Food is good, service is slow. They tell you an hour, you should wait 1.5 if you dont want to be waiting when you get there. Never more than 2 employees working
Ordered a poke bowl here today on Uber Eats. It was very well done! Fresh ingredients and the proportion of each ingredient was perfect. So good! I’ll definitely be ordering again.
Great quality food and its very tasty, but their delivery is awful. I ordered from them multiple times on uber eats and it took almost 1 hour and 30 minutes every time for them to make sushi for two. There is no way it takes that long to make sushi for two. If they improved in their turn around time for orders I would easily give 5 stars for the food.
Went on a Saturday night to try it out and glad we did. We have been looking for a new sushi spot and we think we found it. Its small and cute, perfect for a local spot. We got 5 rolls which came with soup and salad and everything was fresh and tasty. Will be returning.

We ordered a few salmon sushi, the Korean ramen and some brown rice on the side. Took us forever just to get some water, I actually had to get up and walk over to the counter to ask for it despite it being part of our original conversation with the waitress 20 minutes prior. Miso soup was blah. Side salad was pretty good, I liked the peanut dressing. My ramen was inedible - so spicy it should come with a warning label. The salmon sushi was also crazy spicy, and the salmon had a strange consistency making it hard to enjoy. The rice tasted strange, almost like it was made yesterday and semi-heated in a microwave before serving. Unfortunately my fiancé and I will not be back.

To me Min Sushi is one of the best places in the neighborhood for sushi. I say give them a try you wont be disappointed.
Food is over priced and not as fresh compared to Sakura around the corner. Also prep is slow and mgmt not responsive.

Its really good, takes a while to get your food but its always so fresh. Because of covid regulations no one is allowed far into the store.

This a great addition to Stony Point. They have excellent sushi and they have recently added Korean food and lunch specials which are great on the go. Would highly recommend

The food is really good. The prices are fair too, unlike some other places in Stony Point that charge you the max for any little thing extra.

2022-07-20Min Sushi is the best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. Everything is freshly made and flavorful and the rolls are well combined. It used to take a bit longer to order but with the addition of the new chef there has been a faster service. The owner is really kind and the staff are friendly. Definitely check out Min Sushi in Stony point. They’ve got you!

2021-08-14Portions are large, food is average. My husband didnt care for the Ramen, the bulgogi was mostly rice with a little meat. The service is super slow. This is about the 5th or 6th time Im getting food from here. I was told food will be ready in 45 min, at 50 min it was still not ready at 1 hour they were still packing it up. They seem nice enough but if Im hungry Im not looking to wait over an hour.

2022-07-05Horrible food. Waste of money. Can’t eat even a single bite. Soup was horrible. Pls don’t waste time and money at this place. Food didn’t taste any ways close to Japanese. Too much soy sauce and tasted horrible. Miso Soup which is mostly good at most of places was horrible.

2022-05-17I have ordered from this place many times before. Tonight was the longest Ive had to wait. Ordered 2 hours ago and food is still not ready for pick up. They just lied and gave me some lame excuse.. I guess this will be the last time I order from them.

2020-12-20We placed a large order from here last night (on a Saturday evening) for dinner. While it did take quite some time to get our order, the sushi chef in there is working alone, the people working here were incredibly kind. Despite having a large order with multiple substitutions/alterations, everything was made as we ordered & accounted for. All of our food was fresh, tasty & portion sizes were very generous. I would recommend ordering from Min, just know that the wait time is made up for with fresh sushi & kind employees. Merry Christmas & best of luck!

2021-08-26Poki bowl was really good and my wife loves sushi rolls with crunchy stuff on top. The order was prepared on time for pick up even though it looked like the chef/owner was working alone. We probably going to make orders for tonight again.

2020-12-29Love this place! Amazing rolls and the sushi is very fresh. There is usually a wait so make sure you place your order ahead of time. It’s definitely worth the wait and the best sushi in this area! My family and I order very frequently from this spot and every time our orders meet our expectations! MUST TRY!

2020-06-10Im a very picky eater to begin with, but this place by far one of the BEST in the area. The rice is always cooked perfect (not too sticky and not to hard) and the sushi is aways fresh! The owner has his own unique interpretation of adding a twist to his creation so even the most common dishes are a bit elevated. He works alone these days so it may take some patience when you order. Just ORDER AHEAD of time and you should be fine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND:)

2022-04-20Great quality food at a fair price. The owner, Min, is an amazing head chef and a kind person. I order from here all the time. Their sushi and noodle/rice bowls are excellent and the best valued in the area. Min works hard serving fresh food to the community everyday except for Sunday.
