Mission Health and Home was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The stairlifts are easy to use and Axel and Michael were awesome technicians. They explained everything perfectly and stayed with me while I practiced making trips up and down the stairs. I can’t say enough good things about them!!!!
We had previously purchased a stair lift for my elderly Mom, and it was because of that very positive experience that I called to inquire about a personal lift to get my Mom in and out of bed and her chair. Matt suggested renting a lift from them, but he did not have one in stock. It was ordered and delivered within a week. What a life saver! After adequate instruction from Matt, I felt confident I could safely lift her. Again, all my dealings with the company have been professional, friendly, and they make good suggestions with the safety of the patient primary. I recently called Matt with a concern, and he made room in his schedule to set a time for a service call the very next morning. We are 40 miles from the Company. Highly recommend doing business with Mission Health.
Everyone I was involved with was top notch. Matt kept in touch throughout the ordering process. Axel was fantastic with the install. Took the time to explain how the stair lift operated and answered all our questions. I (and my mother who the loft is for) couldnt be happier. Grade A experience. I have been extremely pleased with the sales team, great service and quality of my stair lift. All people I encountered were entirely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. While the manufacturer and shipper had delays in production and delivery as many companies have had, this does not reflect upon the wonderful sales, workmanship and quality of Mission Health and Home services.

Mission Health did a fantastic job remodeling a bathroom for my elderly parents to be safer and more user friendly for mobility issues. They are highly professional. There was great communication before and during the project with firm schedules for both starting and estimated finish. The team of workers were highly skilled and cognizant of noise levels and worked to minimize the impact in the living space. They provided a complete renovation service even with a late add/change. The personnel were very respectful and courteous and worked very hard not only on the job itself but to keep construction dust/debris almost out of sight. The end result was amazing. Started on time, ended exactly when they felt it would, and looked great at a fair price. We are more than satisfied and strongly recommend them.
I contacted Mission Home and Health because I needed a hoyer lift to get in and out of bed. They assessed my home, listened to what I wanted and made a recommendation for a ceiling lift. Once I confirmed my order and made a deposit it didnt take too long to arrive. It took 2 guys a couple of hours to install and show me how it worked. Everyone was very professional and paid attention to the details so it looks good and works as expected. I have contact information if I need any assistance or if the lift needs service. I can already see this device making my life easier and improving my quality of life. I would recommend this company if you need ramps, lifts or minor bathroom remodeling.
Mission Health and Home did an excellent job installing laminate flooring in my kitchen and hallway. They were efficient, courteous, great communicators, and maintained a clean work area. I am very pleased with their performance and the end project is awesome.I would definitely hire them again.
This is a top notch company. The experience was truly great. Matt and Axcel were beyond professional and curdious. If you are running a company these are the guys you want selling and installing your product, and training new employees. In todays world I just cant say enough about how these Young People handled themselves on the phone and at my house. They were in and done with my lift in under 3 hours and it looks great. A had a little issue with the alarm on the chair. I called Matt and he was there the next day to take care of it. If there is a company that deserves a 5 star rating plus, it is this one. Allen, mike and Luke performed a total tear down and reconstruction of my bathroom to make it ADA- compliant. This was no small task!As a Marine of 8 years, Im a stickler for details and I have high expectations for performanceAllen, Mike & Luke displayed commitment with enthusiasm every day. They were polite, friendly all in a very professional sense...They all worked hard to ensure the timely completion of this challenging project. Numerous times we had to make changes On the fly to meet my needs and to stay with in ADA regulations. They always projected themselves with great attitudes which made a stressful project less stressful (on me)I wouldnt hesitate one second to hire Mission Health and Home for Any construction needs!Before any project, Jonathan comes out and assesses the situation and gives you the does and dont and makes sure you understand what to expect as well as stops in, on occasion to make sure everything is going smooth.As for my bathroom, it turned out Beautifully. Chris and Alex were so proactive and caring about our concern with the repair for my daughters high low hospital bed. I could not be happier with the experience with Mission Health and Home. When I contacted them about the possibility of a chair lift installation for my mother (age 96), Matt was very professional, asked important questions, and reinforced my thought that this was a good move for our home. He offered me a gently used Bruno which saved us money. We were given all new rail and batteries. The best part is, that when we no longer need it, it can be taken back at a percentage of the purchase price. On installation, the two men who came were professional, courteous, and efficient. They gave me complete instructions and a demonstration, and told me when it was time to call them. Everyone I had contact with was wonderful. My Mom loves the lift, can operate it herself, once we get her seated, and it makes going up and down the stairs so much safer for her. I highly recommend working with Mission Health and Home for all your needs.
Loved them! They are very understanding and well informed on customizing for disabilities. The ramp was installed in so quickly and efficiently. The installers were pleasant, quick and able to make adjustments so that there would be no interference with the doors or carpet. I also had a chance to meet with Matt, Alan and Jonathan about bathroom and they had so many great ideas to make my dad’s homecoming accessible for him. Would highly recommend!
The staff at Mission Health & Home were friendly and quick to respond to my needs. They were very responsive to my availability. Matt was immediate in arranging a convenient time, he was respectful in updating his arrival time the day of service, offered me options that were available. I had 2 grabbers placed by an entry door. Matt made sure they were securely placed to allow for strong force being applied to them. He was a joy to meet, he was receptive to our needs. He worked efficiently and left the work area as neat as when he arrived.

