I absolutely love this nail salon! The staff are always kind, attentive, and professional!! There is a large selection of colors for all different types of polishes. I always get a gel powder manicure and it looks better and lasts longer than any other place that I have been! The salon is always clean and I never have to wait more than a few minutes! I am always taken right at my appointment time or before!! The manicures are done efficiently and precisely for a beautiful finish!
Ive been going here for over 4 years and have been mostly happy with my experience. On a few rare occasions that my polish chipped or had issues within a few days, they were responsive and fixed with no issue or cost. I prefer Tony or Steve for my nails. The basic pedicure is great for a basic version. Includes hot towel leg wraps and massage.
My experience at this place was absolutely amazing the first few times however the place got dirtier and they got rude. Jenny (who i had) was disgusted at my powder request she even went as far as to roll her eyes! she rushed the whole time and when she said i was done they were the worst nails i had in my entire life!!! they were so clumpy and u could see my nail through the powder !!!! when i went to get them fixed it did nothing they were still horrible. Jenny was completely rude and i would not recommend getting her unless you want a messed up bad staff experience.
I asked for a good manicure which is the only thing he didnt do. He shaped my nails round when I asked for coffin, then he went straight into painting. He didnt clean my nails at all! No cuticle oil or anything! He charged me extra for the polish because he thought it was matte when it was not. He also charged me and asked for tip before he started working, BIG mistake! Super rushed, very uncomfortable, and poor work.In the end it was $12 plus $5 tip wasted. Never again.
I came here a few times during their opening year and again recently. Lovely interior décor/design. No loud TV or chatter amongst staff. Not a long wait. Polite greeting. Great service.. depending on who you get.The young man I usually get is amazing. Hes Kind. Took time to shape/detail. Patient. Listened. Gave the BEST massage while it dried..The younger girls are a bit less experienced in all aspects.Overall I do love the place and recommend it over any salon in the area for its cleanliness, atmosphere/decor, pricing and staff :)
Ive never had a bad experience here (unlike other nail salons) the staff is friendly. They do a great job with my nails and they give a quick massage while youre nails are drying/setting. There will be a wait if you come in during a busy time, but that seems reasonable to me.
I had a few referrals to Million Nail Spa so I made an appointment for a gel manicure. The salon was not as clean as I would have liked but the tools they used on me came from the autoclave so I at least knew my tools were clean.I went in on Saturday and paid $32 for a gel manicure that was disappointing. The color I chose from the samples was far from the paint used on my nails. I didnt hate the new color so I went with it. She did only one layer of the gel making it look like I used a regular Sally Hansen clear top coat. Given the one layer, my nails are still paper thin and cant be bent completely in half.By Thursday morning, two of my nails are peeling and only half covered with gel. I work 12 hour days and cannot make it back there until Saturday. Rather than asking to get them fixed, I will ask them to remove them completely and go elsewhere for a new manicure.
Staff was very nice, clean facility and they took me in quickly. Couple things that I did not like was that they didn’t do a very good job with painting my nails, left a bunch of extra nail polish on my skin, and didn’t scrub hard enough. I pretty much went there so they scrub all the dead, dry skin off my feet and the next day I noticed all the dead skin was still there I can’t even wear sandals unless I go to another nail place now. Second thing is they rush you to pay. I barely sat down do dry my toe nails and she came up saying ‘so you wanna Pay? ‘ i would never do this to my customers that’s just rude.3rd thing is they ask for $30 just for a basic pedicure and don’t even do half the things the people I usually go to do for $20.Probably not going to return to this nail salon.
Went in for a regular mani pedi. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Nails look great, also got a wonderful little massage. Clean facility and tools. Would like to go again if the opportunity arises. I have my baby shower tomorrow and i feel a lot more pretty! Thanks ❤
After trying several other nail salons with no success, finally found the one! All the ladies are skilled and friendly. I have been going here for a few months for gel manicures. I love the attention to details. This morning was the first time getting a pedi here and Im so happy I did. My only nail salon.
Received a pedicure in less than half an hour, felt very rushed....I was even asked if I needed help choosing a color. Guess I was taking too long! They didn’t ask what shape I wanted for my toes or if I wanted them cut, how short etc. I was also charged an extra $5 because they had to remove nail polish from a few of my toes. Not relaxing or enjoyable at all, very unhappy.
Im giving this a 1 star rating based on customer service experience. The woman who did my nails was annoyed at my request of cutting my nails instead of filling them down. She then took my payment and charged my card $50 for basic mani pedi and eyebrow wax without letting me know that the nail polish i chose was an extra $2. I was annoyed and signed my receipt anyways. I gave her a $5 tip based on the fact that she only did my mani and pedi and not eyebrows. Someone else did my eyebrows. She also got annoyed when i only tipped her $5, it showed on her facial expression and didnt even bother with my massage or check if my nails were fully dried after i was done. This was my second time there. I loved my first experience and even raved about it to my family and friends. But i fully hated my second. Customer service is HUGE for me. I didnt care that they were overpriced, i cared for how i was treated and after this I dont plan on going back. Not like they care anyways.
Honestly i don’t know what these people were thinking when they wrote 5 star reviews for his place. I been all around Dutchess County and this is by far the worst nail salon i ever went to in life. I paid $45 for a pedicure first off they burned my toes with the hot wax it was way too hot they don’t even scrub ur feet or wash it correct they use the water and mever changeMy toes look so ugly i hate this place. Whoever gave them good reviews don’t know a good nail salon and they are not that nice. Try again
I have recently moved from NYC to this area and was desperately looking for a decent nail salon. Finally I found it! This place is amazing, its clean, professional and friendly, the products they use is high quality and prices are affordable. This nail salon is similar to the top notch places in the city, I am very happy I finally have a nail place that I love.
I got the more expensive dip powder had to go back after less than two weeks to get two nails repaired. Then a few days later another nail chipped off, took off the rest of the nail polish and discovered fungus under two of my nails! Not happy and also I’m pregnant do not appreciate the unsanitary conditions!
Terrible experience. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they told me they could do it and when it was finished it didnt look anything like the picture. I also felt like the employee wanted to rush me out of the salon because it was getting close to closing time. I also had noticed everyone else getting their hands are wrapped in collagen in not me.
My girlfriend usually gets her nails done in Manhattan however after moving upstate, we have been to many nail salons from Newburgh, New Windsor, Middletown, Beacon, Fishkill, Monroe, WallKill, Montgomery and she finally found a place that’s just as good as her spot in Manhattan, Million Nail Salon is Clean, professional and do great nails, I highly recommend this place, no more traveling all the way to the city 🙆♂️ Thanks Million

