Absolutely 💯 % delicious!! One of my favorite places for Buffalo Chicken pizza! Crust is crisp and cooked to perfection 👌. Margherita pies are perfectly balanced sauce and cheese!
Omg the food is amazing! Everything was made so well and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. I walked in hungry and walked out stuffed! I highly recommend this place. The b1g1 entree deal is definitely worth it because you get enough to fill you up. The choice of any pasta or a salad is a bonus! Will come back for my anniversary next year, too!
Ordered online. It forces you to order through the slice app. Food showed up very late and cold only after I called asking where my order was. I left a similar review on the slice app and they contacted the pizza place. Mimmo’s offered a 15% off coupon to be used on my next order which really isn’t enough. I won’t be ordering from them again.. I’m also not ordering from any place that uses the slice app. Ordering pizza should not be this inconvenient or time consuming. There are plenty of other good places on the island.
I ordered a honey badger pie and margarita pie for pickup and it was the best pizza I had. Both were in the brick oven which gave such an amazing flavor and where thin crust like I like it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend this place!

They got a real good chicken parm. But its expensive. Paid 25 bucks for the chicken parm with penne. Everything in this neighborhood is expensive.
Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pie For delivery last night and has to be one of the best pizza’s I’ve had in a long time. Tasted great came hot as if it was right out the oven. Amazing! Delivery driver was very nice too and very fast. 10 out of 10!!
Decided to try this place after it was mentioned as on of the best, according to silive web site. I got a margarita and it came without basil leaves, also the dough was not crispy, rather chewy. Service was fast and polite, the restaurant clean, but the pizza very mediocre. Not sure how they won the top spot.
Great food, great staff, clean place and overall just a great place to eat by yourself or with your family. Good reasonable prices. All the food is great especially their vodka slices and chicken rolls. Come check this place out if you havent before, its great.

I think theyre Grandma Pizza is the best pizza around here. Also a big fan of the red hot pie. Paul is a nice and courteous delivery guy too. Never eaten in the restaurant portion, but my sister and her husband both enjoy it and they have told me the entree deal Mimmos offer on dine in is pretty good.
Is a good pizzeria better than the others in the area in my opinion.They also offer decent entrees been ordering here since they opened.I try to keep ordering from the smaller business but I will be honest I am a little disappointed that they tend to send me coupons I cant use.Other than that I would recommend them to anyone in this area.Its always the same guy pick up the phone.
Lunch specials are very good. I like the gnocchi with pomodoro sauce. Since the pandemic, Ive gotten a good takeout pizza or two from them. They have nice servers and a dining room with good deals. Their oven and pizza making area is impressive to look at.

Margherita pizza was amazing. Fresh garlic, good sauce and really good fresh mozzarella.Broccoli roll was also very good with lots of fresh garlic as wellHigh recommend.

Had my wife’s 50th Birthday in their party room and it sure didn’t disappoint. It was a pleasure working with Ralph, the owner. He made sure we were accommodated. Food was real good to and prices were very reasonable. If you need a party room for up to 70 or so, check out Mimmos! Thank You Ralph!

I was passing through Staten Island on my way back two West Nyack and I needed to stop to eat something. pizza is the easiest so I ordered a margarita pie to go. Needless to say had the most amazing pizza this is definitely a place you need to check out if you’re in the area. They have a real brick oven!!! :)
I usually order from here from time to time and the food is great no complaints. However this time I ordered on their app and I had put specific instructions and when I got my food it was no what I wanted . Now im pretty sure my food was undercooked and raw , instead of crispy and cooked . Their pizza was great but the fried calamari and broccoli rabe was not good at all . I spent over 50. To be exact 55.76 and I was not happy with my order .

Not really sure what to say.They make a good pizza when they feel like it.Ordered today gave me a pizza didnt fit in box so well They just flopped the extra 6 inch or so
Came for the first time, arriving at 4:15. We ordered appetizers and dinner. One person ordered pizza which took an hour to come. We were done with our dinners already. We were also the only ones in the dining room. The waiter was nice and apologetic, but an hour was uncalled for. Even though the pizza was good, and they gave it to us for free, we may not return.
I just recently had my daughters christening lunch here and everything was amazing from start to finish. The professionalism and hospitality of the owner , Domenico , really shines through . He created an amazing menu for me and my guests. We had such amazing food everybody was so happy and so stuffed. To me when youre having an event food is probably the most important thing and something that people always remember. Everybody was blown away and we have some very picky eaters in our family and devoted foodies. The restaurant itself was the perfect space that I needed it was comfortable and beautiful and the service provided to us by everyone was just amazing. The servers are so sweet and attentive . Everyone had such a nice time and Im really happy about that because this was such a special day. I would highly recommend this restaurant for dinner or for a special event. You will not be disappointed I promise! We will be back for sure . Oh and the Nutella Zeppolis are out if this world , leave room for desert if you can !