We needed a bathroom doorway widened to enable my husband to access with his wheelchair. We were recommended through Home Advisor and were happy we found them. Jonathan contacted us promptly and came to access what we needed. He explained what they would do and gave a quote. They started the work as soon as possible and all of the workmen were very professional. They explained what they were doing as they went along and conferred with us if they had questions. They were pleasant and even installed grab bars for me that we hadnt gotten to.I would recommend them to anyone.

Mission installed a metal outdoor ramp, installed a stair lift, handled our bathroom remodel, and advised us on and installed bars and hand rails.
MHH did an excellent job with my bathroom renovation. For better accessibility they converted tub to a shower, added ADA toilet (with arms), grab bars, and a pocket door. Their work and work ethic was very professional, they were always courteous and helpful, and the site was always clean at end of each day during the job. Bathroom works so well now. I definitely recommend them!
I am a provider who has been working with Joe to get wound vacs for several of my patients after not seeing as much improvement as I would have liked with other systems. I switched these patients over to the Mission wound vacs and noticed better wound healing, and that nursing would correct any issues with the pump since it was easier for them to navigate, instead of turning the system off for days. Joe was amazing with ensuring if the nursing homes ran out of supplies that it was promptly delivered to ensure continuation of vac treatment, and that he was on site to educate the nursing staff both on typical shifts and for the weekend/ night staffing. I am very pleased with the ease of use and larger sponge pores with the system and will certainly continue to use them in the future!
Everyone at Mission Home and Health was so pleasant and easy to work with. They converted my small powder room into a large space and added a handicap accessible shower in under 3 weeks.They are innovative, creative and listened to my needs throughout the whole process.I recommend them highly.
Mission Health came out and timely gave an estimate for an inground pool lift. They needed to complete some concrete work and were able to do so and install the lift. The individuals who are going to be able to use this lift next summer are exstatic and staff will be able to help them safely get into and out of the pool. Thank you Mission for bringing a dream come true to 3 special ladies.The cost was reasonable as well.
The Transitional Care Center at Park Ridge Living Center has been working with Mission Health and Home for I believe 10 years or more now and they are prompt, informative and every staff member is so friendly and helpful! What a great experience we had with a reliable company!! We were in an urgent situation to get my family members home accessible with two stairlifts. I contacted Jonathan Walters at Mission Access and was able to receive an assessment, quote and installation quickly. This was the only way she would be able to stay in her own home safely, which was very important to her, but as a Registered Nurse, even more important to me. Derrick did our installation and was polite, professional, and knowledgeable, he did a fantastic job and it works seamlessly . I had Matt Hardwick and Axel Santiago come on 10/22. They installed the Joerns Hoyer lift for me in about 3.5 hours. They both were extremely professional and easy to work with. They were respectful of our space at the house and had no problems installing the lift. They took the time to show everything about the unit-how it worked, the controls, the system readouts and explained what to do if there were problems, along with giving a couple of helpful hints that theyve found have worked with others in a similar situation as mine to ensure the unit works at its best. Both were very friendly and helpful and extremely easy to work with. The lift works flawlessly and I couldnt be happier with it and with the service I received.

