I went to Mint Auto in Islip. I was looking at a Cadillac SRX and here comes out from the office one of the nicest, friendliest and down to earth sales representative Bobby G. We discussed a few things and then met Steve the owner of Mint Auto. Another great guy. Steve worked with me , explained options and 3 days later I am driving this beautiful vehicle home. He gave me a great deal. I am grateful and thankful for the excellent customer service that was provided to me by both Bobby G and Steve. I highly reccommend this auto dealership. They are not like the rest. Not only is Mint Auto the best I have been to, their vehicles are Mint as well. If you need a car go to them. You wont be sorry or have regrets later. I am so so happy I decided to come here to get my car. I was so nervous about buying my first car on my own and instantly when I met Anthony he made me feel so confident that it would all work out. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable about everything. After only one hour Anthony and Steve notified me that I was able to come pick up my very first Bmw. Walked in a skeptic, left a very satisfied customer, thanks to Bobby and Steve at Mint Auto. We were looking for a used SUV, preferably a Jeep, that could handle upstate winter weather, where our oldest goes to college. It was the first time that we’ve ever purchased a vehicle from anywhere other than a manufacturer’s dealership, hence the skepticism. However, the time, attention, and genuine concern for our sons safety, our skepticism was for naught, and we drove off very pleased that we stopped in. I couldn’t be any happier with them. I saw the car, which I ended up purchasing, online and immediately fell in love. I went down later that day to check it out. I was greeted by Anthony and told him I was interested. I let him know about me not having much of a credit history and he said to give him the weekend to work it out with the bank with my offered down payment. That was on Friday. He worked with Steve and by Monday they had everything done with the bank and the car was cleaned and ready to go. Never imagined it could go so smoothly. They make you feel immediately like family and help you with anything you need. My grandmother ended up passing away the same Monday my car was ready and they even had flowers sent to the wake. Very good and caring people. Thank you again guys!

I had purchased a GMC Sierra from Steve last April 2021 I traded in my wifes Mercedes Steve had told me the Mercedes was hit on the right side of the vehicle and that he couldnt give me top dollar for the vehicle so he low balled me down for the trade-in and told me that the GMC Sierra that I was purchasing had a clean Carfax no accidents now fast forward to February 2022 I go to a dealership to try to trade the truck in and the young man that pulls up the Carfax the correct one not the one Steve showed me and he told me that there was damage to the undercarriage of the truck the frame prior to me buying the truck from Steve so Steve knew about the damage but lied to me I thought he was being very compassionate through the whole process because I had lost my wife to covid but I guess not I would stay away from this dealer very dishonest
I cant say enough about this dealership. They made the car buying process so easy for me. What can I say...I stopped into Mint Auto Sales to look at a 2013 Ford F-150.I spoke with Steven. And explained that I was interested in this truck and I had a vehicle to trade in. I also explained that I had a fairly firm budget and payment amount that I didnt want to exceed.Well...Steven worked everything out to meet my expectations. The payment amount was just a little bit over my conservative amount because I decided to purchase a rather inexpensive powertrain warranty.My experience with Steven is that he is very knowledgeable, extraordinarily courteous, and very wise beyond his years. Update. Had a few issues with the vehicle that I purchased. Steve was understanding and pretty much addressed all my concerns the best that he could. I would recommend Mint Auto Sales and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from there.

Outstanding ! I purchased an SL 550 from Steve and everything was great. I would like to start out by saying this is not the first car I have purchased in my lifetime and I am very picky. I went over a list of items to be completed and they were completed above and beyond. Steve was easy to deal with the financing also not pushy at all.. Another thing that impressed me when I arrived to pick up the car the owner was out there waxing it and checking everything over. Believe me you do not receive this service in a large car dealer. Steve is a great guy to deal with. I bought a 2007 Dodge Magnum SRT8 that is a garage kept, low-miles vehicle with every option I wanted. I had been looking for this vehicle for a while. I got a very fair price just slightly above vehicles nowhere near the condition of this one.This car has curb rashed rims. My cost to recondition them on my own would be $600. Steve told me he would work with me on this, and is connecting me with the guy who does his wheels at his cost. I was in the car business for almost fifteen years before getting into IT. Mint Auto Sales is the kinds of dealership you want to do business with. You arent a dollar sign. Yes, this is business, and they want to make money, but you can tell that they also care about having people come out of the buying experience feeling good about having bought from them. I am one of those people.