2021-09-27There is a lot of damage to my nails from where the nail tech filed off my ANC. I pulled my hand away multiple times because the blade was burning and she did not make any changes to the type of file or speed. The manicure was also incredibly messy and the paint chipped within one day. I will not return here.

2022-09-09This is my favorite nail place ever. I’ve been to private ones out of peoples homes, ones in Kingston, Red Hook, Pleasant Valley, Poughkeepsie and more and this is by far the best. They are fast, efficient, friendly and are always up for whatever challenge I bring to them because I always want nail art. The one nail tek, Sherry, also does a great job with my eyebrows everytime and remembers my name! I travel specifically to go to them. Thanks guys for your hard work!

2022-09-03I love this nail Salon. Angel is the person to go to. She does her job well and pay attention to detail. She tries her best on every design I throw at her and even on some complicated ones she may tell me she can’t do it and I never have appreciated it more! I would rather someone at a salon tell me they cannot do it right or well enough for me than try and waste my time and money. I enjoy the staff and work done here.

2022-07-13While I have used this nail salon numerous times previously this time I scheduled 3 appointments for myself my daughter and my daughter-in-law and my granddaughter The pedicures beyond sub par compared to what Im used to being told not to turn up the Massage chair was ridiculous and the fact that the Staff were in a complete hurry and rushed us through everything really irritated me!! By the time I got home and realized that the tips were not fitted correctly to my nails and are way too small and that there is much Excess acrylic and nail Polish on my hands Its too late to complain Today Wednesday my daughters already having Issues with the tips falling off and cracking Not sure when went wrong this time but truly for $500 plus dollars for 4 people I am disgusted and will never recommend this place again!!

2022-05-14I usually have a good experience here but today, the technician was having a Loud, laughing conversation with her colleague and was not paying attention to her work. My toe nails were cut way too short and they are uneven. Polish is dark on some toes and light on others. Very disappointing!

2021-03-26I love my nails and the availability is convenient for me. They usually have the time I want. They are also reasonably priced. The only thing I would change is how they remove the old powder. I prefer the cotton ball, aluminum foil, and warm cloth so I dont have to put my fingers completely in the acetone. Plus it takes too long doing it that way.

2022-08-08Not the best experience. I felt rushed and I could have done a better job painting my toenails.