I got one of the owners, Jonathan, when I called and he was so friendly. We needed a stair lift sooner than later and we got one within a few days. Axel, who came to install it was so trustworthy that we went to another part of the house for lunch while he was working on it. He was friendly and easy to work with as well and did a great job teaching us how to use it safely. Id give 10 stars if I could!

My entire experience with Mission Access was excellent. I got the idea in my head to replace our decaying front deck with a ramp so my nephew who has mobility issues can visit more easily. Matt came and took measurements in 2 feet of snow and gave me a couple quotes and answered all my questions. Of course we had to tear the deck down, and after a busy spring, Matt came over and remeasured and checked against our initial specifications. We made a few tweaks and Matt even saved us money buy offering us some used parts. The install was quick and easy. Everyone at Mission Access is so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient!

We were in a bind to find a way to get me home from transitional care rehab. The problem was I could not bear weight on my leg with a broken femur. I could not get up the 7 steps in our house. We appreciated working with Mission Access very much to get their help in installing a wheelchair ramp for my dad at my parents house in Ithaca, NY. Because the need came up suddenly, Nathan and Derek were able to get us in the schedule quickly, visit to size up the ramp that would be needed, and have it custom made and delivered. I appreciated that we had the option to rent rather than buy the unit, and when our use was finished they promptly removed it. Most of all, this project came up at a difficult time for our family as my dad had fallen into poor health, and what really came across was Nathans compassion and caring.

A difficult to clime set of stairs was removed and a lift was installed to replace them. The installation was installed in a timely manner by a GREAT set of workers. I highly recommend Mission Health and Home!
The installers were very skilled very friendly asking for our approval as they progressed several days later we had minor problem with the install they were here within 24hrs very pleased with them and Mission Health.
Great Customer Service. Nathan was on time, polite and professional. Since replacing the batteries took very little time he also lubricated the chain and tightened the folding seat for the same price. I will use him again.

2022-09-13Everything was as described upfront. We actually found Mission searching for a stair lift for my Father, and had not actually condidered them for the bathroom remodel. We ultimately did not get the stairlift but very much liked the products they offered for ADA compliant bathrooms. The tub to shower conversion they set up and did for us is exactly what he needed. The installer (Michael) was outstanding at his craft and every attention was paid to the preparation of the area for the new fixture. He had 2 different helpers on the 2 day job and all of them were very courteous, knowledgeable and tidy. When they went home the first night, the bathroom was cleaner than when they arrived. Its been a short week, but I cannot say enough good things about how the entire process was handled from the first phone call to the finished product. Thank you, Mission Health + Home

2022-09-01I recently purchased a big mans lift recliner for my disabled husband from here. The whole process was perfect from finding the right chair to delivery and set up. Phone calls were returned when promised and delivery was prompt and friendly. They made a stressful situation quick and easy! I highly commend and recommend them!

2021-02-03Every aspect of our experience with Mission Health + Home was outstanding. I live out of state and needed an expert in aging in place to evaluate my parents’ home because of safety concerns. Matt worked closely with both me and my parents to schedule his visits, provide very detailed information, options/prices, etc. They raved about him - his professionalism, kindness, friendliness and genuine concern for their well being in the house. He kept me updated every step of the way by phone, test and email. There was no hard sell. They are stable in their house for the time being, so we only installed grab bars in the showers and better railings on the staircase, and bought a lift chair/recliner. Everything looks perfect and was done quickly and seamlessly. If we ever need more adaptations for the house, I will contact them without hesitation. Doing this remotely, worrying about bringing strangers into your parent’s home is a huge stress. If this is your situation, you will have no worries with Mission Health and Home. They were awesome!!

2022-08-01My husband was coming home from the hospital a lot less mobile than he was used to and I was afraid it was downhill from there. I wanted a wheelchair ramp and I wanted it soon. Mission Health + Home installed one within a week. They are quick and no-drama and they got it done. Wish everything was this easy to accomplish. Now Im equipped for whatever is coming.