Took a shot on Mimmos considering im from the North Shore of Staten Island. I had the pemne vodka with shrimp and pancetta my only regret is the staff havent opened a Mimmos closer to my house. I will have to make trips there regulary food was amazing. The staff were great it will be the first restaurant i will visit when NYC goes back to indoor dining.
Mimmos never disappoints. One of my favorite places for pizza on the island and a big thumbs up to Paul the delivery guy. Always a quick delivery.

We love this restaurant! Their pizza is delicious as well as their other rolls and specialties. You have to try the eggplant roll! We’ve also had dinner there several times and the food and service is top notch. I would definitely recommend!

Mimmos is one of the best pizzerias in town... My favorite part is that theyre dough and bread are homemade and its delicious!! Their dining room is also amazing it looks beautiful and the food of course tastes delicious. The service is great and the staff are very sweet, welcoming and give the best service!
Been going here for years since it was benevenuti. Ordered 2 pies. Walked in the back to pick up the order like I have for years, kid folding napkins said I have to go out and walk around the back to pick them up with no offer to get them for me. I walked out as he asked but never walked back in. They lost a 15 year customer

Had a reservation at another restaurant saw the situation there and realized we wouldnt be seated for like a half hour. Walked over to Mimmos and so glad we did. Diego our waiter was absolutely amazing!!! Sat down immediately. Apps food and grog were great. Will b back.

My Brother Joe had his 50th surprise birthday party here at Mimmos on 8/11/18, given by my mother Amy. The atmosphere was lovely. There was so much food to choose from and everything was delicious. Our waiter Andrew was very pleasant and efficient. I would recommend Mimmos for your parties or to just go out for an evening to dine. I give the food and service 5 stars!!
I wrote a review about Mimmos brick oven pizza & trattoria last night I now regret. After I had the opportunity to talk with the owner, he cares about his establishment that he took the time to give me a call and I’m not talking about a two minute call we were on for a while. The bottom line is the review that I wrote yesterday I now wish I could delete. Obviously the owner Dominic of Mimmos brick oven pizza & trattoria cares very much about what you think of his food and Customer Service. Obviously the week before I gave them five stars on the pasta with vodka sauce and sausage. By the way it’s out of this world! When Dominic gave me a call today I was actually going through Grubhub again because I was hungry and wanted to order food. I let Dominic know and ordered the same thing the grandma pie along with a 2 L soda and I have to tell you it was amazing. The vodka sauce his red sauce out of this world. The grandma pie was amazing the crust was delicious. I couldn’t be more pleased with our conversation and he offered to pay for my meal and he wouldn’t take no until I agreed but then when the driver delivered here of course I paid for my meal, why should he take a loss. I was just extremely happy that the owner actually takes pride in his customers and most of all his food! I’m looking forward to visiting his establishment and eating in his dining room. Thank you Dominic and when I stop in to eat at the restaurant I will certainly ask for you so I could introduce myself!!
Service was good but we were the only guests there so hard to judge. Place needs some updating but prices and food was okay.
Overall its just okay. The brick oven was not on. We went for lunch at 12:30 on a Sunday.We were charged $4 extra for the fresh mozzarella on the margherita 🍕, which also had no basil. Those are the basic ingredients for a margherita 🍕. The gluten free pizza crust is a shell that tasted like a thick cracker.Meat Lovers 🍕 has a great amount of meat on it, the sauce is delicioust but the crust was just okay.The plain 🍕 didnt taste like anything.Be aware that if youre paying with a credit card you will be assessed an additional 4% for using a credit card as payment.
The food is great but when you charge some one 3 times the price for a chickenroll or w.e it is then some thing is up i use to buy from them alot and i ben seening the price go from 6.50 for a chicken roll to about 12 dollars and i asked them did yall raise prices they said some stuff im like ok i had my friend call and as for a chicken roll they said its 6.50 but i was being charged like 12 each them i will be going around the corner now and will tell ppl watch out cuz they like to charge more or add more money to your bill
My rather large family and I just had a party here for my daughters graduation and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The dining room, the food, the staff; all outstanding. Best Italian joint in Great Kills!

