This used to be one of my favorites until, I called to place an order and was told they would not deliver because, I had cancelled an order, previously. All based on my address. Mind you, Im not the only one that lives here. Did they even think about that? I would have picked it up but after that frankly, I dont want to buy food from them, anymore. Its petty and you dont treat customers that way,, with assumptions. So no one is allowed to cancel an order, either? Thats no way of doing business.
Best fried dumplings in the tri-state area, pickup is always faster than delivery but they are open late. Never had an issue with service or quality. Pricy compared to the competition but always always worth the extra few dollars.
This place is a miss anymore. If it wasnt for my son they would not be getting any business from me. The food never seems to be prepared fresh at all anymore! If I order something fried, it tastes like it was refried and full of grease! It is disgusting!!
Food tasted old. The rice had no flavor. The shrimps were mushy and old. And the sauce on the garlic shrimp and broccoli was jelly thick and tasted weird.

Second trip there - both times were good. Walked in and service was fast. Wonton soup is very good. Had the sesame chicken this time - was also good. Ill be back!
Great for vegetarians! Loved the fried vegetable egg rolls and the vegetable lo mein! Had lots of veggies and was fresh noodles with lots of dressing/marinate. UPDATE** I’ve been coming here my whole life and have never had an issue until tonight. I ordered a small veg Lo Mein 4 veg egg rolls and a small veg fried rice. When I picked up my food I was charged $17.60 which seemed odd, I checked the bag and saw soup. I asked what it was and the lady said chow Mein, I have never ordered chow Mein in my life and don’t know what that is I replied and she proceeded to yell at me saying that’s what I ordered. I’m confused why they could not correct my order and why I total up what I ordered should have been $10. I’m never coming back here again.
I had ordered food and wasn’t given an estimated wait time for delivery. So I called back and get a man who barely understands English and ask him for an estimates wait time for delivery, heard him talking to the woman in the background and then just hangs up on me . They will never be getting my money ever again. Very rude and bad customer service .would leave no stars if possible
This place is absolutely sweet. I placed an order thinking it was a restaurant closer to me and ended up ordering from here by accident. Because I drove far to reach them they literally are making fresh food for me. The food smells and looks fantastic. I would totally recommend then if i ever visit this area of ny again. They are also adhering to strict covid safety measures which is great!!!I wish i could give more stars just for their kindness.Thank you so much for this!
Surprisingly good takeout Chinese restaurant. The food is delicious, noodles are not overcooked, and vegetables are fresh, unlike at many other takeouts. Also staff is very polite and helpful. Food quality is akin to what you would get at a good restaurant in Chinatown, but interior is rather simple.The best restaurant in town. 😛
I have been a long time customer with this place. But there is a big problem that made me throw all the food away right outside the store. I have the video. I prepaid for the food like I always due. The lady had a runny nose and she was sick. She blew her nose on a napkin took that same napkin rubbed it on the and whipped down by the fryer then took meat and started cutting it up on the spot she just wiped down with her snot napkin. Then she did a upwards wipe with fingers and hand to her nose getting snot on her hand then wiped her hand on her pants. Then took egg roll rappers opened them up and by pushing that same hands fingers into the wrapper. Putting the egg rolls inside each one. I didnt want confrontation so I took the food I paid for and threw it away outside on in the garbage can on the sidewalk. I have the video. Dont get me wrong they are good people. I never had any issues with them. But at the same time thats not only nasty but a way to spread viruses. So if you ever eat fast food then 24 hours to 48 hours you end up sick out of know where then its probably because of unsanitary people that served you food the day before. WILL Never Order FROM THERE again. The food is good but not risking it.
Didnt know about this place. Was looking for a local takeout instead of going to middletown, NY. found it on a recommendation. glad I did! Very nice, smiling faces. Slightly different flavor to dishes... Very nice, less oily. Will be back to try again!