I have to say without a doubt the nicest people and customer service I have ever received at a dealership. They took care of everything and to be honest the most stress less experience I have ever had buying a car. They go above and beyond what any other dealership would do. Never once did I feel as if I was getting haggled. The prices were up tondatt with KBB and got the best deal for me not for their own pockets. They also bought car and gave me aagreat deal a lot more than what I was expecting to get. Always called to update on the status of my loan and answered every question truthfully and even when deal was complete went back to make it better insurance wise. If anyone is looking for a car should absolutely no questions asked go here. Even if they dont have what youre looking for you never know they might just have a way to get it for you. Totally felt as if I was family and when Im done with this car Im definitely going back. Highly recommended, as a veteran they have veteran warranty and took care of me as a veteran should be treated. Originally I had looked at Ford dealerships for my Ford F-150 but couldnt find anything I liked. My girlfriend lives up the block from Mint Auto and we know a couple friends who have bought here before, I was driving by one night saw the truck I was looking for on Mints lot. At first I was like should I buy from a used lot or go with the big name dealer. Well I made the right choice, I decided to stop in the next day spoke with Steven he gave me the keys told me to check it out, for a 2011 truck it looked like it came off the showroom floor, after speaking with Steven for a lil bit explaining to him I wasnt sure about my ability to obtain a loan for my truck he sat me down had me fill out a couple papers then he said give me a call tomorrow and I will have an answer for you, well at first it wasnt the news I wanted to hear but he told me do not worry we will make this happen and a couple days later he had me in my truck with a great rate. As I was about to leave the lot I noticed there was a pebble crack in the windshield and was worried I was gonna be stuck with a windshield bill, needless to say I walk in and alert Steven to what I saw now I expected to hear well you checked out the vehicle before you signed the paper , but nope he said give me a couple days and I will have a new one here for you and have it installed. I had 1 or 2 minor things after that I found to be wrong with the truck a couple days after driving off the lot and again thought it would be on me to repair but again nope Steven and his crew were there to take care of it. So now I have a 2011 Ford F-150 that is showroom condition and could not be happier, I would highly recommend Steven and his staff at Mint Auto for your next decision on a used vehicle. And again thank you Steven for all your help and your staffs help in making my experience in the used car buying industry as smooth as you have.

We started looking at a 2005 BMW X5 that was listed for 10k. After steve did his figuring the car comes to almost 20k without a warranty. If I wanted a warranty I would have to come back with another 3500. Now it seems like Im paying for the car in full in cash and hes just getting me a ghost loan for no reason. The warranty at another dealership was only 1900 from the exact same company they use and it was the exact same 60000 mile warranty. Watch for the hidden fees. He almost triples all dmv fees. He offered us what he would pay at an auction for my vehicle but yet he buys his cars from auctions and sells them as if they were gold. Stay clear of this place. If you pull on a lot and there are more junk cars then good cars on the lot run. It looks like a junk yard. If someone says I only pay what I pay at auction RUN. I was willing to put 5k down and it was still another 14000 for the car. This is the craziest thing I have ever seen. He tells me by law he must keep my bank records. Hes a used car salesman who would want to after not buying a car leave my checking account numbers on paper around an office. I mentioned this to another dealership and they never heard of such a thing. Its sad when within an hour of leaving there we went to another dealership which I wont mention since thats not what Im here for. I picked out a 2010 Mercedes ml350 72000 miles. and my payments are 216. With a warranty and the car was the same price as the BMW X5 they were selling. Stay away. Stay away. Please stay away. The Internet is a powerful tool look around and never let the looks of a car persuade your wallet. Good luck and stay away.

Brought a 1997 Ford Explorer 3000$ plus an extra 1300 for fees. First two months break line broke while driving. 8 months later whole motor finished. Waste of money now have to buy a new car. just junked my car a week ago. Got 100$ for it wasnt fixable. Smh lesson learned. Called they told me nothing they can do about it.
Steve Graziano is a stand up guy in my opinion. Without going into a long and boring story, I recently reached out to Steve for some assistance that he knew would not lead to a sale. 2022-03-30The best place out there and that I’ve went to. Vinny was the best person to do a deal with he’s excellent at what he does and he will make sure he will get the job done with amazing prices for his cars. I suggest everyone to go there if you are looking for a car ASAP. I got a 2008 Chrysler 300 with 36k miles for an amazing price which is the best car for the price out there and it’s basically brand new. Thank you Vinny for everything!

2022-03-07I went to Mint Auto Sales feeling defeated and angered about two weeks ago. I had been trying to purchase a used car on a fixed income, with not so perfect credit. Many places tended to work with the ole bait and switch. Others were just lazy and wanted an easy sale at any cost. Quite a few were deceptive with information in an attempt to sell a car. I called over to Mint Auto Sales and spoke with a gentleman named, Vinny and explained my situation and my frustration. Vinny, went right to work searching for a car that met my needs and that I could afford. Vinny spent a week non stop searching for a car, working up numbers to match me to a car that I could afford. He was forthcoming even when the news was bleak and banks denied me. Vinny didnt give up and today, that became a reality and I purchased a 2006 Hyundai Sonate. If ever a person or a business renewed my faith in believing there is good people and trustworthy businesses out there, Vinny and Mint Auto Sales did that today. I dont write reviews lightly whether they are good or bad. My goal is to share my experiences so that perhaps others may benefit from them . Whether, its about the way a restaurant prepared food and how it tasted, or how a business was ethical in its approach. However, above all I hold customer service and satisfaction above all. I not only suggest I strongly recommend if you are in the market for a car go down and see Vinny at Mint Auto Sales, trust me this business and Vinny go the extra mile!

2022-06-29Shout out to Mint Auto Sales! I bought a 2010 Nissan Sentra back in 2015. It’s been 7 years since and my car has been through it all! But guess what!? It still drives like a beauty with no issues whatsoever. If you need a reliable car, that’s actually going to be BANG for your buck. Come here. If not you could throw your money away into a car loan. Up to you. But this place is legit, they don’t sell bs.

2019-07-03I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty from Mint and it was in fantastic condition. It was a great price, and they were fair and honest with me 100% of the way. There were a few slightly faulty things with the jeep such as the lock and window, but Mint repaired them for me for no cost. I dealt with Steve and Bobby G throughout my transactions, and they were both incredibly helpful and great to work with. They had my jeep up-to-date and running like new. Its the best vehicle purchase Ive ever made.10/10 I highly recommend Mint Auto Sales. I would absolutely buy from them again in the future!

Even after the sale they continue to do what they can to assist you with any problems. All the cars are maintained well and they extremely clean.
