 because they didnt have anything smaller. Maybe not the most efficient use of space, but Im not complaining.
I feel bad that I didnt take any pictures that night but it was lovely there. We had to give ID to get a stamp on our hand I guess its for age purposes. The wait was a little but the service was great. I got the crab legs which was a small portion but as the good Lord would have it I dropped a cluster and the waitress was so nice she just went and brought me 2 more clusters which made my night. The raspberry Ice tea is a must get. Ps I went at closing and the waitress was still nice so if she was like that at that time u could imagine how wonderful she must be earlier. Fun place lively crowd.
Usually order to go but decided to eat inside for the second time. Unprofessional staff. However, decent food, drinks and prices. Samantha was our server and was not very pleasant to deal with. Did not check on us once but made time to chat with her friends in the kitchen. Will not return. Do better Millers!
Millers is the place to go if youre looking for amazing food, great drinks, and just a cool place to hang. Everything on the menu is outstanding and relatively cheap. Plus everyone on the waiting staff is very welcoming and accommodating; one of the main reasons I love to come here so often!
I’m quite disappointed with this place. I ordered a medium steak, and ended getting a rare or even raw steak. I told them to get me a new steak, and they came back, and gave me a well done steak. The waitress was really nice, fast, and helpful. I’m upset at the quality of the steak!
My family and I took a vote as we got into our car just after eating and we will probably wont come back for dinner again. Food was not that great, heartburn and stomach pains for my 8 year old daughter. Drinks were good but food was not. My burger came not as ever described in the menu and the waitress kept trying to make it better with me but I never turned it back for fear of reprisal from the kitchen. We sat very close to the kitchen door and there were more returns than we expected.........not as many to go boxes were going out along with as many uneaten meals that went in. Im positive for maybe apps or just plain drinks and getting together to watch games on the multiple large screen TVs throughout the establishment as well as the bar towards the front of the building which windows open up to a wide open air is an awesome enviornment......but thats all I see this establishment being is a big sports bar not for dinner. We chose this place because it had children eat free on this particular day but the menu items that were specific for this deal were not pointed out so this deal was never applied to us or our check. The waitress did offer us 1 brownie for 3 people which was strange but grateful she made the attempt at the offer to sort of make up for the lack if info at the beginning of the meal ordering.
Wait was long but expected, the hostess was great. This is my 2nd visit and I was disappointed. The server was a trainee but she was great, the food this time was not as expected and very disappointing. My youngest son had the kids menu mini burgers that were burnt and cold after waiting for at least 35-45 minutes for his food. This was after waiting 35 minutes to be seated. The seafood platter this time was not cooked as before, this time it was cooked too much, it was hard not crisp light as I had before and it was cold. I raved about the food here and was greatly disappointed. Also reinforce the smokers move away from the door, as I was sitting in a booth near the door all I smelled was smoke making my dining experience more uncomfortable.
Service time here has taken a turn, the managers made it right in there end, but our food has taken too long to come out over 1 hr for a steak. Everyone in our party was already done eating before a manager came out with my steak! Like I said they made it right in the end, but Ive become used to there extremely fast service I have had for over 7 years coming here and to other millers ale houses
I ordered curbside and the signs pointed to the parking lot and stopped. I ordered Osobucco(?), 35 fried shrimp, Zingers, Loaded fries, Watermelon Margarita, and Blue LIT. The Margarita was super sweet and the LIT was super sour- heavy handed on the the lime juice. The Osobucco had a tough and inedible exterior. The shrimp was seasoned with oil and the Honey Lime Siracha Zingers were subpar. I spent about $83 rounding up. The person who delivered the food to my car yelled at me and told me that I parked in the wrong spot(by the door) and was to stay along the wall. When I was telling her the one sign at the entrance pointed to the parking lot she walked away in disgust. For the disgraceful service, no cutlery when specified, abysmal food and drinks that were definitely missing some ingredients I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
This please use to be good . But recently there service and food quality has been horrible . We placed 5 orders and 3 of the orders got messed up . We ordered steaks and burgers medium well . They literally came burned I mean real burned . The waiter called the manager to change the burger and brought back another burnt burger and steaks we just did not eat as I was wasting more time dissecting it . Not returning back for sure
This place is no comparison to Applebees or one of those kinds of joints. We go to Millers all the time to eat but not watch sports and the food is usually awesome, and priced right. Love the specials. The service is usually good but sometimes its slow. All good, worth checking out even if your not going for a game.
I had never been to Millers. While in the area, was taken there for dinner. The prime rib was AMAZING! I also had sweet potato fries with a cinnamon type of dipping butter. Could have eaten this all night! The white sangria was fresh and fruity. Prices are good, service was great, food is AMAZING!
3 couple (including my husband & I) went to miller’s last nite. Outrageously awful! Chicken nachos were awful, no cheese, no jalapeños- just a milky bowl of dip-no cheese & dried out chicken shreds. Onion soup was awful! I had chicken sandwich-which was served with the dried out chicken shreds from the awful nachos & the bun was 3 times bigger Than the dried out chicken. My husband ordered the Philly cheese steak, which was burned meat, dried out cheese & burnt peppers & onions. None of us wud dine at Miller’s EVER again. None of our meals was worth any price!
3/15/2020 6PM- just came from the establishment. brought the family as usual spent another $150. I some times blow $300. a week there. ask the manager, a woman about having a party, off hours there. She could not have been more horrible, explained to us that picking up 3 or 4 thousand dollars from us in a few hours from us did not mean anything to them and dont expect them to look in our direction. They were going to do business as usual and do not expect any special treatment from Millers. Just lost what I can only assume is one of your better paying customers.
As per my experience with the place, I used to love the hot wings.. but all of the sudden they changed them. They are half the size of the original ones.. they look like the ones from Dominos. I pay there price because they are supposed to be better than the other places.I would have to look for a place with good size wings.
This place has great food. The best for when you dont know what you want. The reason why Im giving this place three stars was because of the waitress we had. Me and my two friends sat down and it took her over fifteen minutes to come by to us to get drinks. After about ten minutes she gives us our drinks and doesnt ask if we are ready to order (which we were with our menus down). We waited some more and she came back letting us order out appetizers and left again. Twenty minutes later she comes over and we order our meals. We get them and start to eat. We hardly saw her at all while eating for refills or even to get a side of sauce. Then when trying to get out check she vanishes and we are left sitting. Then we wave her over once the entier area is empty and she comes over and then takes ten minutes to get us our check. She then walks off and doesnt come back for near twenty minutes and then we pay and have to wait for her to come with our card and cash. We left after. We were there for over two hours. Insane considering it wasnt busy when we were there
Expectations were low to moderate and they were met. Its a chain not a chef controlled kitchen, drinks weak. Nothing remarkable. A convenient place to meet casual friends and stay awhile for low cost. Not a date environment, theres nothing intimate about the space or table positioning.
Noisy bar atmosphere. Wait to be seated. Food is so-so. Adequate for the price. Lobster special was disappointing. Ok, but the dipping butter was not butter, and tasted rancid. Waitress cheerfully replaced with explanation that chef said it was a burnt pan. Replacement had more butter flavor, but still bad oil. It wasnt burnt, it was rancid oil that tasted moldy.Waitress was nice.Would East there again, but no specials. Ill try the burgers or the wings.
As another reviewer states, Millers does offer good drink pricing and bar food specials. Lots of TV’s with just about any sporting events on display its great. Fun place to catch a game with friend for lunch, apps or snacks and drinks but a sit down... Nah I pass. The food is ok but there are many better places to dine in a 5 mile or less radius for me to consider Millers.
Server was very cold but warmed up towards the middle of the dinner and became very pleasant. Zingers, wings, nachos and loaded fruits m fries were very good. All tht entree were good especially the ribs. The only negative was the dessert. The hot fudge sundae was soup-ish.
Great customer support and willing to give advice on whats is good to eat and drink there . Ability to juggle tasks between tables and still maintain a steady head even when they are going to close within the hour , recomend the fully loaded fries and any of the wings possibly pair with any of the beers on tap or a personal favorite blue moon with orange slices.
Issues at two separate locations - food was an issue both times. Dont know what happened - they used to be good. Service terrible at Levittown location patio room - Complained & received gift card: the manager was very concerned.Tried again at Commack location (since wa had a gift card) service OK, food, not so much......sent another complaint email to main office - no response......wont go back!