I usually dont take the time to leave reviews, but I must admit as a Sicilian it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to food, and Dio that Fruta Di Mare was out of this world, I must say the owner Domenico made me and my guests feel right at home, and the big surprise was when we the live Italian music came on I felt back at home.Love the food!Love the atmosphere!Loved the staff!See u soon Domenico
We’ve been coming to this restaurant for fifteen years and always enjoyed their fine food, entertainment and especially their customer service. However, last night’s dinner was a disaster. Our dinner was ruined by a rude server who made a mistake on an order and attempted to place the blame on us and the chef, anyone but himself (we ordered eggplant Florentine but were served eggplant rolltini).Instead of doing the right thing and switching the order to the right one, our server was concerned that we all tasted the rolitini, and told us that our new order would be reduced by one of the three rolled eggplants. Can you believe this? We winded up canceling the Florentine order because it took just too long to serve and because we were all disgustedby then.To add injury to insult, our server took his revenge on us by charging the full bogo higher price of the dish we never received (certain orders prices are increased because they’re on the buy one get one free menu) and taking away the Florentine wrapped up for us to take home. And, charge us for an extra drink on the bill. At that point the restaurant manager intereceeded and corrected our bill by charging us the non-bogo price for the dish we ate and taking off the extra charged drink. We were also given the Florentine dish to take home.I gotta say that because of the treatment we received, we won’t be going back to this restaurant.
My food was ready and the receptionist didnt hang it to me fater taking couple phone calls and walking customers ，i think she forgot i was already there waiting for almost 30mins .God！

My family and I have been coming here since January. We even had our daughters christening here (although some minor issues like with any party u have at any place ) we absolutely love it here. The food is out of this world. Last night my husband and I went for our anniversary and we had mozzarella and corraza for appetizer which was delicious, Sangria which tasted better than ever and our meals I had the Pollo Alla Pugliese (soooooo delicious) with penne vodka and my husband had the Pollo Al Brandy which he loved. We will continue to come to your establishment and we are always welcomed with a smile and excellent service when we go!
We catered from Mimmos for Christmas Eve after only eating there once for dinner. We were so impressed that we knew our Sicilian family would be too! And boy were they floored!! For what we paid we got more than we could ask for!! The food was phenomenal! Things like “this is the best eggplant parmigiana we’ve ever had! Did you try the shrimp parmigiana?! It’s amazing!!” were said over dinner. The penne ala vodka was creamy and gone in seconds!! Everyone wanted to know where the food was from and if they’re hosting a New Years Dinner Party! Ralph made the ordering process nice and easy and the food arrived hot and before the scheduled time which was fine by our family!!Mimmos thank you so so much for making our Christmas Eve party out of this world!! You’ve got a customer for life and probably gained about 5 others after that dinner! Thank you!!

Horrible. I ordered from her because I previously enjoyed benvenutti and saw the menu was the same. Well, that is the ONLY similarity. The food is subpar at best. The pizza is like it came from Jersey. I have nothing good to say about this place at all. I made the mistake of ordering once, and will never make it again. If youre in gk town, trust me, go to nonnas !

Tried Mimmos for the first time last night.. had Penne vodka + mozzarella carrozza and I got say that carrozza was AMAZING!! it was crisp but soft at the same time the cheese literally melted in my mouth with each bite!! Now to the vodka sauce .. some places say they have vodka sauce but its just over creamed red sauce lacking flavor NOT Mimmos.. the flavor was fantastic the sauce was creamy and rich not oily..I loved EVERY BITE!! it even held.up and passed the leftovers test this morning tasting just as good!!Ill absolutely be trying other menu items
OMG so good. the brick oven Stea Margherita has pockets of ricotta on the crust of each slice - so delic....we added mushrooms and onions and a broccoli robe side... part of my celebration - to me. happy birthday. Bianca (a.k.a. jersey girl) exploring Staten Island!
Mimmos is an amazing place to go whether you just want a quick slice of pizza or to dine in on a nice date night. There food is absolutely amazing and service is outstanding. They never disappoint! defiantly check this place out if you havent already i promise you wont regret it!!
Pizza did not taste good. I ordered a crispy pie and it came soggy and burnt. My advice? Get your pizza somewhere else!

