Safe, clean, educationally creative daycare run by mothers who are especially sympathetic towards small children and parents who may be experiencing separation anxiety. Owner is an author, speaker and thought leader in the area of mindful education for children whose experience with her own son has led her to help others. School has many amenities including a playground, garden, parking lot and even a food drive bin. Small children accepted even without potty training, as staff is proficient in same. Multiple levels of daycare and summer day camp offered with low teacher to child ratio. And yes, my two youngest went there. Thank You, Miss Midgie’s. Excellent example of a Local, Independent, Small Business being run by an entrepreneur with a vision.

We LOVE Miss Midgies preschool! Their staff is amazing and caring. Our daughter absolutely loved their 2 year old program and is having a blast at their summer camp.

My daughter started here for summer camp. She previously attended daycare, and hated it, Ive researched a lot of places and met with the owner who was amazing. She addressed my concerns and offered her to try camp and said by September she would be walking in no problem. I was sceptical and waited till the last session. I wish I hadnt ! I arrived sick to my stomach. I expected the worst. Her teacher grabbed her hand and said come on Charlotte its time for camp. We waited outside , She turned to me and blew me a kiss and walked right in. She walked out happy as can be. She loves her teacher Mrs. Michelle and talks about her non stop. Charlotte has a very difficult time adjusting to new things, new people. The place is amazing immaculate and perfect(small class sizes) I cannot thank them enough for helping with her seperation anxiety and socialization. Im still in shock as is our whole family! Im looking forward to September (so is she). The staff is attentive and on point. Everyone is friendly and invited even my 7 year old is begging to go! I would highly suggest taking a tour and checking them out! Best choice we have made for her!