Worst customer service. Wrong order received and argued with me. Sent delivery person back to pick up half eaten food (during Corona) and redelivered the wrong food again. He screamed at me and my son on the phone, and I never got my dinner.
This location makes some dishes better than others their soups are good. Its worth a try to see how they prepare your favorite dish. The pepper steak. Is good and totally different from Good friend
Upon ordering for delivery I instructed the person at the restaurant to have the driver bring enough money to have change for a 50. I told him twice and made him repeat to me change for 50. The driver showed up 1 hr later ( I live less than 3 min away) and said he had only 30 dollars. My Bill was 13. The delivery guy tried to have me tip him 7 dollars. I said no and called the restaurant. A lady picked up my call and argued with me as if I was in the wrong. Who cares about the food, good or bad these people dont deserve my money and apparently they dont want it either. Try any other place besides this one.

Omg it was the nastiest food ever! All went in the garbage..I ordered boneless bbq ribs yuck nasty strange taste to them 🤢🤮 sweet and sour chicken..didnt taste like chicken! wonton soup bland and nasty..I will never ever go there again!

If this is the best chinese place around, I feel sorry for the people of Port Jervis. While the food was ready for take-out pretty fast, it was obvious when I got there that take-out is the only way to go. Dingy old furniture and bad lighting, with dirty corners all around. When I got the food back home to eat, I was treated to 2 surprises. First that the egg rolls were pretty great despite their looks, and second that all of the chicken I ordered was actually tofu. As they were putting it in the bag at the shop, I saw the chicken being served out of one large container, so I assume ALL of the chicken they serve is actually tofu. I like that some places have that option, but this is the second place in the area where tofu was just automatically put in place of chicken, without my asking or choice.
What a terrible experience I had! The service was horrible, absolutely horrible!! The dish I had the food was bad, as in outdated, rancid. I used to order often from Ming Moon but after the last 2 times, of horrendous service, terrible food, and the women who just screams at you on the phone while youre trying to bring to her attention that the food you ordered is bad, I will never order from there again!
Took forever to get here finally got my food before it closed and it was cold I ordered it at 5 so what took so long for it to get from one to to the other its only 13 mins from where I live

They have the best crab ragoons in the area. Food is good prices are decent. Typically costs around $60 to feed my family of 6.

Im staying at a hotel 5 minutes out of town and the lady on the phone acted like I was crazy for even asking for delivery. Id like to be able to comment on the food, but the service on the phone indicates Im probably better off for missing it.

I tried all three Chinese food places in the area and Ming Moon is the only one that had good food! I tried good friends 3 times and was disappointing every time and Peking Garden twice and was disappointing both times but Ming Moon i have had at least 15 times and was never disappointed!

Hit or miss, not consistent, no bathroom. Out of 25 orders, only 2 were correct.

2022-01-28Nice staff but food was way to salty haad to mix a whole m pt of white rice with a pint of shrimp with lobster sauce to even make it edible. Vegetables in house special soup were raw..Dumpling was off tasted bitter. Will never order from them again

I have been a customer for quite some time and a great customer at that and she told me if I don’t spend $100 on the order she would not bring it out to me !!! 2019-07-12I ordered one of my favorite wontons, but today I am different from what I usually eat. There are a lot of wontons that seem to have been left for a long time, and many of them are cracked. I asked them why they explained this. I said that this is different from what I usually eat, and then they say that they are like this. Because the filling inside is different as an explanation. I am not coming for the first time but I will not be here, and I will tell my friends!

2021-12-13While every other restaurant in the area is open to come in and sit down, these people have moved all tables and will not even let you sit down. Not really very friendly. AVOID their restaurant as they certainly do not deserve your business. BTW, the Erie Restaurant right near them is friendly, lets you sit and are the better place to go.

2021-08-15This place used to be okay..the prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down. Fried rice has no flavor or vegetables except onions..the boneless spare ribs were mainly fatty pieces, General Tso Chicken has no kick to it and is mainly the flour coating.. Just not satisfied considering the price..