Ordered online for delivery, took about 50 minutes. When it came they gave me the wrong order, when I called to tell them I got the wrong order the person seemed annoyed like it was my fault they gave me the wrong order. When delivery driver came with my correct order he also seemed annoyed, I gave him back the old order and was asked if it was all still there which it was. Bad customer service would not order from them again.
Had a party here for my sons baptism / first bday. Staff was excellent and very accommodating (people with food and gluten allergies). Food and service were excellent, definitely recommend this place.

If you are Italian, this is your Nonnas cooking!I dont live in NY anymore, but I have family in Staten Island that told me about this great new Italian restaurant that opened just down the road. Since it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving and no one wanted to cook, we decided to head to Mimmos. It looks like the restaurant was recently renovate and is very Tuscan.As soon as we got in, we were greeted by the owner, Mimmo. Very cool! He was very friendly and sat us immediately. He explained the menu to us and how they do family style as well as individual portions. Very convenient for big groups. We decided to just get our own items. We wound up getting the Tri color pie, gnocchi, Pesto Linguine and rigatoni. The food came out fast and was extremely fresh. Everything was amazing! For desert we opted for the Nutella zeppolies...They are to die for!!!I am glad i got to check out Mimos while in town and will be sure to stop by on my next visit!
If youre looking for the best chicken Parmesan hero on Staten Island look no further Mimmos is all about quality and tasty Italian food. The chicken was tender the mozzarella was fresh and the sauce was to die for. If I can give it more than five stars I would.

Give your money to a place more deserving of it. This pizzeria pumps out subpar quality food. Everytime i have ordered their pizza it has been nothing but errors. All they did was buy an experianced pizzeria and change the name. Cant wait to see what its replaced by. Try village maria instead

No signs for which pizza is which! I am a vegetarian..I ordered a vodka slice and there was pork underneath the cheese (not ontop) i ate 3-4 bites before realizing i asked for money back and was hassled about how i shouldve been more careful.. (Theres no signs for what pizza is what, and what are the toppings)

I absolutely love Mimmos. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is outstanding. It is such a great atmosphere!!!! I 100% recommend!! Will definitely be there again!!
AMAZING!! is all i have to say about this place from the food to the service they never disappoint. Oh and how can I ever forget about there karaoke nights so much fun!!

2022-06-08The pizza was delicious, and the staff was friendly. You have to try it. I guarantee you that you are not going to regret it. We had the zippo for dessert, and that was amazing too; a perfect balance between sweet and savory.

2022-04-11I love pizza! I lived on the island for 20+ years and moved away. I came back to visit recently. I found that Mimmo’s was on a top 5 pizza list so was very to eager to try. I ordered a regular cheese pie. It was pretty good but I had better pizza from other places. To me, the bread is very important - this pie was too tough, like it was stale. Had good amount of cheese and sauce (bit on the salty side for me though). While waiting for my order at the restaurant, I noticed they make Nutella stuffed zeppole! Had to order! Though it was freshly made, they were not stuffed. I am used to zeppole shaped as knots but these were just folded up lol. So if the menu says “stuffed”, shouldn’t you get “stuffed”? Lastly, everywhere it says $14.70 for a regular cheese pie but he charged me $16. I ordered over the phone and I paid cash too. Odd.

2022-02-10I have been on Staten Island for 17 years and visited a lot of pizza spots. This is Hands Down the best SI pizza and as a Brooklyn native I can say they will give BK restaurants serious competition. The food is made with love and lots of flavor and the customer service is spot on. Recommend the MVP pizza. You cant have just one slice!

2022-02-18First off the pizza was excellent!!! The young man with a gray SUV Who delivered the pizza was extremely nice. My dog ran out of the house when I opened the door he was nice enough to chase him down the block and give him back to me definitely recommend this place!

You know what, theres way too many good pizzerias in this neighborhood to put up with this kind of service. Im mean really, theyre not doing me a FAVOR selling me a pizza! Save yourself some aggravation and go somewhere they actually VALUE their customers!

2022-03-09BEWARE! My fiance & I thought we would go on a week nite. We ordered 2 simple things. Were told this is not 2 for 1 when we got the check. No where does it say what we had to order. Ron is 66 I too ama senior. We are retired & live on S.S. I would never go again! THEY WOULD NOT HONOR 2 FOR ONE! THEY DONT DESERVE 1 STAR!