2022-05-01Came here for a very late dinner, due to having an event that ended 10ish. This was one of the places that was opened late that the kitchen was open. So very grateful for that.Place was big and spacious. Great parking.I enjoyed the French onion soup and the pitcher red sangria . But the 2nd pitcher we got was very sweet...too sweet.I was disappointment with my burger, my first bite was all fat... and then I realized the prime burger was mostly fat. The fajita was alright, nothing special. Overall I wasnt a fan of the food. The server was sweet and nice , but very forgetful. we didnt even get utensils for our meal... asked 2x. Then the sauce was forgotten...it was a mess and they werent even that busy...

2022-05-14I have been to Millers maybe 9 times in the last several months.I almost always get Dads Meatloaf.I love their Meatloaf because it is delicious ! What the Menu needs is more diversity, like fried chicken or a steak dish. The place is good for a quick lunch & the staff is very friendly & go out of their way toMake you Happy. My recommendation is Its worth a try & draw your own conclusions!

2022-02-12Our waiter, Damon was excellent... attentive, polite, quick. Zingers are a must, dont ever go to Millers without getting, so many varieties! Kinda same goes for their ribs. The fish and chips is right up there with the best and plenty too. The salmon blackened was cooked perfectly. There you have it our last trip was all good, make your way to Millers and see for yourself, get ready for a nice reasonably priced meal, and lots of drink specials too. Oh, and always something playing for you on the many tv screens!

2021-09-25I go to this place often and one of my favorite desserts is the captain Jacks buried treasure. So I ordered a whole cake today and in the past I have always gotten fudge and whipped cream if I order to go. Whether it be an individual slice or a cake. I am a bit disappointed because the bartender told me it comes with nothing now. I did get her to give me two small dressing size cups (added pic) of fudge which will be good for 2 of the 8 slices in the treasure dessert. Hope my guests are not as disappointed as I am.
